Room was great, very friendly staff and food was nice. I used the spa and gym - both excellent. No milk at breakfast on my last day which was disappointing. The hotel is lovely, but it is 20-25 mins in taxi to the old
Town and there is nothing nearby. That's the only thing that would maybe put me off staying again. Very close to airport. Woukd definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic place all the worker was friendly in restaurant. Breakfast was amazing. They look after us very well. They ask all the time if he wants toast omelette and every day they smiling welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel reception also friendly we will definitely back there this summer, thank you so much.

On arrival very impressed a real eye turner. I had a Junior Suite with Jacuzzi which was great. Refreshments in room should have been replaced daily which never happened even asking one day 4 times!. TV in bedroom not working which was fixed next day. Issue is not one English Channel and Netflix does not work in the bedroom only in the sitting room area. Staff are not bothered about doing anything apart from talking to each other and smoking outside. Restaurant for breakfast was OK but eating a meal in the evening was poor quality and overpriced but you are limited to this restaurant if you do not want to use a car or taxi!.
Area of the hotel is in the middle of no where and you can not walk anywhere locally. We were lucky as I had a car but taxis were used a lot by others.
I would not recommend this Hotel due to the Area & service by the staff which is a shame as the hotel aesthetically deserves better!
Do not just look at the hotel photos as they are impressive which the hotel is but you need to look further into this prior to booking.

We suffered a lot of issues I have already reiterated and made complaints about however the hotel in it self is nice the shower head was broken and fell on my dads head when he turned on the water none of the scales had batteries in couldn’t have breakfast on the last day due to a massive acid leak was chucked out without our belonging had to force our way in there was ups and downs but overall the check out situation today ruined every nice thought we had about the hotel also the hotel restaurant awful food service and extautionate for the quality

Staff are very friendly and most speak English. the hotel is very clean, and the cleaners were very respectful. the breakfast could use more variety as it was the same food everyday. The rooms and general facilities are excellent. If you’re looking for a place that’s quiet and just for relaxing this is the place for you with a 10 minute free shuttle ride to Lara beach, however food options are quite limited unless you get a cab/bus out of the area. If you enjoy going out everyday and shopping I wouldn’t recommend as it is a little far from most places.

The place was beautiful and staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we walked into the place until we checked out.
The service we received was excellent and the rooms were very spacious and beautifully done.
The pool area was a hit with my children and evening time was very nice to chill around the pool as well.

Great hotel, high tech rooms, extremely clean, staff was attentive. Parking was good but could be better. The pool was beautiful and didn't burn the eyes at all. The only downside is it is 25 min from all the good spots. The location sits on seems secluded and not very convenient. Luckily we had a car but still.
Warning: do not buy from the market across the street. He tried ripping me off but I caught him doubling the price because I am a tourist. He is pushy to get you to buy food. DO NOT BUY from them...you have been warned.

Pros: The front desk staff was very helpful and the pool was beautiful. It’s close to the airport. The rooms are spacious. Cons: The massage therapist was trying to force us to get massages, made comments like we should get our rich dads to pay for it (we came here due to an Expedia mistake and we are definitely not rich), and he tried to massage my shoulders without consent and I had to move to stop it. This made us quite uncomfortable and we had to avoid that area of the hotel.
So, overall, the hotel itself is lovely, the area feels safe and the rooms feel secure, but if you are a solo female traveler I would advise against going here or at least stay far away from the massage area!

They do not understand English and I didn’t complete my state due to excessive cab fees of 20-25 euros to drop me from my hotel to our even which is 5mins drive. First day they put me in the basement then I complained about th heat and the moved me and then they never gave me the queen bed I requested for initial not do they even have it. They do not accept their currency but all of them including cabs prefer euro and dollars

A place to go and enjoy

A bit of gold this hotel, fantastic place.
Can't fault it from day one, beautiful.
The staff cannot do enough for you and always greeting you with a smile.
Recommend anyone to try it out.
They have private cars to take you out and about.
There is full turkish spa and you are treated like royalty.

