Out of season at Xanadu, generally quite quiet on the holiday maker front, and a few conferences keeping them busy - fair.
- communication- some great, they’d call at the start of the week and the end to see how everything was - some not - out of season opening hours and meal availability, resort activities etc had to be figured out for ourselves.
Non alcoholic beer - I get that they don’t want to be serving bottled products in the buffet, but as a non drinker on all inc, this struggle didn’t seem worth it and no one could explain it to me. I had water or tea most of the trip with the occasional soda. No major drama just inconsistent.
Service inconsistency- some of the staff are wonderful - just in their natural way of being are cheery and interactive - some very sullen and you’d have to just take pot luck - I can’t say the mannerisms of the F&B leadership would have helped the vibe, they were amongst the sullen ones.
Overall, fine, we wanted a warm weather low key getaway but there’s room for improvement for sure.

Our family loved everything about our stay here. Great food options, amazing amenities and performances for kids (my daughter loved Moana!). Lots of options for cocktails and a phenomenal area to swim off of the dock with a great bar out on the ocean. We will definitely return :)

I am pregnant and was in the shower and saw lizard i was so scared i tried getting out and i hit my tummy and had some bad contractions. Also it' super noisy at night music tell 12 am. For the pool area there is no life jackets for kids it's not safe at all.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this all-inclusive resort. Traveling with a child, it was important to find a place that was both comfortable and accommodating, and this resort exceeded expectations. The staff were genuinely welcoming and always attentive, which made us feel right at home. The buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that kept both adults and kids happy. Our room was spotless, cozy, and well maintained, and the entire property was very clean and beautifully kept. It was a stress-free and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for families!

Rooms a bit dated as 25yrs old resort but dining and staff more than make up for it
At no point and time did we have anything except praise for them.
Daniel and Willy Winka in animation team try their best to make you participate in activities.
Night animation more acrobatic based than other resorts and maybe a musical stage production would be a good idea but Excellent in all manners

My stay at the Xanadu was excellent. Its the best hotel I have stayed in Turkey, beating the likes of Hilton in UK.

The rooms were cleaned meticulously in the morning as soon as i took off my DND sign.

All the staff at the hotel were very attentive, went above and beyond, nothing was too much effort.

The heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room & hammam was a big hit. Swimming pool extended outside so you can feel the cool air whilst still warm from the pool, so surreal, never experienced anything like this.

Fantastic array of herbal teas served all day in the lobby, alongside milkshakes, hot chocolate & fresh orange juice. Excellent service from the staff. Special shout out to Ruby X

Also free fresh juices near the childrens bowling area downstairs.

Non alcoholic mocktails from the bar & hot chocolate gallore in the evening...

My son and daughter had high quality hair cuts salon on par with Toni & Guy.

Extensive variety of food and desserts at the main restaurant, open till 2am for later nighters like us.. every day there were different cuisines.
My children loved the pasta station and ordered pasta cooked in mushroom sauce almost every day.
I like the varied sea food options - never had shrimps and giant prawns before.

My son loved playing in the outdoor football pitch & painting in the childrens club. There were several members of staff manning this area, so i could leave my children safely, always smiling.

This Hotel is overrated, at first Belek region is not recommended, don't fall in Google review, it is a region for oldery people having their vacation, at second, the hotel is very old, rooms are heavily used, toiletries are super bad and smell bad, cleanness of the room is below average, AC sound is like a motorcycle engine, pool is nice, beach is nice and clean, service stuff are nice and good, food buffer is horrible, no taste, we found a living bug in the salad, no taste in the food, overall just DONT go to this hotel and dont fall for the fake rating of this hotel

The staff is very friendly they always try to help you, specially guest relation department ( Diana Sadykova )she did her best, they give us two free private airport transfer free room upgrade and late checkout as promised.
i have some notes on the hotels overall, the snack services for ex. at Xanadu bar and at the beach bar is not good as other same level resorts I have been before, they do not give you the menu when they welcoming you they do not arrange the tables as a serviced place it looks like a regular 5 star hotel, they should improve this point and give more snacks and dining options.

Staff was not welcoming at all, they were not able to book us for any alacarte restaurant in the hotel within our 4 days stay, foot options and taste on lunch were terrible!!! No alcohol provided in the mini bar unlike other luxury hotels, lunch and dinner window is very short! If you didn’t eat during the given time you will starve no option is given as well for room service even for an extra charge… the only good thing that I enjoyed was the activities provided by the animation team… I’ve been to many luxury hotels and this was nothing near luxury very disappointing and not worth the money that I could have used for other hotels…

The food and grounds are great. The staff is good. The beach and so forth are nice. The internet is horrible. Every night from 6-10 is goes bad. While i could relax during the day there were a few things i had to do at night... and they were not possible. I left the hotel early. They also can't launder socks (i have no idea why).

My wife and I stayed 2 nights in xanadu. The resort is very nice and big. The pools are well maintained and so clean. The beach is amazing. The staff are trained and professional. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The food and the buffet were good.

