The hotel when we visited was under repair/renovation. Also a lot further from the centre than I thought. Good sleep and breakfast. What was good was the complimentary transport ticket issued by the hotel.

Check in was quick, the room is clean and quiet, bathroom is clean. The bed is very comfortable. Underground parking is provided for 7 euros, which is a fair price. Breakfast options is only 12.90 euros. We we enjoyed our stay.

Leider wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes das Hotelgebäude renoviert.

Deshalb war der Aufenthaltsbereich am Eingang gesperrt und und unser Zimmer hat stark nach Farbe gerochen.

Der Rest war super! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für deutsche Verhältnisse unschlagbar!

Keinerlei Infos dass das Hotel mitten im Umbau ist. Um 7.30 wird man von Schlagbohrern geweckt. Nach einer Beschwerde wurde man hoch professionell mit einer kleinen Cola abgespeist. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht dem tatsächlichen Zustand dort. Es war sehr enttäuschend und absolut nicht entspannend was man von einem Urlaub erwartet.
Das einzig positive waren die Bemühungen von Expedia um eine Erstattung zu erhalten.

The first room we were given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, especially in the bathroom, which was unpleasant. I don’t understand how this wasn’t noticed or addressed before assigning the room to another guest.

There were renovations taking place during my stay, and since I had to work from the hotel, the constant drilling noise made it very difficult to concentrate. I tried moving to the breakfast area after breakfast hours to work, but was immediately told it was forbidden to sit there, which was confusing since the tables were still in place. Unfortunately, there was no alternative quiet or dedicated workspace available. The lobby area was even louder, with people checking in and out and staff handling breakfast equipment.

On a positive note, the breakfast was good, with a decent variety including gluten-free and lactose-free options. Housekeeping was also very good.

Leider funktionierte am 2. Abend der Türcode nicht mehr, telefonisch war niemand erreichbar - außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten haben wir angerufen um 21 Uhr.
Nirgends war eine Telefonnummer ausgehängt, erst als wir ein anderes Hotel buchen wollten haben wir beim rausgehen eine Handynummer oberhalb des Eingangs gesehen. Die Dame hat uns dann Gottseidank geholfen.
Alles in allem haben wir 150.- Euro mit Parkplatz und 2 Nächte bezahlt. Für den Stress war es definitiv zu teuer.
Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Der Check-in am Automaten war etwas umständlich (Buchubgsnummer war nur in der Nachricht und nicht in der Buchungsbestätigung) und es war uns danach nicht klar, dass der Code fürs Zimmer auch für die Tiefgarage gilt. Das dürfte besser kommuniziert werden.
Das Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber....die Kinder fanden Essenresten unter dem Bett.
Wir wurden bei der Buchung darauf hingewieden, dass zur Zeit renoviert wird. Davon war gar nichts zu hören.
Ansonsten war alles wie erwartet. Die Lage ist für uns gut und Preis-Leistung sind auch gut.

Erstes Zimmer hat extrem nach Rauch/Grass gerochen, nachdem uns dann ein anderes Zimmer zugestanden wurde (in dem es weiter nach Rauch bzw. sehr muffig gerochen hat) war dies leider auch nicht wirklich gereinigt. Haare in eine Bett, Flecken auf einer Matratze. Bad war nicht geputzt, es stand Wasser im Waschbecken. Es gingen Staubfäden an der Wand.

A notre arrivée, le code reçu au moment de la réservation ne fonctionnait pas sur la borne dédiée au check-in. Nous sommes allés à la réception où on nous a confirmé que notre réservation était bien enregistrée. Gegensprechanlage an der Parkplatzschranke defekt. Somit trotz Parkplatzreservierung Parkplatzsuche, dann Check In um dann umzuparken.

Freundlicher und sehr schneller Check In.

Fenster können aufgrund des Verkehrs nachts nicht geöffnet werden. Geschlossen aber guter Schallschutz. Betten sind komfortabel. Nur das Bad war nicht perfekt sauber aber noch okay.

Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet wirklich gut, nur sehr beengt für die Anzahl an Hotelgästen.

Insgesamt passt aber gemessen am Ort Konstanz das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Preis-Leistung tiptop. Die Lage ist gut. Unweit des Hotels ist eine Bushaltestelle, mit der man in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt ist.
Das Frühstück war vei unserer Rate nicht dabei und haben wir nicht getestet.
Zu Viert ist das Zimmer eher klein. Zum einfach Übernachten mit wenig Gepäck aber ausreichend

Der Service und der Preis haben sich super gedeckt. Es war alles zur besten Zufriedenheit für diesen Preis. Das Einzige was ich nicht ok fand, waren die Personen die beim Frühstück arbeiten mussten. Da war jeweils genau eine Person und die musste alles alleine machen. Küche, Buffet, Abwasch. Das man da nicht mehr so freundlich bleiben kann, verstehe ich.

Preis/Leistung, passen hier perfekt. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, nicht sehr gross und wenig Stauraum. Für Kurztrips aber völlig ausreichend. Betten sind bequem. Es ist sauber, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Einzig der Teppichboden in den Zimmern ist sehr fleckig und nicht gerade ansprechend.
Hervorheben muss man das leckere Frühstück, für 13€. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Sehr guter Kaffee. Auch vegane alternativen sind da. Top. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.
