We had a wonderful stay at Harry's home in Millennium Tower. It was easy to find if you follow the signboards in the shopping mall. Location is very convenient as it is just next to a train station and the mall has many shops and food options. Feels really safe too. Staff are also very polite and helpful.

Nic was very kind and upgraded us to a room with a view on a higher floor so it was nice and quiet with a beautiful view of the river.

Loved the availability of a washing machine and dryer within the hotel. It would be perfect if they also put in a microwave for guests to use.

Overall, we would recommend this property. Thanks for a lovely and comfortable stay.

This hotel had no reception desk very difficult to find have to go through a parking garage very bad signage for a hotel. Everything is in English yet. Everything is in German very difficult and not user-friendly. Do not stay in this hotel.

The property was an Apart-hotel for three people which included breakfast. The room provided a microwave, fridge, 2 ring hob and kettle, making it convenient to cater for ourselves or have breakfast in the dining room. There was also a separate lounge and bedroom, a bath with shower over and a large walk in cupboard for clothing/storage.
The reception staff could not have been more welcoming and very accommodating to guest requests. The same could be said for the breakfast staff, who made sure that the breakfast items were kept stocked. As one of our party had a wheat allergy the hotel supplied gluten free bread buns at breakfast. The property was also very convenient for local transport, shopping and dining.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it as an excellent alternative to staying in a hotel.

Great place great service. The staff was amazing. The only problem was I had a room that overlooks the Danube and somewhere close there playing very very loud music all day long and into the evening maybe it’s just because it’s a three day weekend but the noise goes on and on.

The only inconvenience was that housekeeping team forgot to remove our trash bags and replace new ones for one of the nights. The paid parking was a little problematic as the system was having some issues. We experienced it for 2 out of the 3 nights we were there. Having said that, the rooms were spacious and is conveniently located in shopping mall area. Overall, we are happy with our stay at Harry's.

Such a great property to stay at in Vienna! I had a one bedroom apartment which was very nice for cooking. There is a great grocery store just downstairs in the mall plus all the shopping you could want also in the mall. Also, there is a trampoline park in the mall which, I believe was included in my stay! Also, a major train station is just outside the mall and I had a view of the Danube from my window. I highly recommend Harry’s Home for anyone visiting Vienna!

The room looks clean except a lot of dirt underneath the bed.
I left the face towel on the floor for replacing it. They did not fir 2 days. The bathmat towel also not replaced. I had come out of the shower to a cold floor.
This is an apartment. No pans wetre available. After ringing the front desk, i wad told there must be some and when the person came and looked every where there were none and she brought me on without a lid. The cupboard door is peeling round the edges.
The real positive thing is the breakfast and I enjoyed it. Thank you for the good breakfast.

Exceptionally PERFECT.. Would rate the hotel 10/10 .. Very convenient to use public transport, eateries, shopping, convenience stores and pharmacy. Pleasant front office staffs provided us early check-in and easy check-out. We were also provided luggage storage area to keep our luggages safe till we were due to take our next bus to Venice. Good place and great location

A good stay in a great place to check out Vienna. Has a mall in the same building and near to trains and underground to get to know the city. The Danube is right in front for a stroll or run in its banks. Breakfast is good but was actually hoping for a bit better, maybe because of other comments. Overall I recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful stay at Harry’s

Clean, modern, quiet, carpet free (means allergy free) hotel which is located inside beautiful mall. Receptionists speak English but are not available 24hrs-check your arrival flight time and arrange for checkin with staff . No view in my room-pay extra for view if that is important for you. Outside of mall is sbahn and ubahn trains (handelskai stop) to take into city. Has small laundry machine (2 euros to wash 2 euros to dry 1euro for detergent)so you can carry less luggage) Merkur Supermarket downstairs convenient for basic supplies. Have hotel send taxi for you for a set price of 36 euros (i took airport taxi -white taxi with red letters-and was ripped off -driver charged me from airport to hotel 46 euros no traffic or tolls). Rooms are simple-everyone has one pillow and twin size comforter-this is great -less bedding means easier for staff to take out and clean often. Was unable to use printer to print out boarding passes hope you have it in the future(even if it is coin operated for after hours access would be great). I loved my stay at Harry’s-wonderful and helpful staff at reception area. Thanks!

It was a nice stay for me and my family. The staff were nice and welcome and all of them knew English.
The rooms were clean and exactly what you see on the pictures when making the booking.
Great shops in the mall, 2-3 min from the tube station and close to the centre and Christmas market.
Highly recommended and will come back again!

