すすきのの中心街からは少し離れてますが、歩いて数分程度なので問題ないと思います。
チェックイン、チェックアウト共に問題はありませんでした。
コロナ以降、部屋の掃除が毎日ではなくなったのが嬉しくない点ですが、年々高騰している価格と比較すると今回はリーズナブルに宿泊できて良かったです。
個人的には枕の高さが低い物が貸し出しであれば良いと思いました。

Beautiful and exquisite hotel. I received a room upgrade which was amazing. The breakfast was very good, the room clean, staff helpful. The location was quiet considering it is a few blocks from a very busy commercial area. I didn’t mind walking a little further for all the other benefits.

I had a great stay at HOTEL GLOBAL VIEW Sapporo. The room was really big for Japan and comfortable. The staff were friendly and polite.

The hotel is in a quiet area but only about a 10-minute walk to Susukino, and it’s easy to get a taxi if you prefer. There are also some nice restaurants nearby.

The room rate was very reasonable. They clean the room every three days, but you still get fresh towels every day, so I didn’t mind at all.

一般

工作人员亦服务态度很不错，步行去狸小路挺方便。如果自駕遊的話，要預早同酒店預約車位，高身大車只可以泊open air (酒店旁邊只有4個車位¥1500），細車可泊multi-storey type(¥900). 因為租車公司免費升級車型由細型變大型，酒店open air 車位滿了，要自己在酒店附近自行找car park,最後找到車位，亦都要步行10分鐘再回到酒店！另外不是太近地下車站，有多行李又是冬天有雪的時候，不太方便！早餐可以不用選在酒店食！

Cold lobby and bad air in the room

The climate in the room was super bad. Couldn’t open the window and there were no circulation on in the room. I turned on the aircon and it made it a bit better but then it started increasing the temperature. It was locked so that I couldn’t turn it down to cool the room.

Both before and after my stay I had to wait in the lobby and it was freezing cold.

Breakfast was only Japanese - rise, fish and soup for breakfast. Fair enough but not my cup of tea.

Staying 2 nights in this hotel and the location is very convenience and strategically located nearby to Susukino, about 15 min by foot. There is a Lawson just right in front of the main entrance and also there is a famous ramen shop on the opposite side of the building. Room was clean, however, there will be no cleaning services if your stay is longer than 2 nights. Overall, I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Sapporo.

The facility at this hotel very poor. We used to send our luggage through yamato whenever we are going to japan, but this hotel cannot send our luggage to another hotel. The receptionist insist that we must send the luggage by ourself. Very poor facility, how could this hotel didn't have luggage delivery facility??

Typical hotel. Everything is good, functional, no real complaints. The overall appearance is a little outdated, but again the rooms are good. Breakfast on the second floor is great with a different dish each morning. The restaurant on the first floor/lobby area has good lunch and dinner options. Reasonable walking distance to Susukino Street and surrounding downtown area. Has a Lawson store across the street. Has a great ramen place also across the street on the other side of the hotel. Overall a good hotel in a great location.

またホテル目の前はコンビニ、有名ラーメン店の信玄もあるので部屋によっては行列の様子がわかるので行きやすいのではと思います。

I paid 1/2 the price to stay in a newer, cleaner and modern hotels during my 2weeks vacation and they included breakfast, a gym and a free onsen to use. This hotel seems to charge for any extras, yet already costs double the price. The room was spacious but it needs to be updated and in the bathroom the very old style of faucet kept creaking when you turned on the water and the bathtub where you put the soap was in need of repair. Also the elevator would close after 3 seconds. This was a disappointing stay for me. The bright side was that there was a popular Ramen restaurant across the street.

This is a great hotel, a 15 minute walk from Odori Park and the Tanukikoji Shopping Streets. It's quiet and has spacious rooms with excellent dining options within a 7 minute walk in any direction. If you go during the winter festival you dont have to worry about going to far as it's up the street from the property. Overall an excellent choice and highly recommended.

10 minutes from Tanuki Koji, main local shopping and dining area, and 10minutes from a station for tram. Laundromat locate second floor and it was so helpful in Summer season. Reasonable tasty Japanese style breakfast need reservation on day before. Very specious room. Convenient store locates in front of the hotel, so you may enjoy the stay in Sapporo area.

