A very pleasant place to stay in a lovely town. Our room had a delightful view of the Ostsee and was most comfortable. I wish it had tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but never mind.
The attached bar - the Rockeria - is a bit like a TGI Fridays, with the same varied levels of service you’d get there! One guy looked like he’d rather we weren’t there, and another - Marco - went way out of his way to make sure we were happy.

Location - waterside, stunning acriss Strelasund and islands, close to waterfront walk and boat trips etc. Short 10 min walk to old city centre with good choice if restaurants, bars and shops.
Room - in the 'Dependance' (annexe) : spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Good sized bathroom with excellent walk-in shower. Brilliant housekeeping team - towels and linens changed frequently - request for extra pillows dealt with immediately.
Reception: Welcoming, efficient and helpful staff.
Bar - great, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, waterside views - very reasonable prices.

Wir hatten ein DZ mit Meerblick. Alles war vorhanden, Bett lag sich angenehm. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir Sturm mit auflandigem Wind, da war der Raum sehr kühl und hat sich nur langsam aufgewärmt. Wir haben ohne weiteres eine Federdecke für die Nacht bekommen.
Der Fitnessbereich wurde 1x genutzt, Geräte waren okay, aber eher einfach (Kettler). Saunabereich nicht genutzt.

Trevligt hotell med fint läge vid hamnen. Dock kan man begära att rummen har AC. Det blev otroligt varmt och kvavt på rummet. Det fanns golvfläkt som hjälpte lite men inte tillräckligt.

Unser Zimmer im 2. OG hatte direkten Blick auf die Ostsee - absolut traumhaft. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Badezimmer (mit Fenster) und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt: Empfang war sehr nett, Extrawünsche wurden sofort umgesetzt (nochmals vielen Dank) und die Sauna ist \"klein aber fein\", also perfekt um nachmittags/abends 2-3 Saunagänge zu machen. Preis/Leistung stimmt definitiv! Bis bald.

Toller Kurzurlaub, wir kommen wieder.
Wir waren für 2 Tage im Hotel Hafenresidenz. Der Empfang war freundlich und schnell konnten wir das Doppelzimmer beziehen. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Ostsee. Das Bad war schön groß und sehr sauber. Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Var lidt uheldige at værelserne med havudsigt var udsolgt.
Værelset lå lige over hoved indgange med der af følgende støj. Samtidig en del mad os fra køkkenet. Ellers er Hafenresidenz et dejligt hotel. Rent, lyst med venligt personale. Centralt beliggende ved havnen med gå afstand til det meste i Stralsund.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Wasser und punktet nur allein dadurch. Es war sauber und wir wurden nett empfangen, was uns gestört hat, war die Vorkasse für das Frühstück und die etwas rüde Bedienung beim Frühstück. Trotzdem: Daumen hoch, das Essen und das Frühstück waren lecker, es war sauber und der Blick aus dem Fenster entschädigte für die beiden Unannehmlichkeiten.

Schönes Hotel, nette Mitarbeiter. Allerdings befinden sich nur zwanzig Parkplätze an der Unterkunft.
Es gibt jedoch 70 Zimmer. Parkplätze am besten vorher reservieren. Diese Info hatten wir nicht bekommen.

Dejligt hotel, flot værelse, rummeligt hyggeligt. Morgenmadsrestauranten meget fin, og en dejlig morgenbuffet. Eneste minus var receptionen ved ankomst. Spurgte til ledig opladeplads, fik at vide, at alt optaget. Så senere at der hele aftenen og natten var en ladeplads ledig. Spurgte om aftenen om jeg måtte bruge den? nej. Næste morgen fik nødtvunget lov til at bruge den. Det var en træls oplevelse. Der burde være mere kundeforståelse i receptionen.

Very nice hotel next to the sea in beautiful Stralsund. Lovely and spacious room with comfortable beds. Generous breakfast with a lot of different things to choose from. We stayed only one night, but we can imagine to come back and use the hotel as a base to discover more of the surroundings.

Abends haben wir 1 Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet, und als wir nachgefragt haben, war die Bedienung richtig frech. Beim Frühstück, waren nicht alle Brötchen frisch. Der Rest vom Frühstück war ausreichend und gut.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude. Kein Blick aufs Meer nur auf ein Griechisches Restaurant. Ab dem Nachmittag bis späten Abend konnte man nicht das Fenster aufmachen, da es nach Fritteuse gerochen hat. Die Freundlichkeit kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich keine 2 Sätze mit dem Personal gesprochen habe. Das Frühstück kann ich auch nicht bewerten halte aber 17€ pro Person für zu viel. Es gibt aber einige Bäckereien wo man für 17 € zu zweit Frühstücken kann.

Eneste minus er - at der ikke er parkeringspladser til alle overnattende gæster. Man skal holde ude i byen - eller i parkeringshus tæt ved. Jeg vil helt sikkert benytte mig af hotellet en anden gang😊

Excellent hotel in Stralsund, near the water. I had a room in the additional building accross the street, which was new, neat and spacious. A good restaurant for breakfast and diner next to the hotel, with excellent views. I would definitely book again!

Trevligt hotell nära allt!
Vi bodde tre nätter på detta trevliga hotell, utmärkt läge med havet och hamnen på ena sidan och gamla stan på den andra sidan hotellet. Stort rymligt rum, även badrummet var rymligt med gott om plats för necessärer m.m. Saknade badtofflor och morgonrock. Vi åt inte frukost på hotellet då det inte ingick i priset och €19/person tyckte vi var lite väl magstarkt! Istället promenerade vi till närmsta bageri precis innanför muren och köpte frukost för ca. 1/4 av kostnaden för hotellfrukosten.
Generellt är vi mycket nöjda och återkommer gärna både till Hotel Hafenresidenz och Stralsund!

Ines Draht, fir Bardame ist der Hit umd die Lage des Hotels direkt am Hafen genial. Trotzdem ist die Altstadt sehr gutzu erreichen. Der Service des Empfangesist freundlich und die des Restaurants neim Frühstück outstanding.

\"Heiße Zimmer\" direkt am Strelasund
Lage direkt am Strelasund und nur wenige Gehminuten zur wunderschönen Altstadt. Dementsprechend zahlreiche Restaurants in fußläufiger Umgebung. Parken in etwa 200 m entfernten öffentlichen Parkhaus für 6 Euro pro Tag. Fitnessraum schwerpunktmäßig Kraftgeräte, nur 1 Laufband. Aber man kann auch direkt vom Hotel aus an der Promenade sehr schön joggen gehen.
Frühstück sehr gut mit Blick auf Strelasund, aber mit 17 Euro auch nicht ganz günstig. Wir hatten ein sehr gepflegtes Zimmer im Haupthaus zur Strassenseite im Dachgeschoss. Es war ausreichend groß, auch wenn man aufpassen musste, sich an den Dachschrägen nicht den Kopf zu stoßen. Das Zimmer war aber bei spätsommerlichem Wetter (tags 25 Grad) sehr warm und das Hotel hat keine Klimaanlage, was wir bei Dachgeschoss-Zimmern in Anbetracht des Übernachtungspreises nicht für zeitgemäß und angemessen halten. Wir haben nur bei offenen Fenster schlafen können, was zumindest bis Mitternacht sehr laut war. Man möchte sich gar nicht vorstellen, wie es im Hochsommer bei über 30 Grad ist. Die Fenster hätten aber auch nicht viel Lärm abgehalten...