This hotel is conveniently located (but outside of town). It is clean and simple. My room faced the train tracks and a busy street on the lowest level possible. It was somewhat noisy but had a view.
It felt like a very low budget place that charges normal rates. A single towel, and tiny comforter... absolutely nothing in the bathroom except a wall-mounted all-purpose squeeze bottle for a combination of shampoo, soap, etc
Fine but horribly overpriced for what is closer to a hostel than a hotel

Harry's Home Hotel was very good with train station right next door and shopping mall in the same building you'll be spoilt for choices for food as well. The staff are pleasant and helpful. There is a direct train from the airport to Handelski station. It was very easy to get to the city centre and all the main tourist attractions. The hotel is part of the Millennium Tower and has multiple entries/exits and one of the exit is towards the river bank and you could walk for miles with river on one side and small parks on the other. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.

We stayed at Harry’s Home for one night because we got in to Vienna late and wanted somewhere easy to access from the airport. We took the S7 train directly to the hotel and only cost €4.20 for the two of us! The hotel itself is up one floor in the millennium tower, easy check in and the room was great. Modern, spotlessly clean and lovely views out to the river. The next day we hopped on the train straight to the CBD so couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Something wrong with the door key card

Had a 3 night reservation. We came back late to the hotel during the 2nd night but found the door key card doesn't work. Didn't know why it happened nor getting explanation next day and we were quite worried because hotel's reception desk was closed. However, thanks to the tower security downstairs, who's been really kind to help us out. After identity verification, they were able to send to back to our room for the night.

Hotel near Millenium Tower

Close to mall, close to a lot of restaurant/ fastfood. Hotel have working washer and dryer. Stafff is very helpful. My room have a good view and the hotel itself is designed to be eco friendly. The room is a bit warm as the thermostat can only be adjusted 21 +/- 3 celcius but able to loan a fan from front desk.

Almost at the end of the Brown Metro Line..but the facilities in the area made up for that and the Metro was close...a quick walk through a shopping centre. Plenty of eateries and a supermarket in the same complex. However, don't get stuck for a supermarket on Sunday...they are closed!! The room was a good size but the air conditioner refused to work and the windows don't open, so we found it stuffy and on our 3rd day we woke up with headaches. A girl from reception came and had a fiddle with the thing and said just leave it for 10 minutes and it will come on...well it didn't. Pillows like lumpy fairyfloss but typical of European Hotels...they let themselves down on this simple issue.

It seemed a little away from the central city, but with such excellent transport options on the train and underground, it turned out to not be a problem at all. The staff were excellent - they were friendly, helpful and competent. The hotel seemed quite new and had some options (like with the interesting elevator selection method) that were first time things for me to experience. I liked it and will stay again when in Vienna.

Easy access from the train station

We had 3 nights here whilst visiting Christmas Markets in December. It was a couple of minute walk from Handelskai train station, which meant it was both easy access on the S7 train from the airport (which run every 30 mins) and the train into the city where we were then able to use the underground. Only down sides for me were, I'd expected a double and two singles but it was double and a sofa bed just with two single duvets - which for older siblings we'd have preferred separate beds but made do. Also we arrived at midnight and had expected some complimentary tea, coffee and milk but nothing is given and we only had two sets of everything when the room was booked for 4 people. Otherwise the room was clean and spacious with good storage facilities. For 3 days and to use it as our base to go out into the city it worked well.

Poor House keeping and facilities - cracked and broken dishes/glasses/jam bowls.. be careful !

Staff was very friendly and room was spacious. Hotel is inside the Millennium Tower. So you can get to restaurants, Cafe, bars, shopping, cinema, grocery store from inside the building. Train station is next door. They are still under construction but we didn't here any noise. We had a great stay!

We were in four friends and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is inside of the shopping mall and it is really comfortable. It is not the most central hotel of Austria for sure but it offers easy access to different areas of the city as it is just next to one metro/train/underground station. É um local interessante. Nunca havia ficado em um hotel dentro de shopping. Chegamos à noite e foi difícil a localização pq não tem nada que indique que o hotel fica dentro do shopping. A única informação é que a chave fica no shopping, então acabei achando o hotel. Apartamento confortável, limpo e espaçoso. Não tomamos café da manhã no hotel pq achamos muito caro para o que oferecem .

Dieses moderne Hotel liegt gleich neben der Donaupromenade und dem U- und S-Bahnhaltestelle Handelskai. Obwohl das Zimmer sparsam eingerichtet wurde, war das Bett und die Atmosphere sehr angenehm. Ich habe hier sehr gut geschlafen. Das Früstücksbuffet ist einfach aber alles ist frisch und lecker. Gleich vor dem Eingang liegen mehrere Restaurants. Das Sushi-restaurant ist sehr Empfehlenswert. Alles zusammen war es ein sehr guter Basis für unser Besuch zu Wien.
