Rooms need maintenance and better cleaning (still all right), Wifi signal is not in every room. Consider that there are rooms without window! Breakfast is great (lentil soup, crispy bread) and big salad and cold cuts buffet and Turkish tea and instant coffee. Sakın Rezervasyon Yapmayın!!!

Otel hakkında konaklamamla ilgili yazmak isterdim ama parasını ödediğim odada kalamadım. Sebep yer yok. Para iadesi dediğimde siz gelmesinin ki diyecek kadar yüzsüz ve telefonlara cevap vermeyecek bir müdür var. Gittiğim de otelde dahi bulamadığım. Otele bot buraktığımda bir haftada tek dönüş olmadı.
Akşam 10.55'de rezervasyon yapıyorum ama otel 9'da dolmuş. Tek kalan odaları için ise o başkasına ayrılmış dendi. 11.45'de vardığım otelde yaklaşık bir saat internetten rezervasyon yaptığımı kanıtlamak için saçma sapan internetlerini bekledim. Resepsiyonda bile internete bağlanamıyorlar. Gerisini siz düşünün. Sonra başka otele gitmek zorunda kaldım. Paramı üstüne yatmaya çalışıyorlar.
Kalmayın bu otelde!? Kendilerini tüketici hakem heyetine şikayet edeceğim.

I have booked the standard single room, the breakfast is poor with no choices, the room has no AC, it was so hot and hard in summer to bare in the day time.
Overall the location is perfect, you can walk easily to kizilay city center and all the shopping places as well as transportation.
It's on budget. if you need somewhere in kizilay and you are only staying the nights but not for a nice or luxury holiday.

The only good thing is its location: Kizilay

I had a terrible experience. The hotel staff is very rude and non-responsive. Expedia showed me the booking charges in Euros but on reaching the hotel they wanted me to pat in Turkish Liras. And by-the-way, be prepared to pay the entire booking amount at the time of check-in (and not check-out). I had booked a two-bed room but instead they gave me a 3-bed room at the topmost floor. The room was ordinary, with the springs in the mattresses pinching the back while resting/sleeping. There is only one power socket (converted to a foursome) at the wall opposite to the bed. There was only one CFL light in the room, and the cover of that too was missing.

Lastly, the free breakfast proved to be a nightmare as the catering staff is very rude, and they setup two distinct areas on the same table: one for the regular guests and the other for 'breakfast-included guests, with the latter having only boiled eggs, tea/coffee, juice and some rolls.

Awful hotel, Avoid at all costs.

Well I was placed on the 8th floor which has a restaurant above it so come 6am everyday it's chairs scraping along the floor, Furniture banging, Kids running up and down the stairs and people taking.
The room itself was awful, There was mould growing on one wall and the toilet seat wasn't even correctly attached.

Now the thing that really annoyed me about this hotel - Whilst there I had a friend visit me in the mornings then we would go out, Now after a few days of this the hotel staff started telling her that she is not allowed up to my room anymore because it was \"Abusing the facilities\". So after arguing with them about how stupid that statement was and getting nowhere (mostly because the majority of people only spoke Turkish) we just kept on doing the same thing, After a few more days she was pulled to the side again and told to stop coming up to my room at which point we told them to get the manager, This guy appeared who I believe was the Marketing Manager and he demanded that we pay a full days price for every day she had visited (Including one where she just came up for 2 minutes for the loo) or he would keep my passport, At which point he was made aware that they didn't have my passport , Upon hearing that he stormed off twisting about how he will contact Expedia and demand more money from them.
I urge anyone reading this to not use this hotel, It is a vile place in which they only care about extorting money from you and it ruined my two weeks in Turkey.

The hotel workers were kind and helpful, room was small, the tv does not have any tv channels in English or other language than turkish, the bathroom seems dirty, the tile is old and had sticked something that looked dirty. It seems they did not cleaned it very well and mud stick to the tile. The location is very good, for my purpose It was close to different places that I wanted to visit. I mean for the price it's ok, I think there are better places, but for more money. I hope this can be helpful.

A Satisfactory Hotel

Totally the hotel was satisfactory in regard of my business, It had two main problem: 1, staff were very noisy during the day, so you couldn't have a rest during the day, 2- The Internet connection were not satisfactory in all flats.On the other hand it price was cheap and it has cosy restaurant with satisfactory breakfast. More over it is very close to downtown and you can reach there in a few minutes on foot.

5 star location - inexpensive good hotel

Great location. Stuff does not speak good english but everyone tries their best to help their customers. Rooms are really clean.

It is an inexpensive hotel. Don't expect much. But if you just want a clean and safe place to sleep this hotel is what you are looking for.

Should I ever go to Ankara again I would chose this hotel again!

