Loved this hotel! Our room was huge and had a nice balcony. Wish the weather had been nice, but it was rainy and cold. The staff were so nice and helpful. The Orangerie Restaurant had an amazing dessert. The dinner menu looked great, but we ate elsewhere. This property is right across from the water, and we had a bit of a view of the Baltic from our room. I would highly recommend this hotel is you're staying in Kuhlungsborn.

Great hotel to relax

Very nice hotel with very nice atmosphere. Definitely something I'd recommend. The interior was renovated probably 10 years ago, so it's not brand new, but it's clean and comfortable.

The Hotel CEO and the manager on duty took their time to talk to all guests one evening and ask about our stay etc. over a glass of champagne (free of charge). I've never seen such good service at a hotel. I should mention the spa and pool - very good bonus.

If I had to say something negative - the internet connection. It's simply criminal to have such a slow and unstable internet connection in 2015. And may be, king size beds that are not to single beds with tendency to move apart.

Es war rundum eine tolle Zeit in dem schönen Haus. Es ist sehr gut gelegen und hat ein tolles Ambiente. Der junge Mann in der Bar war sehr höflich und nett und hat uns toll beraten.

War über die Größe des Apartments überrascht und leider wies die Ausstattung Mängel auf z.b. keine Kochtopf Deckel, zu wenig Gläser, kein Gemüse Messer oder Sieb. Wir haben uns für das nächste Jahr eine Liste gemacht und sind dann besser vorbereitet. Das WLan ist leider auch nicht so gut und hat permanent Aussetzer. Aber in ganz Kühlungsborn ist das Netz schlecht. Ansonsten sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Leider musste man im Bademantel auf die Straße um im übernächsten Gebäude den Pool nutzen zu können. Spa etc. ist auch in diesem anderen Gebäude. Vielleicht kann ja irgendwann noch das Nachbar Gebäude erworben werden um eine durchgängige Verbindung herzustellen. Auch die Anzahl der Parkplätze würde dadurch steigen.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick auf die Promenade und Ostsee im Nebengebäude.Leider war der Pool im Haupthaus. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und für alle was dabei. Sehr nettes Personal und auf Nachfrage wurden Sonderwünsche sofort erfüllt, auch Wurst und verschiedene Brötchen nachgefüllt. Zimmerreinigung war auch sehr gut mit freundlichem Personal.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche.

Rundum ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Freundliches Personal. Leckeres Essen in der angeschlossenen \"Orangerie\". Hervorragendes Frühstück. Ich möchte aber auch die überdurchschnittliche Freundlichkeit gegen über Kindern hervorheben.

Absolut negatives zu bemerken, dass man wenn man im falschen Haus ist 250 m zum Frühstück laufen muss auf der Straße bei jedem Wetter. Davon stand nichts in der Beschreibung des Hotels.
Zumindestbereich muss man dann auch auf der Straße 200 m bei jedem Wetter laufen . auch dies stand nicht in der Beschreibung des Hotels.
Es ist schon ärgerlich, zudem dass ich auch noch sehr schlecht zu Fuß bin und damit schon mein Tagespensum an Bewegung fast erschöpft war

Positiv zu erwähnen ist auf jeden Fall das Frühstück und das Personal dort

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel (ausgenommen die Orangerie, mit Top Gastronomie!), könnte mal wieder ein paar kleine Reparaturen vertragen, im relativ kalten Pool u.a. Fließen ausgebrochen/Verletzungsgefahr, von den vielen Düsen funktionieren nur wenige, Betten so weich das man Rückenschmerzen bekommt, Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht und permanent durch umgebene Balkone mit Rauchern zugenebelt, da bleibt wenig frische Ostseeluft und Erholung. Die verschiedenen Saunen sind gut und in Ordnung.

