- interdiction de prendre son cocktail à la piscine (à consommer uniquement enfermé au bar, jamais vu ça de ma vie)
- eau chaude quand ça veut bien (c’est le Brésil donc soit)

Eu e minha família nos hospedamos neste final de semana no Ubatuba Praia Hotel e tivemos uma experiência bastante agradável. O hotel é muito limpo, bem localizado no centro da cidade e conta com uma equipe extremamente simpática e cordial, o que fez toda a diferença na nossa estadia.
O café da manhã também merece destaque: variado e muito saboroso.
A única coisa que poderia ter tornado nossa experiência ainda melhor seria a possibilidade de ficar em um quarto de frente para o mar, especialmente na modalidade família. Outra sugestão seria disponibilizar televisores um pouco maiores nos quartos.
No mais, ficamos muito satisfeitos com a estadia e certamente recomendamos o hotel!

Queria ressaltar aqui em primeiro lugar minha satisfação com as meninas da limpeza sao impecável todo o ambiente cheiroso sao extremamente organizadas e gentil, os quartos corredores sao extremamente limpos da gosto de ficar no quarto estao de Parabéns, segundo ponto recepção: As meninas do periodo da tarde pra noite sao super distraídas ficam em grupo conversando e quando vc precisa entra com o carro fica buzinando elas nao estao com atenção no portao e ficamos tempos esperando teve vezes que tive que descer do carro para chamar porque mesmo buzinando elas nao olhavam para abrir os portões, a garagem é extremamente apertada, cafe da manhã medio fica somente uma menina pra repor para limpar e as vezes acaba nao dando conta exemplo tem coisas que nao tem reposição tipo bolo acabou nao tem reposição entao em dois dias fiquei sem bolo pois o horario que fui ja havia acabado , outro ponto Piscina: A piscina nao é aquecida ela e climatizada é um morno quase pra fria e somente a piscina “maior” apesar de todas serem somente para ficar sentados pois a agua bate no joelho , as outras duas que sao geladas e sao menores ainda , o local nao oferece muitas opções de alimentos sao poucos entao nem conte em ter a opção de fazer alimentação no local, em si é um hotel calmo , silencioso, uma localização perfeita, uma vista maravilhosa!

O bom atendimento já começou na reserva com as informações e a cordialidade do hotel. No dia do check-in fomos bem recebidos gostei muito de tudo no hotel do quarto, picina café da manhã, da atenção dos funcionários, mas o excelente mesmo é a localização que é perto da rua Guarani onde fica localizado a maioria dos comércios e melhores restaurantes. A praia de Itagua é imprópria para banho mas é dela que sai os passeios de lancha e escuna, fui no de lancha e é muito Top. Pra quem pratica corrida e caminhada a praia é muito boa enfim estou bem ansioso pra uma próxima estadia.

Hotel limpo, cheiroso, novo, super agradável. Ar Split nos quartos. Piscina gostosa no terraço com lida vista (pequena mas pouco movimentado o local), ideal para o pós praia (só faltou uma sauna a vapor para ficar perfeito). Estacionamento muito bom, bom café da manhã apesar do salão ser pequeno. Duas coisas que eu não gostei: o isolamento acústico dos quartos não é bom e os funcionários conversam alto e fazem barulho de manhã o que atrapalha o sono de quem quer acordar depois das 07:00h; ter que pagar 10% do valor da hospedagem no check-out (dizem ser opcional mas eu me senti constrangido em recusar o pagamento visto ter sido bem atendido), sou acostumado a pagar somente o consumo extra e os 10% sobre este consumo e não sobre o que eu paguei à Hoteis.com (que geralmente já cobra todas as taxas da reserva).

O hotel é razoável, preço na minha opinião , pouco acima do que é oferecido. Problemas de atendimento no café da manhã, espaço reduzido, demora na reposição de alimentos demora na limpeza de mesa, ocasionado pelo número reduzido de funcionários na alta temporada. Estacionamento muito pouco prático, na qual você buzina e fica aguardando um funcionário atender, oque nem sempre é rápido. Funcionários apesar de escassos muito prestativos e simpáticos. Limpeza também muito bem feita. Reforma no bar da piscina também atrapalhou bastante.

Hotel bem localizado, perto de vários bons restaurantes, porém, se quiser ir à praia, tem que ser nas vizinhas. Check-in tranquilo, atendente muito atenciosa e educada. Instalações novas. Quarto de bom tamanho, limpo, roupas de cama limpas e confortáveis, boas camas, ar condicionado, boa ducha, secador de cabelo no banheiro. Piscina pequena, mas isso não foi problema, porque não tinha muita gente. Café da manhã comum, os itens como pães e bolos ressecados, como se fossem feitos no dia anterior. Mas nos atendeu. Se posso deixar uma sugestão, é que o café comece a ser servido mais cedo, porque começando às 7h30, perdemos boa parte do sol da manhã e, se levarmos em consideração que em Ubatuba chove sempre à partir das 10h, o horário do café é determinante. Estacionamento apertado. No mais, recomendo, para poucos dias.
