Loved everything about this place

Best hotel we have ever stayed. Everything is thought through, from parking untill the spa.
Very friendly administators and rest of staff.
Jacuzzi in the room with thermal water - dont think anywhere else you can find that.
Spa - excellent.
Thermal park - excellent.
Food in the restaurant - excellent.
Breakfast you can have outside in the park with fresh foods and cappuccino.
The property itself is taken care of very good. Basically you stay in the palace and get to feel all the beauty of Italian style Villa.
Will come back.

For the age of the property it was fine. The AC was not very cold , I do understand that Italy is not known for the cold air. Room was a bit stuffy…the springs was very nice though. Service was great ..grounds is beautiful.

Villa dei cedri Is a unique Place. A thermal water lake located in the middle of a park Is a very peaceful spot to relax while kids enjoy a swim in One of the lakes.
Very quiet and great apartments with a private Jacuzzi.

We had a great time -only challenge was the heat (unexpected in April) and the a/c was not strong enough to cool the apartment but still pleasant. I wouldnt recommend to stay in the height of Summer though.
Apart from that, staff really kind and helpful with our family.
Definitely Will try to go back in Winter!

Mixed review on a one-night stay

It was so hard to find! Signage is very small so watch carefully for it. We spent a long time looking for it and calling but nobody answering. We got there eventually! Nice Manor House, old air con isn’t very fresh, no food in the evening, no shuttle offered to hot springs. Hot spring were lovely but lots of rubbish eg cigarette butts etc floating. Staff mixed, some friendly, some not at all nice. Clean room, nice bedding. But unfortunately we Would not return.

Definitely worth a stay

The grounds are amazing!!! The spa with thermal but non sulphurous water is a real treat and the kids loved it.
The check in is a bit confusing as if you are staying outside the main building you have to park and go in before lugging bags but would have been fine if communicated more clearly.
Restaurant is great ‘morescado’ I think.

The Room was Big, But really hard to take a shower due to the shower being in the spar tub. They did not supply breakfast, You Had the option to buy at 15 euro per person. Lunch if you wanted it was not that good and the staff member serving us at the lunch bar near the hot pools was very impatient, even though there was no other people to serve. There was a problem with there WiFi and the upload just did not work well.

Amazing hot lakes, ok room, terrible breakfast

We stayed for one night, loved the hot tub, but sadly less impressed with our room which was lacking natural light, and included a large and comfy sofa bed, two small floor level window which meant our bed could be seen from outsiders. The breakfast was literally a few packets of biscuits and juices. However the experience at the hot lakes made up for the room, as it was totally amazing. Would love to visit again but next time will book a more expensive room. Shame about the breakfast though.

Highlight is the public and private thermal pools. Fantastic grounds. Hot tubs and breakfast in the hotel were nice too. It's a 15 minute drive to Lake Garda and 25 minute drive to Verona.

A.C. struggled at +38 Celsius. Fridge in room wasn't cold. Only cool. Wi-Fi signal was poor in much of the hotel.

Had a superior room which was huge. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Hidden Gem

This resort is in a small tucked away village near Lake Garda. It was a little difficult to figure out the check-in location but the locals were pleasant and eager to assist us. The village consists of narrow, winding cobblestone roads and the entrance can easily be passed by since the sign is about the size of your hand. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. This resort consists of an 18th century mansion and several villas surrounding it all within a walled estate with very large and beautiful gardens, thermal park and lake, plenty of trails and gorgeous Oak and Cedar trees. This resort seems perfect for couples on a romantic getaway or families such as ours. I recommend staying in the villas as we did. The villas are modern on the inside but maintain their picturesque architecture and look on the outside. We had a spacious two level villa with a very large main bedroom and jacuzzi upstairs. The bathroom was a bit small and could use better lighting and a plug but otherwise was adequate. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning sufficient and the WiFi a nice plus.

