Great breakfast and close to the beach
This hotel serves a great breakfast and has it's own restaurant that is open to the public for dinner. The staff were extremely helpful in a number of matters and several speak English well enough to answer almost any question. The island of Rugen is a wonderful change from being in heavily urbanized areas. The long and lovely beach is close by and we took advantage of hiking trails in close proximity.

Insgesamt wirkt das ganze Ambiente und die Unterkunft wie aus einer stehengebliebenen Zeit aus den 70er Jahren. Für uns überhaupt nicht einladend. Wir waren an den vorhergehenden Tagen in anderen 4 Sterne Hotels in Binz und Göhren, die dieser Klassifizierung viel eher gerecht wurden.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel, im letzten Jahr mit meiner Schwester in einem Doppelzimmer und dieses Jahr mit meinem Partner in einem Doppelzimmer mit Balkon. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal freundlich und das Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Den Preis für den Parkplatz pro Nacht in Höhe von 10 Euro finde ich angemessen. Die Betten sind mir persönlich etwas zu weich und der Balkone könnten mal gesäubert werden. Durch die Bäume sind diese recht verschmutzt. Die Balkonmöbel waren aber sauber und bequem. Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit, es gibt Imbissmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés im Ort. Wenn man bis zur Marina läuft, kann man die Steiküste erkunden.

Es war ein wunderschöner Kurztrip. Kleines und neu renoviertes Hotel. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Das Personal und der Service waren genial. Selten soviel Freundlichkeit und Entgegenkommen erlebt. Fahrräder können im Unterstand abgestellt werden, hier fehlten allerdings Steckdosen für die E-bikes. Schade ist auch, dass keine Hunde erlaubt sind, sonst hätten wir dieses Hotel für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht.

Dies ist kein Luxus- oder Boutiquehotel, sondern ein nette, familiäre und bodenständige Unterkunft. Der Strand ist gleich hinter der Strasse. Besonders hat uns das sehr freundliche und fröhliche Personal gefallen. Die Möglichkeit, abends eine Kleinigkeit zu Abend zu essen, war praktisch und schmackhaft. Mehr vegetarische oder vegane Optionen, auch beim Frühstück, wären noch der Punkt auf dem \"i\". Ein gelungener Kurzurlaub, vielen Dank.

Der Name Strandhotel mag etwas irreführend sein. Es ist nicht direkt am Strand, sondern 100m entfernt, auch liegt eine Bundesstraße dazwischen. Aber sonst war es sehr gut dort.

Super Hotel fast direkt am Strand
Toll geführtes Hotel mit sehr zuvorkommendem Personal. Gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück und sehr schöner Schwimmbad Bereich, welcher bis 21.00 Uhr genutzt werden kann. Zimmer renoviert mit breitem bequemen Boxspringbett. Bad klein aber durchdacht und mit vielen Ablagen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Servicekräfte haben einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt und immer sehr freundlich zu den Gästen.Es war ein ein reichhaltiges und sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffett ,für jeden etwas dabei.Wir waren mit Freunden übers Wochenende da.Meine Freundin hatte am Sonntag Geburtstag,das Personal hatte uns den Frühstückstisch sehr nett eingedeckt und für uns einen Sekt spendiert.Dafür nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank.Wir kommen gern wieder ,denn wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Das Hotel befindet sich nur durch die Straße getrennt direkt am Strand. Das gesamte Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einzig die sehr weichen Betten (Ansichtssache) haben mir nicht gefallen. Die Duschen müssten Mal erneut werden da die Kalkablagerungen nicht so ansehnlich sind. Trotzdem ist alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichlich und bieten von allem etwas. Ich komme sehr gern wieder

Das Hotel kann ich weiterempfehlen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es bestand eine riesen Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich erwarte diese Eigenschaften, habe sie jedoch so zum ersten Male in diesem Hotel erleben dürfen. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr gemütlich. Der Safe fehlte bei uns leider und die Duschkabine könnte mal gewechselt werden. Ansonsten hoher Wohlfühlfaktor. Der Pool ist super :)

Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich und Wünsche werden umgehend ausgeführt. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und es gibt für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die Ostsee ist nur ein paar Meter vom Hotel entfernt und gegenüber gibt es eine Surf schule, Gaststätten und mehrere kleine Buden. Schade das auf dem Hotelgelände 8€ pro Tag Parkgebühren fällig sind.

Kleines Hotel in Strandnähe mit Innenpool
Wir hatten mit unserer kleinen Tochter eine großartige Zeit in Glowe und im Bel Air. Der Strand ist einen Katzensprung entfernt, der Innenpool kann von 08:00- 21:00 Uhr genutzt werden und war bei unserer 5jährigen der Hit, aber auch die Großen konnten nach langen Wanderungen in der Sprudelanlage im Pool wunderbar entspannen. Das Frühstück war lecker und für jeden etwas dabei. Die Zimmer sind klein aber gemütlich, das Bad für uns ausreichend groß. Der Service war gut, die Kommunikation freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Alles in Allem ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Empfang und Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Auf die Bedürfnisse von Eltern mit Kindern wurde bereits vor unserer Ankunft geachtet (Beistellbett wurde ohne Nachfrage direkt ins Zimmer gestellt - sehr gut!) und das Zimmer machte einen sehr sauberen Eindruck. Auch der hausinterne Pool hinterließ bei uns einen sehr guten Eindruck. Keine Schimmelflecken oder Anzeichen von Vernachlässigung der Hygiene waren im Poolbereich sichtbar. Witzig fanden wir den kleinen Reinigungsroboter, der am Poolgrund munter seine Arbeit verrichtete. Frühstück ist ebenso erwähnenswert. Sehr üppig und von der Qualität gut. Selbst der Bacon war knusprig. Das hat man selten in Hotels. Denn ganzen Tag kann man sich gemütlich in die Lobby setzen und diverse Getränke, Cocktails und Kleinigkeiten zu Essen bestellen, was von der Qualität ebenso sehr gut auffiel. Die Entfernung zum feinen und weißen Sandstrand sind ca. 150m, was selbst mit Strandgepäck ohne Probleme in wenigen Minuten erreichbar ist. Einziges Manko am Hotel ist die geringe Anzahl an Pkw Stellplätzen, sodass für unser Pkw bei Ankunft kein Platz mehr frei war und wir auf sehr gering verfügbare (nicht strafbare) Straßenstellplätze ausweichen mussten. Man sollte also im Vorfeld nachfragen, ob ein Stellplatz während der Hotelanwesenheit buchbar ist. Auch wenn ein Stellplatz zur Verfügung stände, sind 8€ Tagesgebühr etwas viel, wenn man mehrere Tage oder Wochen im Hotel verbringen möchte.
