Lovely close in water views from the front building or third floor of the back building. Exceeds the standards for small Euro boutique hotel. Nice pool with great outlook and lots of sun. Helpful friendly staff and very nice rooms. Michelin restaurant on site with great food and wine list. Sea wall and nice beaches are close by. You will need a car, bus or Uber to get to Pula old town.

Incredible stay. We stayed for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon journey throughout Croatia. We were kindly upgraded to the \"Fuoco 1\" apartment and it was superb, immaculately clean, spacious with fantastic views of the marina from the private balcony.
The staff were so friendly and helpful when my wife required some medical attention for her infected insect bite they signposted us to the tourist hospital.
We dined at the on-site restaurant twice because the quality of food was so good and was reasonably priced. Aperol spritz only 8€ as an example.
Highly reccomended and we hope to visit again in future anniversaries.

Our room was immaculately clean, well equipped and comfortable. The Staff are very polite and accommodating, at breakfast they will replace items or provide options as per your request. The pool area is very quiet and relaxing, we spent many hours relaxing or reading by the pool, with towels provided. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Pula and Istria areas, you can walk to beaches within 10 minutes, and drive to all main destinations easily. It's a beautiful place and we'd visit again if staying in Pula. We extended our stay by three nights, and they kept us in the same room even when the price was increased, for that we extremely grateful and more than happy to recommend to others.

Food was fabulous (small menu) and staff were super friendly and helpful. We used public bus to and from Pula. Bed was excellent and the air conditioning was perfect for a great night’s sleep. The small pool was never busy and we always got sunbeds. We found it very peaceful and quiet.

Amazing and quiet hotel, always space by the lovely, clean pool. Music a bit loud but only for part of the day with a pool bar.
Great views of marina and we were upgraded to a room with a balcony. Clean and comfy beds with excellent much-needed air con!

Really friendly and helpful staff, we arrived after reception closed due to delayed flight and had trouble locating room, but restaurant staff were really great and helped us! Also looked after our luggage so we could enjoy the morning before flight home.
Breakfast had a variety of things, fresher earlier on but still tasty. Quite hot at most tables though as no blinds for view of marina.

Nearby you can walk to beaches, beach bars, cafes, restaurants and snack bar over the road. Plus the amazing Aquarium!

The room was beautiful and huge! We got a private terrace with lounge chairs and patio furniture. The pool was very small but good for a quick dip just to cool off. The included breakfast was lovely (use the little black espresso machine not the nespresso, it’s much yummier). There is a restaurant in the resort and the food is good, but expensive. The staff was lovely, the young man at the front desk offered to carry our luggage to our room for us.

This hotel was in a fantastic setting. We were really pleased to experience a quiet, adult only atmosphere in a location where it was just a short and easy trip to Pula Town and there were other useful facilities close by. All the staff were absolutely fantastic, helpful and polite. We were disappointed however at the lack of facilities. Specifically the lack of outdoor seating and bar area and facilities you might want by the pool such as easy access to affordable drinks and snacks which you might expect somebody to want during a day by the pool. We know the hotel has both these things but they weren't open and this was disappointing and meant we had to walk elsewhere to get things and so only ended up spending half a day by the pool.

This hotel is nicely situated right near the boat port and overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The exterior and interior of the hotel is very modern but does not go overboard. The rooms are well designed and the on suite is a wow factor! The balcony overlooks the waters and furnishings were perfect.

The breakfast buffet did not have many selections given the capacity the resort could house. We understood that and did not have any complaints about that.

The amenities were perfect with a pool and massage service if scheduled in advance. We did not look at all the other amenities since we were focused on the Pula Colosseum and visiting the city of Rovinj that was approximately 30 minutes away via the freeway/toll road.

The front desk was very helpful and English was used without any issues.

The only downside was in our room was one roll of toilet paper and no extra roll anywhere. I had to ask the front desk to supply us with one.

Overall, we would come here again if we visit Pula in the future.

The hotel staff were very kind and the friendly cats outside were adorable. Unfortunately, the beds, though twin size, were difficult to sleep on. Also there was an annoying vibration coming though the wall all night long. The bathroom floor had hair on it from a previous guest. There was also clearly no “quiet time” rule as certain guests were outside at 6 am yelling and talking, slamming the doors and clearly not caring how they affected other guests. Honestly, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The breakfast was nice, but a little basic. One morning were offered eggs of a varying kind and then the next day nothing.

