The breakfast buffet was great. It was included and was a nice surprise. Nice staff. Cleanest hotel I have ever been too. Quite a distance from Zurich but doable with a taxi. This hotel was worth every penny. The apartment suites are amazing! Would definitely come back.

Everything in this Hotel is worth seeing from the warm welcoming staff to the Super Mega wow Spa to the very quite surrounding. The only thing is the room cleaning staff which was disappointing, some cleaning material was left over our clean clothes and some dirty spots was found, the bed sheet was not changed.

Schade hat mann uns, wegen den Preise Essen nicht Informiert . Die Poelnta war schrecklich schlecht als italiener erwarte ich eine Richtige Polenta für diesen horente Preise . Wir haben den halben Tag verloren aber uns wurde 2 volle Tage verrechnet für ein 4 1/2 Sterne hotel finde ich hätte mann und etwas engegen kommen können.

Wellness Bereich ok. Zimmer mit Durchgangstüre zu anderem Zimmer erhalten, wo durch andere Gäste gebucht war obwohl andere Zimmer im Hotel frei gewesen sind. Der Zimmerwechsel musste durch Aufpreis gebucht werden. Barkeeper war sehr gut. Frühstück durchschnittlich.

Wir waren bereits im gleichen Jahr das Zweite Mal im Golf Panorama. Wir hatten das Gefühl, da wir über ebookers (günstiger) gebucht haben, bekamen wir auch ein entsprechendes \"schlechteres\" Zimmer (keine Aussicht). Logischerweise werden wir dies bei nächster Auswahl berücksichtigen und uns wo möglich für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden.