Wir hatten ein Mini-Zimmer. Balkon nur über Badezimmer zu erreichen. Wir waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht, um ins Haupthaus zu gelangen muss man über die Promenade gehen, daher war es uns zu aufwendig in das Spa zu gehen. Darüber hinaus gab es im Nebengebäude nichts außer die Schlafräume (Getränke, Aufenthaltsraum,...) Es gab auch keinen Aufzug und keinen Kühlschrank etc.
Ich buche das Hotel nicht mehr.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel in erster Reihe. Frühstück in anderem Haus, so hat man vor und nach dem Essen einen schönen Spaziergang vor und nach dem Essen. Via Mail wird man auf eine Baustelle direkt neben der Unterkunft hingewiesen, sollte bereits vor der Buchung bekannt gegeben werden, direkt im Portal. Stornierung war danach leider nicht mehr möglich.

Das Personal am Empfang entsprach in keinster Weise einem Vier Jahreszeiten Niveau!
Das Gebäude Strandperle war alles andere als fertig. Mal fühlte sich zwar nicht wie auf einer Baustelle aber der Zustand war nicht befriedigend.

Wir haben im Nebenhaus residiert. Praktisch weil dort auch gefrühstückt werden kann, unpraktisch weil man zum Spa ins Haupthaus muss. Das Zimmer zur Strasse war trotzdem ruhig. Der Zustand vom Mobiliar und Interieur ist teilweise angeschlagen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, aufgrund der Lage und des sehr freundlichen und bemühten Personal.

Sehr schönes Hotel, super Lage und ein gemütlicher Spa in dem man super relaxen kann. Sehr freundliches Personal, man hat den Eindruck das die ihren Job wirklich gerne machen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es gab nur zu bemängeln das das Frühstück ausserhalb im Wolkenlos statt fand was wir bei Buchung nicht wussten. Begrüßt wurde wir mit dem Hinweis: - Sie haben nur noch 15 min.- Wir reisen wirklich viel geschäftlich und privat und haben so etwas noch nie erlebt das man ca. 10 min. nach Frühstückende 2 mal Aufgefordert wurde doch zum Ende zu kommen obwohl wir lange vor Schluß nichts mehr vom Buffet wollten und nur noch schnell aufessen wollten.
Wir haben dann den Rest liegen gelassen und sind not amused umgehend gegangen- naja....

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ganz ok

Für eine 4 Sterne Kategorie ist noch Luft nach oben.
Wir waren zu dritt und mussten jeden Tag Handtücher nachordern. Der Kühlschrank kühlt sehr schlecht. Der Fußboden im Zimmer war sehr sandig, auch schon bei Ankunft. Das Personal war an Rezeption und beim Frühstücksbuffet war sehr freundlich. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich und sehr überschaubar.
Da fehlt es an Abwechslung und Angebot.
Ansonsten war soweit alles gut. Nur leider würde ich da keine ganze Woche oder länger verweilen wollen. Sorry!

Zimmerwunsch wurde nicht berücksichtigt, obwohl einen Monat vorher gebucht und Rezeptionspersonal hat es auch nur hingenommen. Das Day Spa nur nutzbar, wenn man auch mit Kindern im Spa-Bereich leben kann, da die Kinderzeiten hier keinen interessieren.

HAUS STRANDPERLE: schönes Haus. Etwas altbacken, speziell Gastro-Bereich ist gealtert. Zimmer recht klein aber sehr leise, nach hinten Richtung Wald gelegen. Bad schön und modern sowie funktional. Betten soweit bequem. Wir mögen lieber Federkissen als diese Sythetikwatte. Frühstück durchaus umfangreich. Personal sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem angenehmer Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen

Alles war zur vollen Zufriedenheit, wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt. Top Lage, das Personal war überwiegend sehr freundlich und machte einen gut gelaunten Eindruck. Schönes Zimmer, gemütliches Frühstück bis 11:00 Uhr. Der Spa ist sehr zu empfehlen, Entspannung pur mit Schwimmbad und verschiedenen Saunen.
Es gibt Fahrräder zu mieten und eigene Stromladesäulen für E Autos. Man hat echt an alles gedacht !
