Located within the 18-hole Golf Club Paradiso del Garda, Golf Residenza is part of an 800,000m² estate comprising driving range and putting green. The apartments offer air conditioning in summer at Management's discretion, and a balcony or terrace.

The Residenza Golf overlooks the green hills of the peaceful countryside outside Peschiera del Garda. Guests may use all the amenities and services of sister property Active Hotel, with a wellness centre with saunas, indoor swimming pool and gym.

There is also a restaurant. During winter season guests may use services of nearby Parc Hotel (some may require a supplement).

Golf residence

Problem with our room so stayed at residence eden. We have used this complex 5 times but hadn’t been for 8 years. The complex is lovely but the rooms really need updating. They haven’t changed in many years and for the price paid I feel you shouldn’t have to clean them yourself! Staff are friendly and helpful. On site restaurant is good quality and well priced. Free bus service into town is very good

Good Value accommodation

Rooms are a good size. Hard to find reception on arrival as its in the nearby Golf centre and main hotel. Towels were never changed nor any form of cleaning. It was however good value and great quiet position for Lake Garda etc.

Just as expected

Apartment was in good condition, everything as advertised, don’t expect anything extra though, had to pay €10 for decent WiFi for three days. There was a free shuttle bus in and out of town and it only takes 5 minutes. Also only 10-15 minutes from Gardaland. Good choice of pools. Overall would stay again.

Family holiday

As a young family we had a great experience staying here. Simple rooms but everything that we could want. Beds were comfy the apartment was clean. Free shuttle bus which was brilliant as town is only 5 mins away.

Fantastic place - 2nd visit to resort complex

We previously stayed at the Residence Eden which is on the same site as Residence Golf, and shares its facilities. We enjoyed our break there so revisited this year. Although a little further to walk to some of the facilities, we actually found the apartment better equipped than the one at Eden. Its great for families, decent self catering facilities and use of several pools and multiple activities. The pizza restaurant on site is really good and decent value too, the rooms have everything you need as well. The front desk staff and the animation team were extremely friendly and pleasant, along with the staff at the pizza restaurant and the golf hotel. Staff at the Parc Hotel bar a little less pleasant, and the staff at the Laguna the day we visited that area was quite rude and grumpy, not sure what we had done other than arrive at the bar. Free WiFi was better than expected and flat screen TV was a bonus this year although only 3 English channels though and they were news/markets. We take a DVD player so we were happy. Good location, no need to worry about kids going onto busy roads, we liked this place.

Great location, Great facilities

This resort is a hidden gem. It was our second tine there and we stayed in the golf villas this time and it didn't disapoint. The pools etc are terrific though the wifi in the hotel was a little 'hit or miss' and there is no wifi access in the villa rooms which is a slight negative. The main bed was OK, the 2 singles average and the sofa bed downright uncomfortable, but that's the only real criticism I'd have. The balcony was great. I can highly recommend this place and we will definitely return.

Wir haben für 5 Nächte die Unterkunft gebucht. Der Check in war reibungslos und der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und hat alles genau erklärt. Leider hatten wir am 2 Tag schon Probleme mit dem dem Warmwasser. Wurde nach Meldung bei der Rezeption dann umgehend repariert. Leider war die Lage unseres Appartements schlecht im Gegensatz zu den anderen leerstehenden Appartements. Unsere Terrasse war voll einsehbar. Bei den anderen waren Hecken davor. Ansonsten war alles soweit ok für den Preis. Schön war der der Pool, wo es sehr ruhig zuging.

Schöne Anlage, aber nicht zeitgerecht

Die Anlage könnte eigentlich super sein; leider sind die Betten unbequem und auch das Sofa aus Kunstleder ist nicht komfortabel. Die Gartenanlage und der Pool sind sehr schön. In unserer Wohnung gab es kein WLAN, das geht in der heutigen Zeit garnicht

Das Bett der Kinder war nicht gemacht. Wir hatten Sebstversorger gebucht? Kein Klopapier, kein Spülmittel, kein Schwamm - nichts. Das musste extra gekauft werden. Der Minimarkt hat nur über eine App Aufträge angenommen - zu kompliziert für einen schnellen Einkauf im Urlaub.

Preis-Leistung auf jeden Fall unschlagbar!
Alle Pools, Restaurants, Leistungen etc der umliegenden grosen Hotels können mitgenutzt werden (alles fußläufig erreichbar), Apartments sind sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Lediglich die Matratzen waren quietschend und schrecklich unbequem, aber vielleicht hatten wir da einfach nur Pech.
Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden :)

Ist okay, könnte aber bequemer sein

Wir besuchen dieses Hotel regelmässig seit mehreren Jahren. Allerdings kommt es langsam ein wenig „in die Jahre“ . Die Betten finde ich nicht wirklich bequem und die Sitzgelegenheit im Wohnzimmer ist auch ziemlich unbequem. Der TV ist sehr klein.

Unterkunft sehr einfach, Dusche kaputt, lief Wasser raus, das Bettlaken deckt nicht die Matratze ab, die Innenausstattung ist sehr abgewohnt, Kühlschrank mit Spuren, nicht sonderlich sauber, Pool ist super, Mitarbeiter nett, ich würde jedoch nicht mehr dorthin gehen....

Espperienza molto positiva. Ho soggiornato in un bilocale (formula residence) molto ampio e ben attrezzato di tutto il necessario anche per lunghi soggiorni. Cucina fornite di stoviglie pentole ecc. , frigo, riscaldamento autonomo, climatizzatore, tv. Insomma nulla di cui lamentarsi.