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff, the jacuzzis need some maintenance, the plug wouldn’t come out to empty so they kept having to send a handyman then for the last 2 days the plug wouldn’t sit flush so I didn’t have use of the jacuzzi for the last 2 days which was disappointing.
Food was really good, hotel on the whole clean and looked after. A little outside of everything but there is a convenience shop opposite the main entrance

This is a beautiful property pictures are real. Breakfast is very basic but the room service food is great. The location is the only downstairs the hotel is far from local spots you would need to travel to and also the closet beach is around 30min away so the taxi fare won’t be so cheap. Overall the hotel is lovely and had a good experience there.

Ever dreamt of your worst nightmare, well the worst is yet to come at Elysium Green Suites. The first day was abysmal more like a ghost town than a resort. Me and my friends were visiting Antalya for the first time. As we arrived at the hotel we were stunned, the area around the hotel was horrific to say the least. Calling this place a resort is a joke, I could go on but i’m not going to waste any more time. The staff are very mediocre, not being far from bipolar. The 6 nights we stayed at Elysium Green Suites, our hotel room was not cleaned once which then led to us having to ask for towels which we then received after an hour at least making us late for activities we had book during the day. The pool and what they call a hot tub were pretty much the same temperature very chilly and sunbathing was more of a chore than a pleasure. The breakfast was left untouched as the crickets lurking around the property looked more appetising. If you are not majorly botherd by the cleanliness of your room and want a cheap place to lay down, like to stay in the hotel all day and night and sunbathe by the pool this is the place for you. However if you are more the adventurous type, care about cleanliness, like to eat out and explore then please do not stay here.

The hotel is located almost directly under the flight path for planes taking off from Antalya airport. The planes leave all night making it very noisy. Also, there is often a disco operating in the area which is VERY loud until midnight!

We only booked this hotel for 4 hours so we were able to shower before our return flight as our hotel was unable to offer late checkout on our day of departure. Definitely not a 5 Star hotel more like a 2 star, hotel room was filthy, AC didn’t work but allowed us to shower and relax for an hour definitely wouldn’t recommend if your looking for an overnight stay.

First all we had notified the hotel that my mum was gluten free and nothing a part of the usual breakfast has been available to her. Then my mum did a surgery and I asked if she could have a smoothie from the fruits available on the fruit section and they charged me €5 for that. My point is not the money, but the kindness towards a person with disability and vulnerability. Also, the only access to the hotel is a ramp that is very stiff for anyone with restricted mobility.

We had a brief overnight stay before our flight departing Antalya. The room was spacious and clean. It had a small kitchenette (we didn't use) making it perfect for a longer stay in the area. There was a nice breakfast spread in the morning. The staff got us a taxi to the airport in the morning and was helpful with the few requests we had.

This hotel is beautiful but that is all it has to offer. I called 3 times for towels and referenced that I had dinner reservations and no one ever came. I also tried to call for room service and they kept hanging up on me because of the lack of understanding English. I had to go to the front desk to order and I went there 3 times as well. The first time to complain , the second time to complain again(the front dest then proceeded to place the order for me), the third time after 1 hour of waiting for the food. The location is isolated. There is absolutely nothing close by in walking distance. I will definitely not return or recommend this hotel especially if you are American and on speak English.

Disappointingly Inconsistent

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing for the price of the stay. The Junior Suite with a jetted bath had grime stains but thankfully did not smell when first turned on like some. However, a clump of hair did come out of the filter when we first filled it! The amenity bottles were also oily from being refilled but not cleaned properly.

Room service was fast but not particularly good. The ‘Elysium Chefs Special’ which boasted its presentation, sauce and used the word ‘feast’ was terrible. Overcooked meat, tiny portion of rice, some broccoli and what we think was a huge bowl of BBQ sauce (more sauce than rice!). It’s also worth noting that the prices on the bills when the food was delivered differed from the menu in the room. A burger (which was nice) was €7 in the menu but €15 on the receipt.

