I occasionally use this modern hotel as an overnight stop and it is always clean and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent and the English speaking manager is charming. They have a bit of an issue with noise - there are a lot of solid surfaces and nothing to absorb sound - so not so great for light sleepers wanting an early night or those hoping for a lie in in the morning.

This is a Top spa resort the rooms are well appointed some with great views of the lake. The roof bar as a nice terrace with spectacular views over the lake and mountains in the distance. Food faultless like eating in a Mechlin star restaurant every night. The actual spa fantastic a wide variety of treatments I highly recommend that you make a visit here

I really liked the location of this hotel. We had a good view from our room and the size of the balcony was amazing. There is also a gorgeous view from the terrace. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance. When the A/C in our room didn't work, we were given a new room, so we appreciated the good service too. The spa was also nice. Our only complaint was that there were a lot of dead bugs on the walls/ceiling. It was understandable since bugs flew in whenever we opened the door, but the maid service should be on the lookout for cleaning them up between visitors. The free minibar items were a good bonus too! The wifi worked well. The breakfast was good too.

Einmal mehr wurden meine Erwartungen meiner Wellness-Tage an / in dieses Hotel zu 100% erfüllt. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, von der Rezeption bis hin zum Restaurant !! Sehr ruhige und saubere Zimmer. Die Matratze ist ein Traum ! Der Wellnessbereich mit Massage ist sehr wohltuend ! Ich werde zu 100% wiederkommen !!

Für uns hat einfach alles gepasst; Vom Service, Gastfreundlichkeit, Empfang, Essen in der Skylounge bis zur Saunalandschaft inkl. dem Unterhaltungsfaktor vom Sauna-Meister kurz vor dem Aufguss ! Die Region bietet genug Möglichkeiten, von Radolfzell über Konstanz, eine wunderschöne Insel-Mainau, sowie die kleine Stadt Stein am Rhein mit Ihrer wunderbaren Burg.

Ein wunderbares Spa Hotel ! Sehr freundliches, und aufmerksames Personal ! Nette Reception. Sehr sauberes, und ruhiges Zimmer. Tolle Betten, und weiche Duvets. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbüffet mit sehr grosser Auswahl. Grosser Vorteil ist die Frühstückszeit täglich bis 11:00 Uhr. Lift von Garage direkt auf den Zimmerflur. Kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen ! Ohne zu zögern werde ich jederzeit wieder buchen !

Grundsätzlich sehr schönes Hotel und toller Spa-Bereich. Personal sehr freundlich - beim Checkin allerdings etwas gestresst. Zimmer war zudem um 15:00 Uhr noch nicht bereit (erst 1/2 h später). Als Entschädigung erhielten wir aber einen Gutschein für die Bar.

Wir haben das Hotel wegen der schönen Zimmer und Lage gebucht. Das Hotel hat soll aber auch einen tollen Spa Bereich haben allerdings textilfrei. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war top. Alles da was man braucht und dazu noch einen sehr guten Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Diees Hotel entspricht keinem SpaResort, es ist eher ein Hotel im Stile eines Motel1. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang und im Restaurant sind freundlich und bemüht aber es entsteht kein Wellnessfeeling.
Erschreckend die Angestellten im Spa Bereich: Als ich im warmen Pool liegend eingeschlafen war obwohl der Pool vor 1 Minute geschlossen wurde, schlug der Bademeister mit dem Fuß gegen ein Gitter um mich aufzuwecken und brüllte mich an ich solle den Pool verlassen. Ich bin selbständig und kämpfe seit 1,5 Jahren mit den Auswirkungen der Coronamaßnahmen, schaffe es dabei aber freundlich zu bleiben, im Wellnesshotel schaffen sie es wohl nicht. Am Folgetag ging es weiter, ein junges Paar war im Pool und hat sich von hinten umarmt. Schon sah man einen anderen Bademeister wütend antraben, er maulte das Paar an, sie sollen auseinandergehen \"sowas wolle man hier nicht\". Das Paar hat entsetzt den Spaberech verlassen.
Insgesamt ist das Konzept nicht schlüssig, es ist eher ein Businesshotel mit Wellnessbereich, in dem man sich aufgrund der dortigen Angestellten jedoch nicht entspannen kann, man fühlt sich ständig beobachtet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Das Hotel, Lage und Wellnessangebot, wie immer ein Traum. Wir kommen schon viele Jahre ins Bora. Leider war der Service beim Frühstück dieses Mal sehr schlecht. Wir hoffen, dass es nur an Corona lag und die Mitarbeiter eben erst noch eingearbeitet werden müssen. Beim Auschecken war nicht bekannt, dass wir bereits bezahlt hatten. Normalerweise liegen diese Informationen vor. Auch war am Abreisetag die Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs nicht möglich.

Nachdem beim letzten Aufenthalt meinerseits die unzureichende Heizung im Zimmer kritisiert wurde, habe ich nun einen Radiator im Zimmer vorgefunden.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Bora stellt sich immer als sehr erholsam dar.
Durch die direkte Lage am See mit kleinem Badestrand gewinnt die Saunalandschaft sehr an Wert.
Es sind stets ausreichend Liegen vorhanden.
Das Hotel ist modern gestaltet und macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck.
Die Dachterrasse stellt ein absolutes Highlight dar und lädt zu einem Cocktail zu später Stunde ein.

Wir sind irgendwie in dem Haus nicht angekommen. Es gab keine Ruhezonen oder eine heimelige Atmosphäre. Für ein Wellness Hotel nicht empfehlenswert. Das Restaurant hat einen Sanatorium ähnlichen Charakter und ist auf Massenabfertigung ausgerichtet. Die Sauna an sich liegt wunderbar am Bodensee, aber ist einfach auch ein Fleischmarkt geworden. Der Preis steht nicht in Relation zur Leistung. Die Rezeption ist den Massen nicht gewachsen. Selbst eine Restaurant Rechnung konnte nicht auf 2 Gäste gesplittet werden, Falschaussagen wegen dem örtlichen Weihnachtsmarkt und langsamer Arbeitsstil.

On the day of arrival to the hotel I found on the floor two dry contact lenses. I sent a complaint about this through the Hotels website and received from the Bora HotSpaResort an apology letter. But the situation has not changed. Dry lenses have remained on the floor till the time of my departure from the hotel. Conclusion - they are not cleaning the rooms.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Leider ist der Wellnessbereich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Alle Saunas sind ausser Haus. Es hat keine Wellnesskörbe auf dem Zimmer. Da es sehr viele Tagesgäste hatte, wirkte der ganze Wellnessbereich auf mich wie ein Hallenbadbesuch. Es hatte auch viele Gäste, die sich für mich zu laut verhielten für ein Wellnesshotel. Alles wirkt ein bisschen unruhig durch die vielen Leute und das dauernde Hin und Her.