Auschecken war umständlich, wir mussten ca 5 Minuten warten bis das Zimmermädchen den einwandfreien Zustand des Zimmers (bzgl. der Kaution) bestätigte. Das Apartment war ordentlich eingerichtet, die Heizung, wichtig jetzt Anfang November, funktionierte gut- Wir konnten zu Fuß zum Golfcounter gehen, war in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkplätze direkt bei den Apartments.

Vi boede på Golf Residence i 5 dage. vi havde en okay lejlighed med stue, soveværelse og bad. Terrassen var delt med nabo lejligheden. Golf Residence ligger i et kompleks af 4 eller 5 hoteller omkring en golfbane. Som en del at servicen kunne man frit anvende Pools på de andre hoteller, fri afbenyttelse af \"driving range\" og gratis bus til Peschiera del Garda…. Ift. Golf så var der green fees priserne rimelige og bane var rigtig fin og det var til at komme til

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen..

Wir hatten eine grosse Wohnung gemietet (zwei Schlafzimmer) obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren. Dadurch erschien uns die Wohnung geräumig genug. Zu viert wäre die Wohnung sicher auch noch ok, aber 6? Dann wird es eng.
Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem die Betten sind nicht mehr sehr bequem, sie knarzen. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist schlicht unbequem.
Das Beste an der Wohnung ist die grosse Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf den Golfplatz ( siehe Bild) oder den Pool. Das kostenfreie Wifi ist sehr langsam. Heizung funktioniert super.

Golf Residenz ** oder Activ Hotel ****

Wir waren schon einmal im Activ Hotel zu Gast und das war absolut empfehlenswert.
Durch unseren Fehler haben wir in der Golf Residenz gebucht. Wir haben dann nach langem hin und her wieder auf das Activ Hotel umbuchen können, welches auch absolut empfehlenswert ist.
Die Golf Residenz ist mit 2 Sternen etwas hochgegriffen. Die Wohnungen sind in die Jahre gekommen und bedürften einer Renovation. Der Aussenbereich ist schmutzig bis vor die Wohnungstüren. Es lohnt sich etwas mehr auszugeben und im Activ Hotel zu logieren.

Kedeligt område langt fra alt.
Golfbanen var for dyr i greenfee, i forhold til stand.
Sengene var utrolig dårlige og lejligheden yderst spartansk indrettet. Valgte at rejse 4 dage tidligere end vi havde betalt for.

Ruhige Appartementanlage

Nette, ruhige Appartementanlage am Golfplatz gelegen. Appartment sind gut ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Sat-TV...)..Küchenzeile aber leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen...Personal sehr nett, gut deutschsprachig, sehr hilfsbereit.
Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Monte Baldo, Verona, Brescia....
Super Service ist der kostenlose Shuttle Service nach Peschiera

Golfvecka nära Gardasjön.

Enkelt boende men bra läge på golfbanan för oss som spelade golf. Banan var välskött med rolig layout. Resorten har ett bra läge nära Gardasjön. Hård säng, enkel kökshörna. Stora energisparlampor såg konstigt ut när de stack ut från alla lampor, sänglampornas skärmar hade brännmärken. Bemötandet från personalen var inte översvallande, snarast avmätt. Fin grillkväll dick onsdagar på hotellets restaurang Il Pirlar.

4 dagers badeferie på Golf Residenza

Ok leilighetskompleks. Renholdet var veldig bra på fellesområdene, men rommene fremsto som godt brukt (var også litt småmaur som kom inn). Vi har vært her to ganger. Veldig bra beliggenhet for barnefamilier. Inne på hotellområdet er det flotte bassenger, lekeområder, liten butikk (husk å bestille brødmat dagen før), muligheter for klesvask og ulike restauranter med samme priser som i sentrum. Fint med gratis shuttlebuss til og fra byen.

Die Apartement sind zweckmässig Eingerichtet. Bettwäsche und Frottétücher sind vorhanden. Badetücher und Küchentücher mitnehmen. Geschirr Pfannen vorhanden, aber kein Backofen in der Küche. Buchungen im Pro Shop für Abschlagzeiten sehr unkompliziert. Kind 11 Jahre kein Problem im Flight der Erwachsenen zu spielen. Super ist der Gratis Shuttlebus ins Dorf ca. 15.Min.Fahrt. Praktisch jede Stunde.

Relax e divertimento

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Posto incantevole e tranquillo. Ben curato. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ideale per vacanze in famiglia. I bambini si sono divertiti molto. Piscine e animazione hanno allietato il nostro soggiorno.
Gli appartamenti sono ampi, dotati di ogni comfort. Cucina funzionale. Frigo medio. Microonde con grill. Pentole, stoviglie, asciugamani e lenzuola compresi. Campo da golf. Servizio navetta gratuito per il centro di Peschiera. Ampia scelta di ristoranti e bar. C'è anche un minimarket. Il complesso si trova vicino all'autostrada e ai famosi parchi divertimento. Ci torneremo!

Ruhige, schöne Anlage

Das Residenza hat eine tolle Lage, wir freuen uns immer auf die grosse Terrasse direkt am Golfplatz. Allerdings ist die Anlage inzwischen ein wenig abgenutzt; der Herd ist langsam und Wasserhahn wackelt. Dafür gibt es jetzt wifi in den Apartments und eine Mikrowelle. Es hat im Wohnzimmer wenig Sitzgelegenheiten; das Sofa empfanden wir als ziemlich unbequem.
