Loved the area and the free bus to town was an excellent service. Lots to do and especially for the children.
Only thing i would change would be to have a walk in shop to buy more essentials.

Apartment was great size with everything you need the beds are comfortable, the only issue I have is that the shop on site doesn't have hardly anything you need or choices and you can not go in you have to order everything online and it can take a while for example when I ordered 2 bags of crisps 6 eggs and some croissants it was available in 2 days time, not good also nats and mosquitos are quite a problem, pools are great

I like all the activities in the park. I didn't like that room was not cleaning. Not enough paper toylet, no claning service in the room, i am on vacation need to clean. It was very dark outside at night. When i arrived at the first day i didnt find the room and it was raining and no one was there to help.

Disappointing

It was definitely out of season at beginning Oct and too cold to use the outdoor pools, which were closed off. The Internet was only usable in the main hotel, not in the area we were staying in. It was full of Germans and the only 2 kids channels on tv were in German. It felt more like a stay in Germany than Italy!
The service was good and the apartment was clean.

10 days in Lake Garda.

We stayed in a studio which we found to be comfortable and clean, perhaps it would have been better to have had a toaster rather than a sandwich maker in it. It is a perfect base for exploring Lake garda, the shuttle bus which leaves on the hour and drops you off and collects you in peschiera is a great bonus. However a car is really needed if you want to explore the lake. We had breakfast only once in the hotel and would recommend it, plenty of choice and space. Overall this is a lovely relaxing place to stay.

The complex was lovely the €18 buffet was excellent value for money and they had an excelkent free bus service a 7 o'clock bus would off been nice. The only fault was the position off the shower it made the bathroom feel tight

Apartments clean and comfortable as per star rating. Would be a good idea to supply a starter pack in the kitchen, i.e liquid detergent, dish cloths etc. Great free shuttle bus service, always punctual. Only negative comment about the self catering site would be the poor selection of food options in the mini market on site. Would need a car to get to the nearest supermarket to get your self catering supplies

The apartment was very spacious, we had a lovely time. The free shuttle service was brilliant and ran regularly throughout the day. The water slides weren’t open unfortunately and they didn’t take card as payment at the mini market or pool snack bar. Would stay again, was a fan base for exploring the beautiful area.

Good location and facilities

The apartment was fairly basic but had everything you need. There was a new microwave and sndwhich toaster which are new additions frommwhen we stayed the year before and make it that bit easier to make your own food.
The site is a 5-10min drive from the town centre but there is a regular shuttle bus which makes it easy to get to the lake. The onsite restaurant serves good food and the breakfast is also good. The only slight negative I’d give it was that the apartment bedroom seemed a bit damp and this made the bed feel the same way.

Not really a hotel, but overall it was ok

I expected a hotel room, but ended up being a vacation apartment... Good to have a kitchen with table, and separate bedroom, but... I stayed 5 nights, no room service, only after you go away.
Floors were not very clean, sand outside kept crawling in, in the absence of a door mat.
Messy to open and close the front door (double door with key...)
Hotel lobby is far away (need to drive).
Weird check out: you need to book the time when you leave and they call the service person to check your room before they return your 100 euro deposit back.
But the most frustrating thing was bad cell phone coverage inside room. Unable to get wifi...

The place was very well located in the Garda area. But there were a few issues... The biggest one was the mosquitoes. I woke up the first night with over 40! Mosquito bites. Since we stayed in two hotels this vacation and did not suffer from mosquitoes in the second place I believe it is something that can be taken care of. The room had a humidity problem in the walls and was always very humid. The childrens playground had very poor maintanace and it was almost impossible to stay there because of a mosquitoes. The hotel is connected to the hotel next door that had an indoor pool which was great. The pools in the hotel were also nice. The supermarket in the place was not very well equipped - too bad... They are sending people to buy in other places.

Disappointed!

Overall the accommodation was fine, but was tremendously disappointed with the fact that on my arrival they told me of a hidden expense related to the bed sheets and towels. I find this VERY unfair. This cost should be included in the accommodation rate and not found out at the last minute. I complained about this and at first they told me that they would look into it, but never told me anything during my 5 night stay. At the end of my stay they just included this cost in my bill and I had to pay whether I like it or not. When I asked to speak to the manager they told me that he was not available and that I can speak to him in a day's time. Obviously I was not going to be in Italy by that time. For this reason I highly recommend not to stay in this accommodation unless this is sorted out and this expense is included in the accommodation price. You never pretend to go to a residence to sleep and have a shower and then you find out that you cannot do these basic necessities unless you pay extra! This is ridiculous! Please take action as this is a kind of sly mugging!

