Our check in was OK. We were in town for a wedding so checked in a 3PM to change quickly. Upon pour return at 10pm, I had to use the bathroom. Went to reach for toilet paper and there was none. No back up role, NONE! I asked my girlfriend to give me the box of tissues. There was only 1 in the box! One!!! Called down to the office and there was no answer. Ended up using face towels to wipe my backside! I went down to the office and there was no one there. Called the operator number from the lobby with no answer. Walked around and found a cart in the lobby with toilet paper and took some. Expressed my displeasure the next morning and and all I got was, \"Sorry about that!\" I would never, EVER stay there again!! I have stayed at about a half dozen AmericInn's in the past and never once experienced anything like this. And to be told that no one is there after 10PM working is somewhat a security risk!!! There doors were not locked nor a room ley required to gain access. Just an open hotel!!

Pros: Rooms are sparse, but clean. Shower area is amazing! Pancake maker in the breakfast room was a huge win for my kids.

Cons: No towel hooks (I dislike leaving wet towels on the floor) and not enough towels for the three people in my party.

Also, my teens were disappointed about the pool being out of order, as that was the deciding factor for us when booking this hotel stay.

I rent a room with a Jacuzzi tub once a month to soak my knees. The faucet was missing its chrome cover and was covered in nastiness from years of use. The bottom of the tub had a footprint and hair in it. I stayed for a few hours and just left and rented a room so.ewhere else.

Very clean! Modren and rooms nice. Pool area well taken care of. clean, and nice! Staff was wonderful!!! We had been having a few unexpected this happen on our trip and when we got here the wonderful staff made us feel well taken care of and spoiled us which made our hard day better!!! The breakfast was great, and great strong coffee :). It was very quiet and relaxing outside and inside. The pricing surprised us in a good way compared to surrounding hotels so I have to say the stay was well worth it and more!!! Thank you for brightening our vacation!!!

Property was easy to get to and in a convenient location. Room was ok not exactly clean, bedside lamp only had one bulb pulled the dresser out to see if it was plugged in and behind the dresser has never been cleaned. Bathroom door lock was broken and door was arranged in a way that there was no way to stand in the bathroom and close the door without being in the way of the closing door. Bed was super hard and lumpy.

Don’t stay here! It’s literally a joke! Long story short. Owners are foreigners who do not speak English and live in unit #224. They have local help at the front desk only a few hours a day! There’s a sign most of the time “Sorry, we are away!” I was unfortunately there for a week. Nobody stays at this place. The parking lot at most would have 3-8 cars with 2-3 of these being owners and/or part time help. It’s two floors with about 25 rooms per floor (~50 units). The guest are always located to the rooms on the second floor directly around the owners room #224 so the owners can easily service/monitor the guest/rooms 25/7 to make their life easier since there is no employees most of the time. The owners are flat-out inconsiderate rude & disrespectful to guest. They work out of their unit. They open and close their unit #224 door at all hours 24/7. They talk down the hall loud at their relatives and scream at their kids… all living within their unit. They start making noises before 6am and continue throughout the entire day/night until 2am everyday. There’s a utility room next to their unit which they access 24/7 to wash towels, get stuff….etc. constantly opening and closing these doors. They cook food 24/7 in their unit smelling up the entire floor and causing smoke alarms to always go off.

None of the hotel information was correct. The checkout time was wrong, the phone number was a foreign number, the address was Address Line 1, the website was Yourhotelname.com.

My stay at this hotel was overall good! Upon arrival, the check-in process was delayed due to a computer complication, but the staff were incredibly friendly, apologetic, and accommodating, which made the wait much more pleasant.

There was no elevator, which initially concerned me due to a recent back surgery, but thankfully my room was on the first floor. The room didn’t have ceiling lighting—only a bathroom light and three lamps—but natural light helped brighten up the space. It was also nice having air conditioning in the room and being able to set it to a desired setting.

As for cleanliness, the room was mostly tidy and organized. However, I did find a hair in the shower and a smaller one on the toilet seat, which was a bit off-putting.

Despite a large group checking in after me, the room was surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it’s a nice amenity to have available.

Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the pancake maker was a fun and unique touch!

Overall, I’d give the experience a 3.5 out of 5. While the nightly rate felt a bit pricey, it was still a decent and comfortable stay. The location was especially convenient—close to the wedding venue, several fast food spots, and many nice golf courses in the area.

