The AC smelled like it had mold in it. There were multiple people with big dogs (pitbulls) in their rooms. Certain floors smelled like old socks in the carpet. The staff at times could be courteous. Other times they were short or would just stare awkwardly like you are doing something wrong.

Positives, were the wide arrange of breakfast food. Alot of spaces to park in.
The location was convenient to many amenities.

It was worth all of the of the stars that it earned.

The Hotel was easy to find off of the Interstate.
Parking was good. Upon entering the room, I
had to deep clean the bathroom sink and counter
area. Door handles around the room and in the
hall were grungy. I used disinfectant wipes on
almost all surfaces and tv channel changer.
Beds seemed clean and were comfortable.
Staff had to be located to check in and out and the breakfast was minimal. It was
mostly a grab and go set up. OK for the price but
some time should be taken to upgrade the cleaning
process in the bathrooms.

This hotel was the cheapest we found in Morgantown on a football weekend, and although it is no frills we were very happy with the stay. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. Hotels in town when WV has a home game are very expensive, this was much less than the next cheapest option we saw. For the value it was a great option and we would stay here again without question

Great place to stay gir our trip needs .location was convenient and offered plenty of parking .area was also near other local shops for anything you might need to shop for on the run .
Room was large , ckean an quite .Everything worked well . Check in was polite an quick. Breakfast area was ckean and was kept stocked and we enjoyed the chocies for a quick bite to start the day ..i recommend a stay here an will stay here again on our next visit to this area .

About what you would expect from a Super 8. In a decent area. A few places to eat around the motel as well as other things nearby. Close to coffee. I'm not sure the sheets or blankets could get much thinner but the room was clean, the shower worked and decent hot water, fridge and microwave and tv worked well. It has a great view point nearby to watch the sunset over Ihop and McDoanlds, although the golden arches kind of get in the way. If you're looking for somewhere to sleep while exploring the area this works well.

This place is an absolute dump! I don’t know who gave them more than one star, it must be the owners! First off it’s very dirty, our room had hair all over the bathroom. The shower was dirty and when the water was one is was making a loud whistling noise, no hot water. The blankets on the bed had cigarette holes in it. Pillows were flatter than a plate. The mini sofa had stains on it. Mirrors were filthy! We had to leave a day early for a family emergency and they wouldn’t refund our money for the night we didn’t stay. Manager was rude and nasty! Save your money this place is a true dump

Dirty little place!

The hotel is dated, which would be fine, but it was also very dirty. The furniture has stains on it and very worn. The mirror was very streaked up, the walls had who knows what spilled or splattered on them throughout the entire room. The AC unit was very musty smelling. We left for a few hours and when we came back the AC smelled like it had coil cleaner sprayed in it. It was not a bad place for the age but it was not clean at all.

Check in was delayed due to nobody at the counter which was on purpose because checkin time is 3pm, I was there @ 250! Our room would have been ready anyway!

The worst part about the stay was when we checked in and went to our room, the shower was pretty dirty with a ring around the drain which means it wasn't cleaned correctly for a long time. I didn't even bother telling the people that run this hotel as they obviously don't know what clean is. So I went over to the nearby family dollar store and bought cleaning supplies to clean it myself! Cost me $6 but at least I knew that it was clean! The rest of the hotel was dirty too, like the hallways and lobby restroom. A simple vaccum job would have been nice! Hotel needs renovated!
Guess ya get a terrible room for $81.00!

I stayed here while my car was being repaired during a cross-country trip, and so really appreciated its location around so many food places. It was also good for the price in terms of bed and general room comfort. I am bothered by what seems sloppy elements to the housekeeping. My in-room coffeemaker had some slightly foamy black liquid in the water reservoir, and the sink in the bathoom emptied very slowly, making me wonder about attention to detail in cleaning. Also, my room was straightened up at all during my full day in Morgantown.

Most disgusting place & most incompetent staff. This may possibly be the worst hotel in America. Filthy. Drugs. Cars broken into in parking lot. Listen, I'm sure you're thinking you'll save a few bucks on a trip to watch the Mountaineers but please, please, please spend a little more and go somewhere safe. Btw, the money you think you're saving by staying here vanishes quickly when they charge you a deposit that YOU WILL NOT GET BACK!!!

The property was in the process of renovation. All the flooring was new. The beds and bedding were new, comfy and clean. The furniture was old and our air conditioner made the room overly damp. We had to open the window. The staff was great and the place was clean but some of our towels were stained and threadbare. Breakfast was yogurt, bananas, and granola bars, coffe and juice. So more of a snack.

First off I will start out by saying it would have been nice to know that this place was under construction and has no carpet. Room was bare bones as expected as it is a Super 8. Went out to dinner after check in and came back to fund a full blown fiesta, including bbq'ing, music, beer and a bon fire outside my room window. I reported this to the front desk clerk and he said \"I'll talk to them\" but the fiesta continued ALL NIGHT LONG. Got up after little sleep to get breakfast and had a choice of an apple banana or a tea bag. Also the owners kids were racing up and down the halls which remember are under construction. Then I find out they kept my deposit for NO reason and I cant get an explanation as to why.

You get fair deal for a reasonable price. I liked the hotel being pet friendly and the fees were minimal. Everything in the room works, they do need to clean the fabric of the arm chair however .Only one soap in the room.

We were very disappointed in our stay to say the least. Upon Walking down the hallway we both looked at the carpet on the floor and thought how filthy the carpet was.The room seemed fine until we went to bed and there were socks in between the sheets that didn’t belong to us. We were completely disgusted when we realized they hadn’t put new sheets on the bed but rather just pulled up the comforter and called it good. The man behind the counter told me mistakes happen. This wasn’t a mistake. They chose to not put new sheets on the bed after the last people slept there. Leaving us to crawl in to bed on the same sheets the last people slept on. They did give me a new room but never offered anything other than an apology after arguing with me. I am very disappointed in the super 8 chain as I expect better than this. Next time there is a pair of complimentary socks left in the room I hope they leave them on the nightstand and go ahead and make the bed up with fresh sheets.

The room was poorly maintained. Many gouges in the walls. Hole in the wall in bathroom adjacent to sink about one inch in diameter stuffed with paper towel and aluminum foil. The room was very outdated and uncomfortable. Would never stay there again.