Wasn't happy with the services received here. We had to RENT towels and bedding (€24 pp) as we were not supplied with them and the hot water didn't work even after staff 'fixed' the boiler. Not much around the hotel to see but as a plus, free bus service to and from the station/town. Would not stay here again as it wasn't worth the money whatsoever.

4* Stay at a 2* Price

This is a big complex including 2 hotels and 2 apartment complexes. You can use all the facilities including its 7 pools, regardless of where you stay. The appartment was very clean and a good size for the money. Annoyingly there was only a hob to cook with- no oven, grill or microwave.Sofa bed was not great- but they never are! No problems with reception staff who were helpful,giving good advice and recommendations and dealt with any minor problems quickly and effectively. We had no problems getting our deposit back regarding the cleaning of the apartment- you just need to make sure the kitchen and utensils are clean. Animation team were friendly and there were lots of included activities put on by the hotel. There are free swimming lessons and tennis coaching every day. Great location for the parks and Verona. We did lots of day trips to locations around the lake, so unless you are just staying in the hotel a car is essential. Loads of things to see and do. We had a fantastic holiday!

sorry, but the staff at the reception behave was really not good : angry , impertinence , aggressive .... that is not a way to serve customers .
we have asked for ground floor in advance , but we got second floor ... and the answer by the woman at the reception was \"we do not promise ..it is a wish only \" and \" you are wasting my time\" ( we were there alone , no other customers were waiting....)
her manager was there too , she did nothing...
NEVERTHELESS we have enjoyed the room the location, the golf trails ...
there is no service at your stay ... you clean your room your very well equipped kitchen , and you have to bring your own sheets and towels ... or buy it there , 20 euro each ...enjoy it...

Staff and property was inadequate, serious water issues. We will not go back!

This hotel was not at all what we expected. The amenities listed were for other properties owned by the company but not at the location as stated. The hot/cold water system did not work and we were either scolded or it was very cold. There were additional charges for bedding and towels of Euro 20 ($30) per person or you had to bring your own. It is NOT centrally located to any major tourist sites as listed. The staff was limited in what they could do and maintenance was not done. It was not a good stay by any means!!!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Anlage hatte sehr viel zu bieten. Mit dem Auto ist der See und umliegende Städte sehr gut zu erreichen. Leider war nur die Matratze etwas unhygienisch und das Bett unbequem. Ebenfalls war leider keine Kaffeemaschine oder ein Wasserkocher im Apartment. An sich überwiegt aber das positive und es war trotz des schlechten Wetters (Anfang Mai) ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Bel endroit calme ,dommage passage en hiver donc pas pu profiter des espaces piscine extérieures tres nombreuses seul deux petites piscines interieur éloigné l 'une de l 'autre.
Logement impersonnel basique vieillot ,la chambre et spacieuse deuxième couchage éxigue/ lit/ salon/ cuisine en un , petite tv pas de chaines autre qu italiennes, pas de wifi dans l appartement, salle de bain tres tres somaire aucuns rangements à disposition ,pas de seche serviette ni séche cheveux. Prises pas aux normes européennes,impossible de brancher un séche cheveux avec une prise de terre. Environnement top mais Logement bof bof

Ottimo struttura con diverse tipologie di alloggio

Struttura vicinissima ai maggiori punti turistici del lago di Garda. Servizio navetta gratuito, ristorante , bar, Spa e campo da Golf non provati per mancanza di tempo. La mia camera standard era grande ( letto matrimoniale e divano letto )ma carente di cura dei dettagli e pulizia. Se avessi soggiornato più giorni avrei dovuto lavare il pavimento. Tavoletta del WC da rimontare. Forse nella pulizia si erano dimenticati?! Areatore del bagno con batuffoli di polvere visibili. Piastre della cucina arrugginite. Questo per fare i pignoli perchè comunque la struttura è grande e consigliata per chi come me si adegua alle situazioni. Magari se si spende per una camera più costosa queste cose non sono presenti. Spazzatura da smaltire da soli se non si vuole lasciare la caparra di 100€

Rauhallinen perhemajoitus, plussaa oli, että kaikki saimme omat huoneet nukkumiseen (3 hlöä) ja alue oli todella rauhallinen ja nukuimme hyvin. Majoitus oli myös kätevässä kohtaa, josta oli autolla helppo liikkua eri suuntiin. Huoneisto oli siisti, vaatimattomasti sisustettu, tilava. Jokaisella huoneistolla oli asunnon edessä joko parveke tai pihamaata, jossa terassipöytä ja tuolit. Asunnossa piti siivota itse keittiö ja viedä roskat majoituksen päättyessä ja tästä pyydettiin 100e deposit siäänkirjautuessa. Tiskaukseen ei ollut pesuaineita eikä tiskiharjaa tai rättiä, joten varaudu hankkimaan ne.