Even washing up liquid, toilet roll, tea towels etc. Balcony nice but a shame that it was enclosed - would have preferred glass walls so surrounding areas could be seen. Pool good if a little small. Beach about a 15 minute walk and busy. Supermarket 15 minute walk. Town centre within driving distance (5 minutes). Breakfast included and plentiful (hot and cold selection ), even included sparkling wine! Washing done for a small charge.

The place, apartment, and setting is just straight out cool. Just know, there are no condiments, tea, soaps, nothing. You have to bring everything. And the restaraunt, incredible. Steaks melted in our mouths! Breakfast were over and above. Also loved the town and people. Really impressed. NOTE: Grocery store at the mall is the best to get what you need.

The property features and amenities weren’t as described via Expedia. There was no wellness or spa facilities which has been displayed on Expedia and where shown in pictures. The poolside was out of use. The beds weren’t displayed as on images the the poolside bar wasn’t in use. I know it wasn’t in season but it looked nothing like I expected. The bar and reception closes far to early and the nearest shop is miles away.

The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was very good with a good range of hot and cold meats, cereals and fruit. The pool was in a nice sunny spot overlooking the harbour. When we were there, there were very few people around the pool. Very friendly and helpful staff and the young lady on the deck was very kind enough to offer to drive my wife to the doctors.
The resort is about 3.7Km from the centre of town, but it is an easy walk, or the bus stops right outside, which is easier than driving and finding a parking place.
We hired the bikes and had a lovely afternoon riding to Premantura.

The hotel bar and restaurant looked incredible set overlooking the marina .
I booked a junior suite room with very modern furnishing and amazing wooden terrace all very new stylist and modern furnishing. A treat to my family for our last night in Croatia. Only to be told at check in this room wasn’t available. ( problem with the pipes). They said they had upgraded me for free.
However the upgrade was not entirely true I was given a two bed apartment which was nothing like the modern suite. . I checked and This was listed as cheaper on the internet so I complained and the reception spoke to their general manager and offered me and my family a free dining experience at their luxury restaurant.
The meal was lovely but I was owe that meal because of the price difference but at least they offered.
However I have found with most hotel experiences these day you have a opportunity to pick the style of room when booking but never seem to end up with the room I pick??
I no longer use bookings .com for this reason and was hoping my Expedia experience would be better.

The resort was well equipped with a great restaurant and bar with great views along the estuary, although about 2.5 kilometres from Pula town centre there is a reliable bus service just outside the resort. The rooms were clean and spacious although there were a couple of bits that had fell into disrepair which did not spoil the experience. The only downside was the noise from a party in the bar one night which went on to around 2am, we were right next door and it felt like we were in the party

We were quite disappointed with our stay, when we arrived we were allowed an early check in which was great. We got to the room and were told we were the first people to be staying in the newly renovated room. Our first impressions were great but looking a little closer things weren’t so good. There were 2 beautiful large balconies which both had no furniture on them so we could not enjoy them or the wonderful view. The ‘free wifi’ wasn’t set up, even after reporting it to reception the problem did not get resolved. Nothing was plugged in, the tv, the phone, the lamps... it was as if it hadn’t been finished.
The shower was great but the water didn’t drain properly so it leaked into the living area and my 5 year old daughter slipped, fortunately she wasn’t injured.
The staff by the pool seemed quite clueless, after trying to order a couple of drinks we were told we had to go to the restaurant to order them which we found odd as there were drinks available in the fridge at the pool. I did let the staff know about this when checking out but i have heard nothing, very disappointing as it was very expensive and we wanted a bit of luxury for our final night in Croatia but we were left quite dissatisfied.

