When I checked in, the front desk helped me resolve an issue with my reservation made through Expedia. However, I was told over the phone before my arrival that breakfast was included, but it turned out breakfast is only served on weekends. Due to this discrepancy, I cannot give a 5-star rating.

Very comfortable and accessible to Gore Mt. Have stayed here many times- after a long, hard winter I think in need of a deep clean though. Very sad the fantastic food venues in North Creek are gone! Hoping next year brings new restaurant venues. It’s a great little town and Alpine Lodge is very convenient, safe and affordable.

BEWARE of the SCALDING HOT WATER from the SHOWER and the common room sink faucet! After minutes of freezing cold, the water turned warm, then hot, then scalding temp in the shower stayed that way even when I turned the temp cold all the way. Had to step out wash at the sink with a washcloth.
Then I got BURNED AND SCARRED on my wrist by the scalding water from the common room sink faucet.

Otherwise, the room was clean and beds were comfortabe, but be aware it has no closet, dresser, or table. We made do by placing everything on the floor wherever we could and living out of the suitcases. There is a metal pole that sticks out to hang about 6 items, so that's where we hung our coats.
Also, there is only one narrow ledge above the sink, so we placed toiletries on the top of the wainscoting which provided enough width to place them on.

After driving 3 hours, the room smelled as if a person smoked a cigarette seconds before we checked in. The bathroom fan was on. It was difficult to contact an employee. The phone number directed me to a line that no one answered. The mailbox for that phone was \"full\". I sent a text...Eventually I got a response. We were able to move to another room. The room was filthy. It hadn't been dusted in a long time. The walls had layers of dust on them. The floor was disgusting and had not been vacuumed in quite some time. The dirt stuck to our socks and then got on the beds. Overall, not impressed for the price. The employee on the phone was very nice and helpful.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Our check-in instructions arrived after check-in time. For some reason the fire alarm went off 3 times, and woke us up on our one day to sleep in. There are limited dining options in the area. It was a great location close to Gore - love the mountain!

Motel but Room itself is nicely decorated, new, clean, and bed is cozy. No closet but there are hangers, hooks, and a luggage cot. Parking is limited but just right. Shared Lodge is a nice touch with microwave, fridge, and other facilities. Would like a person for concierge. Food and grocery market walkable distance. Would stay here again!

Our stay was excellent, we received the text for the entry code into this smart hotel, it is unmanned, but we found the room clean, warm modern, it was excellent, no complaints . The heat is baseboard and silent, the air conditioner, which appears to be brand new, is multifunction, and is wall mounted, all amenities in this hotel room were top-of-the-line. We really liked it. We watched the World Series on a super big TV in a super big king bed. There was springwater, coffee, tea, granola bars, and even the soaps were high-end. Our entry TEXT also included the code for the great room which had plenty to offer, and a peek into the backyard showed the gazebo with what appeared to be a gas fireplace , a fire pit, horseshoes, dog, run area, real nice.

Lovely place to stay! Our room was perfect. Spacious and comfortable bed with a nice TV and jetted tub. The room was very clean. Parking and check-in was easy. There was nowhere to get dinner on a Saturday night but there’s a grocery store across the street. Scenery is beautiful as well.

We rode on a motorcycle for 10 hours under constant rain. When we arrived at 10pm, we were soaked. Hot shower was all matters. I am glad the water was very hot. Towels and hair dryer were ready. The room was very clean. They also offer free coffee and some energy bars, which ended up as our dinner. It was a perfect destination for our day.

Great little motel. We ended up in an ADA accessible room for the night (room 15,) despite booking a standard. Noted easy access to the ADA parking space in the lot, convenient to our room, but we parked around back in a regular spot. We were the closest room to the road and did hear and see people walking right outside our window during daylight hours. Cozy room regardless, and the electronic lock did feel safe. Main Street North Creek is a really cute area, would have liked to spend more time there!

Remote check in/check out process was simple, but I would have liked to receive check out instructions the night before check out, rather than 2 hours before check out. We were already on the road and had to find internet to complete our check out.

Overall excellent. A few complaints: handles to open and close the blinds on the north-facing door were removed and it was uncomfortable sleeping with the blinds cracked open. We arrived late and were not sure what was across from our room. Also, the water temperature was difficult to adjust mainly because the hot water was extremely hot! Otherwise I would stay here again and recommend the property to others.

A Nice Lodge - Town Kinda Tired

Alpine Lodge is a very nice, recently renovated hotel. I stayed in a quiet room with a king size bed, two rocking chairs, and a gas fireplace. It was quite cozy and comfortable. A minor disappointment with the accommodation was that there was nowhere to take off snow boots comfortably and stash ski equipment. I stayed while skiing at Gore Mountain. The lodge is located less than 10 minutes away. The other disappointment is not with the lodge but with North Creek. Even though it was a holiday vacation week, the Main Street was lacking in places to walk to for dinner and a drink. My stay would have been 5-star with little addition. Again, no fault of the lodge.

