The bar staff had issues giving ice to hotel guests every night I would hear them saying ice was in limited supply lol for such an expensive hotel that is unacceptable. Check in and check out took a long time and staff could learn to make an effort to welcome guests on arrival. Ernesto was very helpful with an issue we had with our room door and taxi so thank you once again.

I thought that the stay was overpriced for what was offered. The breakfast was not included and the options were a rip off and also the quality of the food was not good. I was expecting more to be honest. The area and hotel grounds are nicely maintained.

Pool is great!
Food is average.
Girls working in front desk need training. They lack info and panic if there was a line of people waiting! Not very welcoming!

Weekends with a high occupancy rate: one or two people at reception, one of whom is an intern ?. Two restaurants: the first one it was sold out! The second one was a buffet restaurant with a 40-minute queue to get in: child-friendly hotel? Very expensive prices for a breakfast (16 euro per child and 20 per adult). I thought better than what I found, sorry.

Perfect choice for gardaland visit.
Big room, free bus to gardaland.
Nice pool, bring a towel or rent for 1 euro.
Breakfast is better in the gardaland hotel, you can just go there instead of the busy line.

The only and great location for families.
The only problem was that outside was tractors from the morning because they build there...and if this is not enoujh the gardner cut the grass woth the machine under my room.
It was very noisy except those facts everything was perfect.

Every thing was perfect except:
1. At firsts they didn’t want to give a baby crib to our room. Eventually the did give after an argument.
2. If you want to buy food groceries or things for baby you need a car to go to the supermarket. It’s not possible by walk.

Our family has visited the Gardaland Hotel and now Adventure Hotel for many years. Over the years we have seen the prices go up and the offering go down. We do still enjoy it but our trips have become less frequent and we have even skipped a year (last year). I see less value there than I have in previous years. There are many hotels in the area that offer more and still provide easy access to the Gardaland Amusement park. For many years we also always had the same staff providing services, from dining to the children's entertainment. About a year after the hotel came under new management many of the permanent staff left. This was such a pity as they were always very nice, friendly and they remembered the customers. I would only say now for the prices that they charge have a look at Disney in Paris. You may find a better value.

Lovely hotel

We stayed for for one night to visit Gardaland. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel that takes just 5min. Before arrival we were told there was a problem with our original room booking which meant we were upgraded to a suite which was lovely. We enjoyed the treasure hunt in the room and gift. The breakfast was good with lots of choice. There was some building work going on during our stay but we weren’t particularly affected by it.

Ok hotel but not justify the cost

Stayed in the Hotel for a week.
On the day we came abck from Gardaland (late PM), now towels were avail in the room. Had to call reception 4 times and wait for over half-an-hour to get them.
Breakfasts are ok but had to wait many times to missing staff.
Bathroom shower is very small. The curtain design is bad that it keep touches you (for a family room where you need to wash kids its impossible... hardly fits yourself)
Overall Hotel is nice but not justified the cost ... there are much better deals.

Very cool hotel. We loved it. Great staff.

The check-in was fast and pleasant, and a bellboy helped us with the luggage. The free parking is a bit far from the entrance, so help is much appreciated, especially when you have a lot of luggage as we did.
At check-out, we carried our own stuff.
Armed security is present at the parking entrance and patrolling the premises, so you feel safe.
The Wild West rooms are all on the ground floor. You need your room key to access the building and there is a vending machine at the entrance. The room is VERY COOL and the kids adored the \"jail\" in the Sheriff's Office. They get a present if they manage to solve the riddle and open the Treasury Box. The shower was clogged when we arrived, but it was fixed next morning. The room and bathroom cleanliness are about 3-3.5* only. The double bed is very uncomfortable, despite looking cool. The TV has a lot of TV stations, but there is bad reception for some of them and smearing colors.
There is a free bus to/from GardaLand (0.5 miles). If you drive, parking is 5 euro/day. It's annoying that you have to pay for each towel 1 euro + 5 euro deposit at the pool, and they make you buy a cap for almost 5 euro a piece to access the pool.
The breakfast was a pretty nice buffet, but the omelet looked and tasted a bit weird. Make sure you book a room with breakfast, as it's euro 17.5/person for adults.

