Hotal is clean but the rooms shower towels smelled so bad. We needed an iron and called front desk, they asked for us to pick it up because they were to busy. We asked for toilet paper because our restroom wasnt stocked and it took them almost 20 minutes to bring it.

Everybody was friendly stay for 3 nights just wouldn’t recommend their breakfast portion too small also I notice they don’t deep clean found the same trash on the floor that my kids drop also if you need an iron you got to pay for it not much 100 pesos but I felt like it should be included but we felt save and comfortable Uber was our to go to to go out, the tours are fun and if you can do the tardiada pls do it is so much fun

We got room number 11, located at the side of the pool. There is NO WIFI in this area. Front desk staff told me the property was too big and wifi signal was weak or not existent in some areas. Should we needed signal I should go out of the room to the pool area to get signal. The fact is that there was no wifi signal until you almost reach the elevator which was very far from the room.

This hotel is really appalling. The rooms look nothing like the photos they have online. It’s two stars at best with cramped interior spaces, rooms with no windows and garish fluorescent lighting. The staff are cold and unfriendly and seem unconcerned that the room was substandard or that the key kept deactivating (we had to have it updated every day). Worth paying a few dollars for a real hotel.

It was really small, the bath room was not like in the pictures (not as fancy) and there was a brick wall outside the window. The bed was hard. There was a noise coming from behind the wall like an engine. You could hear everything outside. Very bad experience.

Well Maintained and Friendly Hotel and Restaurant
Very pleasant traditional style hotel, in the historic downtown of Guanajuato. Note - elevator only goes to second floor, and our rooms were up three more flights of stairs, but they supplied bellhops to bring the luggage up and down.

Overall it waa a glod expwrience. Hotel was great and clean. Staff was helpful and courteous. The cons, it was a little too noisy, even though they didn't have many guests, you can hear everything that happens on the hallways and even when employees talk on walkie talkies. There is no insulation on the walls at all so be prepared with ear plugs.

We booked three rooms and all were assigned to the back of the main building which has no elevator. In fact, our rooms were very far in the back and lot of staircase, very inconvenience for someone who has difficulty walking. Our room number were 16, 48 and 49 and all don't have AC. Room 16 is a very small room compares to other rooms and only has one tiny window which you need to stand on a chair to reach the window. The bed sheet in room 16 also different from rooms 48 and 49 which was very rough. All rooms have portable standing fans but they are very loud. We had to open the window at night but can hear dogs barking till 2am. Wifi was very weak in our rooms. We will not recommend this hotel if you don't have a car nor if you have issue climbing stairs.

Hotel staff was very unprofessional. They never inform us that we were able to have breakfast. Our room was very dark. Beds were very uncomfortable and dirty. Lots of noise throughout the whole night. People talking and walking. No privacy. Impossible to rest after a busy day. Finally parking was located in the other side of the hotel and there is no valet parking. You have to do things in your own. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you travel to Guanajuato.

I have stayed at this hotel twice but this time they're letting this hotel go., the room had a moldy smell and had mold in the shower ceiling and who ever design that bathroom did a terrible job! (Shower doors ) and the room ., whe you open the door you have that humid smell ., but as soon as you turn air conditioner on it goes away.. Or you just get used to it.. Breakfast is really bad they didn't have that much variety.. but I guess is you get what you pay !

1) Very far room from the reception, and the elevator only provide service to the main building, but there are more than 1 building
2) The room wasn't fully clean when I arrived, they finished to clean at the next day (only in my room) (only one room, the other room was clean)
3) The beds are extremely hard, and one bed was broken (both rooms)
4) Towels like sandpaper (both rooms)
5) Very very noisy room (both rooms)
6) Light in front of the door, so the light coming in thru the door frame (only in my room)
7) Disinterested staff
8) Waiters do not pay attention at breakfast (only one small coffee machine for all the guests)
9) The \"air conditioner\" is just a portable fan
And the most important thing, the last day they didn't clean any of the both rooms, not at all, so we complain in the front desk, and they change us to a room in the main building, and oh surprise! the rooms was a lot better, with silence, no lights in your face for sleep, real air conditioner, soft towels, super clean, soft and nice matresses... the reason? simple, is like two hotels in one, if you pay the full rate in the front desk or thru their website, you will have the nice room, but if you take the \"offer rate\" you will have the unpleasent room

Took a day trip to gto and booked this hotel the same day. We were looking for a hotel near the city center with free parking, which this hotel had. When booking the room online I decided to opt for the superior room at about 30% higher price. I read the first few reviews that mentioned the beds were hard and the pics of the beds in the superior rooms looked more comfortable than the standard rooms. We arrived and were led to a room right off the reception desk on the first floor. There was an odd smell right away- kind of damp or moldy. That smell attached itself to my clothes and the backpack I was using. The worst part about the room was that there were no windows facing the outdoors!? There was one window facing the lobby which we couldn't open because everyone could see straight into our room. Also, in the morning we were awakens very early by the noise and conversations of people hanging out in the lobby. Worse of all was that without a window it was difficult to get up and feel fully awake without any natural light- we couldn't tell if it was day or night, it was quite off putting. I would not stay here again.

It's a nice hotel on the outskirts of the city, but not too far away from downtown, you can walk there if you like, the place looks nice, it has a nice rustic look. The staff it's not rude but neither too friendly, the rooms are nice, the only problem that I found was the bed, it was hard but funny enough I slept very well on it.
