Our reservation was the elite suite (601).
Pros- bed was very large and comfortable, 2 split air conditioners, one in the main room and one in bedroom. Provided baby crib for infant (2 year old) at no extra charge. Staff is very friendly.
Cons-The window curtains didn't black out the entire rooms, some light still shined through the sides. There was no door between the bedroom and the main room. There were no shower doors, it was just open meaning floor got wet after every shower. Which is why the bathroom floor was very bad, the wood kept squeaking wherever you step. Only 2 pillows and 2 towels(provided more upon request)

Decent place to stay, my AC did not work and got very hot in the room so i opened the windo and the neighbors could look right into my room, also with window open and noise it was difficult to sleep, breakfast was good and location is decent, i found alot of hair in the room from probably the cleaning women, the toilet was lose and shaky and bass oard were lose and sticking out, other than that a decent place to stay

Kaldığımız odanın banyosunun tavanı çökmüştü duşa kabinin duş başlığı kırıktı yatağın içerisinden kıl çıktı ayrıca havlular da kokuyordu o yüzden puanım bir yıldız.

Otel orta kategori bir otel idi. Temizliği maalesef hiç memnun edici değidi, ayrıca banyoları çok eskiydi. Ilk girdiğimiz odada prizler bozuktu, hemen resepsiyonu arayarak yardım istedik ve odamızı değiştirdiler. Geçtiğimiz oda daha büyüktü, ferahlığı ve genişliği iyiydi. Yatakları rahattı. Havluları temizdi. Yatakların kenarları ve odadaki köşe kenarlar hep tozlu ve pisti. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi ama soğuktu. Restoranı ve Girişi/Resepsiyonu güzeldi. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlüydü.

Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht , ein Zimmer gleich neben dem Aufzug war viel zu laut konnten nicht schlafen. Es gab kein fließend warmes Wasser , vor jedem duschen haben wir anrufen müssen 7 Tage lang. Nichtmals eine Entschädigung hat man angeboten. Einfach unverschämt.

daha öncesinde konakladığımız için eşimle beraber tekrar tercih ettik. ancak bu sefer verdikleri 206 numaralı oda bırakın iki kişiyi tek kişi için bile oldukça küçük ve havasızdı. odada valizlerimizi açacak yeri zor bulduk. yatak kenarında eşyalarımızı koyabileceğimiz sehpa yeri bile yoktu. temizlik açısından orta-iyi şeklinde değerlendirilebilinir. ancak verdikleri oda kesinlikle 2 kişilik olmamalı. bu konudan ötürü çok rahatsızız. tekrardan tercih etmeyi düşünmüyoruz.

Otel odasına girdiğimizde tuvalet pisti yerde kıllar vardı resepsiyonda çalışan hakan beye ilettiğimizde odamızı değiştirdi ve diğer oda ondan daha kötüydü tekrar ilettiğimde benim titiz olduğumu ve odanın temiz olduğunu iddia etti. İlk giriş yaptığımızda oda temizlenmemişti. Banyo dolabının içinde iç çamaşırı bulduk ve etraf çok pisti. Bir tane temizlikçi varmış ve gerçekten yetemiyor büyük ihtimalle tüm odalara. Temizlikten sonra da hala tam temiz denemezdi. Koydukları bardağın içinde kıl vardı ve asla kullanmadık. Geceye doğru klima akıtmaya başladı. Havlu vb koyduk. İdare etmeye çalıştık. Yorumlarda bu tarz sıkıntılar olduğunu okumuştuk. Fakat yine de iyi yorumlar daha fazla olduğu için sıkıntı olmayacağını düşündük. Hiç bu kadar kötü bir otelde konaklamamıştım. Üstelik çift kişilik yatak yerine iki tane tek kişilik yatağı birleştirmişler gece yatarken çok rahat kayıp ayrılıyordu. O da konforlu değildi. Çiftler için önermem

Oda iyi temizlenmemişti. Komidinin üzerinde ve yerlerde lekeler vardı. Resepsiyon görevlisi elinden geldiği kadar yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ama rahat edemedik açıkçası… Banyo kapısı doğru düzgün kapanmıyor, çalışmayan anlamsız jakuzi var.

Otele girdiğinizde hemen otoparkları olmasa bile vale hizmeti yapıp en yakın yere aracınızı park ediyorlar valizlerle beraber odanıza kadar eşlik ediyorlar. Ancak odanın temizliği harika değildi hatta özellikle tuvalet banyo temizliği yoktu maalesef az değil yoktu.. klozette bir önceki konaklayan kişinin lekelerini görmek hoş olmadı doğrusu.. Bunlar dışında kahvaltı açık büfe değil hazırlayıp getiriyorlar az ama öz bir kahvaltı gayet doyurucuydu beğendim. Tuvalet banyo ve çarşaf temizliğine dikkat ederlerse bir sonraki ziyaretimde tekrardan kalmayı düşünebilirim.

Otel genel olarak temiz ve düzenliydi. Girişte otel hakkında bilgi verilmedi kahvaltı saati 10.30 a kadarmış çıkacağımız gün öğrendik. Suit odalar 600 lü numaralardı girişte 6.kat denildi ama asansörde 5 kat var 6.kat için 5.katta inip acil çıkış kapısından bir kat daha çıkmak gerekiyormuş ancak girişte bu bilgi bize verilmediği için elimizde valizlerle 6.kat aradık. Genel olarak temizlik güzel, konfor olarak memnun kaldık.
