I chose this hotel after reviewing it online, particularly because of the pool area, which looked like a great feature for my three kids who were traveling with me. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations.
Upon arrival, I was required to pay a room deposit that was not disclosed anywhere on the website. That was frustrating, but I moved forward with the stay. We planned to use the pool during our second night, only to find that it was out of service. While the hot tub was still operational, that wasn’t a suitable substitute for young kids who were specifically looking forward to the pool.
Since we were staying for four nights, I decided to address the issue at checkout, hoping for a reasonable resolution. When I spoke with the manager, I was told that I should have mentioned it earlier and could have been refunded and left. That response was disappointing. Suggesting that I should have uprooted my family mid-stay due to a maintenance issue on the hotel’s end is not a reasonable solution.
Beyond the pool, there were several maintenance and quality concerns throughout the room. The bathroom flooring was coming up, and the bathroom door was delaminating and falling apart. The refrigerator did not have a proper freezer, though items would freeze if the temperature was set to maximum. Additionally, the website advertised a continental breakfast that included items like eggs and bacon. However, during our stay, breakfast options were limited.

Overall it served it's purpose. Walking to my room, the hallway reeked of marijuana. The door latch/lock locks but not very well. I didn't feel very safe but I was on there for one night.

Staff were all very friendly and the rooms were clean.Parking was easy and always available. Individual heat/air conditioning units in rooms. However we had a bit of a draft coming in around the window. The pool was out of order, and I feel like the hot tub should have been too. No discounts were even offered for the lack of amenities that were advertised. The pool area and the bathrooms need to be updated/renovated. Hot water was great but the water pressure was terrible.

The room was clean. I got a good nights sleep. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The lady at the front desk went out to her car to get a bottle opener for me. She helped me pick out the best room for sleeping. The pool and hot tub were operational!!! This hotel is older and kind of run down but it's great for a nights sleep.

The bed in Room 201 was at least 3 feet tall. Perhaps you should warn seniors when checking in. We did not ask for a new room because we were already in that one. But for many that bed would be a fall risk. The back stairway leading to 201 only has one hand rail that goes the whole length of the staircase. Perhaps a sturdy railing down the center of the staircase would help. Also, I had already paid for my room on Expedia but discovered I was charged by them and then at the hotel was charged again.

Bed linens weren't good, blankets weren't good. Bed was great though. Breakfast was poor, no bread or eggs. Serving platws were poor quality, pancakes stuck to them and had to be scraped to be consumed. Fruit juices, cereals loaded with sugar. Coffee cups once shut leak as you sip and ruin your shirt

The property was ok, there is no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. The beds in our room were hard for me to get up on, because they were so high. I got a small step stool from my truck to be able to get in the bed. The staff was very friendly.

We really liked this hotel and thought it was good value for the price. The room and the entire hotel seemed very clean, the rooms were spacious and the breakfast was good. The pool and Jacuzzi area was a definite plus. We had a good experience on our way out to Colorado staying here, so we decided to book the same hotel on our way back home.

What we liked! Just off the hwy. After a long day of driving, we were able walk to the restaurant! Los Tres Oros, for a 5star dining experience!
Next went went into the newly renovated salt water pool & hot tub, that made our stay here all the more relaxed & refreshing after a long day!
The breakfast left alot to be desired. Not many options & the pancake machine was broken.

Disappointed with the swimming pool.Pool was dirty water, hair and other debris in the pool. Was just nasty. Kids complained at how dirty the water was and that the bottom had gravel on it.Was very disappointed. They were only in the pool for less than 30 minutes. And they will usually be in a swimming pool for hours and we have to force them to get out. So very disappointed. The table and chairs we had 3 of the chairs were broken.

The room had a damp, musty smell. The curtain did not cover the entire window. We were on the first floor, and at least 8 people used the sidewalk in front of the window. I could see them, so I assume they could see me. There were several flies (alive) in the bathroom when we arrived.

The property is located right off I-70 making it easier to access, the staff was friendly and easy check in experience. The room was clean and comfortable with good AC and pleasant lighting.

I would have liked bit more options for breakfast. The room door and the bathroom door did not lock and close shut. I had to rely on the hook to feel safe.

It was not terrible but when we got there the room air conditioner wasnt turned on and the room was very hot. It also smelled of curry or insense. Overall clean but bathtub stopper didnt work or the shower diverter didnt work well. There were mouse turds along one wall in the bathroom but I never saw a mouse.
