check in was good, the room was clean and comfortable. But the only thing they had for breakfast was cereal, milk, coffee, muffin, bagal, fresh apple, maybe could have made a waffle. No juice of any kind, no eggs or sausage. Also had fox news playing when I arrived and in the breakfast area. I will never ever stay a second time where that is happening.

The room was fine for that price point. The walls were thin, though, and we could hear the people next door and in the hallway. The worst part was the \"breakfast\" -- stale muffins, coffee like sludge, no water, and no food options other than carbs (cereal, muffins, toast).

Smelled marijuana inside the hotel. Loud banging on a neighboring door twice in the early morning hours, a dog barking during the night and the t.v. wasn't connected to cable network. Wish i could give them a lower rate. They also charged me more for a pet fee than they said they wood.

I didn’t have high expectations for a Days Inn off of the interstate, but the property owners took good care of it. The lobby had a nice waterscape feature and everything was clean. The breakfast was ok. I made a waffle one day and took ah apple. I wish there were muffins. The sleeping rooms were fine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable The staff was friendly too.

It was unsafe for any woman traveling. There were multiple men outside drinking and stacking their beer against the wall. We did not even feel safe getting out of the car. I had already checked in (during the day) and returned later to go (at night) into the room but did not due to feeling unsafe. The desk clerk was outside smoking, not dressed profesionally and wasn't even sure she was the desk clerk until the next day when I went there to cancel the stay.and she told me it was her. When I told her what had happened the night before, she stated oh they (the men outside) are just construction workers they are ok. I told her it did not look safe to park (there were few open parking areas and they were in front of these men).I want a refund for the stay that was booked but so far have gotten no where with this.

The hotel is not in a great location and in ffact the direction lead you to nothing. Then we got there and no one was there to help us. Rung the bell and they came after a while. Rooms redone and did a nice job and it was very clean. However the sound proofing is one of the worst I have ever been in. A lot of rude guests that walked up and down the hall speaking in regular outdoor voices all night long. Then there was Breakfast. If that’s what you want to call it. No milk no yogurt no tea bags of any kind. Juice machine was broken and they had an almost empty bottle of Sunny d. Did have waffles which was the only positive thing about it. When I told the front desk clerk she was extremely rude and said it wasn’t her fault. She was not in charge of that. By the way it was 9 and there was no one around during the entire breakfast time. Had a box for you to put your keys in. I already had my receipt which I got way before I checked in. So I really didn’t need to be checked out but I certainly did not need the attitude I was given. I don’t say this lightly but she needs to be replaced. Needless to say we will not be back or ever recommending your location.

Only able to access one end of the building. Breakfast was absolute minimal, but had a waffle maker, coffee was about the worst, Breaker tripped in that area in the morning. Night guy's TV watching could be heard throughout the night at least halfway down the hall. It was a toss up between this and those on the other side of the street. I will go with one of them next time. Not at all impressed but you get what you pay for.

We needed a place to rest approximately half way back from vacation and this looked to be ok online so I booked it for 1 night.
Check in was quick and easy, guy friendly enough. The room was well equipped if you need a microwave and fridge. It was clean, bed was comfortable. Pillows weren't the best. Water was hot.
Didn't expect a Drury experience for breakfast and it wasn't. The waffle maker worked and that made me happy enough.
For the price you can't go wrong if you just need basic place to sleep. It's right off of i70..

We were traveling to Colorado and stopped to stay there. They did not have a roll out bed to accommodate us. We ended up losing $120.00 due to the cleanliness and finding spiders in the room. Wanted a refund but would not give it to us. Don’t recommend.

Everything was pretty nice. I was so glad we were able to check in even though it was 3:00 am. The only thing that I was misinformed about was the times for breakfast. The front desk clerk said breakfast was 6:00 to 10:00 so I set my alarm to 9 and thought I would be able to get a little bit of breakfast before I checked out but mom thru Fri I’d 6-9 😏. Staff did a great job checking us in no elevator shower curtain was disgusting room stunk with like a chemical smell. Air conditioner was off when we showed up room took hour and a half to cool down. Ice machine was empty. Couldn’t get any ice due to people filling coolers probably won’t revisit. Sorry about your luck.

This property is rundown and disgusting. Not clean at all. The \"breakfast\" was limited choice and sub-par at best. The \"coffee\" came out thick and I didnt drink it because it looked disgusting. There were little particles in the apple juice. I would NEVER book here again. The only positive was the staff was nice.

Lesson Learned: Call Ahead

It was very disappointing. The hotel is not as advertised. The pool and hot tub were permanently closed. However, the online listings say they are open. That was the reason we chose to stay there. Our beds were not comfortable, the linens had an odor to them; like stale sweaty bedhead. There was dirt in the corners of the floor and the sink had an odor and the drain was rusty. One thing they do have is a hair dryer, which was great, however, it is not listed on the hotel listing so we all packed ours.

Chose this property at the last minute due to another hotel overbooked. The side “park” area for taking your pets was full of debris. My dog hurt its paw on something. There were no bags in the dispenser. I reported the unsafe debris yo the fro t desk. They did not seem interested.

Room was extremely clean, staff went above and beyond[ [ brought me ice from upstairs when lower floor machine was not working without my asking] very friendly, breakfast area was immaculate and well stocked.....everything in my room worked. I HIGHLY recommend

You can tell this family owned hotel has come a long way. The room was great. The hotel was fine the area it’s located in which is a little rough, but you’re well lit. My only concern was the amount of ice outside the front door . I said something about it when I checked in and at least salt should’ve been put down the next morning when we went out our older dog practically did the splits on the ice. It’s a real concern to me.

Lobby was very clean. Took a bit for someone to come the front desk to check us in. Room was clean had some updates, bathroom had no updates and no toilet paper. We booked this room in hopes of swimming that evening and enjoying the hot tub. When we went to go see the swimming accommodations we were informed that the pool was closed permanently yet the sign on the door said temporarily. Manager also stated that the pool and hot tub were closed on the website, I double checked and did not see anything about the pool or hot tub being closed.

Checked in on a cold, Saturday afternoon, front desk help took 10 minutes to come to the office to check us in. I rang the service bell once, a gal who I assume was the front desk help's wife came down the stairs carrying some towels, she also rang it. Fair enough. Checked into room, all good. Room has a bathtub, but no plug to hold in water. Again, fair enough. Night came, there is a Popeye's across the street. Went to Popeye's, brought dinner back to room, ate dinner and walked all throughout the halls of the property looking for a trashcan to dump my trash from dinner, couldn't find a trashcan. So, I walked my trash to the end of upstairs hall to a door, which I assumed was the housekeepers room where the cleaning carts are stored, and left it in front of that door. About 10 minutes later, the gentleman who checked me in earlier that day knocks on my door, holding that bag of trash. Tells me I should have dumped it in the trash, I said I looked for a trash can, he says if there was a question about where it's located, I could have called the front desk. Anyway, i'm not sure if this guy is the owner or just an employee of the place, but when he comes to your door at 9pm holding a back of trash, complaining about it, one tends to fire back. I did. Long story short, he asked us to leave in 5 minutes or he was calling the cops. Told us he'd give us a full refund. A month later, still no refund. Corporate told me i'd hear back in a week, it's been 3. Seems like it's his scam.