One of the Best Days of our Trip

We booked a night here to visit the attached thermal park, and loved every minute of it. We were in Residence 2, and the staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly. Entrance to the park was included in the rate and we spent most of the day at the larger lake next to the restaurant. I didn't want to leave, and would gladly have spent a few more days exploring the beautiful grounds, the smaller hot lake nearer the residence, and the indoor/outdoor thermal lake that we never even saw because we didn't do a full circuit of the park. I was tempted to go back at night, but instead settled for an in-room session in the large Jacuzzi which was delightful. The room itself was comfortable, as was the bed. The restaurant across the street was booked for dinner, so we went down the road to the right (towards lake Garda) and down around the bend found both a pizza/pasta joint and gelato. I do hope I can get back to the Villa dei Cedri some day and spend more time there.

Great family holiday

A lovely setting, not far from the lake but with the huge added bonus of access to the thermal lakes which kept our kids entertained for days on end!
Does require a car (in my opinion) and only downside from our perspective was the fact the residence accommodation doesn't have reserved parking directly outside. Minor issue when balanced against all the positives (hot tub in the room, setting, restocking of the fridge daily etc)

Hidden gem!

Was not easy to find the correct reception for our apartment annexe versus main hotel room, and the next couple had the same issue, so not just us. Slightly frosty reception at main hotel initially (felt a bit like different rules for first class guests...) and then quite a cursory (though friendly) explanation of facilities in the annexe from the person we eventually found there. Parking is remote from site and in open car park 10 mins walk away. Small village though, so felt safe enough.
I had not realised ahead of arrival that there was access to the thermal park (just looking for somewhere nice near Verona and Lake Garda). Of course, amazing to then find two large thermal lakes and wonderful facilities as well as a full-size jacuzzi in our apartment. Would be useful to give more info on the Expedia site.
So, all said, this is a real gem and felt like good value. Could spend several days walking around the grounds, and lazing around the lakes (children loved latter). Warm enough (37-39 C) to be in them all year round and all weathers. Wi-fi limited to narrow hotspot buildings, but not an issue for us. Two walkable and decent trattorias for evening meals. Could have cooked all meals in the apartment using facilities and there is a very basic breakfast provided in the room each day (juice and plastic-wrapped jam bun). Missed an early strong coffee though...
(Bathroom basin area cramped - only mention as hotel could easily solve with smaller mirror that doesn't stick out

A different type of hotel

Overall pleasant stay at this nice location. There is a huge garden with warm natural water springs that make the place somewhat special. Buildings are old but well maintained and the general feel is modest but comfortable. Lacks internet connection in the rooms and a good restaurant with breakfast would be a welcome addition to the service. However the room was equipped with a stove and a fridge plus basic kitchen appliances so a trip to the local market took care of breakfast. It is necessary to have a car as the location is a bit off but still only a 5 - 15 minutes drive from a lot of valuable Garda family locations such as Gardaland, Movieland and Sea Life Aquarium.

Väldigt trevlig park med varma källor, en upplevelse som var något utöver det vanliga. Var inte tydligt när du bokade att du kunde boka rum på hotellet eller i annexet där frukost ej ingår och du har ett litet kök som var rätt dåligt utrustat men rummet var stort och städning alla dagar med en kyl där de fyllde på med vatten och juice som inte kostade. På hotelldelen ingick frukost.

La nostra esperienza è cominciata malissimo al nostro arrivo scopriamo che il parcheggio della struttura è a circa 500 metri , anche se in prenotazione dava parcheggio in struttura, dopo una camminata di 500 metri con valigie e zaini arriviamo alla struttura, dopo diverse rimostranze e mostrando la preparazione con parcheggio mi hanno trovato un posto all’interno . La camera è al piano terra la cosa geniale è che di fronte alla porta di ingresso alla camera hanno posizionato un distributore automatico di bevande, dalle 06,00 del mattino sono iniziati i via vai di persone a prendere le bevande oltre al rumore del distributore le persone hanno iniziato a parlare davanti al distributore ovviamente non è stato più possibile dormire , e per terminare abbiamo scoperto che la caldaia era guasta e quando iniziava a scaldare l’acqua per il riscaldamento iniziava a fare un rumore terribile ovviamente essendo posizionata nella camera da letto non era possibile tenerla accesa quindi è stata spenta con conseguente non funzionamento del riscaldamento e abbiamo passato tutta notte al freddo , alle nostre rimostranze alla direzione, ci è stato offerto di rimanere in camera qualche ora in più al freddo .

