Very nice hotel close to beach

We received a warm welcome at this hotel, which is superbly located on the seafront in Binz. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was excellent and the bar was pleasant. The pool and spa facilities were very good and you are also able to book beach chairs on the hotel’s private stretch of beach.
This is not a part of Germany that is popular with the British, which probably added to its charm. It is a hidden gem.

Excellent service on all fronts, very attentive staff, great rooms, fabulous breakfast buffet, top location, excellent spa, pool, sauna. If I had to find something that is not perfect, it is that everything is for sale- price tags attached to everything- you can buy the bath robe, the slippers, the soap, the water. I am not here to go shopping, but to relax.

Had a great stay at Travel Charme Kurhaus Binz. The location is amazing, directly on the waterfront. Everything is spotlessly clean. Spacious rooms and a great breakfast.

Beautiful property, worth a stay

Lovely spa hotel fronting the Baltic Sea with pristine facilities and an incredibly diverse breakfast buffet. My only gripe is the wifi internet speed - it was far too slow for business purposes. Only there one night for work, but would love to come back sometime for relaxation.

Our staying in this hotel was perfect and the hotels services where outstanding.
We did not have a lap top but an I pad and couldn’t get connect with a cable so they gave us a router so we could have wireless internet in the room. That was a very nice gesture. We will come back.

Outstanding North Sea Hotel

Beautifully restored full service hotel. The staff is very courteous and English conversant. I would strongly suggest that English-only speakers consider the Travel Charme Kurhaus since this area was a part of East Germany until the wall was opened in 1989. Most such cities and tourist facilities were only accessible to East Germans, Russians and other Iron Curtan citizens.

Super schöner und großer Spa Bereich. Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Zimmer sind etwas veraltet, Stuhl auf dem Balkon war defekt. Wasser auf dem Zimmer hat die ganze Zeit von warm auf kühl gewechselt. Personal sehr freundlich, dufte aber das Wasser vom Zimmer nicht mitnehmen, weil da Pfand drauf ist, so sagte es mir die Mitarbeiterin beim ausschecken?!

Wir sind vom Kurhaus in Binz absolut überzeugt und werden ganz sicher wiederkommen.
Wir bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade und insbesondere die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten sind mir in Erinnerung geblieben. Zur Ankunft bekam meine Begleitung eine Rose, am Frühstickstisch war immer ein frisches Blumengesteck und auch beim Ausleihen der Fahrräder wurde wir hervorragend behandelt. Insgesamt ist die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter in diesem Hotel hervorzuheben.
Das Frühstücksbuffett ist reichhaltig und von hoher Qualität. Es waren an jedem Tag unserer Reise neue Speisen zu entdecken, auch der Tipp des Tages wurde von uns getestet und für sehr lecker befunden.
Der Spa-Bereich mit Innenpool war sauber und schön gestaltet. Es gab eine große Auswahl an verschieden Saunen, sodass jeder auf seine Kosten kommt. Zum Abendessen im Hotel können wir keine Auskunft geben, weil wir es nicht testen konnten. Die Speisekarte und die Bilder vom Essen sahen aber sehr genussreich aus.
Zum Zimmer ist folgendes festzuhalten: Wir bekamen mit dem Upgrade ein Zimmer im zweiten Stock und Blick auf die Promenade, den Strand und das Meer. Dieser Ausblick war unbezahlbar, weil er bei frühem Aufstehen das Betrachten des Sonnenaufgangs über dem Meer ermöglichte. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man erwartet.
Wir wurden von dem Hotel sehr positiv überrascht, werden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hoffen bald wieder dort zu Gast zu sein.

Hallo, es war alles super! Nur die Betten waren nicht zum Besten, wir haben auf der dünnen Matratze auf Lattenrost sehr hart und unbequem geschlafen und hätten uns bequemere Boxspringbetten gewünscht. Der Rest war tadellos.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Spa

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einem tollen Spa Bereich, Zimmer groß und komfortabel, aber ein wenig hellhörig. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück für ein Hotel dieser Klasse eher unterdurchschnittlich, nur abgepackte Wurst, wenig frisches Obst und wenig Platz im Frühstücksraum (Wartezeit), Eier werden je nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet, das war super.

Vi förväntade oss mer!

Hade nog förväntat oss mer på denna typ av boende. Osmidig check in där vi fick bära in och ut våra saker ur bilen för att komma till rätt del av hotellet. Rummet var stort men gammal stil och med stenhårda sängar.
Vi valde att äta i hotellets restaurang på kvällen, vilket vi förväntade oss mycket utav.
Maten som kom in liknade mer en skolmatstallrik, några koka potatis, skrek fryst spenat och några stekta bitar fisk, trots att vi valde en av de dyrare rötterna. Vi blev dock kompenserade av både servitris och managern dagen efter, som proffsigt fått information om vårt missnöje. Känns inte som ett ställe att komma tillbaka till. Vi med våra 40 år, var lätt de yngsta på detta pensionärs-hotell.

