The staffs were super friendly and helpful. It made me feel welcome and my stay very pleasant.

The breakfast was a highlight of the day. There were a lot of variety of vegetarian options and pastries.
All food was fresh not stale with right temperature.
The wait staffs at the breakfast room were delighful and efficient. The view was amazing too.

I would like to thank all staffs for their hospitality.
I will definitely stay in this hotel when I visit Taormina again.

ensuring you have the best experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and spoiled by their Sicilian hospitality. The team of people at reception, including Francesco and Rafaella, offered their professional advice on day trips and restaurant choices all of which were phenomenal. The rooftop area for breakfast and pre dinner drinks and appetizers provided an amazing view, delicious food and again exceptional people providing warm and hospitable service. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, spotless and well appointed. The location was perfect to access the many impressive restaurants and shops around the beautiful town. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was in a great location with access to a beautiful park next door to it. The only criticism some might have is the noise from vehicles when you are sitting on the balcony in the morning.
Staff were more than helpful and we couldn't fault the service provided.
We asked for advice about restaurants and were directed to several fantastic one's, which the staff booked for us.
I would fully recommend the hotel and will be returning in the near future.

What an incredible hotel! The staff were so kind and attentive- it really shows that it’s a family run business. They switched my room with no questions asked and even came up to our room to take a photo of my boyfriend and I because the view from our balcony was stunning. Paradise in Taormina

This is an incredible gem of an hotel. The location is just steps away from the pedestrian area of Taormina; the staff were tremendously helpful; the views are to die for. Excellent breakfast with views of the sea and Mt Etna and happy hour (with complimentary snacks) in the same location. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

The front desk team was knowledgeable, welcoming, and confident, which set the tone for a great stay.

We were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in a little earlier than the stated time that was perfect for freshening up and relaxing.

Our room matched the Expedia listing but actually looked even better in person, with a beautiful view of Mt. Etna and a retractable roof over the relaxation and bath area.

We also visited the hotel’s rooftop bar, where the service was attentive and the complimentary nibbles were a nice touch. The wine and Aperol spritzes were great, but unfortunately, my margarita cocktail was overly bitter and didn’t quite hit the mark, even after a remake. I ended up switching to wine instead, which was much more enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Paradiso. The hotel was clean and modern and in a really convenient location for restaurants, the cable car to the beach and getting around Taormina. The breakfast was really lovely, set on the rooftop with fresh and local food. The staff were so friendly and helpful, Francesco especially, recommending local and authentic restaurants for dinner and then making us reservations to ensure we get in. There was a night porter so the reception desk was manned at all times. Would highly recommend staying at here and would come back !

The property is new but has a very strong smell of urine. As soon as I walked into my room, I immediately noticed the odor, which is coming from the bathroom. The food was terrible, looking like a small spread of leftovers. I also had to wait 20 minutes for someone to count the towels before I could check out, which was honestly quite hilarious. The towels themselves had stains and small holes.

The voltage in the hotel is 220V, and I had to wait for someone to bring a makeshift transformer so I could use my steamer to get ready for an event, which was inconvenient.

Overall, this property has potential but needs much better management. Additionally, there were multiple staff members smoking right outside the entrance to the parking lot, sitting in a way that made it difficult to enter and exit the building.

We stayed in one of the sea/Etna view suites for 4 nights. The view is the best you can get in Taormina - you can go higher, but it's a similar view so it was a shame to leave the room sometimes! The staff were all lovely and really helpful. Anything we needed i.e. an iron, beach towels etc. they were happy to provide. They also explained where everything was when we got there. The breakfast was ok - the view is of course great, as mentioned above, but the food was very basic. Still, there is a selection of cereals, bread, fruit, pastries etc. and egg, bacon etc. It just seemed a little basic for the amount we paid for our stay, and breakfast was an extra cost. Our suite was on the floor below breakfast and the bar, but we didn't have any noise problems (sound proofing must be good). That said, we did struggle with noise from the street particularly in the early mornings (really loud bottle recycling at 4am for example) so definitely bring earplugs. Location wise, this hotel is probably in the best location in Taormina. It's just before the main street, but not in the thick of it so easy to get in and out, call taxis etc. It really was the perfect location.

The property is not in good repair and not as depicted in the photos. There is peeling peeling plaster, broken doors and ancient furniture. No pool or beach access. Once we arrived for our 3 day stay, we asked to cancel the next two nights and relocate to another property. Hotel said sorry, you are responsible for paying for the entire 3 night stay.

First, the communication with the staff was excellent PRIOR to our trip, and once we arrived we were treated like royalty. A great place to stay, a short five-minute walk from Corso Umberto, the Main Street for shopping, and an easy walk to the cable car and everything else. The Community Gardens is right outside the door. And the VIEW!!! We had a Junior Suite with a balcony that overlooked the bay and Mt. Etna. Just fantastic! Thank you, Hotel Villa Paradiso!!!

My wife and I stayed in the Hotel Villa Paradisio for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. We had junior suite with a balcony and a great view of Mount Etna and the sea. the hotel is high up and the view is great! I also liked the extra size in the room because we were on an extended trip and were able to easily store our luggage and clothes etc. The feel of the room is that you are in classic Italy. The breakfast buffet was excellent with great expresso drinks made to order- all with an incredible view. Perhaps the greatest feature of the hotel is the staff who really took care of us - including making local reservations, making sure our car arrived on time, having recommendations on what to see around Taormina. Giuseppe and the staff in the breakfast area were a delight. I felt like we were staying with family in Italy - that's how great the staff was.

What a wonderful gem of a small hotel! From the moment we arrived the warmth of the staff was apparent. Beginning with our greeting upon arrival to being walked to the door upon leaving the hotel, we were assured we were well taken care of. That’s not even the best part: the location. Centrally located in the old town and with views that will make your jaw drop the second you open up the curtains. Do book a room with a view of Mt Etna.

Highly recommended: amazing views & great service!

Hotel Villa Paradiso provided us with the perfect place to stay and explore Taormina. The room was spotlessly clean and bright with incredible views of the Ancient Theater of Taormina, the coastline, Mt. Etna, and the Taormina Castle. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic. We loved the luxurious breakfast on the rooftop every morning with great city views and impeccable service. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Many of the staff members have been there for decades and it shows -- the entire operation ran smoothly and we received excellent service at every point. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taormina!

The stay was very good. Breakfast was bountiful. The upstairs terrace is a terrific vantage point and drinks in the afternoon/evening are delightful. Oddly, the terrace was not staffed on one of our two days at the hotel which was disappointing.
