The hotel is huge, no enough navigation & event program to guide the clients. In addidin to that, I had always waited at least min 15 min for food & drinks, sevice was not sufficent!!

We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were in good condition. The beds hard not too comfy. The room clean but no Kleenex boxes were available in the rooms and when we asked the cleaning lady she said they don’t provide any. The beach was nice and the pools were nice. The food buffet was great. Lots of options and I loved that it was NOT self serve. It’s cleaner to have someone pour the food for you and the glass wall helps keep peoples germs out. The food and ice cream at the food corners by the pool were good too.

I have stayed in Miracle Resort for 3 nights. The hotel's facilities is very good. The swimming pools are great as well as beach is beautiful for those who like deep beaches.
As well as the variety of snacks and bars are excellent.
The Air conditioning is bad in the hotel lobby, corridors and rooms.
The rooms are below average. it's quite big and the view is perfect but the bid is not so comfortable and Air-conditioning is bad.
The restaurant during breakfast and dinner was bit messy as the food counters are not organized in terms of locations and some of them outside and others inside. But the food were delicious and variety of selections are excellent.
I have requested late checkout for 3 hours which usually I get free of charge in many places but I have been charged for 3 hours but for me it wasn't a big deal.
As conclusion, we have enjoyed our stay specially with swimming pool, beach and food. But the room was below average.

Untruthful , especially manager , i forgot her name , but she has yellow hair .

because she told us that the certification for negative result is acceptable by jordanian goverment ,

but unfortinatly when we arrive to antalya airport at the time of departure, the airport employee reject the test certificate

and we make another one inside airport at the right time .

And if it wasn't for God , we would have lost our tickets.

SO i hope to their notice about that and i hope to fire manager lab

Bu otele şimdi yedi kez gittik. Çocuklu aile için eğlenceli bir konut. Havuz yerlerinde güzel yenilikler yapılmış. Havuza yakın yeme ve içme yerleri güzel geliştirilmiş. Personelin büyük bir oranı çok iyiler. Her sene gördüğümüz Muhammer Demirkapı bey ve Pide restoranında olan Hüseyin bey her konuda bize her yönden yardımcı oldular. O iki arkadaşa çok teşekkür ederiz. Malesef öbür misafirlerle sorunlar yaşanıyor. Maske takma ve asansöre az kişi ile girmeyi becermiyorlar.
Miracle oteli ailelere kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

The Hotel is nice , but at the reception I have experienced a terrible service. The reception couldn’t fund my reservation and refused to help me . Talk to me very rude in a very unprofessional manner . I had to make a several calls to prove them, that I had a reservation, they wouldn’t even lift a finger to apologize or come up to me to give me my keys . I had to stay in line every time I needed to talk to them . It was horrible service. But hotel itself was nice, everyone was friendly, Hotel has amazing and beautiful pool , nice entertainment, good food with a big variety , clean and big room with a view and a balcony , and the nice beach ,you can also reserve a private beach tent . So if it wasn’t for the horrible reception I would give them 5 stars .

Amazing resort with amazing Customer service. Anything you ask you they will deliver and do without asking questions or whining. I have never received a better service then this. I was there for 10 days and it got to the point where the waiters would bring your coffee or tea to your table, same goes for alcoholic beverages.

Also the kids club staff are the most sweetest girls ever. They made sure that all kids are engaged in age appropriate crafts and games. They also have mini disco at 8:39;which was always fun for my kids.

Amazing amazing resort, I would totally go back and recommend this hotel.

Huge hotel with nice big pool and right on the beach. The staff were friendly and trying their best with regards to the current situation, but many guests decided not to wear masks and it was a lot busier than expected, we did struggle to get loungers at the pool/beach.

The food was good and there was a large selection of things to choose from at mealtimes. There were also various other snack outlets where kebabs, ice creams, burgers, fruit etc. could be ordered throughout the day and all included for no extra cost.

I think it was due to COVID, but no information about the hotel was provided upon check in, so we felt we had to figure everything out for ourselves and probably missed a few things because of this.