Fantastiskt hotell

Fantastiskt hotell som vi har bott på flera gånger tidigare. Inhängnad parkering utvändigt eller i garage, om man vill det. God service, god mat, jättefint spa med många olika bastu. Det enda negativa är att de pratar dålig engelska i själva spaavdelningen så det kan bli missförstånd om man vill boka behandling.

Laadukas hotelli

Ihan loistava merenrantahotelli. Monipuolinen ja laadukas aamupala. Jääkaappi täytettiin joka päivä erilaisin virvokkein. Näin Korona-aikaan oli kivalla uima-allasalueella rajoituksia eli ei päässyt uimaan aina kun olisi halunnut. Hotellin ravintola ei ollut auki joka päivä ja olisi pitänyt olla varaus.

Traditionsbewusstes aber dennoch modern und hochwertig ausgestattetes Hotel am zentralen Strand von Binz. Beeindruckend sauber! Konstruktionsbedingt kommt nur ein Teil der Zimmer in den Genuss der spektakulären Aussicht auf Strand und Seebrücke. Wellnessbereich sehr sauber und entsprechend der Hotelklasse mit Innen/Aussenpool, Whirlpool und diversen Saunen ausgestattet. Im Fitnessbereich ebenfalls die üblichen Geräten vorhanden.. Es fehlen: Minibar, dafür auf dem Gang ein Getränkeautomat mit grösserer Auswahl an Getränken und Infomappe über Hotel. Funktion des Tabletts im war nicht erkennbar. Hervorragendes Frühstück mit Möglichkeit, z. B. frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen ohne Mehrkosten zu bestellen. Dafür wird die auf dem Zimmer bereitstehende Wasserflasche berechnet, im Gegensatz zu anderen, auch niederpreisigeren Hotels, wo eine kostenlose Flasche täglich bzw. nur am ersten Tag selbstverständlich ist. Blow-ups von historischen lokalen Fotos bilden eine interessante Referenz zu \"Anno dunnemals..\"

Komfortables Hotel in der nähe der Strandpromenade

Wir waren zu einem kurz Urlaub in Binz, uns war bekannt das Travel Charme Kurhaus ein gutes Hotel ist, und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht.
Das Angebot im Hotel war sehr vielfältig vom Spar Bereich bis zu den Wellness Angeboten. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz und das Hotel hat auch eigene Strandkörbe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlichen und wenn es ein Problem gab bemüht um schnelle Lösung,wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Top Lage in Strandnähe

Das Hotel ist sehr gut dem Auto erreichbar, mit Stellplätzen auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz oder der Tiefgarage. Empfang durch das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch zuvorkommend. Zimmer war bei der Ankunft noch nicht bezugsbereit, die Rezeption hatte dann aber telefonisch mitgeteilt, als das Zimmer vor der vorgegeben Zeit bezugsfertig war. Gepäck wurde durch das Personal auf das Zimmer gebracht. Zimmer war sehr sauber, auch in m Bad. Keine Schimmelecken wie oft in den Bädern, alles Top. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers sowie des Hotels war hervorragend - Balkon, Fernseher mit DVD-PLAYER, Schwimmingpool innen und außen, Massage und vieles mehr. das Frühstücksbüffet war mehr als ausreichend und wenn was gefehlt hat oder Sonderwünsche waren, kein Problem. Selbst eine spontane Verlängerung war kein Problem. Dieses Hotel kann nur weiterempfohlen werden. Vielen Dank!

Tolles reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Auf Wunsch frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen und stets erneuert!

Erstklassiges Hotel! Besser als erwartet!

Es gibt nur Gutes zu berichten. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. In jedem Bereich stimmte das Angebot. Eine Ausnahme!! Die jungen Leute im Service müssen noch gelernt bekommen, wie man ein Bier serviert. Das sollten Sie in ihrem Lehrplan mit aufnehmen.
Ein Biertrinker schaudert es, wenn er ein Bier bekommt, das wie kalter Kaffee im Glas steht. Außerdem muss ein Bier kalt sein. Das ist zwar nur eine Kleinigkeit, aber es ist für ein Biertrinker schon sehr wichtig.
Ansonsten war alles perfekt!!
Mein Kompliment!
Besonders hervorzuheben ist noch ihr Pianospieler. Er hat alles richtig gemacht. Es war ein Genuss ihm zuzuhören ohne dass ein Gespräch dadurch belastet wurde. Einfach prima!!

