Mi parte favorita de este hotel es la variedad de desayuno que ofrecen cada dia, estuve una semana y no me toco repetir ni una vez los platillos principales. Al rededor de hotel hay muchos hospitales y uno esta exactamente en frente lo que puede ser util para algunas personas.
El gimnasio esta casi siempre solo y nadie te molestara aunque no tiene muchos aparatos y falta equipo es algo que se puede mejorar pero es suficiente mente util para hacer algo de ejercicio al dia.
El internet en mi habitacion en ocasiones me fluctuaba y no es tan rapido como en otros paises pero es suficientemente bueno para ver peliculas en streaming en HD.

The staff was very attentive and polite. The upgraded room was clean and comfortable. I did not particularly care for the area surrounding the hotel but I know that not much can be done about that. Overall the hotel met my expectations and I enjoyed my stay. It was very good value for the price.

I reserved the place for my parents while I was not able to take care of them in Ankara.
The staffs are really friendly. They assisted my parents while they stayed there in the quarantine period. The rooms are very clean with a great view.
I appreciate what the amazing staffs did for my parents.

worst hotel service ever !!!

The worst hotel service ever i had in my life, very dirty carpet in the room, damage towels, room electric problem, noisy from street due to window damages, rude staff & so many more bad experiences ... for example they said the breakfast timing is 7 to 10, i went for breakfast 7:05 & i waited till 7:30 still the breakfast service was not ready, i went back to my room.
the safe box in the room was not working, the daily drinking water was not serving unless i asked, next day i asked for iron table the reception staff was not helpful & speaking aggressively, honestly it's a 2 star hotel not 4 stars & i don't recommend it to anyone.

Very comfortable corner room. Excellent breakfast. Excellent value for money.

The only negative is the internet. I have stayed at the hotel many times over the last seven or eight years. Every time I have complained about the internet. Whichever room I have stayed in, the experience has been the same. I have ended up in the lobby in order to access the internet - seemingly the only place with a consistently strong signal. Every time I have been given the same, unacceptable excuse - \"the hotel is full\".

Great couple of nights stay in this lovely hotel

Disgusting Room and Service

I did not realize that choosing an economy size room meant that I would be degraded by hotel staff, no windows or working AC, a bathroom that frequently smelled of sewage and leaked into the bedroom throughout the day, limited-to-no actual cleaning of my room, and an empty mini bar. I felt extremely degraded and was disgusted at how the staff laughed at me for choosing an economy room and not selecting the breakfast option. They even said, \"you know the economy room doesn't really have a window and only has one picture on the wall, right?\" Okay, so FIX your nasty \"economy\" room. Highly do NOT recommend this hotel to foreigners or Turks alike. It is shameful.

First night room was smelling as someone smoked inside. As soon as we complained they even offered to change room and they cleaned it.
I prefer shower was better, water was either too hot or too cold.

Great 4 star hotel in good location in kilizay. Great price 30 quid a night and includes breakfast and there's a spa downstairs with hamam. Wifi is slow. Breakfast is great. Only downside is hotel staff were poor. They were rude and also didn't know what time the hamam opened and closed. I don't know if this is a Turkish thing tho as we noticed it everywhere in turkey apart from tourist areas. Rooms were great. For price I can't fault it.

Give it a try if you are in a business trip.

We are overally happy with our stay in Ankara Plaza hotel. Location is fantastic. Hotel condition is in `ok` form. Rooms are kind of old and so hot. It takes forever for the AC to make the room cold.The free breakfast is not too good and it is almost the same everyday. Wi-Fi connection is so poor.

I need to mention that the Service is OUTSTANDING. All workers are so welcoming and they work so hard to keep the hotel clean. And I want to personally thank the general manager Ms. Selcuk and also Mr. Oguzhan. They were so helpful to us.
Thanks for helping us enjoy our trip.