It would be good if the hotel had a service to organise tours etc. There are various really interesting things to see in the local area, but you have to organise outside of the hotel.

The hotel could use a bit of an update. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the AC wasn’t great. However, overall, it was a nice stay and very good value for money!

Not a 5* never ever in history!
Not ultra all inclusive!
All Inclusive means one coke, one sprite, one fanta and one Efes and two spring waters by day.
The rest is machine juice, not one natural juice included, nothing, not a premium drink.
I've got food poisoned in the second day.
If you want something extra: one coke, one fresh juice, you must pay! I've attached a photo with the ultra all inclusive they sell!
I strongly don't recommend!

Beautiful and big hotel, modern rooms, very clean. The hotel has put in the measures to prevent the spread oc COVID-19. Very nice pool and a beautiful garden. The wifi is not the best in the world, but is the best out of all hotels that we have visited in the area.

However, the staff is straight up impolite, rude and unwelcoming. The only good interactions with the staff were on the reception and with two or three folks in the restaurant. The rest should be fired. There is absolutely no entertainment team events, except live music in the evening which is also quite boring. Food is the same every single night, a lot of options, but same every night. The chefs that give out the food are very rude.

Good part: modern hotel, very clean, beautiful pool and the beach etc.

We stayed at Miracle for 6 nights. We had a very enjoyable stay. The resort is beautiful and the outside area is very spacious and scenic. The pools are all well kept and a good size.

The buffet restaurant offered lots of variety of food, most of which was tasty. The breakfast food was the best. Also the outside bar/snacks were nice, especially the ice creams and gozleme.

My boys (aged 6 & 10) enjoyed playing table tennis, darts and the games room. They also loved the evening entertainment, which was organised by the mini clubs. And then later they had comedy shows, bingo nights etc which were all very entertaining to watch, the resort reps are all very friendly.

Overall our stay was amazing, and we would def go back again. The only negative from us would be that there was no iron and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Overall the hotel is great. Food was tasty and always available. Staff are friendly and polite, most can speak English. There's enough pools and slides...
However, i felt the hotel lacked some day time entertainment for children, the mini club was great for under 5's but for 5-10 year olds it was a bit boring. I'd expect some more entertainment for that age group, day time shows, clowns balloons makers face painting by the pool or family treasure hunts/activities etc.
ALSO, the hotel next door was EXTREMELY noisy at night, we couldn't hear the entertainment from Miracle only the hotel next door that went on well into early hours - sound proofing would be an option!

Travelled with family, wife and two kids. Kids were aged 3 and the other 10 months. The resort was good and the service was ok. The staff were very welcoming. We had a standard room which fit all 4 of us very comfortably with a double bed, single bed and baby cot. The room was very spacious and there was also a balcony. The negatives I can think off would be the service at the restaurant. They are very busy and there’s not enough staff to help if you need something for e.g baby seat which they don’t have a lot off, cleaning tables. Also the lifts are very busy so it can take up to 10 mins just to go up/down during the day if you have a stroller. Another negative was the bed sheets were not changed during the 4 nights we were there even after letting the staff know. The food was ok but at peak times it’s very busy and the queues are long. Overall we were happy with the stay.

This is my second visit at Miracle Resort Its good in all exclusive by eating and in activities but this time faced a very different type of problem the management turns off the air conditioning from 5am to 9 am which was a kind of rude thing for customers it caused me disturbing both 2 days early morning because these days temperature is very high in Antalya.
I ve asked reception but they even don’t know the reason behind this .
Kindly resolve the issue for next visit plz.

