This hotel was a hidden gem, I assumed with the price I had paid this would be a decent 3 star at best however I stand corrected. Hotel and the gardeners have done a fantastic job with the gardens and landscaping. The buildings are lovely and ornate with the reception area having a very opulent vibe. Food was of good quality and the staff are so wonderful. I enjoyed how they care for the local animals.

The staff is what makes this hotel. They are so friendly and accommodating. The restaurants are great and so are the cocktails. I would recommend the sushi restaurant and the evening shows. They have a live band that plays and were good.

There are a few animals which you will see when you stay there (cats, dogs, turtles and hedgehogs).

We hired a car at the airport and the location of the hotel could not be better for sightseeing. You are roughly 30 minutes from the airport and within 30 minutes from the main attractions. You are walking distance from the main beach and market.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back.

Our first stay in Antalya, meeting with friends who had used the hotel on a number of occasions, previously.

Very impressed with the plush decor, the comfort, great choice of food in the main dining area & also the a la carte restaurant.

The bedroom was spacious & comfortable on the 9th floor. We had spectacular views of the sea, the mountains & the Duden waterfall. Our room was serviced daily, the towels & toiletries replaced & the complimentary mini-bar restocked with bottled water & soft drinks.

All the staff were very friendly, many speaking English & also patient when I tried a few words & phrases in Turkish.

It was apparent that quite a few of the younger members of staff were new to the hotel & undergoing training, which left some aspects of service a little lacking, but overall we have no complaints.

Arriving in the last week of February, it was quiet, which suited us, but meant that quite a few areas of the hotel were closed for pre-season work. Plenty of space & amenities on site, with a small private beach.

Just as we left (3rd March) the outside coffee & beach bars were opening up. Something to bear in mind for future visits.

There are bus stops near to the hotel with regular services into Antalya. Bus travel is cheap (28 TKL each way) & easy to buy a pass & top it up. The hotel provides details of the buses to catch).

There are shops, pharmacy, restaurants, beach bars & a sand sculpture museum close to the hotel.

Very little not to like. We will return!

My stay at Club Hotel Sera was like staying in a palace. I stayed there for 4 nights and it had a regal ambience right from the lobby to the guest rooms. I loved the decor and layout of the hotel. Hotel staff were super attentive and dedicated to guest needs, always smiling, saying hello and finding ways to help. I give the staff an A all around, from the front desk, to the bartenders, waiters and housekeeping. My room was clean and the food selection throughout the hotel was excellent. I arrived late in the evening and I like that I had the option to eat at the Soup hall that night because I was quite famished on arrival. I will stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Antalya.

Friendly all inclusive with good quality buffet

Friendly and helpful staff and a good variety of fresh food at the buffets were the highlight of this hotel. The 4 optional a la carte restaurants we were offered were worth a visit, although we found the Mexican and Italian were poor; the Sushi and Mongolian restaurants were very enjoyable. We also enjoyed the variety of pools and locations to relax around the hotel make it ideal for couples. Also has a great view of the arriving and departing aircraft from the nearby airport :)

Nothing special to be honest. Food is very mediocre, especially at the ala carte restaurant. Pool and jacuzzi was cold the whole time. Also boring. They had karaoke one evening, i wish they had more fun things to do, at least once a day. Room was nice, but no one came to clean it within my 5 night stay

Great value resort for the price. Contrary to other reviews, the WiFi worked great everywhere on the grounds, the beds were clean, the food tasted great and had lots of variety. The resort does show it's age at times but that is reflected in the price. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Antalya.

Wir haben ein Zimmer für eine Woche gebucht, und wir haben echt jeden Tag davon genossen. Im ersten Blick sieht man eine sehr große und schöne Lobby mit ganz schicken Möbeln. Das Zimmer selbst war auch groß und hell, mit einem wunderschönen Sea-View.

Das Hotel verfügt über einen riesigen wunderschönen Garten, mehrere Pools, einen privaten Strand, mehrere Bars und Cafés usw.