La vasca idromassaggio con l'acqua termale in ogni camera rende la struttura unica. Buona colazione internazionale e ottimo ristorante nel cortile dell'hotel. La possibilità di rimanere nel parco termale e di usufruire del centro benessere (su prenotazione per fasce orarie) anche per tutto il giorno successivo post check out da la possibilità di sfruttare a pieno 2 giornate, utilizzando gli accapatoi della camera. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Unser Lieblingshotel am Gardasee. Wir fühlen uns nirgendwo so erholt wie nach dem Aufenthalt hier. Angefangen bei der stilvolle Villa, über die Tatsache, dass jedes Zimmer ausreichend groß ist und einen großen Whirlpool hat, der mit frischem Thermalwasser befüllt werden kann. Zimmer hängen Scharm mit Stuck und hohen Fenstern und Decken, wobei die Bäder renoviert sind. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, das zumindest an der Rezeption sogar deutsch spricht. Gutes Frühstück, vor allem für italienische Verhältnisse. Freier Zugang zum Thermalpark, der fußläufig zu erreichen ist.

Front desk was so nice and helpful. The room we had was not was i expectet. You could hear anything and couldt sleep around 01-02 becourse they had sex in the room next door han could hear he scream and my 5 years old daughter asking me whats happens and was scared and 1 night there was very big noise from outside and bang so and you could hear the spa getting empty for the other rooms around 23:00. But pool area was amazing and beautiful but then again i schould pay 5 euro for each sunbed to be there but we stayd at the hotel so that was a littlebit wird i think before i pay a lot for 2 night stays

La camera con yacuzi ampi ben strutturata. Sarebbe stato bello avere anche della frutta per la colazione. La yacuzi molto grande peccato manca appendi asciugamani vicino alla scaletta, e il bottone delle bollicine non funziona benissimo. Il bagno nota dolente, ventola aspirazione faceva un frastuono, doccia impossibile farla bocchette sparavano acqua ad alta velocità e faceva male. Kit cortesia molto scarno quattro boccette. Sempre in bagno appendere l'accappatoio impossibile mancano appendono fuori dalla doccia. Camera secondo piano senza ascensore almeno noi non lo abbiamo visto e nemmeno proposto. Comunque nel complesso ottimo, ma per il prezzo speso attenzione i dettagli sono importanti per gli ospiti. La televisione per il tipo di stanza un po' piccola. Ma sicuramente miglioreranno perché merita davvero

Skuffende 4-stjernet ophold, meget nedslidt lejlighed.

Der mangler en kold pool, der er ikke bad på værelserne (man står oven i en spa og brusebader), boede i lejlighed hvor der ikke var vinglas, man betaler EUR 6 per liggestol per dag, børn under 18 år har ikke adgang til SPA faciliteter (står dog i beskrivelsen).
Manglende brusebad er utilstedeligt.

Omgivelser dog fine og velholdte - men stedet er bedre at besøge i kolde tider. Mad i omkringliggende restauranter er god.

Schöne Anlage, leider dreckige zimmer

Ansich ein schönes Hotel, durften soger früher einchecken.
Schöne große Hotelanlage mit schönen pools.

Leider war das zimmer eher weniger sauber, nur notdürftig sauber gemacht worden.

Dejligt område både med egen spa og offentlig udendørs badeområde.
Værelser lidt små og ældre, aircon ikke tilstrækkelig god nok til at køle ned til under 25 grader.

