Loved this place. Extended my stay a few extra days because the room was so nice. Great walking path to the ballpark for the Cubs games. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was really cool at sunset. Will definitely stay here again, thanks so much Parc Hotel staff.

This hotel is pretty run down. The views from the room are lovely. Check in was easy. We just needed it for a layover and it did the trick but i wouldnt stay here again. The shades in the room were terrible stained with grey amd brown stains. Same for the room vent under the TV. The lighting in the rooms were wonky and harsh. They had no water in the rooms, even for purchase. They didnt have the correct soaps in the bathroom dispensers (body wash seemed like dish soap, the shampoo wasn't great and definitely not what was on the label on the bottle) which makes me wonder what other corners they cut to save money (not changing seemingly unused towels or glasses?). The breakfast was stale breads and eggs amd warm milk. No yogurt or fruits. Just okay. I've definitely stayed in worse, but its not for me.

Decent place, but near a railroad and I’m a light sleeper. Bed was a little soft and I like firm.
Otherwise it was a decent deal with plenty of shops and restaurants around.

Hotel served its purpose and nothing more. We were supposed to have a king bed but got “upgraded” to a bigger room, but the bed was smaller. They had no king rooms left even though that’s what we booked. The furniture in the room was very dated and in poor shape-chipped, stained and worn. The room had a very strong scent-like a flowery cleaning product. Never saw staff anywhere. Reception was fine but not overly friendly.

Rude front desk staff. No parking on site even though they claim they have parking. Unsafe area unsafe for your car worst hotel experience I’ve ever had so bad that we did not even stay the night and went to another hotel. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The receptionist are so helpful. Forgot to bring in my charger for phone. He help to borrow one under his desk with no charge.
Breakfast is simple but good selection. Personally I found the coffee are too weak. But only my opinion.

The only issue I had was in the breakfast room. The waffle maker didn't work until my last day there. Also, the plates for the waffles were to small. The only other issue was there was no water, unless you went into the cleaning room and got water from the sink.

Since they have a rooftop bar upstairs. They do not have security guards or anything protecting there venue. And their elevators have no security access tap. Anyone can have access to any floor at any given time.

During my visit on the night of 5/2/26. A lady from the rooftop bar was so incoherent that she fell asleep in the elevator. As the elevator came to my floor I stepped in to ask how she was doing. She started cussing me out but couldn’t even get up. Then she tried to follow me around in the lobby limping and stumbling. I asked the front desk to call police or something since they didn’t have security. They didn’t do anything. This hotel has no respect for its paying customers. Will not return. For $300/night you do not get treated well. They looked at me like I was the crazy one. I even asked the front desk to have a manager speak to me when they arrived. And no manager ever emailed, called or texted me.

I assume this type of event happens often. Don’t recommend staying here for anyone that needs a safe hotel to stay at.

Okay so…. We enjoyed our stay very much- it’s just a few extra steps away from the main hub which is great because you aren’t being bombarded by honking on prince street but there are definitely opportunities for the cleaning staff to do better. The hotel
Is dated and needs refurbishment in so many areas but that said- I still like the option of having a home base and a suite to stay in if staying for more than one night. Management needs to take a good look around to each room and make improvements. They know what to do- just put some work into it. All this said I would stay again.

Parking horrible! have to park at shopping center that was a long walk!
Noisy! Can hear conversations in hallway right outside our door. Other guests weren't even shouting but voices comes in right thru the door.
Guests come back late from rooftop bar or wherever they came from late at night.
Told my wife if I ever book here again, KILL ME!!!
Was awoken twice, once after midnight and again around 3am. Voices carry!

This hotel is in a good location and the room is clean. However, the plumbing is outdated. There was a leak in the bathroom sink which created a pool of water on the floor. We notified the front desk and they send someone to fix it within a hour. Unfortunately, whatever he did didn't work. It leaked again while we was asleep. Luckily, we were leaving that day. Another problem was that the hotel was supposed to provide Breakfast. However most of the food were gone by 8:30 AM while the breakfast supposed to be service until 10 AM. Even the coffee was gone by 8:30. Breakfast is a joke.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was gorgeous (with a very loud door, though). The windows were huge! The blackout curtains could have been darker, but it was totally fine! There were 2 different types of pillows, one I hated but the other I liked (my partner felt the opposite!). The breakfast was unique, but I'm always happy with a waffle maker! The hotel held our bags for a long time after check out, which was great. The location was perfect!

Place is just not great. Reeks of extremely strong air freshener that is clearly being used to cover something foul. Beds are not comfortable, water pressure stinks, blinds on the windows don’t function well or block light from outside. Visible stains on various things. I left after my third night and paid out of my own pocket to stay in a different hotel. If your just looking for a place to crash and your on a budget I guess you’ll live. If you value amenities and cleanliness this is not your spot.