Man könnte behaupten, alle Mitarbeiter dieses Hotels sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gäste fühlen sich dort sicher voll respektiert und perfekt behandelt.

Wir bedanken uns vielmals bei der Managerin von \"Gust Relationa\" Frau Sana Doalti. Sie liebt ihren Job, verhält total professionell und ist super freundlich.

Wir bedanken uns ebenfalls bei den anderen Mitarbeitern, wie Negin, Ayse. Bugra, Onur, Bülent, Esra, Gülsum, Bathuan und Cekin. Dankeschön für alles :)

Wir würden auf jeden Fall dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

This hotel is a nightmare! Stay away! They have a roach infestation roaches crawling all around food, rooms, luggage, furniture and your body when asleep. We paid for all inclusive and didn’t eat a thing in the hotel. We didn’t sleep nor did we enjoy it. It was the worse experience I have ever had in all countries I’ve traveled in the world. When issue was brought up to hotel management they said their not surprised from roaches employees are demotivated and simply don’t care. They have been reported to official departments with photos and videos.

Hotel was excellent in regards to facilities and food. Huge selection of food, tasty. However the service from staff was very unwelcoming and poor and lets the hotel down. Staff seemed rude and unfriendly and we felt this was more so towards south asian individuals. The young male at the reception Mert was the only friendly staff member along with the waiters. Hotel is dusty and could do with a renovation, looks old and outdated. Bed bugs in the bed, woke up with severe bites and itching, we had to change rooms due to this. Very poor standards from a 5 star hotel. Overall the service from staff and the uncleanliness was disappointing and we will not be returning on this basis.

All inclusive stay. Mongolian and sushi restaurants were open and included in all inclusive price. They had another ala carte with pizza and pasta.

They also had a few places to eat lunch. Buffets were decent selection. Also had a few bars scattered around the property. Drinks selection in all inclusive was good.

Rooms were a really good size but dated. Three pools and beach. Plenty of sun protection on beach. They had concerts and shows in the evening for entertainment.

Wifi was terrible throughout the hotel. Staff barely spoke English.

All in all was a good relaxing stay.

We particularly liked the yoga classes with a wonderful coach Ignor and evening parties with Krasavchik and co. The amenities advertised were nice, but the entertainment floor was closed our entire stay, as well as the Mexican restaurant, which I was looking forward to. However the charisma and cheering smile of Yasemin in the Lobby made my trips through very neat! The beach, salon and spa were well worth the stay. Thanks

Great location - close to the city and the airport (no disturbance from the passing planes though), friendly staff (although looking tired sometimes - probably due to huge number of multi-national and multi-cultural visitors), amazing decor (reminiscent of 90-s and sometimes dated but striking nonetheless), excellent food options including two a-la-carte restaurants (breakfast choices could be less diverse but more refined though), fantastic sea and beach (beware that sun umbrellas can be in short supply so better get up early to secure one), great entertainment and great after-sea facilities (shame that the indoor swimming pool was empty and that the spa centre closing at 7pm). Without being too picky, overall - excellent value for money. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend to everyone!

Nice, but dated hotel, efficient check-in. Problem with the rooms electrics which where sorted in a few minutes, air conditioning wasn’t working in the hotel which made it quite uncomfortable unless you left balcony door open. The pool area and the decked areas are amazing and the staff are friendly.

Very dissatisfied as no where on Hotels.com or on its Website did it say that only a 1/8 that of facilities were open. All hotels I’ve stayed at all over the world tell clients what is open & not open. The food in the self service restaurant was dreadful except of course if you wanted to live on salads. It started to work m prove a bit in second week but still was not 5 star food. The bedding in the very plush looking bedroom was dreadful. The quilt was far too small and did not stretch full over ver large bed. We had 3 pillows that were what I would use or expect in a hostel. I asked twice for better pillows & none turned up. I know it can be better as we stayed there last Autumn & everything was open. We obviously did not pay high season rates, but if I had known most of the facilities were closed I would not have booked there. Happy to have payed happy high season rates in a similar hotel. Staff were great mostly. But won’t be back. Very disappointed.