Parco secolare magico

Posto meraviglioso, soprattutto il parco secolare. Unico problema sono i lettini a pagamento anche per chi risiede e neppure uno snack per la mattina del secondo giorno a colazione.

Certi dettagli devono essere chiariti

Il parco e’ molto bello il suo punto di forza , sono stato nella residenza 3 , la caldaia era nella camera da letto . Camere molto Spartane accoglienza pari a zero ... oltre che essere tutto uno stress vi consiglio di portare da casa accappatoi e asciugamani in quantita visto che non vengono forniti . Ho buttato 240
Euro senza usufruire dei servizi in quanto L accappatoio te lo paghi . Occhio che saune sono a pagamento escluse dal pacchetto Hotels.com

La struttura permette l'accesso diretto al parco termale del Garda.
Camera (del Residence) con vasca idromassaggio con acqua termale.
Personale alla Reception sorridenti e disponibili.
Tornerò sicuramente.

Villa dei Cedri er et sted hvor man kan slappe af i to sø laguner samt en svømmehal. Stedet har flere lejligheder med soveværelser og badeværelser med inkluderet spabad (jacuzzi). Lejlighederne er egnede til familjer med 4 medlemmer eller flere, men også til par på afslapnings rejse, Der findes køkken, fjernsyn og gratis WiFi. På minus siden var at køkkenet mangler diverse redskaber, der fandtes ikke køkkenrulle, opvaskmidler, og der manglede stikkontakter i nogle af værelserne, noget som er vigtigt til opladning af dagens alle elektroniske udstyr. På plus siden er deres park faciliteter unike og deres opvarmede laguner helt i top især om aftenen.

Bellissimo ambiente. Camera confortevole, pulizie impeccabili. Super aprezzato l’orario della colazione fino alle 11. Posto molto versatile che riesce accogliere sia famiglia con bambini sia coppia oppure gruppi di amici.

Ho prenotato 2 notti presso una delle residenze interne al parco.
Ho trovato tutto molto positivo: camera grande, cucina in camera con tanto di snack dolci e salati per la colazione, frigo con marmellate monoporzione, latte, panna, burro e succhi di frutta a disposizione.
Bagno essenziale e pulito e stanza con idromassaggio.
ho trovato un po’ scomodo il dover farsi la doccia all’interno della vasca idromassaggio, ma accettabile.
Una nota negativa ed stata la caldaia in camera: ogni volta che si accendeva per il riscaldamento faceva un rumore davvero fastidioso, cosa che non mi ha permesso di riposare. Il tutto dovuto anche al fatto che le camere sono davvero POCO insonorizzate.
Ho passato anche la notte di San Silvestro nel lago alla festa organizzata perché compresa nel prezzo. Probabilmente non avrei mai pagato i 55€ per chi non era ospite della struttura.
(Per quanto riguarda quell’evento ci sono un sacco di cose ancora migliorabili)

Tutto sommato reputo positivo il mio soggiorno

Himmlische Ruhe mit umwerfendem SPA

Die Villa die Cedri ist ein Kleinod mit herrlichen Bademöglichkeiten in natürlichem Thermalwasser. Beeindruckend ist der Park mit den beiden Badeseen und natürlich der private Jacuzzi im Hotelzimmer (Nutzung zwischen 09:00 und 23:30 möglich). Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, freundlich und flexibel. Auch das Frühstücksangebot ist jederzeit einem Vierstern-Hotel entsprechend. Die ideale Reisezeit dürfte im Frühjahr, Spätsommer und im Herbst sein. Die Zimmer verfügen zwar über eine Klimaanlage, diese ist aber hochsommerlichen Temperaturen über 30 Grad kaum gewachsen. Für TV-Freaks die kein italienisch sprechen, dürfte das Senderangebot mangelhaft sein. Uns hat das jedoch nicht gestört. Wir werden die Villa die Cedri auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen :)