Airport to Hotel:
1) by taxi it will cost you 75 Turkish lire (one way)
2) you can take the bus 442 directly in front of the airport entrance and drive to Kizilay Myd. - It will take about 1 hour and costs about 5.5 turkish lira at the moment. from there it is a 10 minutes walk to the hotel

Value for money, but no more

From the name of the hotel, you would think it a large establishment: it is not. The rooms are clean and well maintained but, I suspect, that the property was built in the 1960s or so. Breakfast is excellent and the view from either the front or the back terrace is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had a car and they arranged a park for TL10 a night. Just next door is the middle-class Adana restaurant, in either \"Piknik\" (ie fast) or normal mode. Good food and service. English is limited, except for one person, but all are willing to try to understand the non-Turkish speaking visitor.

I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel!!! I booked an economy room, like I do at most hotels I stay at, and was very very disappointed! The room was very tiny, had no ac but not only that there were no windows to the outside! Only one window that looked ta into the hallway! I found this very concerning as the window was low enough (and not secure) that anyone could have just climbed through if they wanted to! Normally I do not feel unsafe when I travel around but staying in this hotel made me feel very unsafe!!! This was just one of the many problems. It was so hot in the room I could barely stand it! the bathroom has no door! The bed is just a box spring with a sheet!! The hotel also refuses to give toilet paper if you had the misfortune to run out during your stay! The hotel is very noisy. There was loud construction in the building at 4am!!! At 6 am all the maids were running around being as loud as possible! The staff were unresponsive as well. They did not want to deal with anyone or anything, In fact they would'nt even help me with my luggage nor would they call me a taxi!! This hotel is not worth the money I even checked out early! The only nice thing about the hotel is it is in a decent area where there are alot of places to eat other than that this hotel is a far cry from being a hotel and should be listed as a hostel because of the lack of amenities and standards!!

Excellent breakfast, helpful staff, perfect location .. what else do you want for the price? If you are not going to spend much of your day in the hotel, yet you want somewhere in the heart of the city, close to public transportation and all, this is the place. I have been to this place twice and will go there again if I need to go to Ankara.

When I was booking the room for my brother who doesn't speak Turkish, it said \"economy\", but didn't say a whole in the wall, a storage. What would you think of \"economy\"? 4 walls and a door? Yes, they gave him a tiny room with no windows, no windows at all. I travel often and reserve rooms on line all the time; have done \"economy before too, but a room without window, without knowing if it's day or night out side, without OXYGEN!!!!. Should this room even exist in a hotel? I emailed them while my brother was still there and requested them to change the room (they don't speak English, except the manager who is always out), but they never answered me. I even wrote I would pay the more. I am very upset with the kind of people these people are? Why don't they mention in the room description that the room has no window/oxygen. No more booking with this people; they have no integrity.

This hotel look like made 200 years ago ,Old and nothing good i can say about it only the breakfast was good ,Elevator was almost just only for 2 people and very old and dark everywhere .celling inside of the room was moldy and my room just only one small window to hall way not to outside ,So always when i was in my room i did think always is night because I could not see outside ,look like the jail ,you cannot see the outside .I asked them NON smoke they gave me smoke room so all my shirt and pans got smoked . I asked them to get different room with window they said to me you have to pay extra ,Honestly i did not like this hotel ,I think this is not hotel of course is small motel but very old .
I am not happy with this hotel so i DO NOT GET THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Will not go to this place again!

The photos of it online are somehow deceptive and make the lobby look bigger than it is. I had booked a non-smoking room, however once I entered the room, I realized that all people had done in the room was smoke! Very gross and depressing. The bathroom was awful. The room service also refused to replace toilet papers and/or fill up the cheap shampoo in the container! Very disappointing!

This is an older hotel that has numerous issues with cleanliness, air circulation, and poor management. The interior rooms have windows that open to the interior stair well and their beds were old and uncomfortable. The outside rooms have an air conditioner and a window but have significant problems with plumbing odor. While we were there, inebriated guests were allowed to run the building shouting and slamming doors until 3 a.m. when numerous guests had to confront the problems groups.

Our room was a very cheap, good value \"corner room\" which we accepted, other rooms were not particularly cheap. Reception and foyer not particularly welcoming but after that reception staff were very good. Hardly any english spoken but I did not expect it.

Bedding did not appear properly laundered, there were traces of break ins to the room, the lift would not meet modern safety standards. The shower was very, very good.

Our agreement included breakfast. There was a resteraunt and also attractive menu left in the room. The menu was not actually available, the food was very poor, cold, very slow, served at different times to me and my partner, nescafe and chai very expensive on top and the waiter was increasingly sullen. Not like Turkey at all. We never used the restaraunt again or took breakfast. Lots of nice eating places nearby.

The hotel was more like a boarding house than a hotel. You were expected to take what poor service was given.

It was a very cheap room and I don't hold anything against the hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone without warning them first.

