This hotel is in a good location and the room is clean. However, the plumbing is outdated. There was a leak in the bathroom sink which created a pool of water on the floor. We notified the front desk and they send someone to fix it within a hour. Unfortunately, whatever he did didn't work. It leaked again while we was asleep. Luckily, we were leaving that day. Another problem was that the hotel was supposed to provide Breakfast. However most of the food were gone by 8:30 AM while the breakfast supposed to be service until 10 AM. Even the coffee was gone by 8:30. Breakfast is a joke.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was gorgeous (with a very loud door, though). The windows were huge! The blackout curtains could have been darker, but it was totally fine! There were 2 different types of pillows, one I hated but the other I liked (my partner felt the opposite!). The breakfast was unique, but I'm always happy with a waffle maker! The hotel held our bags for a long time after check out, which was great. The location was perfect!

Place is just not great. Reeks of extremely strong air freshener that is clearly being used to cover something foul. Beds are not comfortable, water pressure stinks, blinds on the windows don’t function well or block light from outside. Visible stains on various things. I left after my third night and paid out of my own pocket to stay in a different hotel. If your just looking for a place to crash and your on a budget I guess you’ll live. If you value amenities and cleanliness this is not your spot.

Great location. Good Room. Staff was great. Only criticism I can state is that the tv wasn’t working properly ( stuck in room due to the extreme cold. Also the coffee machine was not properly working. But overall good stay.

The room was clean. The view spectacular. The carpet seemed old would have been better without carpet. Carpet tends to hold odors. The room furniture was crowded. Maybe having a clothing hanging system on the wall or fold away system would have provided more space. Area was cramped. Staff was kind.

I stayed at the Parc Hotel for two weeks this year and had previously stayed for a week last year. Both times, the experience was excellent, and I would easily give it 5 out of 5. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly and attentive, and everything is kept very clean.

This time, a couple of TV channels I wanted to watch would occasionally freeze for a few days. It wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect my overall enjoyment. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

Place was spotless. View from window to floor windows was amazing. Bar on roof was amazing . Staff was wonderful a d accommodating. Got engaged here and they made it amazing experience. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast was the best breakfast. Cannot wait ro go back !

I've stayed at The Parc a couple times and so far, it's been a good experience. The check-in has always been quick and the room is clean. This is a smaller hotel in the middle of Chinatown so the space is limited, at least the times I've stayed there. I haven't eaten a meal there but the rooftop bar is not bad. I've done rideshare each time so I don't know about parking a car there. Another plus is there is a shopping center across the street with plenty of options for shopping and eating. I will end up staying here again when I get back to NY.

The room was good enough, clean, orderly, with decent wifi too. The main problem was it just felt underwhelming when comparing the room to the pictures. Everything's just a little less bright than in the pictures. Also, the whole hotel smells like a weird cleaning solution. It's not a terrible smell, just odd. Additionally, the included breakfast was quite basic. It was just croissants, bananas, bagels, toast, bao buns, donuts, cereal, and juice. That's it.

Everything is great but they need to refill the coffee and tea without asking and also supply us with new cup and saucer. However, the size of the room is great! The bed is so comfy, i think the most comfy bed and pillow from all hotels i had in the past. Location is convenient and accessible to subway and bus and its close to outlet store if you are into shopping.

The only good thing about this hotel was the young lady that was working the desk at check in. After that we got up to our floor and immediately it’s reeked of marijuana. At 1:30am there were two men in the hall talking so loudly for like 10min. So rude and making it difficult to sleep. The WORST part however, when we finally made it in to relax it wasn’t until about 9pm but when I was done packing my bags for an early flight I pulled back the blanket and top sheet and noticed the bed sheet looked only half made then proceeded to notice boogers and other nasty on the blanket and sheets! Our bed was NEVER cleaned!!! That is literally the grossest feeling ever. I called down and the front desk guy said he could send up another blanket but gave me a hard time about clean sheets and pillow cases. He said if I wanted an all clean bed they would switch my room which I did not want to pack up everything we had and move around so I told him no and just to send up new bedding so I could make my own bed then. It was awful and they didn’t offer any discount or anything for such a disgusting issue by them. The smell and rude men were one thing but this was a whole nother level. Very disappointed!

El hotel es muy bonito, desde que entras huele muy bien. Los cuartos están limpios, en la noche se tiene acceso a la azotea lo cual es asombroso. Enfrente del hotel hay un mall que tiene target, burlington y otras tiendas.
El desayuno es limitado, no hay mucha variedad más que dumplings, arroz, bagels y cereal. Sin embargo hay McDonalds cerca y tiendas que venden comida a buen precio y rica, siempre busquen que tengan la “A” afuera. El subway esta a una cuadra y te llega directo a Manhattan, quinta avenida y Brooklyn.

the bagel that I picked at breakfast , had molds in it.. I called the attention of the attendant and readily give me a fresher (?) one ?? But I felt disappointed… old food should be discarded🙄 molds are cancernogens , it’s health hazard … I didn’t take it anyway even with the “fresher” one that was given… how will I know it was fresh…?

My wife and I waited over an hour to check in due to chaos at the front desk and system issues. With no parking, we had to double-park on a main road during the delay.

Our $300/night room was dirty, smelled heavily of air freshener, had a clogged sink, stains throughout, and a non-working AC. Staff couldn’t fix the issues and had no other rooms available.
