Just a quick stop on our road trip back to Sweden. The staff is friendly and the restaurant food is good. Not a very cozy hotel, but good for groups. Not much of interest in the neighbourhood. The wifi was good.

This is a nice hotel in a good central location within Rugen. Breakfast and the restaurant are good and the bar has a good selection of beer.

Nice enough, but not quite top level
This hotel is nice enough, but it is a good distance to walk to the restaurants and other attractions in the small town of Bergen. The hotel's own buffet dinner was excellent. Most guests, however, ate very early, and we were already at nine o'clock sitting quite alone in a very sterile atmosphere where nothing was done to make it cozy. The staff was making breakfast preparations around us while we ate, and this gave us a feeling that we should rather be leaving than finish our dinner in our own tempo.

Nice Hotel, Great Location, Excellent Service
If you travel to the island of Rüggen and have a car and want to travel around, then stay in Bergen. And, if you stay in Bergen, this is a very good choice of hotels. It is just off road 196 which gets you most everywhere on the island you want to go. The hotels is clean and comfortable.

Reasonable comfort on Rugen, but a couple of things could be better
The ParkHotel on Bergen im Rugen is located in the very pretty but not too touristy Bergen on the Island of Rugen. Much cheaper than a hotel by the beach, the town is well located for day trips all over the island. The hotel itself was clean and friendly, and the rooms very good value for what we paid. There were no tv channels in english (only to be expected, and fair enough), but with 2 minor additions to the service, this hotle would rate excellent. It would be nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the rooms (standard almost everywhere now, let alone a more comfortable hotel such as this), and there seemed to be no useable internet access - free wifi or even paid-for with a nominal charge would be very helpful! I would recommend walking into the small town centre for nice breakfasts and friendly evenings.....

Die Atmosphäre im ganzen Hotel ist einfach sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war sehr schön das Personal sehr freundlich und Frühstück und Restaurant sind auch zu empfehlen.

Ich verstehe, dass für knappe Güter Preise verlangt werden. Weshalb das im Dezember für einen zu 90% leeren Parkplatz gemacht wird, hat andere Gründe, nämlich Zusatzeinkommen für's Hotel. Damit fällt ein langjähriger USP des Hotels. An der Küste sind Parkgebühren nachvollziehbar, aber in Bergen? Das haben auch andere Gäste so gesehen.

Wir fahren gerne 2-3 mal pro Jahr nach Rügen, und Patkhotel Rügen ist unsere Favorithotel weil es ein Hotel ist wo alles klappt! Grosse Zimmer, schöne Bette = ein gutes Schlafen. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Ein höfliches und hilfbereiches Personal. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet. Und: Keine Kurtaxe !

Frühstück ist gut ohne spitze zu sein. Qualitativ super, die Auswahl könnte größer sein (Räucherfischauswahl anbieten statt nur Heringssalat. Zudem würden echter Frischkäse, Pancakes/Crepes und Omelettes das Angebot verfeinern). Für seine Gäste kann ein Hotel zwar nichts, aber es wäre doch möglich, die Eltern mit den dauerhaft kreischenden Kindern in den durchaus ebenfalls sehr schön gestalteten Bereich vor dem Hauptspeisesaal zu platzieren, um sowohl den Familien als auch den (in einem Wellnesshotel durchaus Ruhe suchenden) übrigen Gästen gerecht zu werden. Auch im Wellnessbereich wäre es super, wenn die lauten Gäste vom Personal aktiv darauf hingewiesen würden, dass es sich um einen Ruhebereich handelt. Zudem haben weder offensichtlich völlig erkältete Leute noch Leute, die ihr Handy mit in den Nacktbereich nehmen und dies zücken, dort etwas zu suchen. Insoweit fehlte ein „Aufsichtspersonal“, wenn parallel Anwendungen stattfinden. Die Anwendungen werden professionell und sehr wohltuend durchgeführt (danke an Fränce!). Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und schönem Wellnessbereich/-angebot. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Really unattractive dinnerbuffet. Staff turned away a couple who had not made a reservation even if there was lots of empty tables. They were the lucky ones, because the grill dinner buffet was so lousy. We stayed 10 nights in different hotels on this trip and this hotel was very much below the standard of the other hotels. No aircon even if they have recently upgraded the hotel. Come on. There has been heatwaves for the last many summers. The staff when checking in was also very indifferent to us. We did not feel welcome at all. Compared to all the nine other hotels we stayed at they could really need to up their game. Maybe there is too little competition in the area and they take guests for granted?

