The concierge seemed very annoyed to help us, especially when we didn't know German. He kept throwing up his hand and said no English and I don't know. I tried to use a translator app but he didn't want to use it..instead he asked the guests behind us to translate. It felt very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. It was a shocking experience for us. We have never experience such an inappropriate interaction before. It left a bad impression for us. This is not the best hotel to visit if you don't speak German or want friendlier service.

Good hotel with amazingly clean rooms. Room was big and recently renovated, lots of space and nice touches like tea and coffee in the room. Big windows let in loads of natural light, and opening windows allowed fresh air which was nice.

The location allows for easy access and parking, and then it's a very short walk to the centre of the historic town.

Friendly team and good breakfast. As some other people commented, no, they don't speak English - but it turns out the hotel is in Germany, so don't expect it and you'll be fine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and a smile, a few signs and a bit of patience got me checked in very quickly.

Great value, would definitely stay again.

The hotel is VERY conveniently located right next to the train station. Other hotels in the \"Altstadt\" will require a taxi ride or a decent walk with luggage on cobbled streets (bad). The service was great. Very nice people at the front desk. The minuses: no fridge or safe in the room, reception not staffed all the time. Overall - a nice, pleasant stay

Lovely town, friendly staff. Room respectable though curtains too small for windows facing busy main street. Room very warm but it was a hot week and a fan was provided. Pillows large square type difficult to get comfortable.

Quedlinburg is a real gem in German history. The Castle should not be missed and the area is great for walking and hiking. A trip to the Brocken is highly recommended on the steam train.

Make sure you know how to get your key

Good location near the railway station.
Bit of a walk into town but not too bad.
Note that reception is only manned until 4pm. If arriving after this you will need a PIN for the key-safe by the front door to get your key. After a little confusion, a call to the posted number sorted this out for me.

Nice hotel but be careful with late check-in

We arrived to Quedlinburger Hof about 9 pm (check-in time should be until 10 pm). I gave my passport but a receptionist told me that the hotel is fully booked and the nearest hotel is 1 km away.
Unfortunately I had forgotten a printed reservation and hotels.com app doesn't work correctly in my smartphone (it always show \"no connection, check and try again\"), so I couldn't prove my booking.
Nevertheless a guy called to someone and somehow managed to find my booking in a compuer.
His English wasn;t enough for communication with foreign customers (it is common in East Germany) but finally we got a key which fits for a room door and hotel sliding glass doors.
After 9 pm the reception was empty.
We was lucky to occupy last parking place at backyard.
Our room was on first floor and a stairway is right after hotel entrance but we enen use an elevator.
The room itself was OK but there was cold in a bathroom.
Breakfast served from 7am wasn't great but decent.
For a check-out after 9 am I had to push special button at the recaption and a girl had appeared and accepted card payment. Local tax in invoice was €2.50 instead of €2.00 in hotels.com reservation.

English speakers... move on to a different hotel

We arrived only to find no one could speak basic English to tell us just the room number. There was no a/c which was okay but then overnight it was still warm(they gave us fans) with the windows open we had an invasion of yellow jackets or bees in the room. Sadly my daughter is allergic, so we left late the following night, checked out early. The breakfast while yummy was never refilled, we were told to move tables since the informal tables were full or dirty, we sat down at one with a dinner setting, it was just insane how upset the staff got. Okay then keep the breakfast tidy! It was old, no biggie we are used to old but the bugs that did us in.

Functional hotel next to the rail station.

It had all the basic facilities but felt tired. Bathroom was enormous so why is the toilet placed so that your knees bang the shower cabinet. The pillow on the bed was very thin. The TV did not work. Breakfast was decent enough but unexciting.

There was no hotel information available in English and the staff spoke only a few words so communication was difficult.

There is free wifi and that did work reasonably well.

curious decor but comfortable and welcoming. Next to railway station but not too noisy as trains stop at night. Short and pleasant walk to town centre. Great value with free wi-fi and parking. Only problem for us was no fridge in room to chill water/drinks. Would happily go back.

Hotel needs to be updated but it was clean, had friendly staff and a decent breakfast. It is located adjacent to the train tracks which were noisy at times but the trains stop about dark so they were not a problem for sleeping. The minibar was locked and the staff at no key for it and no ice was available in the hotel. Hotel was easy to find.