Es ist jetzt keine high end Unterkunft, aber zweckmäßig und völlig ausreichend für eine Familie. Wer also Luxus und weiße Wände möchte, ist hier falsch.
In Kombination mit dem kostenlosen Shuttlebus nach Peschiera ist die Lage ziemlich optimal. Da drum herum nicht viel ist und mit der Animation, hat es etwas Club Urlaub feeling. Mit dem bus ist man in etwa 5-8 Minuten in Peschiera. Morgens fährt der Bus auch den Bahnhof an, somit kann man ohne Auto problemlos nach zB Verona fahren.
Zum einkaufen ist ein Aldi in 3-5min mit dem auto sehr einfach zu erreichen.
Wir würden hier auf jeden fall wieder buchen, sollte es uns nochmal zum Gardasee ziehen.

Wir waren schon in den beiden Hotels und beide sind top. Diesmal hatten wir eine Ferienwohnung und die war nicht so schön. Viel Schimmel im Bad, muffiger Geruch und dreckige Küchenschubladen. Toll ist aber die Animation für Kinder und der Skatepark ist großes Alleinstellungsmerkmal. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen, aber dann wieder eines der beiden Hotels und keine Ferienwohnung buchen.

La nostra esperienza al Residence Eden è stata limitata a due pernottamenti finalizzati alla visita a Gardaland, molto vicino alla struttura, ed al successivo trasferimento in Trentino. L'alloggio aveva dotazioni sufficienti in relazione alle nostre necessità e risultava abbastanza pulito. Una menzione particolare ai ragazzi della Reception davvero cortesi, efficienti e professionali.

Außenanlagen waren nett für Kinder (Pools, Kinder MiniClub) Animateur waren bemüht und viel programm für die Kids.

Am Spielplatz teilweise bedenklich kaputte geräte die nur geklebt waren.
Die Wohnung war eine Katastrophe. Wir hatten im Schlafzimmer Schimmel an der Wand. Die wohnung war muffig. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer konnten wir nicht nutzen, weil dann alles gestunken hat.
Die Bodentiefe Dusche ist absolut fehlgeplant weil nur ein Duschvorhang davor hängt. Das wasser lief beim duschen bis ins Schlafzimmer.
Einrichtung sehr sperrlich und alt. Es fehlt an essentiellen Sachen wie Wasserkocher, Geschirrtuch, Lappen...man muss wirklich seinen ganzen Hausstand mitnehmen oder alles neu kaufen.

Das Essen im Laguna Beach ist schrecklich. Bei Pizza&Pasta kann man gut für Mittags was holen oder bestellen.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen \"hinter\" der Autobahn. Außerdem sollte die Zufahrt unbedingt beschildert werden da selbst aktuelle navis probleme haben.
Die Wohnung selbst war leider schmutzig, teils abgewohnt und das Bad schimmlig.

We stayed for three nights which had two long evenings of loud Italian men choir singing up to 01:00 and one fireworks event after midnight. Room was dirty, bed was so bad I switched to the couch on the middle of the night. No WiFi connection available in the rooms. Mold in shower, both on frame and caulk. Only plus is that it’s close to city center and cheap. Now we know why it’s cheap.

Was gut war dass es auf der Anlage viele Möglichkeiten gibt, etwas zu tun. Es gibt zudem 3 pools.

Die Ferienwohnung war in keinen guten Zustand. Die Schränke in denen die das Geschirr war stanken bestialisch und das Bad war sehr unrein. Die Duschbrause war kaputt sodass das Wasser in alle richtigen spritzte. Kalt und Heißwasser beim duschen waren sekündlicher Standard. Die Schalldämmung ist nicht die beste. Man hört alles. Vom Stühlerücken bis zum Flüstern. Nächstes mal würde ich wieder das Hotel bevorzugen. War aber eine Erfahrung wert.