I really just needed a room close to my daughters as we were leaving early in the morning. I was pleasantly surprised at this motel. I knew they revamped the place. My bathroom had a large beautiful walk in shower. The room was neat and clean. Pool is on the smaller size. Property is close to town but just outside.

I entered through the middle door of the hotel. That middle door was prompted open a few different times. I removed it so the door would be closed securely. The tops of the table weren’t clean, the end table had coffee or soda rings. The black out curtains didn’t fully closed…. Sunlight would be showing. The King bed was very uncomfortable & lumpy!!
Breakfast was included. The eggs & sausage links were cold. There was a microwave to warm up food. The pool was closed. Overall, not clean or comfortable family suite.

Great location and clean and comfortable rooms. Very disappointed that the pool was out of order the entire week. Also the website states a guest laundry. We were told that haven't had a guest laundry \" in quite a while\" even though there are plaques on their wall directing to a guest laundry. Most disappointing was there was no hot breakfast, as advertised. Also posted with an \"out of order\" sign. The place was comfortable and clean, but having all these amenities not available was disappointing to say the least. Website should be updated with this information, when not available. Some sort of refund/ compensation should be given for this. Having a pool/ laundry/breakfast were among the reasons we chose this hotel only to be disappointed

they charged my card a $200 potential damage fee upon check-in without telling us and I don’t get that money back for nearly 2 weeks. Hot tub was empty, the shower had a partial door but not a full door so the floor gets super wet if you don’t put a towel down, you have to step into the shower to close the bathroom door because the bathroom is tiny. The vanity mirror is nice though.

I made the choice to choose this hotel for my friend and his 2 kids because it was just 10 minutes from my house. It was a stressful experience checking in for the 2 night stay because I booked it through Expedia to save money. And when I decided to extend the reservation for an additional 2 nights again thru Expedia, it was another hassle. My friend was told he had to check out by 11am. I had to call the hotel and tell them I had proof that they were paid for another 2 nights in the same room. After my insistence they magically found the extended reservation. It was stressful for my friend and myself and totally unnecessary. Can’t really recommend staying there because of the communication issues. They obviously don’t want customers using online apps to save money.

I called ahead because we were hauling an enclosed trailer and wanted to be sure there was parking and I was told there was but we had to take up like 5 stalls sideways and it was difficult to get in and out. Our room smelled like sewer and the floor had water coming up next to the bed if you stepped on it. No hand soap at the sink and only one garbage can outside the bathroom. We won’t be back.

There was construction going on which was not mentioned prior to arriving. Our room was dusty, and bathroom was moldy. We also found multiple earwigs and spiders in our room. Pillows were trash and lumpy. We brought up the concerns to the front desk and were brushed off as the were fully booked. No discount or refund offered. Called customer care and was told it could be up to a week before I hear anything in regards to contacting me about my concern.

Sadly, the stay on Friday 7/21/24 was less than stellar. A very musty odor in the building and room. We stayed in a kitchen suite and although we asked for a coffee pot, one was not provided. We had to ask for clothes hangers, iron and ice bucket as well. No utensils, glassware, plates etc were provided or offered after my complaint to the staff. Will not stay here in the future!

Plus side is they remodeled bathrooms and showers were excellent. Downside is needs a bit of refreshing such as curtains are not far from coming down, floors were dirty and found a few ants on floor. We booked a room for 2 nights and way overpriced! $450 is a bit much for the room we got. I probably would not stay there again although gal was accommodating behind desk. Our tv would not work so she did finally run down a remote that would work. Took 4 different remotes to work, So very pricy for what we got.

Not many choices of places to stay in Burlington, WI but this place was a disaster. When we walked in our toilet had diarrhea just sitting in it. There was also stains on the comforter and it had a damp feeling to it. The lamp shades were also disgusting with stains. Overall I am not impressed whatsoever and highly suggest staying somewhere else even if the cost is higher.

The bathroom door didn’t close properly. The bathroom was so small that we had to straddle the toilet to open the door to leave the bathroom. The property is obviously in the process of being remodeled, but frankly I couldn’t tell if the room had been remodeled yet.
Stay away from this property.
Waaaaay overpriced, but weren’t many choices in town.