Other reviews stated issues with the beach shuttle which we echo. 2 days we went to the beach but the return bus never came. The 2nd day staff told us there were no more shuttles even though there should’ve been another 2 that day. We had to pay for our own taxis back both times and the staff didn’t seem to care when mentioning it on arrival.

The hotel taxis were much better than the regular ones. Clean with aircon and same price as yellow taxis.

Spa staff were friendly and it was a nice experience but our session was cut short. Paid for the 2-hour package but as there were no clocks didn’t realise when getting back to the room that it lasted only about 1hr45m.

Amazing establishment just a one off bad experien

We booked for a 6 day stay but ended up only staying 1 night. The hotel, staff and food were amazing. Really well presented and professional establishment. However upon check in our room was very unclean, it had hair everywhere and the toilet was very bad like someone had used it. After complaining we were upgraded however the upgrade was the same story. We asked for a refund and were told we will have to stay the night until the manager comes. The staff were very professional and handled our situation amazingly. They even offered further upgrades and even free dinner ( food was amazing btw). But to us hygiene was just a priority and I am more than certain you will have an amazing time here just feel like this was a one off situation. I would recommend the place for a nice relax stay. However not much in the area to explore very isolated.

I had the jacuzzi room, this had a smell to it when switch on, and dirty water came out the jets so never used this, I was only give I clean towel every day and I stay there with my partner so had to asked every day for a other towel, the bed sheets where not changed I was there for 13 nights, this was my second time here but don’t think I will return.

The actual hotel is very nice. The surroundings are a let down. It’s in the middle of nowhere and you have to get a taxi everywhere. 200tl
Cleaners use the same cloth to clean the whole room, inside and outside. They use a floor duster to sweep, no broom and do not mop. Constantly having to ask for toiletries, toilet paper and fresh water each day and it took either a few hours or till the next day to get them.
Breaocould be better. Had the basics. Fried eggs sitting on hot plates drying out. 10 different type of olives which they could give something else instead.
Mouldy strawberries, over ripe bananas and wilted herbs. Same fruit each day just topped up.
Spa lady jump out at you constantly trying to sell treatments. It would also help if they all understood a bit more English. Very difficult to communicate.

This hotel is great valud for money. Very spacious and comfortable. Rooms are well laid out with living room that is comfortably and adequstely furnished. A hood restaurant is located in the basement that setves a variety of international dishes. Only con is its location, nothing in terms of shops, restaurants within walking distance.

Overall my stay with Elysium was a positive experience but I wouldn't recommend if you are wanting to explore and do tourist activities. Find a hotel that is in the city and has shops and activities to do that are near by.

Cons:

Theres no tourist activities to do that are near by, everything requires a bus/car journey. Nothing to do within walking distance. The beach is about a 10 minutes drive.

Has a Gym
Large pool
Close to the airport

So where do i start. Basically my price through hotel.com was roughly £320. Whilst traveling i had a fee of £90.95. Taken from my card then had to pay the full balance once i arrived., so ended up payning over £400. The hotel are deneying taking the money,but its on my statement. Wo t refund me. I gave my details when resrving the room to hotel.com. so i think they need to take responsibility aswell. I feel robbed. The hotel Basically have ripped me off, or hotels.com has. Ive spoken to hotel.com. they keep mentioning a cancellation fee. I didnt cancel i stayed there. The staff at the hotel are rude. Your meant to get water in your room each day. You dont or a less you ask for it. You order a drink. It turns up about an hour later. Most of the people there felt the hotel takes advantage of people, by overcharging. Worst place ive stayed. Shame as the hotel is very nice food is good. I paind my bill when i left for my two meals and 4 gins and a water have the receipt. Im now getting weird invoices from hotel. Im reporting who ever is responsible to my credit card company as fraud.

