É a terceira vez que me hospedo neste hotel, porem a manutenção não esta sendo bem feita, meu banheiro vazava agua pelo box molhando tapete e o chão, as peças torneiras e descarga estão manchadas de silicone e pu que ja passaram sem o devido cuidado dando aparencia de sujeira, poucas tomadas no quarto para carregar celulares.
Na piscina a escada é desproporcional na sua altura, eu pessoalmente tive que ajudar um hospede a sair pois não alcançava o degrau de tão alto, e falta um atendimento adequado no bar.
A localização é privilegiada, porem estão deixando a desejar, nestas tres temporadas que passei, não vi nenhuma melhoria, só esta caindo a qualidade.
Desculpem a sinceridade mas é uma critica construtiva.

Es un muy buen hotel, donde es posible tener una excelente experiencia. Todo funciona correctamente y la atención de todos los colaboradores es destacable.
La piscina tiene el agua limpia y agradable; el desayuno es muy bueno. La limpieza es impecable tanto en la habitación como en todas las áreas comunes.

O hotel é ótimo, principalmente em acessibilidade e crianças. Os funcionários são ótimos inclusive uma copeira chamada Edna. Foi atenciosa e super educada e a limpeza impecável.

Já fiquei outras vezes no hotel Pousada do sol, sempre gostei da estadia. Dessa vez, infelizmente, tive o problema de não ter água quente para banho. E não tinham solução. Somente no outro dia foi que tivemos água quente. Da próxima vez em Aracaju, não será minha preferência a estadia com eles.

Boa tarde. Chegamos no dia 08, na suíte que ficamos, logo de cara cheiro de mofo, a noite dei descarga saiu uma água que parecia ser esgoto, abri a tampa da caixa acoplada toda preta, fora as traças na parede. Funcionários atenciosos café da manhã básico. Se forem escolham quartos superiores, pois o térreo que fiquei, não foi nada agradável. E logo cedinho o pessoal da cozinha fica conversando alto e rindo, o que dá para ouvir no quarto.

• ter q fazer força na descarga para tudo descer e na mesma escorre agua por baixo;