This is a small aparthotel. The first disappointment was the very steep hill from the road to the hotel. We both have walking difficulties so would never of booked this hotel if this was made clear in the listing. Which it was not. Be warned. The hotel lobby is infact the entrance to the fish restaurant, the hotel seems like an afterthought.
We were greeted by a friendly man. Our room was not ready so we headed to the pool. The pool is small but very nice. The only problem is there are only 9 sunbeds in total. For a total of 21 apartments. One area is grassed, this was full of mosquitoes and huge bee like insects. We could not relax . The pool food menu is very small and expensive. Drinks are ok price.
Our room was a one bed apartment, marina view. The room was clean a bit dated in the kitchen area. Air conditioning was good. The terrace was huge but it had not been cleaned. It looked like a cat had been sleeping on the sunbeds and rattan furniture. As I am allergic to cats my partner cleaned all the furniture. (We did notice lots of cats in the hotel, and had to clean terrace furniture often. But I did expect it to be clean on arrival). The view from our room was lovely.
The hotels is a bus ride away from Pula centre . Bus stop was up the hill on the road. Nearest supermarket is 15mins walk away in Park Plaza complex. Again either up hill to main road or along marina and up a very steep hill and four flights of steps. Two restaurants with 5 min walk. Would not return.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. The property is very clean and beautifully kept with room cleaned and fresh towels each day. Good public travel links into town and the staff are also happy to help with arranging transportation. This is the second time I have stayed here and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook again if we ever came back to pula.

Lovely location- beside the vast marina and surrounded by forest. Excellent breakfast and a good fish restaurant . The large living area had a balcony and sofa with a bonus fridge and cooking rings plus utensils.separate bedroom . We could walk to a small supermarket and other restaurants. Only drawback was the noise from a Gala dinner that was on one evening .

This is a very good place to stay. Our apartment was of a good size and right next to the pool with a great view over the harbour. Very clean and well appointed. The hotel staff are very efficient and friendly. Convenient location. Near to bus route and with supermarket not too far away. Breakfasts fair to good rather than outstanding but this is a very minor criticism of a very high quality hotel complex.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht und liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Leider war unser Zimmer bei der Ankunft nicht wirklich sauber, vor allem der Fußboden im Bad. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, für ein 4 Sterne Hotel aber nicht angemessen. Es gibt nur Toast und aufgeschnittenes Baguette, das ist schade.
Ein schönes kleines Hotel, meiner Meinung nach aber keine 4 Sterne verdient.

Schöne, moderne Zimmer. Super netter Empfang und schöne Lage am kleinen Hafen. Leider entsprach das Frühstück nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel zu diesem Preis haben wir mehr Auswahl und bessere Qualität erwartet. Der Frühstückraum (nur indoor) wurde nicht klimatisiert, nur die Fenster geöffnet, dadurch war es an den Sonnenplätzen wirklich sehr heiß. Generell empfanden wir den Frühstückraum, welcher auch abends das Restaurant ist, als nicht wirklich schön.
Der Pool und Liegenbereich ist sehr klein, aber ganz nett.
Die Zimmer waren grundsätzlich sauber, es waren aber unsaubere und unschöne Stellen in der gefliesten Dusche und an der Handbrause neben der Toilette. Das sind sicherlich Mängel, die durch Putzen nicht beseitigt werden können.
Das Bett fanden wir bequem, da es nicht zu hart war, aber das ist ja immer Geschmacksache. :)
Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenhalt, aber wir haben uns gefragt, ob hier Preis-Leistung stimmt. Schließlich fangen die Zimmerpreise in der Hauptsaison bei 390€ pro Person an.

Meget ensformig morgenmad for at være Michelin restaurant om aften!
Dobbeltværelse med udsigt til en parkeringsplads passede ikke med beskrivelsen i hoteloversigten!
Vi blev opgraderet til en dejlig lejlighed med havudsigt men det blev helt pludseligt dyrt, da det kostede 300.- Euro ekstra!
Det var dog vært pengene, da det var helt stille og roligt og en fantastisk udsigt!
Professionel rengøring og meget sød og venlig personale i receptionen og i restauranten!
Terrassen trænger til udskiftning af musikken, da det bliver spillet meget højt og valget af musik er meget stressende når man vil hygge sige og sidde og tale.

El personal, de 10, inmejorable: siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar. Nos alojamos en un apartamento de dos dormitorios porque nos hicieron un upgrade, enorme, pero le falta algo de mantenimiento, pequeños detalles como la alcachofa de la ducha.
La cama muy cómoda.
Impresionantes vistas. La piscina cómoda y amplia.
El desayuno se queda muy corto, tienen mucho área de mejora.
Aparcamiento gratis en el hotel. La playa a 5’ caminando.