Besser man hat kein Zimmer zum Parkplatz, wenn man frische Luft mag. Ständig lassen Busfahrer ihre Busmotoren laufen, was die Ruhe sehr einschränkt. Bei der Zimmereinrichtung traf die Aussage zu: Der Lack ist ab. Ansonsten aber in Ordnung. Frühstück war gut, ein Kaffeevollautomat ist jedoch bei Auslasung des Raumes zu wenig. Personal war größtenteils freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Schnarchen aus dem Nebenzimmer- Schlafen unmöglich
Leider war es unmöglich, im Hotelzimmer zu schlafen. Ich habe die ganze Nacht aus dem Nebenzimmer Schnarchen gehört und am Abend sogar Sprechen, Husten und Naseputzen. Am nächsten Morgen war ich wie gerädert. Da ich auf keinen Fall noch eine Nacht am Schlafen gehindert werden wollte und das Hotel bedauerlicherweise keine freien Zimmer zur Verfügung hatte, bin ich abgereist.
Das Personal ist freundlich, das Frühstück ok, die Lage schrecklich für alle, die mit den Öffis unterwegs sind. Dass die Wände so extrem hellhörig sind, geht gar nicht, schon gar nicht bei einem 4- Sterne- Hotel.

Parkhotel Rügen er et hotel, hvor \"Alles klappt\". Pæne, store værelser, udmærkede senge, stille, sikkerhed for en god nats søvn. Virkelig flot morgenbuffet, udmærket aftenrestaurant og spændende drinks i baren. Vi har været på hotellet mange gange, og det er en god oplevelse hver gang. Personalet høfligt, venligt og effektivt. Vi kommer igen! PS - dette var vores andet ophold dette efterår.

Preiswertes und gutes Hotel, gepflegt und sauber. Die Zimmer snd gemütlich, die öffentlichen Bereiche leider mit etwas steriler Atmosphäre. Das Frühstücksbuffet war OK, guter Durchschnitt. Es gab die in Hotels üblichen Convenience-Produkte aus dem Großhandel, z.B, beim Obstsalat oder dem Rührei. Leider gab es keinerlei Fisch beim Buffet. Ich hätte gerne auch ein Lachsbrötchen gegessen.
Das Restaurant habe ich nicht ausprobiert, da dieses identisch war mit dem Frühstücksraum und ich, wie schon oben beschrieben, das Ambiente OK, aber nicht besonders einladend fand.
Die Hotelbar war jeden Abend von älteren Herrschaften von Reisegruppen belagert, sodass ich vor einen Besuch in dieser auch gespart. Zumal diese. ähnlich wie das Restaurant, eine gewisse Gemütlichkeit vermissen ließ.
Die Wellness-Angebote konnte ich leider nicht nutzen, da Sonntags keine Behandlungen angeboten wurden und mann mindestens einen Tag vorher buchen musste. Godt hotel, men dårlig service for individuelt rejsende gæster. Hver aften ankommer 4 fyldte turistbusser, som på forhånd har reserveret bordene til middag. Som individuel gæst henvises man til en krog ved indgangen til køkkenet el. lignende dårlig placering. Godt dpisekort til rimelige priser, men på grund alle busgæsterne fravalgte vi yderligere middage efter 1. oplevelse. Morgenmaden god men kaotisk.

Das Zimmer war schön und von der Größe in Ordnung. Das Bad war von der Größe schön groß. Leider fehlte die Dusche. In der Wanne hat man kaum Platz sich zu bewegen beim Duschen. Frühstück war sehr lecker und sehr freundliches Frühstück Personal. Immer sehr nett und höflich gewesen. Empfang war auch nett und höflich. Kommen sehr gerne wieder zu Ihnen. Das Restaurant hat eine geringe Auswahl und hat uns alles nicht so zugesagt.

Ich bin schon einige Male im Parkhotel gewesen und bin immer sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist gut und ich mag die Ruhe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und auch das Essen ist sehr lecker. Besonders günstig, das Corona Testzentrum ist direkt im Haus.

Ich war zum wiederholten Mal Gast im Parkhotel. Der Service ist immer gut, das Zimmer ausreichend groß, das Bett ist sehr bequem und das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr schmackhaft und die Portionen recht groß. Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher.

Ligger i et stille kvarter men stadig i gåafstand til bymidten.. Hotellet har en udmærket restaurant. Vi har overnattet her flere gange, og blev endda genkendt i receptionen denne gang. En anden kvalitet ved at bo her, er at her er \"Keine Kurtaxe\".

Ok hotel i Bergen, der ligger midt på Rügen. Lidt dyrt i forhold til beliggenhed og kvalitet, men Rügen er tilsyneladende stedet, hvor tyske pensionister holder ferie. Rigtig fin morgenmad med stort udvalg. Sengekomfort middelmådig.
