We stayed two nights. There was no room cleaning while staying. At a shower room, there are two shampoos on the wall with no labels. I asked the staff which is for hair and which is for body, but he said he had no idea.(he’s friendly though) Almost no amenities.
Staffs are nice but I don’t want to choose this hotel next time.

Great Staff, Poor Rooms**

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel in Ankara.

**Positive Aspects:**
- **Staff:** The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They addressed all my concerns with a smile and provided excellent service.
- **Location:** The hotel is very close to public transportation, which made getting around the city quite convenient.

**Negative Aspects:**
- **Room Condition:** The rooms were very old, which negatively impacted the comfort level.
- **Smell:** There was a strong smell of smoke in the room, which was quite unpleasant.
- **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness of the rooms was well below my expectations; they were not adequately cleaned.

Overall, while the helpful staff and convenient location are positives, the hotel needs significant improvements in room quality and cleanliness.

Wonderful staff that wants to help but often can’t. No English skills but one man was soooo kind that he made up for all the other pitfalls - rooms are just so outdated and we even switched rooms after being assigned to 5XX which meant that we had to climb stairs to get to that floor and the room was attached to a huge terrace but the door To the terrace would not lock and no key could be found.
Then we never had our room cleaned, trash emptied, or clean towels in the 3 days we were there. The kind man on staff was a porter who understood our need to find the airport bus and he walked us to it!!! The hotel is being renovated in the dining area and will have a cafe - BUT the rooms and halls desperately need renovation!

The best location for holiday trip

The best thing is the location its full of coffee shops and restaurants and very nice bazar at night ,the staff is very nice and very kind ,breakfast is good but they need to make some repair for many things , actually i can come again but i hope to see more clean bathroom and some repairs

Great hotel value located in bustling Kizilay!

If you're looking for a hotel at a great price and in a very convenient location, but don't mind it being a bit dated and in need of a little TLC, this is your place! This 5-floor (plus a terrace floor) dated hotel is located right in the heart of Kizilay district of Ankara. This area is very popular among the young local population and is busy from sunrise to well after dark. Lots of great restaurants, bars, shops and vendors right out the front door! Also a huge indoor mall is just a short walk away. As I said, this hotel needs some work, but is very comfortable and the staff is VERY friendly and helpful. They quickly found us another room after we discovered a plumbing issue in the bathroom. I believe the staff would do anything to assure your comfort. The free wi-fi worked perfectly during the 3 days we stayed there. They partner with an auto-park located a short walk away, and the staff drove our car there after we checked in and went to retrieve it during our checkout! There is a 10TL daily charge for the parking. The breakfast is awesome! It's a traditional Turkish breakfast loaded with various fruits, vegetables, cheeses, bread, olives, soup and many condiments. You will NOT be disappointed with this amenity! Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Don’t know why I liked it so much

All the usual things that would be wrong with a hotel where apparent but I can honestly say that the staff and the general feel of the building are so welcoming that I would stay again and recommend it to others the location is great too gives you a real feel of the vibrancy of Ankara

I made check in near 10pm and check out next day at 7:00 am and this my notes in 9 hours stay

First room was Not Clean and I asked to change it immediately
they said sorry and changed it , the new room's clean 3.9/5 .
Staff was good and friendly .

OTOPARK olmadığını bilerek gitmek gereken bir otel. civarında da yakın otopark seçeneği yok. sokak gece hayatının olduğu gürültülü bir sokak. eşim ve çocuğumla birlikte kaldım ancak oldukça zorlandım. Personeller olarak hiçbir sorunla karşılaşmadım sıcakkanlıydı herkes, Oda da yeterli bir oda 1 gece konaklamak için ama yatak çok kötü durumda yamuk öncelikle bu da belinizi ağrıtıyor. Klima yatağın tam üstünde açıp uyumanız çok zor hasta olma ihtimaliniz yüksek. Oda temizdi, Kahvaltı göz veya damak zevkime uygun değildi benim için yemedim denebilir. Günübirlik seyahat için konaklanabilir fakat uzun süre için tavsiye etmem.

Fenster war zu einem Schacht montiert, sodass eine Frischluftzufuhr nicht möglich war.

3泊しました。クズライ広場にすぐ近く交通の便がとても良く、朝食も充実していて、これでこの値段⁇ととても驚きました。
静かに過ごしたい方には向きませんが、夜も明るい通りで安心して出歩けました。
アンカラに行ったらまた泊まりたいです。

Otel tamamen temizdi. Duşta şampuandan kulak çöpüne her şey vardı. Tek sorun otelle bitişik olan gece kulübü! Sabahın 5ine kadar müzik odanın içerisinde çalıyormuş gibiydi. Ne yazık ki iki gece de uyuyamadık. Bu çevre başlığı altında bildirilmemiş. Bunun dışında konfor, kahvaltı, temizlik gayet iyiydi. Sesten rahatsız olmayanlar rahatlıkla tercih edebilir.

