The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke English. A couple of issues were dealt with very quickly. The comfort room was large enough for a weeks stay. Plenty of storage. Large shower room with seperate bath. Although the toilet was in a different space.
The beds were comfortable although extremely high. My wife is 5ft 2in & couldnt get into bed without my help.

The restaurant is particularly good. The hotel is in the middle of a golf course so it’s very green. The place had expanded and improved hugely over when I was last there two years ago. Excellent overnight stay.

The hotel condition and staff are excellent. It’s the only hotel that we stayed in during our two week trip that had breakfast included with the price. The food was really good . My issue was that it was out in the middle of nowhere. It is next to a golf course. If it was a golf trip, this would be great place to stay.

It was a clean comfortable room. It was slightly outdated and could use a little touching up. However the space itself was excellent and the room was large and clean. There is little nearby but the surrounding countryside is beautiful and around 10 mins from walibi.

Ich war mit meinem Sohn im naheliegenden Freizeitpark, also nur 2 Nächte zum Kurzaufenthalt dort.

Ein Doppelzimmer mit nur einem Stuhl als Sitzgelegenheit ist a) zu wenig und b) nicht sehr gemütlich und bequem. Die Einrichtung ist alt und spartanisch, das WC ist ein winziger Raum, bei geschlossener Tür berühren die Knie fast die Tür. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer ist sehr dunkel, der Raum wird nicht gut ausgeleuchtet. Der Schrank bietet nur einige, wenige Bügel und hat nur einen Einlegeböden. Die Schreibtischlampe hat einen sehr staubigen, fleckigen Fuß und im Bad sind an den Fliesen

Das Bett war sehr gut und es war nachts ruhig. Zimmer zum Parkplatz und tagsüber Schießübungen. Personal am Empfang mag wohl eher Golfgäste und war reserviert bis unhöflich. Das Personal beim Frühstück nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, für den Preis aber ausbaufähig. Alles war sehr sauber, aber die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. 139€ für einen Erwachsenen mit Kind in meinen Augen überteuert. Nespressomaschine und Tee. Kein Wasser, keine Minibar, kein Telefon. Großer TV mit Netflix etc. Eher nicht für Kinder geeignet. Aber wir hatten eine ruhige Nacht nach einem Walibi Holland Besuch.

eenvoudig hotel, geen waterkoker of koffiefaciliteiten op de kamer. Als je voor het ontbijt wilt vertrekken, is thee of koffie dus niet mogelijk en zal je nuchter moeten weggaan. Niet meer van deze tijd vind ik.
Voor eten in het restaurant moet je wel heeeeel geduldig zijn en weinig honger hebben, 45 minuten na het uitreiken van de kaart nog steeds geen bestelling opgenomen. Uiteindelijk maar ergens anders gaan eten.

- Het koelkastje deed het amper, vervanging was niet mogelijk. Dat was jammer want we kochten een avond van tevoren lunch om mee te nemen op onze dagen op een bootje. Gelukkig mochten we gebruik maken van de restaurantkoelkast. Dat was dus klantgericht opgelost, maar betere koelkastjes zijn wel nodig.

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de kamer (51) ruim, we hebben erg lekker gegeten in het restaurant. Jammer dat er geen airco was. Met open ramen werden we geprikt door de muggen. Dat het hotel is verbonden met een golfbaan en een schietclub, ach ieder zijn meug. Maar dat de betalingen die ik aan de balie van Hotel Dorhout Mees heb gedaan, volgens mijn bankafschrift terechtkomen op de bankrekening van Centrale WAPENHANDEL Nederland, doet voor mij helaas de deur dicht. Voor ons geen Hotel Dorhout Mees meer.

Der Front Desk war super!! Vielen Dank an Laura :-) Leider waren die Zimmer (wir hatten Zimmer 4&5) sehr in die Jahre gekommen und rochen nach einer Mischung aus Raum Scent und muffigen Teppich. Da das Zimmer im EG war und die Fenster nur ausgestellt und nicht gekippt werden konnten, mussten wir sie in der Nacht schließen. Der Ventilator hat dann zwar die Luft durchgesmischt aber nicht erneuert. So war es in der Nacht warm und die Luft nicht gut. Das Bett war bequem und das Bad in Ordnung. Walibi Holland ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Essen im Restaurant war nicht günstig aber lecker! Wir waren dort nur eine Nacht aber würden auch nicht für nur eine Nacht erneut schlafen. Das Personal war durchweg nett.