Sehr gutes Hotel im Zentrum

Wir waren 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel und sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das ganze Ambiente hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage konnte nicht besser sein. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und hochwertig. Abends haben wir im dazugehörigen Steakhouse gegessen, auch hier war die Qualität der Speisen sehr gut.

Safe choise on the beach

Beatiful old, well restored, mainbuilding. But we got a standardroom in new building. Surprisingly no fridge or coffeamachine in the room, otherways ok room. Perfect location on the beachwalk.
Most of the staff did not speak english and they did not have any written information in
english so I think we missed some highlights of the hotel. For example: I think you can borrow nice beachchairs through reception and there is a shuttlebus- but I dont now to where.
Nice pool and sauna area in the basement- a must go.
Nice breakfastbuffe in beatiful old building.

Stuff partly not so friendly as you would expect from a 1st class hotel.
Especially absolutely not flexible and open for some extra wishes which would have been fulfilled
in an other hotel of this category immediately.
But all together a very comfortable and relaxing stay. I can recommend this hotel in any case.

Rygen är jättefint!

Det var ett fantastiskt ställe, ett mycket vackert hotell. Och läget precis vid stranden.
Nästa år ska vi åka lite senare så vi kan bada i havet, det fanns badrockar att ha på sig på väg till poolen.
Och så hade vi balkong, toppen att kunna sitta där och ta en kall dryck i solskenet. En underbar frukost med utsikt mot vattnet. Det var verkligen det finaste hotell vi har bott på.

Sehr schönes Hotel, leider sehr schlechtes Personal. Abendessen im Restaurant ist sehr gut und qualitativ hochwertig zu gehobenen aber noch fairen Preisen. Das im Zimmerprwis inbegriffene Frühstück ist ein Desaster. Es ist viel Auswahl vorhanden aber überhaupt keine Qualität. Das Kurhaus Binz ist als Spa-Hotel angepriesen aber es gibt nicht genug Personal um für den nächsten und übernächsten Tag Anwendungen anbieten zu können(also Wochen vorher schon Anwendungen buchen falls man sich dorthin verirrt). Die Lage ist spitze und die Zimmer sind klasse und top top sauber! Wer kein Wert auf Personal, Frühstück und Spa legt ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir würden kein zweites Mal kommen

Tolles, elegantes Hotel im Zentrum

Sehr tolles Hotel, sehr geräumig und elegant. Top-Komfort. Sehr gutes Frühstück-Buffet in Auswahl, Präsentation und Qualität. Das Hotel ist direkt im Zentrum, was Vor- und Nachteile hat. Einzig der Service und die Herzlichkeit hat noch etwas Luft nach oben: Zum einen ist der Service für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel eher unterdurchschnittlich. Zum anderen kamen wir vom Travel Charme-Hotel Strandidyll in Heringsdorf, was in punkto Service, Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft absolut top und vorbildlich ist. Trotz gleicher Hotel-Kette war Binz leider nicht auf dem gleichen Niveau beim Service.

Kurhaus, som min fru och jag besökte i mitten av juni 2016, var en stor, positiv upplevelse. Vi hyrde en juniorsvit med en förnämlig utsikt mot havet. Sviten hade alla bekvämligheter. I Kurhaus finns två restauranger av hög klass; huvudrestaurangen, där även den omfattande och goda frukosten serveras, och Das Steakhaus, en grillrestaurant vid sidan om hotellet på Strandpromenade. Därjämte terassen, där man kan dricka sitt kaffe/te jämte t ex en god tårtbit från hotellets eget konditori. All personal ytterligt vänliga och hjälpsamma. Hotellets läge det bästa i Binz, direkt på Strandpromenade; nära till Hauptstrase med alla affärer och restauranger.

veraltetes Hotel an einem traumhaften Standort

Das Hotel liegt traumhaft direkt am Strand und an der Seebrücke. Auch hat es einen sehr guten Spa Bereich und ein gutes Frühstück inkl. Restaurant. Leider sind die Zimmer doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und insbesondere die Betten sind unbequem und nicht das was ich von einem 4 Stern Plus Hotel erwarten würde. Auch sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass man jede zusätzliche Person in Rechnung stellt auch wenn das exakt gleiche Zimmer genutzt wird und kein Mehraufwand entsteht. Auf Rückfragen reagiert der Service insbesondere der Reservierungsleiter sehr arrogant, rechthaberisch und absolut nicht kundenorientiert. Zu hören und eine gemeinsame Lösung zu finden scheint nicht die Stärke zu sein. Das SPA Personal dagegen ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber.