Is not 5 star expectation. they don't give room on main building, my room was on the small one

- cleaning room is horrible (for a couple male and wife, you live me just 1 small bottle of shower? if i do 3 times shower? )i was and buy my self shower gel and shampoo
- i love animals, but is not acceptable to see dogs an cat on lounge
- If you pay wi-fi is only for 1 device 7.72 GBP for 3 days(i have laptop and phone)
- on breakfast and lunch time ATTELIA POOL SNACK to many cats and Dog, is 5 star hotel, all people leave food on floor
-if don't pay tips to free bars they don't give attentions, or give you on small glasses . if you give something guys from bars, give you on big glasses
- on dinner need they put 2 tables for 6 people with 4 glasses
- pm dinner need go exactly when open to find a table if not they don't have time to clean.
- The animation Team is to annoying , if you speak with one, is come another to to tell the same things 4-5 times.I'm on holiday,relaxing, not to came to every time to activity.

Terrible: Nightmare check-in experience

Context: I don't speak Russian or Turkish and have been in Turkey many times.

We had the worst check-in process I ever experienced. I had to make a long-distance call to US Expedia. The reception refused to check-in my family as the reservation only had my name (First time having this issue in Turkey or anywhere). I asked them to call Expedia, so I can do what they want, and the response was we can't and I should just come back to the counter after I fixed the issue.

Before finding out about the naming issue, We asked them to give us rooms on the same floor and they accepted. However after the issue was resolved, those rooms were not available anymore. I wonder if they just assumed we will give up on our non-refundable hotel or we forget that they said there are rooms on the same floor.
The next day we tried to make a reservation at one of the restaurants in the hotel, and we had to talk to TWO different people on the phone, and then go to the concierge the next morning to finalize the reservation. Another occasion, we were simply told to come back the next day, because we did not speak Russian or Turkish.

The food was good, but the fruits were so bad, that I do believe they pay extra to get bad fruits!

Staff very friendly. We were allowed late checkout at 2 pm.
Now to the negatives: it seemed no Covid19. Even in elevators people are not wearing masks. Hotel does not seem to be in compliance with Turkey’s safe tourism policy.
Hotel seemed to try to save money. It has many beautiful food outlets spread out all over. However, all of them except the main buffet restaurant were closed. Given we were told there were 500 guests that seemed inappropriate. My interpretation - hote is trying to maximize profit rather than guest satisfaction.

We was staying about 2 weeks in Club Hotel Sera.... and Absolutely all staff very helpful and professional. Specially Busra, Gokcen and Mr Erdil( he was make very delicious Lahmacun) thanks to all again.
Because of COVID-19; unfortunately Entertainment it was limited. But we was still had good time there.
Only problem is; I didn’t like Room service... Lady was doing very basics cleaning. Could be much better...!
We had very good welcoming from costumer relationship( we had 2 times some gifts and Turkish Delight + Fruits +Nuts)!
I would like to say again thank you very much for everything....! I will recommend to everyone....!

COVID concerns!

This is an ok hotel, very ornate and somewhat dated. Bedroom was spacious and clean, though the bed has seen better days and the pillows should be destroyed and replaced.
However, in these Covid days I was extremely disappointed and worried with the lack of Management control in this hotel. I live in Turkey which currently has extremely high infection rates and i was horrified to see guests being allowed to wonder freely without masks and not being ordered to mask up in public areas. Yes there are signs and sanitiser everywhere and Management and staff were all masked up but nobody ordered guests to mask up. It was difficult to get a lift as guests entered without masks making entering a risk, even though I was always wearing my mask.
The restaurant was by far the worst. There was always a Manager at the entrance but guests were allowed to enter without a mask. No gloves were provided for handling china and utensils. Food is displayed without any protection and no screens. Basically this hotel is a Covid hot spot waiting to happen.
I have stayed in a few hotels in the past couple months and was happy to see the controls being forced onto guests but not in this hotel.
I imagine this hotel will claim it's the guests responsibility to follow the rules but actually it is theirs to protect their guests from this dreadful virus.
I won't be going back even when this pandemic is over!