Kesinlike uzak durun kötü bir orel

Çok eski ve kötü bir otel . Odaya çıktığımızda çarsafların leş gibi olduğunu gördük. Bunun yanısıra klima inanılmaz gürültülü sanki uçak var odanın içinde. Personele söşylediğimizde maalesef bu oda böyle idare edeceksiniz diye cevap alıyorsunuz. Bayağı büyük tartışma dan sonda oda değiştirmeye ikna olup mezar gibi başka bir oda verdiler. Uzak durun tercih etmeyin. Sadece biz değil yeni giriş yapan herkes alağıda kavga ediyordu

Hizmeti ve kahvaltısı iyiydi. Çalışan personeller güler yüzlü ve samimi davrandılar özellikle resepsiyonda ki bayan arkadaştan çok memnun kaldık yardımları için fakat odaların temizliği çok ama çok kötüydü. Halılar tuvalet ve banyo üzerinde kir ve musluklarda pas fazlasıyla göze çarpıyordu. Ayrıca duşakabindeki kireç çok rahatsız ediciydi. Çoğu kişinin konum olarak çok mükemmel yerde olduğu için tercih ettiğini söyleyebilirim. Temizlik konusuna çok çok dikkat edilirse tercih edebileceğim bir yer olacak. Yinede her şey için teşekkürler...

Lokasyon ve Personel çok iyi...

Otel, gerçekten çok merkezi bir lokasyonda.. ulaşım açısından çok rahat. Personel inanılmaz güleryüzlü, sempatik, sizi hem karşılarken hem konaklamanız boyunca rahat ettirmek için canla başla çalışıyorlar.
Ancak otel eski ve uzun zamandır yatırım yapılmadığı için hem mefruşatı, havluları, hem de teknik altyapısı çok eski kalmış. Kaldığımız odada banyonun tesisatı patladı, sular içinde kaldık.... hemen müdahele edip yeni odaya aldılar. Yardımcı olmak için geldiklerinde o kadar mahçup oldu ve hemen destek oldular ki, biz de üzerinde durmadık. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve iyi hazırlanmıştı.....belki bir ekmek kızartma makinesi büfeye eklenirse çok daha ihtiyacı karşılamış olur...
Otelin Şubat 2020’de renove edileceğini, hemen arka caddedeki Gruba ait Hamit Otel’in sonraki konaklamalarımızda kullanılabileceğini ilettiler... Bundan sonra diğer otellerini kullanarak yine kalmayı düşünüyoruz. Teşekkürler

Beklentimin çok üzerinde bir oteldi. Açıkçası biraz tedirgindim gitmeden önce. Oda son derece rahattı. Personel çok ilgiliydi.Odama girdikten sonra memnun kalıp kalmadığım konusunda arandım. Kahvaltı zengindi. Banyo biraz eskiydi sadece. Konum olarak zaten tartışılmaz, çok merkezi.

Kısa konaklamalar için uygun bir otel

Otel kısa süreli konaklamalar için uygun gibi. İlk girdiğimiz odanın sigara kokması gibi bir durumla karşılaştık fakat bunu personele ilettiğimizde oldukça kibar bir şekilde yardımcı oldular ve daha ferah ve konforlu bir odaya geçişimizi sağladılar. Bunun dışında da yaşadığımız herhangi bir aksaklığı ilettiğimizde yardımcı oldular.Temizlik konusunda odaların çok temiz olduğunu söyleyemeyeceğim ancak kısa süre için idare edilebilir temizlikteydi. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Konum olarak oldukça merkezi ve birçok yere çok yakındı.

Öncelikle otelin konumu mükemmel kızılayın ortasında,otele girdiğimizde ön büro sorumlusu beyefendi herşeyimizle çok ilgilendi kendisine tekrardan teşekkür ederiz.Diğer çalışanlarda gayet yardımseverdi.Odaların büyüklüğü temizliği makul seviyedeydi.Odamız çok canlı bir sokağa bakıyordu geniş penceresiyle çok güzel bir manzarası vardı.Kahvaltısı çeşitli ve temiz bir servis vardı.İş,sınav vs kısa konaklamalarda kesinlikle tercih edilebilir bir otel.