Nice hotel, great deal

Hotel was nice, nothing fancy but clean, quiet, and well appointed. Got a great deal on it so was really happy with it. Quedlinburg was very nice too, a great location to explore the Harz. This hotel is just slightly outside the town center, but 10 minutes on foot and you're right in the center.

Nice old hotel building – in walking distance from the Market Place. The breakfast was OK – so and so – but the logistic was not OK! Shortage of this and then shortage of that. The breakfast room seems a little too small for the number of guest there were at the hotel. We had a nice big room – but the quality of the furniture was not at the level for a hotel room.

Der er en kabine sauna, nogle liggestole og en bruser i kælderen. Da vi spurgte til behandlinger blev vi henvist til saunaen. Pænt rent værelse, med mulighed for gratis rengøring i løbet af opholdet.

Selv om der var indtjekningsautomat, som sagde, nøgle var klar til afhentning, insisterede det daværende personal, at det var absolut forbudt!

Adgangsforhold till hotel rædsomme grundet vejarbejde. Man skulle køre på fortorv, fik jeg så at vide, af arbejdsmand. Hvorfor melder de ikke det ud til deres kommende gæster!?

Hotel havde ikke stemplet kurhæfte, så der var bøvl med at bruge det i busserne!

God morgenmad inkluderet. Røræg, pølser, brød, müsli osv.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schade, dass man fast dazu gezwungen wird, dass ein – und auschecken, sowie das bezahlen nur noch via App zu machen. Aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht und dem Fachkräftemangel noch einigermassen nachvollziehbar, aber als Gast sehr unpersönlich und gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer haben eine gute grösse und sind zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Mobiliar hingegen, könnte mal etwas modernisiert werden. Die Zimmer in der dritten Etage sind direkt unter dem Dach. Es waren ende Juni nicht allzu warme Tage und trotzdem schon sehr heiss im Zimmer und da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, konnte der schlottrige Ventilator auch nichts dagegen ausrichten. Könnte mir vorstellen, dass es im Hochsommer ziemlich Saunamässig wird. In der Nacht war es sehr ruhig, mag vielleicht auch daran gelegen haben, das die Hauptstrasse vor dem Hotel wegen einer Baustellen gesperrt war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung und hatte für jeden etwas dabei.

Die Lage (direkt neben dem Bahnhof und in fußläufiger Nähe zur Innenstadt) war für mich super - allerdings hört man den Bahnbetrieb, denn das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer könnte mal eine Überarbeitung gebrauchen, denn Möbel und Tapeten zeigten deutliche Macken. Dafür war es hell und geräumig. Alles in allem habe ich mich dort gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel sehr nahe an der Altstadt liegt und somit alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen war.
Zudem ist es sehr ruhig, obwohl es direkt neben dem Bahnhof/Busbahnhof liegt.
Nachteilig wirkt sich aus, dass an allen 3 Tagen das Internet so träge ist, dass keinerlei E-Mails abgerufen werden konnten. Das Problem sei bekannt, aber die Techniker schaffen es einfach nicht. Smartphones fliegen ständig aus dem Web.
Frühstück ist von 7-10 Uhr.
Bereits um 9:15 Uhr gibt es keine Brötchenauswahl, bzw. fast keine mehr. Die Wurst- /Käseauswahl war an allen 3 Tagen sehr dürftig (immer die gleichen Sorten). Keine einzige Sorte Schwarztee. Wenn die Marmelade leer ist, gibt es keine mehr. Die Rühreerspeisen werden aus Flüssigeier hergestellt, für eine 3-Sternehotel ein \"NoGo\"!
Positiv: es gibt Kaffeekannen.
Negativ: es gibt zwar einen Raucherbereich, den muss der Gast allerdings suchen, incl. dem Aschenbecher.
Der Ruheraum für die Sauna ist großzügig angelegt.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt angenehm. Die Lage war trotz der Straßennähe ruhig, was für erholsame Nächte gesorgt hat. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gut hat mir die ruhige Atmosphäre gefallen. Das Frühstück war lecker, jedoch hätte die Auswahl etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die Lüftung im Bad, die nur sehr kurz lief. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, der meinen Erwartungen entsprach, aber nicht außergewöhnlich war. Für einen Kurzurlaub oder eine Geschäftsreise ist das Hotel dennoch empfehlenswert. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt.