\nStay away!!! Old and ruined apartments / resort

Problems in the apartment:
The water in the shower was very inconsistent and couldn’t be adjusted so very hot water burned our son. It was very painful. The shower flooded the floor because the shower door is broken. The air-conditioning in the living room made a lot of noise, so our son could not sleep in the room. Therefore, he had to sleep on a mattress on the floor in our room. They could not fix it.
We asked for a new apartment, but your told us that your where fully booked. So, the reception confirmed us, that you would refund our 3 nights.
The receptionist said that she was very sorry and confirmed that you would refund our 3 nights after our unpleasant experience at your hotel. After we got home, they will not pay our money for the last 3 nights!!

La mia esperienza, super positiva!! Nel residence nn manca nulla, tanti divertimenti e spazi verdi se portate il vostro pet. Spazi dedicati agli animali, anche nei pressi della piscina. Tanta tranquillità, anche l animazione, non troppo invadente e divertente. Peccato essere stati solo 3 notti.

è una bella struttura ma è molto carente il servizio di ristorazione. Il buffet è molto risicato e ci sono molti ragazzi alle prime armi senza esperienza

Die Parkanlage war schön gepflegt und weitläufig. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Appartements \"Eden\" waren etwas heruntergekommen und nicht gut gereinigt. Die Socken waren voller staub nach den ersten Gang durch das Appartement. Die Duschkabine war billig und der Boden im Bad war nach dem Duschen nass. Zum zudecken wurden nur gefaltete Laken aufs Bett geschmissen, damit haben wir auch das Bett bezogen, weil es etwas eklig war auf dem original Bezug zu schlafen, da waren auch Haare dran. Duschbrause war verkalkt, insgesamt unangenehm zu duschen. Das essen war keine 4 Sterne. Die Brötchen waren viel zu klein und manchmal vom Vortag. Es gab zum belegen nur je eine Sorte Käse, Salami, Mortadella und Bratenaufschnitt - sehr enttäuschend. Das Abendessen war ok, mehr aber nicht. Das Highlight war mal ein gebratener Fisch und ein leckeres Tiramisu ansonsten nichts wovon man schwärmen würde. Ich hätte mein Geld im Nachhinein lieber woanders investiert.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Küche ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet.
Wir hatten in unserer Ferienwohnung leider sehr viel Ameisen. Das Bett hat bei der kleinsten Bewegung sehr gequietscht; was den Schlaf gestört hat. Allerdings würde ich jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Auf den ersten Blick sieht alles Prima aus
Bei genauerer Betrachtung sieht das gleich anders aus.
Das Bett ist ok
Das Bad hat hat den üblichen Charme solcher Ferienanlagen.

Die Küche hat ihre Dienste schon lange erledigt
Aus den Küchenschränken roch es derbe Vermodert.

Die Fenster und Türen standen bei uns 24h offen
Der Pool vor dem Gebäude ist zwar schön, aber ruhe findet man hier nicht.

Una bella sorpresa.

Eravamo in 3 per il Congresso Nazionale della Risata. 4 giorni molto intensi e già costosi di per se. Per un costo così basso pensavamo di trovarci in un monolocale diciamo un pò accampate, invece abbiamo trovato un bellissimno mini appartamento dotato di tutto. Sotto di noi c'era il minimarket e in più in 5 minuti a piedi eravamo al Congresso.
Diverse piscine e altre possibilità di svago interne ai complessi che però non siamo riuscite a provare. E poi a 10 minuti in auto da Gardaland e dal Lago! Da provare.

Un appartamentino nel golf club che ti consente di avere piena libertà. Trovandosi in campagna chiaramente c'è più polvere o insetti ma il posto è meraviglioso. Poca chiarezza sulla cauzione da lasciare al check-in Ma poi ci è stata restituita

Bellissima struttura ma la prenotazione tramite Expedia non mi aveva segnalato di aver scelto di avere solo l'alloggio, senza neanche il cambio asciugamani. In più, sempre a sorpresa ho dovuto lasciare una cauzione obbligatoria per eventuali danni. Per carità tutto restituito alla partenza, ma è stato antipatico scoprirlo solo al momento del check in.

Un buon reaidence inserito in contesto paradisiaco

All'interno di una struttura bene organizzata e con servizi eccellenti la residenza Eden è la tipologia più modesta all'interno della struttura eccellente che comprende anche PARK HOTEL e il Golf Relais. Particolarmente adatto per chi viaggia con figli o in gruppo con amici.

Het enige nadeel is, dat er geen wifi is. Het bereik voor het internet is ronduit slecht. Maar dat is dan ook echt het enige. Voor de rest is alles, inclusief het personeel 1 woord top!
