No elevator to second floor, bathroom exhaust fan vent goes straight thru to adjacent room bathroom. Needless to say you can see light and hear everything in your neighbors bathroom, and at 7:40 am, the breakfast buffet was completely empty of warm food and nobody restocking it. I'm writing to share a few concerns about my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, one of the rooms I was assigned needed more attention. Several items were missing, and it had not been cleaned at the time it was given to me.

Additionally, I was in a non-smoking room, but there were people smoking. This caused the smell of smoke to seep into the bathroom and near the sink, which was quite unpleasant and hard to sleep.

I understand that running a hotel is no easy task, but I believe these issues need to be addressed to ensure all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay and take action to improve the room conditions and enforce the non-smoking policy more strictly.

This was a very solid hotel to stay at. The property was clean, and the staff was accommodating. The breakfast selection was pretty good. The major gripe was that it's not the easiest to get to; add on the fact that there was construction on the road to the hotel and it made it more difficult. But still, don't hesitate to book a reservation here.

Great but check your pillows

Stayed for a wedding, was able to check in earlier. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only thing was that some pillows seemed as they haven’t been changed as there was some black marks on the pillow cases.

The room was clean but the hallways had like an \"old\" smell to it... which is fine, we only needed to stay for one night. The front desk lady at check-in was very nice. However, the following day went down to breakfast and my child wanted cereal. There wasn't any milk left so I went to the front desk (different lady) to ask if someone could refill the milk. She told me someone was in there. I literally came from the breakfast area so I knew there wasn't anyone working in there, which I told her there wasn't anyone there. She proceeded to tell me there is someone in there and pointed to the breakfast area. Ok, whatever. I walk back to the area and still don't see anyone. There's a \"staff only\" door so I knocked but nobody opened. I went back to the front and let her know again that nobody is in there to refill. She told me again that someone is in there and if not then there's the \"Staff only\" door and knock on it. I told her I did that already and nobody came to the door. This entire time she's sitting at the front and have just been giving an attitude from our initial conversation. She finally got up and found the lady. The lady working the breakfast area was nice so I give it that but the 2nd front desk lady is a no-no. I would suggest getting up from the front to check the area even if someone might be in there refilling- that's just common courtesy. Also, there was nobody else in the front except me so she wasn't busy with helping other customers with check-in/checkout.

Despicable service. Never ever experienced something like it. Smelly. Loud construction. Dirty pillow cases. Dark smelly rooms. Customer service was absolutely terrible. Didn’t even stay the night. Left after 20 mins and the hotel won’t give the money back.

Only suitable for very very deep sleepers.

Terrible stay at La Quinta. Hardly slept because of noisy guests and paper thin walls. When i eventually gave up trying to sleep and went to the gym at 4am, imagine my surprise to discover the noise was coming from a member of staff. I am waiting to hear if they will give us a refund.

The toilette wouldn't flush and they gave us a plunger. I checked out two days earlier than we had paid for and made other arrangements for the remainder of our trip.
We were in town for funeral this added stress wasn't needed.

Overall very happy. I live in the desert so the slightly musty smell in the main halls worried me a little but the room was clean and fresh. Very comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Fantastic latte from the coffee maker. Quiet. Our only issue was no elevator, and my husband hurt his knee so had a hard time with stairs, but we managed that ok.

I have NO idea how this hotel’s guest rating is so high. I booked if over another chain that has a better reputation because of the high guest rating. The room feels gross and moist. Who ever was working july the 4th around 1pm-11pm needs to be talked to about her customer service skills. Shes rude and gets mad at any question customers ask 🙄 and the fact house keeping wants a tip for the lack of work that they do! There was dust all over my room and towels werent clean!

Room is outdated the lighting isnt any help all the lights are yellow you can barley see! For the price they charge i would rather stay somewhere else

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. It was very outdated - old carpet, A/C unit was very effective and the hotel towels were on there last leg.....definitely not one of the nicer LaQuintas we have stayed at. Needs a facelift!

Have been a long time customer and can’t beat the value for the place. However during my last stay management was not aware that I was in the room and registered another guest who entered my room in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. A terrifying experience that should not have ever happened and was not able to get any sleep. There were a few other issues including remote control not working. Also had two different reservations, back to back however management would not allow me to keep the room had to check out then recheck in later during the day.

The bed was really stiff , the staff is for the most part friendly, however there’s a female who is associated with the staff somehow and she is very loud and uses vulgar language in the breakfast room very early in the morning and I have seen this more than a handful of times as I’ve stayed at the laquinta at least 35 times in the last year I also believe people go into your rooms when you’re not there.

The hotel is fairly nice. However, on the first morning, we went without hot water. I told the front desk lady and she said she would look into it. Nothing. Also, the room door had light coming in all the way around it. I don't think it fit right. During check-out, I mentioned the water issue and was given a discount for one night. She was very nice.

Two mix ups,1st my reservation date of checking in, so I lost the 2 bed reservation.
2nd no rollaway bed provided, I had to ask & roll cot, myself to end of the corridor.
