Modern and spacious, with welcoming staff.

I was staying in Konstanz while interrailing, and picked HARBR for my overnight stay. I’m glad I did. Modern and clean, with friendly staff who were able to advise me on how best to use my limited time in the city (I walked along the lake to the ferry point that takes you over to Meersburg - fabulous), it was within easy walk of the station. I’d definitely return to the city and this hotel. Tasty breakfast too!

Overall this was a nice place to stay. The room was fine and breakfast and property was nice. Our view was of an unattractive building next door. They can’t necessarily do anything about that, but it does detract a bit from my rating. We also wished there was a mini fridge in the room. They were nice about refrigerating what we needed for us. Overall the staff was nice and helpful and the stay was good.

A nice hotel walkable to the river and town

We had a relatively new, clean/modern-designed corner room with full length windows on two sides and open view (not directly opposite a building) which is nice. While there is no particular-assigned space for suitcases and bags, we found the window ledge work well. The placement of the AC just outside the bathroom and close to the hanging racks works well if you need to hand wash some clothing. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. Parking is not free, and they only provide a bottle of water per stay, not per day. While walkable, the place is also close to a bus stop that takes you to the town centre.

Great Boutique Hotel Choice in Konstanz

We absolutely loved our stay at HARBR. The boutique hotel was just the right amount of trendy for us. Great decor and service. We rented one of the \"apartments\" that had a large living space with kitchenette and w/c on one floor overlooking the park next door, with stairs heading up to a \"loft\" area where the bed and main bathroom was located.

The hotel was a bit further out from the old city center than we expected, but that wasn't the hotel's fault, just ours as it was our first visit to Konstanz. It was a 15 minute walk, and a lovely walk at that. There was also a bus line right outside the hotel we could have used for going further distances. Happy that the hotel offered parking (NOT included in the lodging price) with in and out privilages as we had driven our own car to the hotel, and used it to get to some of the sights a bit further away (Mainau Island, Rhinefalls).

The morning breakfast buffet was extensive, and to assure proper distancing you had to sign up for set time. For us that was perfect as we could change the time each day of our stay dependent on our other activities.

We would happily stay at this hotel again.

Great stay no charging options for autos

I Was told on phone there was a charging station only to be told there wasn’t one. We had to find one in town. This drove our decision so it was quite disappointing to find out upon arrival. The amenities were great, gin options amazing. Great central location to most things.

We had the rooms in the top floor (4th floor) with a bit of view onto the city. The hotel is super-modern but also very cozy. This applies to not only the lobby but also the rooms. Everything was very clean and the staff was super-friendly. The beds were very comfy. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also rich and delicious. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and we would go there again, no doubt.

Wir vermissten eine kleine Möglichkeit um Schokolade oder Süssigkeiten zu besorgen da die Zimmer mit keiner Minibar ausgestattet sind. Eine kleine Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher für Kaffee oder Teezubereitung wäre auch erwünscht. Für den Preis pro Übernachtung sollte das zur Verfügung stehen.

TBH there wasn't really anything to complain about. There were remarkable points also, like their locally-brewed own brand beer and the parking. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast bar stretches to Meersburg. I encourage you to go, and you'll probably give it 5 stars, but I just can't and I'm not sure why.

An der Rezeption ist niemand aufzufinden, nach 20Minuten warten kam jemand um einzuchecken!

Was heisst ums uns einzuchecken, die Person hat uns mitgeteilt das wir den QR Code ei lesen sollen und uns selber einchecken bezahlen sollen wir auch direkt Online! Sehr schlechter Kundenservice!

Fun modern hotel for all types of guests

Nice hotel, it’s new, clean and good walking distance from the altstadt old town. They offer complementary bus tickets as well, which is nice in case of bad weather.

The hotel looks very beautiful, but a bit safe/boring in its design choices. This can feel a bit standard and anonymous, but the very warm and welcoming staff (Maximilian especially) made us feel at home and welcome.

We had a suite which had 2 floors and a stairs which was a lot of fun for our daughter. And convenient for the parents to still have a drink when the little one is sleeping. The room was in very good condition and it was super clean!

Room for improvement would be the weak airconditioning and the very bad coffee at breakfast (great coffee machines though)

Das Personal war nicht unfreundlich, aber etwas gleichgültig. Teilweise verstehen sie schlecht deutsch. Es ist nicht unbedingt kundenfreundlich, wenn jeden Tag ein anderes Team zuständig ist. Da gibt es immer Kommunkationsverlust und der Gast muss alles dreimal erklären. Daher nicht vollste Zufriedenheit.

Zwar nicht ganz zentral gelegen, aber immer noch in Gehdistanz zur Fussgängerzone, in ca 10min mit einem schönen Spaziergang erreicht wird. Das Hotel schien an meinem Wochenende ausgebucht, was beim Check-in zu etwas längeren Wartezeiten und beim Frühstück zu einem Platz in der Lounge statt am Tisch führte. Das sind aber such schon die einzigen Negativpunkte! Das Einzelzimmer war toll, das Bett bequem, die Fensterbank sehr geschätzt, das Bad ist nicht zu klein und hat gute Ablageflächen und alles war picobello sauber.
Alle angetroffenen Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zum Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl, die bis zum Schluss nachgefüllt wurde.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen🙂

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war absolut in Ordnung. Das Frühstück musste man zu einer bestimmten Zeit einnehmen und hatte dafür nur 45min Zeit zur Verfügung. Wohl aus Corona-Zeiten übrig geblieben, hat aber nichts mit Spontanität und Gemütlichkeit zu tun, die man sich in den Ferien erhofft.

リーズナブルだったし、部屋もきれいで広くとても快適でした。皆さんフレンドリーで、おすすめのホテルです。ただ、フロントの男性の1人は外から戻って声掛けしても挨拶もなく（愛想が必要だとは思いませんが）、感じが悪かったです。