WORST SERVICE EVER. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU'RE FROM THE UK. They forgot to give me my passport when we moved to a much better hotel for a better price even. When I called them they said it was my problem. They were not supposed to hold my passport in the first place and they admitted initially that it was their fault they forget to give it back to me when they scanned it. When I got to the new hotel I asked for them to send me my passport they said it was my problem and that I had to sort it out. I asked them to send a taxi to my new hotel but they refused to do so initially eventually after a lot of arguing they said they will send it. 5 hours later still no passport and when I called them they said they have sent it via cargo which takes 3-4 days as this was on a Friday. I am leaving Antalya on Monday. Meaning I would miss my flight. They said sorry and there’s nothing they can do. Who in their right mind would come up with a stupid suggestion as the other hotel is only 30 mins away. They have acknowledged my unhappiness, not compensated me anything nor have they given me any other solution. I originally booked this hotel for 2 days but I was here for business and extended it for a couple more days and also had some guests come over from the UK. I had 3 rooms with them. The service I received was appalling. They love their Russians but haven’t got any desire to help us. Disgusting

Great hotel and a nice experience, a very good place for a vacation. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was quite firm. Housekeeping left everything in good order. Checkout was easy. Many thanks to the hotel staff for changing our room, especially thanks to Olga and Maria. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall experience was terrible starting from the checkin until checkout. Extremely rude staff, don’t know how to speak with guests nicely and offer good customer service (isn’t that their job?). Ordering one extra bedsheet took 7 calls and over 3 hours (was told to wait 5 mins everytime). This resort is for people that don’t care about rooms/service/crowd/quality and are on a budget. Hotel managers were all extremely rude and staff doesn’t speak or understand even basic English.

The only decent thing was the food, everything else was terrible. WILL NOT RECOMMMED THIS TO ANYONE!!

Spa and pools were great. Staff was absolutely awful and complete lack of advertised amenities and restaurants. Are the sushi restaurant and got food poisoning. I was overcharged for services at check out, the manger then said he would correct and adjust and ended up still overcharging me after I asked him directly if it was corrected. This place is a nightmare. The spa and their staff are wonderful, pools and overall site are very nice. Worst customer service experience of my life with the general staff

Who gave 5* to this hotel? Only the pool is nice. It seems like the time has stopped in this hotel. The food, the beverage is so so terrible that I think I could need to wash my stomach after a couple more nights there. Terrible!

Loved the decor and lighting throughout- beautiful chandeliers.
The staff were helpful,cheerful and hard working.
The outside area is magnificent with many plants in huge terracotta pots.A multitude of good standard sunbeds placed in various very clean,interesting and well maintained areas.
The choice and standard of food and drink was excellent.

Good winter value.

Room, bathroom public areas, staff, food and facilities were all very good.

WiFi charges take some of the shine of our stay.
Indoor pool was too cold and this was disappointing.

Excellent stay!

Lots of choice of high quality food and drink across numerous restaurants and pool bars. Pools and beach area are excellent and kept spotlessly clean and lots of sunbeds available. Gets busy at times in certain areas but overall an excellent place.

Absolutely worst hotel we have ever stayed in! Service was unlike any we have experienced. The food was also bad. Do not stay here. They are only used to dealing with all inclusive Russian tourists and the staff is so rude. We spend a lot of time in Turkey (mostly Istanbul) and we know what hospitality is like in Turkey. This hotel did not have it. This place was a nightmare! You couldn’t pay me to stay at this hotel.

it was really bad experience.

it was bad experience with a service and the respond to our request for example we book tow room as a family they give as tow different room in a toe different building but the next day after after we my daughter wicked up in a morning with a bunsh of ants all over the cloth and an all the room . we request the room service to come and clean the room from the ants no one show up we spoke with the hotel manager ( her name Christina ) she told us this is normal and sh will ask the room service to clean the ants from the room , bu 2 more hour no one show up
after huge argument with the manager she moved my daughter room to our building .
I chose this hotel because i visit it in 2016 it was very good but now it was really bad experience.
