Staff was courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, there were a some problems that were out of their control that made the stay less than desirable. My room was on the 3rd floor right near the elevator. However, after checking in, I left to come back later that night and found the elevator was broken. That forced us to go all the way to the end of the hallway, walk up the stairs and then all the way back down the hallway to our room. Then when my girlfriend and I tried to use the hot tub, the jets were not working. We had to get dressed and go downstairs to the front desk. He came up to to room and found that most of the jets were locked for some reason. After he unlocked them, they worked slightly...but still not at full power. I expected the hot experience to be much better than it was. The staff did what they could, but it was still a somewhat disappointing visit, especially for a Valentine's Day surprise that I planned for my girlfriend.

The checkout kiosk was a terrible experience after a long day of travel. While it wasn’t the remote agent’s fault, it was hard to hear and took SOOO much longer than if there was a local employee behind a counter per usual. I’m certain someone local to this town would do that job. It makes me think Baymont chooses to save money on US employees rather than provide a good experience to customers.

Check-in was my main issue with the stay. We arrived late (1am) after going to a concert nearby. There was no clerk. In place of a clerk was a kiosk with a virtual clerk. Clearly, they have outsourced this position to another country. I would much rather talk to an actual staff member, instead of a person through a screen. The process went smoothly enough, but it was a shame to see jobs outsourced like that. I understand that wages make up the majority of costs for businesses, but to not have someone readily available on-site seemed like a miss in a customer service field, such as this.

Also, coffee material (grounds, etc) was in the room, but no coffee maker!?

I had booked 2 rooms for 3 adults. When I arrived they insisted I booked 1 room thru Expedia. My sister had the original confirmation showing 2 rooms for a total of 338. They gave us the 2nd room but charged us 180 for it. The girl at the desk was very rude and said it was our fault for using a third party to book.

They later called me to tell me that they took care of it. I appreciated the phone call. If your room is on the side of Loomis Road, you will hear noisy vehicles passing by.

The breakfast however was horrible, high sugar cereal, a couple of bagels, overly sugary yogurt, a couple of bananas and no protein options. I ended up going else to get my breakfast. If you're going to offer a \"free\" break there needs to be more effort placed on it. There were several of us who opted to eat else because of the lack us options

I was disappointed with my stay. The breakfast options were not great, and the front desk staff was quite cold and unwelcoming. On the other hand, the kiosk staff was friendly and helpful. However, considering the price of the room, which was nearly $112, it was not worth it. The room had an unpleasant smell, and overall, I did not feel it met expectations. I would likely avoid staying here again in the future.

I didn't care for the kiosk check-in as the primary option for checking into the hotel. I personally prefer a real person. This was my first experience with this and hopefully it will be my last.

The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. We ended up going to Walmart and purchasing new pillows and pillowcases to get us through the weekend. I will remember to bring my own in the future.

The hotel was fine. Not new but was overall clean. Front desk service was not welcoming or service oriented at all. We arrived at 2:00 ( check in was at 3:00) just to see if room was available. After about 5 minutes of waiting at desk, a woman walked from back room and said “what do you need?” and not in a friendly voice. When I asked about our reservation, she just said “check in is at 3:00- come back then” In understand that they don’t want people checking in early, but there is a way to have a conversation with a customer without making them feel that they are a burden for being in the hotel. Came back at 3:00 and another woman came to the desk and greetings weren’t much better. She took a personal phone call in middle of check in and there just wasn’t a friendly vibe from any of the employees.

Do not stay here. Not worth the money. If your not lucky youll get a staff member that is rude, doesn't work with you in regards to checking in early to get ready for a wedding. When she finally does let you check in early there will be a $25 cash fee that you can most def see her pocket. However the general manager is fantastic . Staff at front desk were unprepared for guest, uneducated about their own computer system, unfriendly, and unapologetic about the amount of time it took to check in. I believe the personnel at the desk were the owners, there was a wedding party staying the night we were there, the shuttle was departing at 3:45pm for the party, I stood in line for 45 minutes and was the third in line. The rooms had recently been upgraded per se but must of had the same mattresses as before, you could literally feel the springs in the bed as well as hear the squeak of them compressing. There were also no instructions for using the tv, what restaurants were delivering in the area or what time breakfast was served. When we awoke in the morning and made our way downstairs at 6am there was no breakfast and no one at the front desk. This place does not care about their customers and should be avoided at all efforts. If you find yourself staying here because of piss poor planning as we did, bring a mattress pad, your own pillows, breakfast and melatonin, you may also want to consider doing an Air B&B. It was not worth $300 yo stay here to attend a Dave Mathew’s Concert, I should have drove into Milwaukee and saved my money an patience.

The Baymont in Waterford is an okay facility, but it is older and the room I had was small. There was no room to even open up and set up the little luggage rack. It seemed that in many aspects the philosophy of the hotel was to provide minimal supplies and comforts. When we checked in a sign noted that the pool was closed. I have no idea if it has been that way for a week or month, and when it will be fixed. Our room was supplied with only two coffee packets. I asked for more and got two, and when the room got cleaned, only two were put with the pot in the room. Breakfast offerings were austere at best, no fruit, Walmart yogurt, some cereal. The only hot offering was a pancake machine. Like I said, bare minimum to get by. On the bright side, my room was promptly cleaned each day and the towels were nice. The motel was in a convenient location for the wedding we attended, which is why I booked it. Very few guests the nights I was there….

Disgustingly dirty!! Very cold! It was winter and Wisconsin was going thru the oculist weather and they kept their common areas at 58 degrees. They also kept their front doors open!

The Staff was so-so! Yelled at my kids in the pool area! They were never around when I had a question.

Pool area was freezing! The pool was neat and I loved the lighting in the pool.

Breakfast was cheap and overrated. I could have bought what was offered from gas station across the street.

The shower area in the room was moldy and dirty. The water from the shower area was leaking on the floor and then out to the rug by the door. Very dangerous for any one using the bathroom.

Just an overall nasty, disgusting, yucky place! I don’t think we will ever stay here again. It’s just not warm and homey like the pics portray!!

Door latch was 3 inches off and so you could not actually latch the door... Multiple people had latches loose.

The shower head would not stay up and would fall. My wife had to hold the shower head so I could actually shower.

We found a pair of earrings on our bathroom counter...one friend had to get new sheets due to blood on them.

We were halfway down the hall and you could hear the elevator. Fun fact, you can hear both sides conversations around you...

Our room was soooo small, our friends room was normal sized.
No one is actually ever at the front desk, the morning shift was wearing PJS smoking outside
Breakfast.... there was a wedding block there and they hardly any food out and most of the wedding hadnt even made it downstairs.

The extra blankets provided in the closet had a nasty smell to them. Definitely won’t be staying there again. Upon arriving, the staff member at the front was kind of rude and unhelpful with questions we had about the events taking place that weekend (reason why we were staying there.)

An absolutely gross dark brown substance (the consistency of jelly) coming out of the ice machine on the ice. Dirty socks by the entry that had obviously been there a while. The property itself was overrun with weeds, the bedroom had coffee stains on counter which could of easily be whipped clean, the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. The curtains were stained and discolored. The staff not friendly nor helpful.