Das Hotel liegt nahe dem Bahnhof und direkt an der Straße. Autolärm ist laut hörbar. Zug wurde nicht gehört.
Parkplätze sind vorhanden.
Der Check In sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Frühstücksbuffet hat alles was es braucht. Das Personal ist freundlich und präsent. Es wird gut nachgelegt.
Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

EUR 350,- für ein \"Standard Doppelzimmer\" mit sehr geringem Raumangebot. Aber Harz zur Weihnachtszeit, ganz geringe Distanz zur Altstadt - na gut.
ABER: Die Services im Hotel sind katastrophal.
Von Reception (bei Ankunft gar nicht vorhanden) über Schlüsselvergabe (Schlüsseltresor wurde am Tag2 bereits einem neuen Gast unter gleicher Pin vergeben, ich sah seinen Schlüssel und seine Meldebescheinigung und kam an meinen Schlüssel nicht mehr ran), kein (!) Zimmerservice nach der Nacht, bis zu dem mäßigsten frühzeitig abgefrühstückten Frühstücksbuffet der Republik.
Wir hatten zwei Zimme, in einem war die Dusche defekt (Stand auf sehr heiß, Regler defekt).
Immer wieder Quedlinburg, aber NIE WIEDER hier.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Lärm erheblich. Das Bad zeigt auffällige Nutzungserscheinungen: rostige Heizungsteile, fleckiger Toielttensitz.
DasFrüshstück ist umfangreich und sehr gut.
Sauna könnte man nutzen, für 6 Euro / Stunde !!!

Enkelt hotell med god service. Mangler air condition, som gjorde at vi måtte ha vinduet åpent. Med togbane og hovedvei like ved ble det mye bråk og lite med søvn. God frokost og gratis parkering.

Der erste Eindruck war etwas skeptisch, jedoch das sehr großzügige und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer und das geräumige Bad ließen die Skepsis schnell weichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch köstlich gefrühstückt, auch ohne den morgendlich gewöhnten Yoghurt bzw. Quark.

Schönes Hotel in Stadtnähe, direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Nur ein paar Minuten zur historischen Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich die Strasse hinunter. Ideal für Bahnreisende ohne Auto.
Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr gut und reichhaltig. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Gratis Parkplatz auf dem Hof für Gäste, die mit dem Auto anreisen.

Es hat uns gefallen, alles war gut, Rezeptionsmitarbeiter sehr bemüht bei Auskünften. Leider war der Weg zur Innenstadt sehr weit, besonders für Menschen mit Beschwerden, wäre schön es gebe eine Busverbindung zur Innenstadtnähe ,im stdl. Takt.

Nettes Hotel direkt am Bahnhof und nah an der Innenstadt. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Unser Standard-Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war ganz neu, sehr sauber und angenehm (in weiß) möbliert. Nur die Bettwaren (klumpiges Kopfkissen!) könnten noch verbessert werden. Das Bad war sauber und ebenfalls nagelneu, nur die Duschkabine ist etwas eng ausgefallen. Das Frühstück bot eine gute Auswahl, besonders hervorzuheben sind die leckeren Brötchen.

Gute Lage des Hotels, man muss mit dem Auto nicht durch die ganze Stadt fahren um seine Ausflugsziele zu erreichen. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr hell und sauber.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut geeignet für Kurzurlaube mit 1-2 Personen.
Große, geräumige Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht und erwartet. Ausstattung völlig in Ordnung, aber nicht top.
Die Dusche war zumindest in meinem Zimmer etwas knapp bemessen.
Für den Preis ist das aber alles kein Thema!

Frühstück auch gut. Hätte mir vielleicht noch Crossaints gewünscht.

Insgesamt war ich auf jeden Fall zufrieden. Preis/Leistung stimmt (Stand 09/2022).

Positiv: kostenfreie Parkplätze, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, renovierte und moderne Zimmer, guter Schlafkomfort, Wasserkocher, Instant-Kaffee u. Tee im Zimmer, Schallschutzfenster, recht zentrale Lage.
Negativ: direkt an Bahngleisen gelegen, angeblich durch Eigentümer aufgezwungene Maskenpflicht beim Frühstück.
