The food at the restaurant was good and all the servers were kind even though they were very busy.

One thing I didn’t know when I booked is the property is dry and you are not allowed to bring alcohol onto the premises.

The hotel staff was great, but the restaurant staff was not so great. Our group decided we will not eat there again. Our rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient.

The rooms were great and front checkin staff were very accommodating. The porters were never around however and the restaurant staff did not seem to be in any rush to et us in and seated. In fact the buzzer use was ok but my party of 5 was told 30 minutes everytime even when the restaurant didnt appear to be filled with patrons. I watched the hostess put in a false seating time frame to make it appear that we had only waited 30 minutes when I fact we waited for over an hour and 15 minutes. The wait staff also don't appear to be to content in helping...at times it felt more like we were an inconvenience and not the reason for employment or being of service to us.

Overall it was an average stay. It took the AC awhile to start actually working and cool the room down. If you like super firm mattresses you’ll love the beds , I however do not. We stayed in the bottom level which was next to the laundry room which a bit musty smelling, so I’d recommend not staying on that level if you can help it . For the price it’s not and you have the entertainment of the casino.

To be honest, I was a little worried when I stepped in the lobby. We are not smokers and it was terribly Smokey when I was checking in. When we got to our floor, there was still some residual smoke in the hallway, but when I went into the room, you could smell the smoke at all and the room was quite nice. The shower was very modern and the room was spacious. Definitely better than my first impression led me to believe.

The place seemed to be very new. I loved the room and the shower enclosure was very nice. A handheld shower would have been preferred over the rain shower head, but it was still really enjoyable.
In spite of the casino having a designated smoking room, it was right off the lobby and you could smell it the second you walked into the hotel lobby.
An awesome part of our stay was winning enough with the free money we got when signing up at the Players Club to pay for the stay. :D

Rooms were clean, property was clean, casino. Staff was pretty friendly. The restaurant sucked. The burger was burnt on the outside and raw on inside. French fried were only partially cooked, whimpy and cold.
My breakfast sandwich was supposed to be wrapped in rice paper and fried.
It was absolutely disgusting. The wrapping was definitely not rice paper. It was rubbery and had a weird taste.
When we arrived the restaurant was 20% filled, and we were put on an 30 min waiting list. The service was slow. We waited 40 minutes for truly disgusting food. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Was a quiet area and very helpful friendly staff. We had a good time in the casino and was able to play for a good while with our budget.

We were surprised to find out there is no alcohol allowed. This is a dry reservation. Not a deal breaker for us but we were looking forward to a cold adult beverage after a long day of travel.

I didn't book anything special but the room was very nice and clean. Mini fridge in the room and a microwave. Nice little balcony to watch the sun set. Dinner and breakfast buffet was good. My entire family thought it was nice room with comfortable bed. My only complaint was the smoking room for the casino was off of the hotel lobby so you could smell the smoke in the lobby. Room was clean and smoke smell free. Would definitely stay again. We are a family of 4 and they were very welcoming.

We are taking a ride out west and we were looking for a place to stay. Most of the lodging in the area was quite expensive, but the hotel at the casino was incredibly reasonable. They had a restaurant within the casino that offered a breakfast buffet for $12 a person that was all you can eat. If you are military or first responder, you get an additional discount on that. I would certainly stop here again!

The room was as expected for an over night stay. Kind of old like the whole property. But it was fine. What was unexpected was what felt like AirTags in the pillows. Very difficult to lay without feeling them. The food at the snack area could use a serious upgrade as long as the miserable girl that works there. Staff at check in not friendly. Hotel stinks of cigarette smoke. Fan in bathroom, even though it was off, kept making a knocking sound all night. It would last for a couple minutes at a time. Several times per hour. All night long. We could stop the noise by turning on the fan and turning it off. But the problem would come back shortly thereafter. We thought about asking for another room but we really needed to sleep as we needed to get up very early. Moving to another room would have just been a hassle / interruption. At that point it was a no win scenario.

The room was large with a king bed, really good view of the mountains with its own private porch to sit out and admire the scenery, very easy to check in and out and just a elevator ride to the casino and restaurant, not what I would call a full buffet but still plenty of tasty food to fill your stomach, casino was well laid out with plenty of machines and games, didn't come out a winner but sure had a lot of fun trying.
