We ended up here last minute after our airline canceled our flight home, and we were so relieved by how kind and helpful the front desk staff was. They made a very stressful situation feel much easier. The rooms were clean, quiet, and fully stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a wonderful alternative If you have an early morning departure or a late evening arrival. Exhausted after a full day of traveling I arrived at the hotel well after midnight - the staff was warm and friendly, and the room comfortable and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Alt hotels are typically really good. Lobby area and amenities were good. Being attached to the the airport for an early morning flight was the big selling feature.
Having said that, this was not my best stay in an Alt. Room had a mild whiff of BO and just felt stale. Room temperature was set at 24 degrees. For people that keep their home at 19-20, it felt so hot. I tried to turn it down. Five hours later it had only dropped by half a degree, so sleep wasn’t great. Otherwise, fine.

There was no hot water unless you ran for 5 minutes and then wasnt good for the price you pay for a room a night. Staff at front dest was nice. The first room was incredibly hot 25.5, called front desk he came up and adjusted but it did not cool down after a couple hours, they then moved us to a new room where the temperature control was working. Rooms are okay nothing spectacular. Bed was comfortable, bath and body products are nice. Some staff were friendly some not so much. Pool was clean and warm.