Generally it’s a very good hotel, only the location is not great and the prices for drinks and food. One jäger bomb was 8.5 euro 😂. The bathtub was a bit smelly as well. Overall it was ok, but you can find something better for this price.

Best Stay Ever!!!!!

The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at, cant believe the service was available 24/7, whenever I needed something they were always so nice in helping. Had a lot of facilities such as the spa and the gym, which was the best part of it including the pool. Definitely coming here to stay the next time I come to Turkey again for sure. 100% recommend this place for families, couples or even friends. The shisha bar at the back was my highlight for sure. They also have their own private beach where they can take you there and back for free with their own luxury bus. 5 stars from me!

The hotel is like a diamond in a sewer. Beautiful newly built blocks with a luxury feel built in the middle of a desolate housing estate on the side of the highway which often stinks like a landfill. There’s ample parking and the staff are friendly though. They will hard-sell you the spa, literally non-stop try to sell you treatments at silly prices. Unfortunately, all prices are aimed at tourists in sense that it should be cheaper but you’re a tourist and you will pay more. The spa is quite decent. The pool is very nice. Rooms are finished nicely but more attention needs to be paid to maintenance. My room had various malfunctioning bulbs and a severely clogged shower head which I had to unclog myself. Power cuts were continuous almost every morning. Breakfast is utterly shocking, literally nothing you would want to eat. Coffee tasted like it was spilled in a carpet then squeezed into the pot. Dinner menu is rubbish as well, don’t bother. Room service menu is actually better than the dining in the restaurant but this comes at a cost and when you order you can guarantee they’ll get it wrong. All cocktails are horrible as well. Shisha costs €25 which is daylight robbery. Wi-Fi is so slow you will throw your device out of the window in frustration. Air conditioning blows at the coldest setting no matter what temperature you put it on. Each room has about 94 light switches for each every lighting feature. This is actually a gorgeous hotel let down by all of the above.

this hotel is very beautiful and luxuriously decorated. the rooms have aircon, room service, towels, toiletries and are very spacious. the staff are very friendly & always eager to please or compensate you if you face a problem whether personal or hotel related. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely return.

This is a lovely hotel, very clean and luxurious.

The staff are very friendly and helpful although there is a language barrier at times.

Room service is 24/7 but can take a while for your food to come, especially when it is busy.

Location is not great but taxi's are cheap. There is a shuttle to the beach, where is there is private section for the hotel. This was very nice.

Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel. Spacious and nicely decorated rooms. The only problem is the area around the hotel (nothing to do). Recommend to stay 1-2 nights when you need good rest between flights.

A few bad apples

Nice apartments but not able to self cater regardless of so called kitchen area. Kitchen had ni pots cutlery or even a plate. Airconditioning left a lot to be desired, it was very ineffective at either warming or cooling the room. Most of the staff were very nice but a few of the reception staff were totally useless and some seemed deliberately obstructive. On one ocassion I was given in a huury and was give 25% less when charging money that was put into their own pocket. Bill at end if visit was requsted to be made up 15mins prior to leaving so as not to delay my departure and nothing was done. All prices were in Euros yet no print out of final bill was available yet an amount in Turkish lor which I had to quickly pay because I was by then running late. I was left with a very bad feeling and will be looking for another hotel for my next trip to Turkey.

The interior of the hotel is beautiful. The bed was very soft and comfortable and the food wasn’t too bad either. However, the breakfast options aren’t great, the location and surrounding view was an eyesore. Some staff aren’t friendly and do not engage with you in a friendly/welcoming way. There was a very foul smell of sewage coming from the bathroom anytime the fan was on. The wifi is poor and there isn’t anything to do at the hotel

Great place to stay while in Antalya Turkey.

The place was amazing, suites are clean and furnished. Bed very comfortable and the staff went out of there way to make everything great. They will pick up up from the airport for a small amount.

The hotel is very well designed and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly, the restaurant serves mainly delicious food but is not always perfect.