With friendly and kind entertainment team i thank entertainment team(valeriia maksak,anton nikitin,adem ozbay,viktoriia iurtaeva,alina) for their awesome performances of the programs
but hopefully they will add activity after 17 o clock.
The foods were of high quality especially foods and desserts in kebab house i thank mr.ünal koç he is very kind and polite.

I spend seven night in Xanadu resort and I wish I could stay more this resort is so beautiful and clean,the food is so fresh and delicious,the service is exceptional,you will never get bored they have multiple pools beautiful sandy beaches so many restaurants

Great vacation for a family of 7 (7-70 yo)

Everyone in our family truly enjoyed a 2 week stay at Xanadu. All resort staff, from maids, waiters and cooks at the restaurant to reception and guest relations were very helpful and nice. We loved the food and their beautiful spa. All of us couldn't get enough of the wonderful pool area, accessible and enjoyable by all ages and abilities. The pool temperature was perfect and water was clean. We only went to the beach area a few times, because we loved the pools so much. Beach has everything and is very clean. There are some pebbles at the waterfront, so you might need water shoes if your feet are sensitive. The resort area is well-maintained and cleverly designed with plenty of shade, so kids and adults can make the most of their time at the resort. Me and my brother are workout junkies, so we tried almost all sport activities available there. The indoor gym is nice and is open all day. A special THANK YOU to Batuhan for his yoga and pilates classes. He is an incredibly fun, energetic, and knowledgeable guy, and an experienced athlete (he taught salsa and daily sea and aqua gym, too). No two of his classes are the same and he tunes them to the abilities of the attendees. We enjoyed his challenging workouts and hope to see him next year at Xanadu. Would love to have more dance classes, because one salsa class a week isn’t enough! Water kangoo jump and Tae Boo aerobics were fun too, and the instructors were awesome!

Really tremendous all-inclusive resort, six night stay. Arrived early, as room being made up..ushered straight into lunch and wine. Food (& drink, with top brands) is varied and excellent quality, complemented by outstanding, patient, polite waiting (and cleaning) staff who are always more than happy to go the extra mile for you. Great job on this, well done.
Shrek musical wonderful entertainment for kids & adults, as was the magic act - but for different reasons: some 'magic' so sloppy even I could have had a go.
For improvement:
i) Please give less priority to smokers by - drastically - reducing smoking areas; it was a real pain to keep walking through secondary smoke and this was exacerbated by not being able to sit outside & more fully enjoy the environment.
ii) People who leave their towels on sun loungers from 5:30am - get a life.
iii) Wifi sporadic at times...but, hey, enjoy the all-inclusive.
Tip: Go to near empty, beach-side, adults-only Pavilion Bar - always just a few guests - and almost nobody on sun loungers directly overlooking the sea.
iv) Far From the Madding Crowd, 30 minutes to Antalya and taxis fixed, i.e. extortionate rip-off, at US$55 one way. Therefore, don't bank on doing much by way of trips. Ditto, Jetski. US$60 for 10 minutes is disgraceful, Parasailing 8-9 minutes 2kms, US$100.
Highly recommended, although I wouldn't go again in school holidays.

Wonderful stay 25-29 November 2018, hotel was amazing, staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately the weather was not kind to us and rained the entire time but was still 18-20 degrees. Food was great, offered off the menu or buffet. As it was out of season many a la carte restaurants closed but we realised that when booking. Spa was magnificent was well worth a visit
Overall definitely recommend, 24 hr all inclusive resort and will return in season to enjoy all it has to offer

One of the more compact Hotels in the Antalya region . Staff are helpful and food quality and selection are very good. Some parts of the Hotel however could do with a facelift, renovation such as the pool and surrounding area. Upper terrace bar is very good with some excellent cocktails.

Overall more of a family Hotel; better suited for those looking for a more quite, realxing holiday.

This hotel is truly a 5 star hotel with its ammenties, service and style. Firstly when they say All Inclusive they mean it with a wide ranging buffet everyday on the beach and in the main restaurant. Unlimited refills of anything including ice cream. The buffet is open everyday for all hotel residents and it has a big variety of foods from different cuisines.

The beach stretches about 0.5km and its very quiet and calm given how big it is. The people are spread on different parts of the beach and thats what makes each one feel comfortable. All ammenties on the sunbed are well maintained and the staff are polite and friendly. The hotel also catered for my request for an early check-in and a late check out which made it feel like we actually spent two days at the hotel. All different activites and exercise are available everyday with a schedule of entertainment. The pools in the hotel are spacious and seem to be well maintained.

The room is quite good, clean, comfortable and the room ammenties are spot on with a free of charge mini bar. The room/bed is comfortable and no complains.

One feedback was is that on the day we were due to check out no one came to clean our room despite the clean my room sign outside the room from 9 am till 1 pm. Unfortunately that gave us a little bad taste before we left but nonetheless, hotel is perfect.