Anniversary get away!

We stayed for our anniversary so we could ski and it was amazing! Not only it was super comfy but very convenient for us to go early to gore and ski! It was only 5-8 minutes! Very cool! The Greta room was very nice with the fireplace! I wish there was more games but it’s ok! Otherwise awesome! Definitely recommended!

There are no staff to check you in. We got a message through hotels.com asking us to watch for an email for check-in that never came. We called. (And we were not alone in calling.) They were good about it, but had I known iI’d be asked to upload my ID I would have stayed elsewhere. Also we were never given the code to the Great Room (main area) and had to get it from staff. It is a nice town. Too bad nothing was open for dinner except the biker bar and the grocery store. Almost the same for breakfast. The hotel offered some food in the Great Room, but unfortunately I could not eat any of it. Didn’t think to ask about that either. Usually hotel breakfasts are fine.

They gave us a room knowing the AC was broken. It was extremely hot in our room. My husband spoke to someone about it and she was very rude. Went to breakfast in the morning to expired milk and rock hard bagels. Would not recommend this place at all.

Bad - Difficult to get help as there is no help desk. You have to ask online and then hope someone gets back to you for any need you have. If no one is on property you are kinda out of luck depending on your request. There isn't much to do aside from one small field and a gazeebo that all guests share.
Overall - It was OK. I think you can get more for your dollar somewhere else.

I can't blame the staff in particular for everything. There was a storm and all the power was out for the entirety of my trip. I didn't get to enjoy or use any of the amenities for my trip. Let alone the lights and the AC , the fireplace wasn't working , the tv...etc. My issue was that i could not be accommodated for my first night even tho i spent money on the most expensive room and couldn't use anything. All the shops and restaurants were closed and i had to charge my phone in the nearest market that had generators. Overall this trip was a waste and i lost money for nothing , definitely would not come back.

Everything was very nice but the top of the mattress was fairly high off of the ground so short elderly people could have trouble getting in and out of bed. Also, make sure you are technically savvy since checkin is done though text and email and there are no keys or people on site. It wasn’t a problem but just making you aware.

My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights in the Luxury King Suite with Jacuzzi for Valentines Day. Our room was beautifully decorated, very clean, and well stocked with plenty of towels, washcloths, makeup towels, robes. We were informed shortly before our arrival that the fireplace in our suite was not in service. Although we were disappointed, the property manager offered us complimentary champagne and chocolates for the inconvenience. They were delicious and a much appreciated sweet gesture. We enjoyed the jetted tub, although the one in our suite was a single person tub rather than a jacuzzi per se. The bed was comfortable and the pillows and down comforter were super soft and warm. One of our only real complaints about our stay was that the room was poorly soundproofed and was located directly near the maintenance door. On both mornings of our stay, we were woken up by 8 am to workers, doors closing, talking outside the doors, conversations in the room adjacent to ours, etc. It would have been nice to sleep in on our getaway. Overall we would definitely return! We appreciated the hospitality and effort put in by the staff to maintain such a nice spot.

We were back celebrating our anniversary and had a terrific room nestled in the corner - jetted tub, gas fireplace and deck. Couldn't have asked for anything better! So I've been wanting to stay here for a while. The outside makes it look like it is a very yo to date property. However the interiors are in serious need of an update. The linens and towels are nice but the place needs a renovation. I liked how they had some snacks and breakfast food in the lodge area. I wish someone would make a fire in the after ski time.

Biggest issue here was how loud it was. We were in a one bedroom suite which was under another unit. It sounded like they were walking around in their ski boots. It was like a paper thin ceiling, of that is possible. I think if you stayed in a unit that didn't have another one above it might be better.

We enjoyed Garnett hill much more but still will return to alpine based on convenience.

Overall it was amazing, best place I’ve ever stayed. They were doing maintenance very early which woke us up with a lot of hammering. I feel like it would have been better to have maintenance come after check out time or near check out time at least.. Also couldn’t shut off the patio lights so a significant amount of light shined through the windows at night. Bed was amazing and so comfortable, loved the fireplace, and the jetted tub was the icing on the cake. Will likely stay here again!

This is a neat place in a walkable, cool town. The room was rustic and very clean. The virtual check-in takes some getting used to, but they make it easy. The Great Room is stocked with extras that compliment the stay. When I was checking out they reached out to ask about my stay and I got a timely thoughtful response. We plan on going back! 😊