Wonderful hotel

We had such a great time. The hotel staff were all great, rooms/all of hotel very clean and well looked after. Kids especially loved Simon who entertained them with games after breakfast and dinner. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Not too many English tourist, so if you like a hotel where you feel like you've left the UK then you will love it. We did! Refreshing not to see pictures egg and chips everywhere.
If we do go again, we would hire a car as you need to get a taxi to the lake. Taxi to lake towns Lazise €23, Sirmone, €40 each way. So if you plan to explore, then car hire would work out cheaper than a taxi. Gardaland park bus goes every 30 mins and takes about 5 mins and a fun day out for families.

Bad Experience, and rubbish hotel.

We arrived to the hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall hotel, the pool was rubbish for such a resort. We had to pay for swimming hats, the bedroom view was of a building site and cranes. We asked to move rooms and with a bath not a shower as we have a 1 year old and we were told it would be 500 euros. We moved out 3 days earlier and booked another hotel.

The hotel is new and appears to be very nice. However there are issues. The showers do not drain, prices have exploded vs. previous years. Things that used to be included in your stay now cost much more. This is a new hotel but the second hotel on the Gardaland property. There is a treasure hunt in the room which gives clues about the combination to the safe. The safe has a gift for children. The first time we stayed at this hotel the safe was empty when opened. This time the prize a lantern was broken, missing the bottom that held in the batteries and of course no batteries were there.

This is the perfect place for families with kids. My son was impressed by the room - we have been in a Wild west room. The restaurant is nice too. The food is very good. The only issue is the bathroom because there is only a curtain in the shower and everything gets wet but this is not a big problem at all.

Leider sind wir sehr enttäuscht!
Bei der Ankunft ging es schon los, das man sein Zimmer suchen muss, weil von der Rezeption keiner gewillt ist es einen zu zeigen…
Dann ist Badehaubenpflicht, könnte ich ja verstehen wenn alles sauber wäre… Der Pool ist super, man teilt ihn mit 3-4 Hotels, daher ist er kaum überfüllt 😂 die Liegen sind auch schon in die Jahre gekommen.. Das Frühstück war ok, das Rührei konnte man sogar trinken 😂.
Der Kaffee ausn Automat ( 54€ 4 Personen Frühstück am Tag ) war eine Frechheit! Wir dachten Italien sei für guten Kaffee bekannt, aber das… Aber passend zum Rührei, Speck etc.
Im Zimmer waren die Silikonfugen vergammelt, WC Sitz locker und die Klima Funktionierte auch nicht.
Dann gab es noch den Staplerfahrer, wo in der Früh um kurz vor 7, unter unseren Zimmer, alles Rückwärts fahren musste, damit er mit sein Piepsen ungefähr alles geweckt hat.
Außerdem hab ich das Abenteuer in einen „Abenteuer Hotel“ gesucht. Ein Hotel wo so wenig bietet zu diesen Preis, unglaublich.
Nie mehr wieder!

Family of 4. Amazing rooms, pretty well kept. Kids loved it. Gardaland amusement park was a must-see. Something similar to Disney land. Can recommend the night ticket for a discounted price and if travelling in summer, less heat. The hotel offers free shuttle service to/from the venue. One setback was the lack of food options in the area. The onsite restaurant Tutankhamen was, well awful. Other than that 5 star stay.

Ideal für Gardalandbesuch. Kostenloser Shuttle. Jedoch sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Auto gut erreichbar, 10min.etwa. im Hotel gibt es Restaurant. Pizzen größer als der Teller! Keine Kinderportionen.
Pool schließt leider schon 19Uhr. Abends muss man in den Ort fahren. Kein Blick auf Gardasee vom Hotel.
Trotzdem alles in Ordung für einen Kurzurlaub..

Wir fanden die Unterkunft sehr schön, eine kleine Überraschung welche man durch das lösen eines Rätsels bekommen konnte war auch sehr schön. Allerdings funktionierte bei uns die Zahlenkombination nicht, obwohl sie richtig war. Aber hier konnte die Rezeption mit dem Mastercode helfen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und für die Kinder natürlich ein Erlebnis. Die Speisen im Restaurant waren gut, allerdings preislich nicht ganz ohne. Das Frühstück hat für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (5,7) 56 Euro täglich gekostet. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten allerdings ein Problem mit unserem Tickets, welche nach kurzer Unterbrechung des Internets nicht via Mail ankamen. Hierzu fragten wir an der Rezeption nach Hilfe, was sich allerdings als schwierig erwies, da erst der Manager gefragt werden musste ob die Mitarbeiterin im Park anrufen dürfe. Dies könnte einfacher laufen. Alles in allem ein schöner Kurzaufenthalt. Was ich persönlich nicht so schön fande, dass ich darauf hingewiesen habe das unsere Tochter vor Ort Geburtstag hat und uns lediglich ein Menü angeboten wurde oder die persönliche Übergabe eines Geschenks durch das Maskottchen für 90 Euro. Eine kleine Tischdeko hätte uns auch gereicht, einfach um unserer Tochter eine Freude zu bereiten.