Nevresimler temizdi. Onun dışındaki her şey pisti. Yerler saçlarla ve tozlarla doluydu. Kıyafetlerim tozlanmasın diye yatağın üstüne çıkıp üstümü değiştirebildim. Duş başlığı kırıktı, duş alamadım. Zaten almak istesem bile sıcak su yoktu. Üstüne bir de kaloriferler gece boyu çalışmadı. Hatta ortalama 28 Aralık 18:00 gibi ısınma kesildi. Gece boyu oda çok soğuktu. Battaniye teklif ettiler fakat ısınma olmadan çok da işe yaramadı. Kısacası çoğu şey kötüydü ve bu paraya bile asla değmeyecek bir yer.

Bütçe dostu olduğu için tercih edilebilir ama beklentilerinizin çok düşük olması gerekiyor. Bina oldukça eski, eşyalar da öyle. Odanın yapısı pek kullanışlı değildi. Yine de şehir merkezine yakın olması açısından güzel. Eğer amacınız sadece geceyi geçirmek/yatmak ise tercih edilebilir bir yer ama konforunuzun ve ortamınızın güzel olduğu bir odada konaklamak isterseniz burada kalmanızı önermem.

Dolaplar ve çarşaflar çok kötü. Asansör bile zor çalışıyor bir an asansörde kaldık sandım. Yorgan ve çarşaf için bir dolap koymuşlar kapağı acmamla dolap üzerime gelmesi bir oldu. Ben çift kişilik bir oda tututum camsız ibaresi yoktu rezarvasyon yaparken sonradan camsız olduğunu öğrendim .

Ağustos ayında Penceresiz ve klimasız oda verdiler. Gecenin bir yarısı havasız oalmaktan mecbur kapıyı açıp yattım. Daha doğrusu yatmaya çalıştım güneş doğar doğmaz oteli terkettim. Lanet olsun böyle otellere... Olmaz olsunlar böyle oteller. Bu arada tv var ama çalışmıyor banyo var ama süzgeçler tıkalı temizlik namına bişey yok çarşaflar delik deşik yerlerde izmaritler bile duruyordu.

Ankara'ya iş için gittim. Genel olarak dışarıda olacağımdan uyumak amaçlı uygun bir yer olarak bu oteli buldum. Ücretli rezervasyon yaptırdığımdan vazgeçme durumu olmadı.
Verilen oda içinde acil çıkış kapısı vardı. Bu durum eşyalarımı bırakacağımdan güvenlik açısından beni tedirgin etti. Çünkü kapı çok kolay açılıyordu. Neyse ki bu konuda sıkıntı yaşamadım ama hoş bir durum değil. Acil çıkış kapısı olan odalar iptal edilmeli yada daha güvenli hale getirilmeli. Yatak altında baza yoktu. Mobilyadan tahta kesilmiş bildiğiniz. Yatak taş gibiydi. Çarşaflar kirliydi. Yastıkta kıl vardı. Tuvalet pisti hiç temizlik yapılmamış. Odaya havlu bırakılmamış istemek durumunda kaldım. Üç gün kaldım hiç oda temizliği yapılmadı. Tek güzel diyebileceğim şey kahvaltı idi. Süper diyemem ama yenilebilirdi. Otelin tek iyi yanı konumu. Onun harici zorunlu değilseniz asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

Bu kadar kötü olmamalıydı.

Oldukça kötü. Oda camsız ve karanlık. Isıtma yok. Dolapta askı yok. Buzdolabın fişi çekik. Banyoda şampuan yok. Daha kötüsü olamazdı.

Otelde ses yalıtımı dışında herşey gayet iyi diyebilirim. İnsanların telefon konuşmalarına kadar herşey çok rahat duyuluyor. Kahvaltısı geçekten kaliteli sadece pandemiden kaynaklı bugünlerde eskisi gibi self servis yok hazır tabaklar yapmışlar streçlemişler üstünü öyle alabiliyorsun.Tv'ları sıkıntılı ,Temiz bir otel. 3 yıldızlı bir otel için gayet iyi bir seviyede diyebilirim.Sadece şu ses yalıtımını hallwtmeleri lazım arada duvaryok karton var gibi

Tek kişilik oda rezervasyon yapmıştım. Gece yarısı gibi varabildim oda kalmadığı için aynı fiyattan bana büyük oda verdiler. Gayet temiz ve ferahtı.

Çok pis berbat bir otel

Çok pis bir otel, lavabolar ve oda berbat, yatağın yayları her yerinize batıyor. Oda leş gibi sigara kokuyordu. Çok yorgundum mecburen kaldım. Kahvaltı standart extra sigara ve su böreği vardı, kahvaltı doyucu açık büfe. Bence bu fiyata göre çok kötü bir yer, tavsiye etmem.