Best Resort Ever

This was one of our best vacations ever. Xanadu is a very family friendly resort and my kids (4 and 6 years old) enjoyed their time to the max. There was a separate buffet section for kids and everything was clean. The water slides were based on the age group and the staff were very strict in not admitting kids who were older or younger than the specified age limit, which made it a very safe area for everyone. The pools were very clean and the staff were very friendly and hospitable. We were treated with champagne and cake when the staff knew that we will be celebrating our tenth anniversary... The daily shows were very impressive and everyone had fun.
A big THANK YOU for Xanadu staff...you are absolutely SUPERB...we will definitely be back next summer :-)

1- part of hotel facility was inactive
2-internet wifi was poor

Faboulous hotel let down by very poor service

Hotel was amazing but service was not. We were English staying with Turkish friends and the service was not right for a 5 star hotel apart from two waiters, one in the French and one in the Mexican. Such a shame as lovely hotel. Also summer concept sold until 31st October, but this was not the case and when we arrived on the 26th already winter concept! They should not sell what they are not prepared to give.

ABOVE EXPECTATIONS

We just returned from a 7 nights stay, I have t o say the picture don't do this place justice. It's an amazing place, you have to take hotel ratings with a pinch of salt when booking but this place really is a 5 star and more.

As we had two young children we booked a junior suite with was immaculate, spacious, with huge comfortable bed.

3 pools, 3 main restaurants and 3 pool bar/cafe. Special mention for the beach bar, food was excellent and staff couldn't do enough for you.

If you have children this is the place to stay, fun club, aqua park, evening shows. They will keep you children entertained leaving you to enjoy.

Finally a special mention for Ferit in guest relations, this man is a credit to the company. All ways available and attentive to your requests

Will only be staying at the Xanadu Resort Hotel on any future visits to Turkey. Important note, don't listen to the rubbish on the TV about it being dangerous in Turkey, we got the few days after the military coup, no a sign of trouble, and totally safe.

Wonderful place for vacation in Antalya

We enjoyed four nights we spent there. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The swimming pools, water slides and beach are really great. The food is excellent with wide range of variety. There are many other things you can do such as fisging, archery, football. With three kids and infant we had really enjoyable high quality family time.

Eşimle baş başa sakin bir tatil için Kasım sonunda tercih ettik. Odamız temiz ve yatak rahattı. Sezon dışında gitmemize rağmen yemek çeşitliliği bol, yemek kalitesi yüksekti. Şişe bira ve kokteyl çeşitleri de oldukça yeterli bir otel. Kaliteli hizmet ve güleryüzlü çalışanları için teşekkür ederiz.

Wir waren mit 1 Kind in einem Familyzimmer in einem Nebenhaus. Das Zimmer war ausreichend gross, das Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer, war weniger gut als das im Hauptschlafzimmer, leider zu wenige Steckdosen (es fehlte immer eine um die Geräte auf zu laden). Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war reichlich und Gut.
Insbesondere um die Kinder wurde sich gut gekümmert und Sohn hatte viel Spass. Das Veranstaltungsprogramm war für die Nach/Zwischensaison gut.
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, in den - zumindest in unserem Zimmer - merkt man jedoch das es das Hotel nicht erst 3 Jahre alt ist. Uns hat das nicht gestört.
wir würden auch wieder hinfahren.

Service unaufmerksam und langsam. Essen z.B italienisches Restaurant war ungeniessbar. Cocktails schlecht, Mojito mit Sprite. Essen im Hauptrestaurant war gut. Anlage gepflegt. Genug liegen am Strand und Pool.

Well worth every penny.

We love Xanadu, They probably have the best service staff that we experienced in the Antalya hotels, and we have been to over 20 of them.

Notably the service staff at the lobby cafe/bar are really good and friendly.

The daily selection of food is fantastic and varied with different buffets, grills and bars to choose from.

Well worth the visit and very much worth the price.

Otel tertemiz ve rahat, yemekler cok guzel

Xanadu otel calisanlari cok ilgili ve hizmet kalitesi yüksek. Odalar tertemiz, yataklar cok rahat. Yemek ve icecekler de cok lezzetliydi. Otelin bir cok yerinde deniz ve Acisu manzarasi harika fotograflar cekmeye imkan taniyor. Otelin kocaman yesil alaninda yuruyus yapmak cok keyifliydi. Memnun kaldim ve baska misafirlere tavsiye ederim.

Tam olağan-üstü temiz bir oda bulduk,istedigimiz gibiydi, ozenle oda hazirlanmis idi.Restorant ve Lobby alanlarinda servis hizmetleri hizli ve guleryuzlu idi,.Yemeklerini her daim cesit ,sunum ve lezzet olarak begendik..Beach taraftaki bar-servis hizmetlerinde kismen aksamalar oluyor,daha iyisi mümkün, tavsiye edecegimiz bir otel deneyimi oldu,Teşekkürler..
