This is a nice hotel and the location is okay. The breakfast buffet was good with a good selection. A few negatives: I could hear people in the room next to me, almost as if they were in the same room as me. I was only able to connect one device to the wifi. I connected my phone and although my iPad showed that it was connected, it was not. I also was unable to connect my ereader. Twice I had to go down to the front desk after a long day of exploring to get my key rekeyed as it would not open my door. On my last day, the cleaning staff did not leave any toilet paper so I had to go downstairs to get some.

The hotel was in a good location with easy access for dining options and for sightseeing. The went out of their was to help us to find somewhere vegetarian to eat when we arrived, even walked down the road with us to show us the restaurant. The room was large with a sitting area, the bedroom was a great size as was the bathroom which included compliment toiletries. We also had complimentary tea and coffee.

I recommend here for any stay long or short, worth it. Can walk all around has so many nearby locations and the service is amazing here. I loved my stay! Mutlu was a very helpful and very nice guy. As well for Erdem helped us out when we had any issues with our stay!

The worst hotel I swear as I forgot my wedding ring in the table next to the bed When I went back for it they completely denied for it by saying we don’t have it.
The stuff is a thief so before you book this hotel keep in mind to not forget anything cause you won’t get it back.

Extremely bad hotel

Firstly we were sold that this was a 4star hotel, but this was not a 4* hotel. The ceiling had cracks- Ac does jot work. Pillow case were of velvet and seemed as though they had not been washed in a long time (extremely smelly) shower had no power, bath tub had a black stain. hotels.com have mis sold this hotel. Not very happy

Quiet, restful

I enjoyed my stay, very quiet space that I could work. The black out curtains were not effective in keeping out the sunlight in the mornings.
Comfortable bedding, the bath towels were a bit coarse but nothing to lose sleep over. The bath tub could get an upgrade, it's evident that it's been around for a while or atleast heavily used.
Breakfast was enjoyable and very filling.
I wish there had been English spoken by atleast one of the receptionist.

A few blocks you'll find a variety of pubs and restaurants. The Kızılay mall was also close by; 12TL in the cab or 3TL in the bus... I did both.

Would I return, yes i would.

Cheap, not too good but okay.

Do not expect too much. Its rather a cheap hotel yet, has four stars. Rooms are small but enough, hotel is not big but definitely provides the things that you need. Breakfast was good. Actually breakfast was really good. But do not expect too much when you see its four stars. The location, also, was perfect because it’s near city center.

Good stay with this price

It was a good stay at this hotel. The staffs were kind and helpful, they even get several free print for me. The breakfast was good. The position is 20 min walk from city center (not very close). But it was 5 mins walk from US embassy at Ankara. This hotel is good for this price, I recommend it. The interent in rooms was not good, I had to go to lobby to have watsup call.

Very disappointed

Hotel is very old and dirty. First room was covered in pubes, disgusting carpet, stains on the walls, God knows what under the bed and a stained bathtub. They allowed us to change to a slightly bigger room with a larger bed and a mini balcony. The second room was cleaner and brighter, as expected. From then on, we were quite happy.. Until we realised that they allow escort services into their rooms, and that the walls of the hotel are paper thin. Traumatic experience of hearing the escorts scream for help on our last night at about 4am. When confronted about the situation, 2 people on reception said it was an arguing family and asked if it really bothered me! No empathy towards how worried and scared I was for the girls and also my own safety. Needless to say, the hotel is appalling and I am embarrassed to have stayed there. Don't book this hotel. Find somewhere safer, cleaner and friendlier.

OK value for money

The hotel is in a good location near Tulani Cad. The room had all of the essentials. The servicing of the room was very irritating:
- no drinking glasses in the room (but a stocked refrigerator)
- the drinking glasses I requested each day were removed each day
- a chair and stool I rearranged to meet my needs was rearranged back to the way I didn't want it
- opened soap was removed each day and replaced by new soap taking a long time and a lot of force to open
- one day the GPO power was turned off at a switchboard, in retribution for my requests to stop messing with the room I suspect.
These are tiny things in the wellbeing of mankind, but they did make for a frustrating stay.

I didn't like my room. Don't trust the pictures...

The pictures are not showing the reality. I wasn't expecting what I would get as a room in the Hotel. It was a very small room with no coffee maker, paper or plastic cup, iron. They say \" Americans' first option\" on their advertisement which is not right.
Heads-up: Staff cannot speak English.

Güler yüzlü çalışanlar ve kapalı otopark

Otele motosikletimizle seyahat ettik ve genel olarak oldukça memnun kaldık. Motosikletimiz için kapalı otopark olması büyük bir avantajdı. Güvenli bir şekilde park edebildik ve bu da seyahatimizi daha rahat hale getirdi.
Odamızdaki klima oldukça etkiliydi. Oda ve otelin genel temizliği oldukça iyiydi. Bu konuda hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık.
Lobby’de çay ikramı mevcuttu. Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve içtenlikle he kınuda yardımcı oldular.
Tek olumsuz yön olarak, zemin katta olan odanın dışardan biraz ses almasıydı. Yine de Aşırı rahatsız edici değildi.

Genel olarak, bu küçük eksikliğe rağmen otelden oldukça memnun kaldık ve motosikletle seyahat edenler için tavsiye edebiliriz.

Kesinlikle rezalet. Asık suratlı personel, kirli yastık ve çarşaflar, koridordan sabaha kadar gelen ve sonuna kadar duyulan ayak sesleri, klima çalıştırmadığımız halde her 10dk da bir kendi kendine çıkardığı sesler… Dahası da var ama özetle kalınmaması gereken bir yer.

Akşam 19 da giriş yaptık sıcak su yoktu. sabah 11 de çıkış yaptık gene. sıcak su yoktu. Sabah kahvaltıdq ekmek bitmiş sepette. istedik kalmadı dediler. sanki bedava kalıyoruz. Şikayetimizi resepsiyona söyledik çıkarken. Sıcak su olmadığını söyleseydiniz gönderirdik diye dalga geçtiler. Sanki nescafe suyu istiyoruz. Zencileri doldurmuşlar otele. Parmak arası terliklerini çıkarıp ayaklarını masaya koymuşlar. uyaran yok. İlgi alaka hizmet SIFIR. UZAK DURUN!!!

Отличное расположение на самой интересной улице Анкары. Множество кафе, ресторанов. Номера сравнительно тихие.

Многие номера были на ремонте. В том числе на ремонт была закрыта и сауна.

Ne yazık ki memnun kalmadım. 4 tane oda değiştirmemiz ve kar yağarken ısıtma sisteminin bozuk olması hoş olmadı. Harika bir yer beklemiyoduk elbet ama amatörce işletilen bir yer izlenimi verdi.

Daha önceki yorumumdan sonra otel eksikliklerini düzeltmek için çaba gösterdi. Özellıkle Resepsiyondaki Özlem hanımın inisiyatifi ile taze ekmek sorunu çözüldü. Son gelen kat görevlisinin kulaklarında cihaz olduğunu, duyma problemi olduğundan çağrıldığında cevap veremediğini öğrendim üzüldüm tabii otel bunu bildirseydi o eleştiriyi yazmazdım. Yalnız merkezi sisteme geçtiklerini söyleseler de gelecek müşteriler adına bunu söylemek durumundayım ki üşümesinler çünkü merkezi sistem çalışmaya başladı deseler de odalar soguktu, cihazlar da soğuk üflüyordu. Onun haricinde otel çalışanları kibar ve otel, temizlik, odalar güzel..