We stayed in a family room which was very spacious and clean. We stayed in room 1354 which looks like it has either been well maintained or recently renovated as I couldn’t fault any of the decor or furniture in the room. The room amenities could be better improved for example purchasable toiletries in rooms would have been advantageous. We had a kettle but no tea, sugar, coffee or cups were provided until we had to request it, but became exhausting having to ask for it everyday as the cleaners used to take them away when making up the room. The pools were very clean and the food options were vast and very nice. The staff were mostly Turkish and friendly which makes a big difference to those hotels who employ all non-turkish staff which lower the quality of service. The animation team in the hotel could be better improved. All in all I would say the staff were very friendly and helpful and would definitely be going back there and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

Worst experience of my life. Hotel staff was extremely rude and condescending. Our room was dirty and there was bed bugs feces. When we told the hotel they were embarrassed and took us to another room which had smelly pillow cases. The food is gross and old. My sister got food poisioning. A lot of families with kids at the hotel (very noisy). So if you want a getaway for two adults I suggest you find a different hotel. As far as dinner goes, dinner is from 7-9. If you go there around 7pm you will find no place to sit. And if you do, guests at the hotel will take your seats. We started going around 8pm and the madness went down a bit. The rooms are very clean and spacious and that was the only advantage.

We were a group of 3 female friends with our children, we stayed for 8 nights in this resort. I can simply say it was one of the best holidays ever. Beautiful place, lovely food, excellent pool facilities, right on the beach
The only down side is the lack of English in majority of staff and the fact they charged us 50 euros for late checkout plus the air conditioning system is controlled centrally so even if its hot u cant reduce the temperature which is stupid
Other than that we really loved it

Great hotel and facilities. Very big and has everything that you'll ever need. The food menu was too big. However not exactly to our liking. We really enjoyed our stay however and I'll highly recommend the hotel. It was a bit crowded compared to other hotels.

Stayed there for 2 days the only good thing was the food and the stuff who s working down in the restaurant the rest of the reception front disc are roud and they make u feel like u are staying there for free not paying for it nicer mention bad English which make comcucation with them very hard I don't understand and that led them to give u attetuid and igronace

Nice resort to relax.

Nice resort with private beach and every facility available. But very rude staff specially the person at reception Mr Hakan. His behaviour was intolerable, rude and insulting as there was some confusion regarding reservation. Instead of convincing us politely, he asked to get out of the hotel. This kind of person are black sheep in the resort who even doesn't know how to deal with honourable guests.He is enough to ruin the repute of the hotel. Administration plz tune him

good but not perfect

first of all the room was very good and clean, we liked it.
the food wasn't tasty espacially the meat. the resurant was noisy and was very hard to find a table and the service was bad and slowley.
also was diffecult to find a sun bed near the pool.
the water slid wasn't good, if you are looking for a waterpark this is not the hotel.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff

Great resort, with helpful staff that are always happy to help. We arrived quite late in Turkey(12am) and the lady(olga) at front desk was really lovely, she advised that the restaurant will be open till 6am, so we weren't left hungry at all, which was great.
Ali the conceige was also very nice and helpful on arrival, thanks again.
Our mini-bar refilled by staff, room cleaned, a cake was brought to our room for my birthday which was lovely. Literally great vibes throughout our stay what more can one ask for.

Nice hotel beautiful view and cleaner beach

It was not the best experience they have lost of cat all around the garden and the beaches I'm very allergic I was very sick for all my holidays and the hotel staff didn't give me a support, the wireless is very bad connection. The staff not very helpful and not friendly ;(

MIRACAL HOTEL

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because our experience.

1.They never cleaned the room properly.
2.No one could speak in proper English at the reception.
3.The food was average.
4.The worst thing was some of the food are not fresh at all.
My wife and my little 4 year old son had a food poising I had to take my son to the hospital around midnight we had a terrible experience you go for holiday not to hospital.

Pleased with the overall experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my young family. I was apprehensive when booking as it was a new country and never travelled like this internationally. Pleasantly surprised with the experience. One negative was the restriction on visitors. I was asked to pay €25/hour for my friend to come inside the hotel to see me to say goodbye (for 5min) before leaving for airport! When I questioned this, I had a abrupt response (in broken English) saying this is the policy. Eventually my friend was stood up at the gate, refused entry, & I went out to see him for couple of minute :(