This is the best hotel in this neighborhood. Staffs are well trained, Japanese previous Emperor and Empress used to stay there. So many restaurants and a fancy cafe is available in the hotel. Just 5 minutes from JR Hakodate station by taxi, one meter. We will be back the hotel next year.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped. I appreciated that they had the hide-a-bed already set up for us since we had four people in our room. The \"double\" beds were very small, but since one of our kids is only 9, we were able to make it work. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable enough and we enjoyed the thick comforters.
The location was a little far from the main shopping area, but that meant it was quite, and we didn't mid walking the extra couple of blocks. Having a Lawson across the street was very handy and the ramen place next door was incredible (worth the 1 1/2 hour wait in line)!
Overall a great visit...I would stay here again on our next trip to Sapporo!

The room isn't not clean, but I guess Sapporo's air is too dusty that my laptop is covered a layer of dust overnight. One thing I don't like is that the staff could throw away my personal belongings by mistake. The hotel's location is also a little bit far away from the center area and train stations.

It’s good value for money - the size surpasses the average hotel room size in Japan. It’s next door to Lawson which is convenient. It’s about 10 minutes walk from Susukino area though so lots of walking to public transport. The bathroom has a persistent smell so a bit more cleaning is required. The staff are impeccable, great service. Overall a great stay. By taxi to/fro JR Sapporo station is about $15 to $20 so not too bad.

However, there is a lady at the reception that speaks Chinese and English, and she was helpful in giving us guidances and helping us to book taxis.

This hotel is ok. Many good and need improvements.
Good.
1. The hotel room is big so it’s good for families
2. Staff is friendly
3. Breakfast is good.
4. Lawson, convenience store is across the street

Needs improvement
1. The location is quite a walk from Susukino station. I’d say 15min walk. So after a long day, it is quite exhausting to walk to hotel.
2. They have a preset temperature for the rooms and your AC setting doesn’t matter. I called the front desk because the room was hot, but they couldn’t do anything to help me. They told me to turn off the air and maybe it’s cooler that way. Which obviously didn’t work.
3. The housekeeping is not to the standards I’m used to. Normally when I moved things like amenities around the places I like, they’ll leave it as is, but they moved everything back. I also moved the 2 beds together because my son will fall off, they moved the bed back too. And they threw out pajamas that we had on the bed on the couch. It was literally thrown on the couch.

All in all, it’s not a bad hotel. But we did use the taxi to get around a lot. It’ll cost about 1000 yen to Sapporo station on taxi.

I’ll definitely look for a hotel closer to city center next time.

Room was spacious and clean, but definitely outdated. It was a little odd that you had to leave the key with them when you left for the day, but not a big deal. Staff was kind and courteous as with all hotels I have stayed in Japan. Location was not as convenient as I expected, quite a bit of a walk to the closest train stations. Kind of a quiet area, not much around, but there was a ramen place behind (didn't get to try due to schedule conflicts) that got very high reviews and always had a huge line for!

The family room was big and comfortable for our family of 4. Location is 15min walk from the shopping area . Parking need to book in advance with the hotel For 1200yen /day. If not there is many parking lots around the hotel which ranges from 1000 to 2400 Yen per 24hrs .

Location is fantastic. Convenient store is just opposit. There is a small shop which sell ramen at another corner. Looks yummy but long queue. That's why I didn't get to try.
Short walk to Odori Park. Along the streets with lots of shops and eateries.
Room is much bigger than my expectation. We have family of 8. Booked 2 rooms. Each room with 3 single beds and 1 sofa bed. Single bed mattresses are little hard. Overall is good. Room is spacious. Open space car park is great for our big family car but to pay 1500 yen per day.
The counter staffs are helpful and friendly.

We had a great stay. Worth the value staying.

Amazing price and convience.

Dorm syle hotel but I had a private bathroom. Literally next door to the station. You really can't beat the convience and price! There's even a little resturant and the showers were nice. I don't know why this hotel has such negative reviews, like if you want luxury, stay at the Hilton? If you want cheap and good, stay here. Also is right on top a Pokestop, if tht matters to you.

スキーに行くため、小学生の子ども２人と３人で5泊しました。エキストラベットを入れてもらったのですが、居室もユニットバスもまずまずの広さで、くつろぐことができました。朝食のバイキングも必要十分な味とボリューム。フロントの対応も親切丁寧。料金がもう少し安ければ文句無しといったところでしょうか。
