I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately my experience was not satisfactory.
The room condition was poor and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. Bathroom towels were not changed during my stay, and the flush system in the bathroom was not working properly.

Overall room maintenance was below average, and the service from the staff was also disappointing. Requests were not handled properly, and there was a lack of attention to guest comfort.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.

Hotel is little outdated, had to call the desk for AC service and loose toilet seat. Easy parking in the hotel. Stuff is helpful plus a lot of store nearby to dine and grocery. Hotel gym is nice. Pool is average and small.

Would recommend

We booked several rooms for our team on a recent business trip to Sharjah.

The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, comfortable, and clean. Wifi and appliances worked well. Overall, no complaints on the rooms.

Check-in took a bit long, but the front desk staff were friendly, polite, and helpful in calling cabs.

There was good food available for purchase in the lobby.

The meeting room + food packages were fairly overpriced. We went elsewhere

Had to use the hotel for work. The service is bad and the rating of this hotel is too high. Although I was upgraded to a better room, it was just not a wow factor. the surrounding area was not great. This is not an experience I would repeat

Don't stay there!

No offer of help with bags... room was not cleaned until the evening, and not cleaned well... toilet was blocked... and the food was not as described on the menu and was so awful... I could literally not eat it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

- Booked an apartment with six beds.. found four and got one with talking.
- price paid too much compare to other hotels in town
- requested deposit which I paid but no receipt

It's my very bad experience staying in this hotel, rude reception staff when complain about the bad view they told me this because u have sheep reservation and we won't change it if u want to complain u contact the hotel .com which u made the reservation thru it but to be fare the extend my stay 2 days more with the same rate
This u give me chance to tell my point of view

What was expected but could have been a whole lot

For a Hotel that says it is 4.5 stars it is not. I would say 3.5 at best.
The staff are great and for Sharjah it is not bad but definitely not what you would expect from a 4 or 4.5 star hotel in this part of the world. Basically they need to re furbish this hotel. If they did that and then this hotel would be great.

The worst hotel experience we have ever had.

The rooms were not cleaned properly, if ever, when we get in.
Floor needs sweeping. Mirrors were spotty. The beige sofa in the living room has the biggest stain I have ever seen!!!! Hair and stains were found on one of the bed covers. Internet was very slow. Toilets were extremly dirty that I call the room service to clean. Last but not least the towels were not fresh!!!!!!

On internet rooms shown are very big but actually they are normal not big. Breakfast really bad no variety at all not even average. I asked for omelette they refused to give. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Poor costumer service, poor maintenance, cockroach in the bathroom, shower tub with stain, water in the shower was not runing , Breakfast was not there untill the time was set which was 10:30 , Gym was faunctionning , the advertisement on line is not true, noce we got in the hotel they were charged us as they wanted, there was some soda left in the refrigerator which we did not ask for it then at the end last day check out time they charged us for that I will never ever book with Aryana hotel again.

Disappointing!

My room keys didn't work for 4 times, great location, good view but the glass seemed uncleaned for ages, dirty black and brown spots all across the wallpaper, smelly bathroom curtain, cheap toiletries, choice-less breakfast! Really disappointing \"4 star\" hotel!

Moved Rooms And it Didnt Get Any Better - YES THAT BAD!!

The first room had that horrible Unflushed Toilet Smell due to a bad leak somewhere.... I then requested a move to another room.

That room... had a broken chain lock, the phone didn't work and the kettle only worked when you stood next to it and held the button down! The towels looked like something out of a souk and were threadbare....

I arrived late and after being moved to the other room decided to order room service... only to find out that my phone didn't work! I had to take a lift downstairs to order my food... wait and bring it up myself... This is NOT a place I will be staying again!! Very Very BAD!