A trip to US embassy Ankara

We had the best time in Ankara Plaza hotel. We went there for my US embassy visit, which is 11min from the hotel. I am so glad we selected this place. Breakfast was amazing. Place is clean. We used the mini bar for keeping our drinks cool which worked fine. Staff were amazing. Several of them spoke English and helped us out in everything. I would definitely recommend the place and hope to visit them again.

The hotel is great, with well kept building, location, friendly staff, cleanlinesss and service; however, as a business traveler, I found the Internet in the rooms is excrutiatingly slow and will not recommend it for business travelers. If you are only going to use your mobile and not your computer, it's a very good value for money.

Got smoking room!!

I have read the reviews of this hotel before booking a room but I never expected it to be terrible! I asked for a non-smoking room but I was given a smoking room. I can smell smoke coming out of the bed comforter. They also seem to care less about room service and cleanliness. I left the room early morning expecting it to be cleaned when I return back to it but they didn't bother cleaning it. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was terrible.

Great location near lots of shops and restaurants. Great buffet breakfast and view over Ankara and great facilities (Turkish bath, sauna, gym). Room was much smaller than expected compared to the pictures online. Cleaning staff walked into room without knocking.

Overall pretty good.

Hotel's location is great very close to American Embassy and other important places including restaurants and shopping areas. Room was kinda small but clean. Our last night heater stopped working, they have upgraded our room immediately. Breakfast buffet was great, lot of selection and eveything was fresh.

Good location, attentive staff at the Front Desk, nice size rooms (small beds), clean, nice bathroom, good shower, water boiler for tea/coffee making, free bottles of drinking water, good breakfast with a nice view of the city. Upon departure the hotel offered us a limousine service to the airport for a reasonable price. Overall a good hotel in Ankara, would stay again.

Very efficient and courteous service and excellent value for money. The hotel has been refurbished and looks quite modern and well appointed. The hotel is excellent for business travel - it is well located in the city. There are many restaurants, bars and coffee shops located close to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and arranged a shuttle to the airport on request. I would definitely consider it for my next visit.

I stayed in the hotel for two nights, Reception of the hotel was great. people in reception had good english skills and were very helpful and polite. Hotel located near to center of the city with walking distance to shopping malls and good restaurants. The only problem I had was smelling smoke, they were very understanding and changed my room twice. in the last room smell of the new wood was annoying for me. since I am too sensitive to smells ,other people probably won't have the same problem as I did. Breakfast buffet was good, with an amazing view of the city. I specifically suggest you to try Turkish salad I have had for dinner. It was very delicious! In overall it was a good deal for the price.

Everything was great, except terrible internet speed (the worst I have seen) and that was very important to us because we had to stay in touch with family outside the country through skype and oovoo but could not have even a one time decent contact because of very poor internet speed even in hotel lobby. I would suggest to the hotel management to make this very inexpensive investment in upgrading to high speed internet service since everything else at the hotel was great.

I really enjoyed my staying at the hotel: the staff members are very friendly; theroom is clean, there are both cold and hot meals in breakfast. However the internet connection in the room is not good at all. Another thing which bothers me is that they seem to have no morning call service. I stayed there for four nights and askemd the front desk for the \"morning call\" three times, but only get one call. The morning when I needed the call so much because I had to get to the airport around 6:00 am (my flight is 8:00), so I talked to the staff at the front desk twice to make sure to get the call, but I didn't get it. Fortunately I didn't think that they would (due to my previous experiences), I stayed up the whole night. They need to make sure to provide this service.

Ankara Plaza Hotel

The Ankara Plaza was in a convenient neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff was extremely helpful, especially the concierge who spoke great English and who frequently assisted us in arranging transportation plans. The breakfasts were beautiful displays and a rooftop view of the city that couldn't be beat.
The room was very pleasant except for the hard beds that Turkish people seem to prefer in their hotels. There was some mold in that bathroom too, that is never very pleasant. On the whole we would recommend this hotel.
