Rooms are ok. They are slightly remodeled super 8 style. Our ac didn't work properly. Check in was a bit of a struggle with no one on site. We arrived around 6pm. Our room was still being cleaned. All in all a pretty basic /outdated room for a premium price.

Very clean room, and easy to access. Only issue we had was the under cabinet lights randomly at 4:45am. They seemed to have a mind of their own during the evening.

The room was not clean and did not have 2 beds like the reservation. There was food in the fridge and the bed was unmade. They moved us to a two bed room that was clean but there were beer cans in the trash. I was supposed to be emailed a confirmation code since there is no staff on the premises but I wasn’t. Very expensive room as well.

I would definitely not go back. I thought not having a front desk was good. Boy was I wrong.
Internet was horrible. My boyfriend had to log into their Internet every time we turned the TV on. It was soooo extremely so. TV sat and spun and most channels did not work because of the Internet connection. If your not a coffee drinker than you good. If you are a coffee drinker like me, bring your own cup. No coffee markers in the rooms only in the lobby with 15 million lids NO CUPS. Called the number. Said they are mobile will be there in a little while. Waited 2 hrs, no show and still no cups not there when we check out the next following day. 2days there and no coffee cups. Got some from the restaurant down the street. 😡😡😡.
Room curtains were broken had to use a hair clip to keep the curtains closed, day 2 no soap.
The sound proof is horrible. Hear TV next door and in the hallway.
But hey they a full size frig. My eyes, what the new owners did is put a bandaid over a gaping wound.
No front desk, saves them $$ that they used on the paint.
If you don't like coffee or the Internet. It's a place for.
Otherwise, I will never be back.
Horrible!!!!!

I did not include pricing/rate info, personal info or use profanity; yet you refused to publish my review. Perhaps it wasn't positive enough. Makes me wonder how much I can trust the reviews you do publish. I will be avoiding Hotels.com in the future. Upon arriving in the "lobby" there was a notice that this is 'a "Self Service" hotel, like an Airbnb.' I did not notice anything stating such during the booking process. The suite was clean and spacious, but the only heat was in the MBR which did not transfer very well to the rest of the suite. The bathroom is inconveniently located on the opposite end of the suite as the bedrooms. in addition to the shower being extremely small, the complex controls were a bother while the relatively simple soap dispensers didn't work.

Very nice, newly remodeled place!

Very walkable in the heart of downtown Plymouth but also has plenty of free parking.

Road America is a quick jaunt down the highway (maybe 5 miles or so.)