Struttura Decaduta e deludente

Premetto che avevo prenotato due camere, ma al check in, si trovava una sola prenotazione e non 2 , ho dovuto così aspettare quasi mezz’ora per attendere la risposta da parte di Booking ( così mi ha detto la ragazza alla reception). Al check out ho chiesto il prolungamento per 20€ l’ora in più , e comunque dovevo rimanere fino alle 13, ma la ragazza della reception non lo aveva confermato sul pc e la mia chiave non apriva più ne stanza ne porta di ingresso… Al ristorante Tutankamen siamo stati per cena in 7 persone, a parte la poca scelta, era tutto cattivo, ( soprattutto le pizze) tanto che siamo stati tutto male.. sono venuta in questa struttura molte volte ma ora è veramente decaduta sia nel servizio che nella ristorazione, mentre nel Gardaland Hotel ci siamo trovati benissimo nel ristorante a buffet e anche come gentilezza nel servizio

Les enfants ont dormi en \"prison\"!!
L établissement (accolé à un autre hotel) est très sympa avec jardin d enfants (tyrolienne), salle de restaurant décorée sur le thème des pharaons (enfants émerveillés)
Parking de l hotel est immense et gratuit
Une navette/bus vous emmène au Parc Gardaland et ramène à l hotel gratuitement. (et c est super)

I had an accident and the wole personnel was so helpful and kind to me. They gave me ice to cool the injuries, they called the ambulance for us, the reception and hotel manager called my husband twice to ask how I was and once I came back from the hospital they were extra caring for me. They made my stay a pleasant one despite the accident!❤️

Check in der Horror!!! Eine Dame an der Reception, brauchte für eine grosse Familie 40 Minuten zum einchecken. Wir wurden an eine andere Reception weitergeleitet, wo uns aber nach weiteren 15 Min Wartezeit gesagt wurde, dass wir dort nicht einchecken können. So mustten wir wieder zurück und warteten nochmals 15 min.
Zimmer Top, gross sauber und spassig. Frühstück ok. Abendessen a la card gut. Parkplatz vor der Tür, Garage voll.

Carini arredi stile jungle..ma nn molto sicuri i Bamboo decorativi del letto. Ho sbattuto diverse volte. Dintorni quasi sempre congestionati da un traffico incredibile con code di veicoli con andatura a passo di lumaca. Più di 1h x fare 800m di strada x arrivare al parco. Inaccettabile

La stanza in questione era una stanza per disabili a tema, bello l’interno ma il bagno era veramente di basso livello. Perfettamente organizzato per persone con disabilità nulla questio. Ma andava segnalato che sarebbe stato molto basic. parliamo di un prezzo piuttosto elevato per un bagno da 2 stelle al massimo. Organizzazione della colazione pessima al tutankamon restaurant molto valida invece al wonder

Struttura meravigliosa i bimbi erano estasiati e anche noi adulti, personale cordiale e disponibile, molto pulito e soprattutto pratico, servizio bus navetta e possibilità di cenare senza muoversi dall hotel ma sempre con un esperienza da favola

Børnehotel med larm

Eventyrverden for børn, men for alle os andre voksne er det et helvede, vores suite var ikke klar og vi måtte vente 30 minutter i et støjhelvede i receptionen - vi kunne ikke høre hvad hinanden sagde.
Bruseren var knækket på værelset, og vandhanen havde et hul, så vores toilettaske blev fuld af vand da jeg ville vaske hænder - morgenmaden var tarvelig- gummi brød og tørre croissanter, discount juice.
Poolen - der var så meget larm - larm overalt inde og ude.overhovedet ikke pengene værd..

Dejligt hotel

Dejligt hotel med god pool, dog lidt udfordret i forhold til sproget, da der var en del ansatte, som ikke kunne tale engelsk, hvilket jeg synes er forventeligt af stedet. Restauranten var et af de steder og det gik galt med vores madbestillinger begge gange vi var der!

Personale molto accogliente e qualificato
Camere spaziose e pulite, molto caratteristiche.
Piscina un po' troppo alta per i bambini.