Belle hôtel, personnel très sympathique. On fut accueillit par Maya (Sans doute qu'elle ne l'écrit pas comme ça), super service.

Si vous voyagez avec des enfants, la chambre familiale est parfaite. Par contre, c'est particulier 4 adultes dans cette chambre car ce sont des portes en vitre givrée qui ferme la toilette. Ça manque un peu d'intimité pour la salle de bain.

O hotel fica num local agradável (de frente para uma marina). Quarto bonito, cama confortável. O café da manhã foi razoável. Poderia ser melhor. Estacionamento grátis no local.

Fantastisk personale men middel seng

Havde et udemærket ophold. Personalet var helt fantastiske og noget af det bedste jeg har oplevet nogen steder i verden. Udsigten fra restauranten var lækker og maden smagte godt. Værelset havde en kedelig udsigt og sengen redt på en underlig måde. Dette kunne dog løses. Udemærket badeværelse. Naturen i området er fantastisk og ses bedst på en cykel.

Flott hotell ved sjøen

Kjempestore rom, med et flott bad og gode senger. Vi bestilte rom med balkong, men der var det lite sol, så vi brukte den ikke så mye. Bassenget er ikke stort, men vi var der i oktober, så hadde det stort sett for oss selv. Flott utsikt mot båthavna rett nedenfor. Hotellet ligger i nærheten av fine strender og parker, og buss til sentrum er lett tilgjengelig. Vi fikk god hjelp til alt vi lurte på i resepsjonen, og maten på hotellet var god. Ikke kjempestort utvalg på frokosten, men helt ok. Middagen var veldig bra.

Buen hotel que puede mejorar en algunos detalles.

Gran ubicación en plena naturaleza, instalaciones modernas y nuevas. Habitación amplia con camas muy cómodas. El baño de diseño aunque faltarían lugares para toallas, jaboneras,etc. Buen aparcamiento y desayuno con vistas al embarcadero. Muy buena atención por parte del personal.

Wir sind spät angekommen, konnten jedoch sehr leicht das Zimmer finden, dank der hervorragenden Beschreibung der Rezeption! Außerdem haben wir ein kostenloser Upgrade unseres Zimmer bekommen mit sehr schönem Patio mit Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer! Die Anlage ist sehr modern, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet nicht nur außen, aber auch ihnen! Uns hat das Apartment so gut gefallen, dass wir vor Ort wieder das gleiche Zimmer gebucht haben und kommen diesmal mit unseren 3 Kindern bald wieder! Danke vielmals!

Non adatto fuori stagione

Camera rumorosa, accoglienza \"invernale\"...
La struttura è adatta durante la stagione estiva, ma non fuori stagione.
Reception aperta fino alle 20, poi si può chiamare un cellulare 24/7, però il servizio di check-in non può essere svolto in modo frettoloso perché si deve chiudere...
Colazione ... meglio non commentare, ma molto scarsa come offerta, varietà e qualità.
La vista dal ristorante verso il molo è bella e rinfrancante e bella, ma oltre all'occhio ci vuole altro.
La camera era ampia e spaziosa, con un grande terrazzo esterno con vista mare (bloccata dagli edifici di fronte anche se sufficientemente distanti). La finestra del bagno però affaccia sulla terrazza della camera attigua... privacy per entrambe le camere nulla!
Cuscini e letto non all'altezza, una proposta di cuscini o coperte sarebbe utile.
Percorsi di accesso alla struttura poco segnalati e scarsamente illuminati.

Très bel hôtel Excellent petit déjeuner. Nécessité d'avoir un véhicule.
Pas éloigné de Pula cependant (quelques minutes). Attention au parking à Pula les prix varient beaucoup selon l'endroit touristique ou non.

Leider ist das eigentlich noch recht neue Bad schon jetzt massiv verkalkt, am Toilettenpapierhalter gab es eine Staubschicht, die vermutlich schon länger dort drauf ist.Das Zimmer an sich war sauber, das Bad hatte Seifen-und Kalkflecken rund um die Dusche, die wirklich schlimm aussahen.Schade um den Erhalt des noch jungen Bades. Das Essen der Poolbar war eher enttäuschend.
Das Personal war immer nett und aufgeschlossen und zuvorkommend.
Leider hat niemand beim Check out gefragt ob es was zu beanstanden gibt.
