We enjoyed the food and the day time facilities were excellent for families however the outside nighttime activities are tailored more to partying and nightlife. Initially we were one of the family suite’s, the room was perfect and beds were comfortable but they are located on the front of the hotel and overlooks a busy road junction, the staff were fantastic and moved us to a room which overlooked the pool and out to sea. Again the room was fantastic but unfortunately for us travelling with kids this meant loud music until at least midnight from the various shows and parties. The night time activities seemed great but not so good if you have younger children and seemed at conflict with the family orientated day times. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

This was a fantastic resort...the outside area was perfect... amazing water park area for the kids...loved how there were 3 sections to the water park, one that was perfect for each age group. So many great pools, amazing beach, and the views were magnificent. I loved swimming in the Mediterranean Sea. Most surprising was how great and massive the buffet restaurant was. The food there was awesome. The rooms were very nice as well with an amazing view from the balcony.

Now there were some downsides. It was always hot inside most of the building, especially the higher floors. I'm sure it was also because the weather was in the high 90s over there, but I feel like they could have kept it a bit cooler inside. Even the rooms we were not able to keep cooler than 75 (24 C).

Now the most disappointing part: When we got there we were surprised to find out that the 2 nice restaurants there were not included as part of the all inclusive package. Aside from the small outdoor Turkish restaurant, the buffet restaurant was the only one that was part of the all inclusive. Also disappointing was the game room which was also not included and it cost $25 just to play 10 games. Bowling and pool were even more expensive. An all inclusive resort should include everything. The game room was supposed to be the only form of entertainment for kids at night and they made us pay for it.

This place is AWESOME! The location, facilities and staff were amazing. Limak has something fun to do all day and night. The food options are authentic and wonderful. Getting a car to go into town, the aquarium or Land of Legends was super simple. The pools are cool, the night shows are better and the night spots to dance with family and friends was super fun and incredible. The bartenders make sure that you're going to have a great time and relax ;) The hotel has a private beach for jet-skiing, parasailing and other water activities. Antalya is a great place to go away to, be safe and have a great time.

Property upkeep is not even three-star, we as a family are highly disappointed with the level of service and this day, a hotel dictates the level of vacation standard and by that standards this hotel ruined our vacation in Antalya, turkey

I booked two suites with a Jacuzzi bathtub that I could not use because the water could not be drained and the situation was very unhappy in this hotel, knowing that I have stayed in this hotel more than ten times and I recommend it to my friends, but at the present time the hotel is much below standard and this made me unhappy

We got spoilt!

When we arrived, the already the smell of the Hotel was lovely. The Welcome was warm and friendly. The Room 2301 was fantastic: comfortable, specious and very clean. A lot of cupboards, full Mini bar, 2 balconies and a very comfortable bed. The Whirlpool was the highlight! And the shower had a great water pressure. The food was excellent and interesting, as it had a lot of local products. Everyday fresh with a huge selection of everything you could dream of!
A special thanks to our waiter Samek. A very polite and thoughtful person. A further fairy was Emina, who cleaned our Suite every day with a warm heart. We had a fantastic and a very relaxing holiday and got really spoilt! Thank you! P.S. you should try out the Hairdresser!

Error in Hotels.com data transfer!

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children with ages 8 and 14 via hotels.com.

Upon arrival we were told the information hitels.com gave had 2 adults and 2 INFANTS aged under 1!

We were then charged extra for our stay - which was not a pleasant surprise! Other than this - the stay, room, food and service was excellent.

There’s better hotels!

I firstly want to address that this is not a 5 star resort. By most standards. This is a 3 star for US tourists and pushing 4 star for main holiday providers in the UK that sell package deals.

At check-in I wasn’t greeted with any etiquette or manners. I was travelling solo with my son and the front of house desk was rude. I filled out the paperwork and flagged my son was allergic to nuts. I was told the kitchen will help with food selections.

The hotel: it needs a refresh. It’s looking tired and the lighting at night in communal internal spaces was like being in a bingo hall. There was zero ambiance.

The all inclusive package isn’t great for those wanting to drink alcohol. The wines are like vinegar, the spirits are full of sugar and no alcohol. You will find it impossible to get drunk.

The food is very greasy. So greasy that the floors outside are slippery. Elderly be careful. It’s terrible.

The quality of the food is low. It’s repetitive. And if you have allergies, good luck trying to find someone who speaks good enough English to explain what’s in it. Foods incorrectly labelled. I found out later that my son should have had an allergy bracelet to let the kitchen staff know he has allergies. This was completely missed and made sense why I was almost arguing with the kitchen staff daily.

Outside is nice and gardens pretty. Pools are FREEZING! Beach isn’t great and LOTS OF JELLYFISH!

Excellent property would rate it as a 4 star hotel rather than a 5 star as I feel it doesn’t meet the 5 star standards. Only 20 mins or so from Antalya Airport. We stayed in a Deluxe Sea View room and the view was excellent. The room is well equipped. The staff are very kind and helpful throughout the hotel. Just a few things they can look at improving, one is that there were flies in the Zen Restaurant where the all inclusive buffet is served, that’s not a good sign of hygiene, the hotel management need to do something about it as that is not what you would expect in a so called 5 star hotel. The second thing is that there a too many people and very few lifts. We had to wait over 10 mins each time to get a lift, the management should look at adding more lifts/elevators in the property. The rooms are a bit outdated and getting old and definitely needs some attention towards making them more modern and giving them a new look.

Slides are great in the pool, great entertainment for children with these. The sea and Jetty were excellent and the food was very good in most places. A wide variety, fresh and varied with lots of different cultures considered. The drinks available were poor. Basically Efes beer, cheap wine or very sugary cocktails that were made cheaply. Most the juices for children are not fresh but more sugary.

The indoor pool is nice for poor weather! The coffee house is a nice place to relax and the spa is lovely too.

I would probably mark this as a low budget 4 star hotel as the “all inclusive” isn’t really all inclusive. You have to pay for tennis. You have to pay for evening bingo. You have to pay for popcorn and candi floss or for premium beer / wine, also the arcade can cost a lot where the children’s entertainment is limited. It never truly felt like an all inclusive but more what else could they extract from you.

Value for money I would rate as negative as it wasn’t cheap and didn’t exceed expectations at all for what was paid.

We had a good holiday but I wouldn’t go back

All positives:
- The all the staffs were very friendly and made our stay memorable.
- The price was very reasonable for 3 adults and 1 kid stay with all onboard.
- Hotel has parking which we used and was convinent.
- Rooms are cleaned everyday, so it was nice and fresh.
- My mom fainted one night, and help was immediately available and the staff looked after us well, so 5 stars for the staffs.
- Entertainments and show are amazing as well.

Things to improve:
- Its definitely not a five star hotel.
- The labeling on food was not that reliable. We were a mix of vegetarians and vegans, and the options were very limited. Please be careful if you have allergies.
- The whole city only wants Euros, they do not deal with local currency Lira for some strange reason. The prices are European too.

We only stayed 4 days, and we're not able to finish all the amenities. Next time, I would stay at least 7 days.
We where there April 4 to 8th, weather was nice and sunny, but bit cold to go to the outdoor pool. The indoor pool is good temperature, and the indoor slide it so much fun. I wish they had hot jacuzzi.
The food was plenty, and so much to choose from many different types. Almost everything was fresh made. Sometimes you would see same food from lunch for dinner. But still taste good.
Sauna was nice, and the daily activities good. Kids entertainment team work really hard, everyday there is face painting, and 830pm kids dance, afterwards some kind of adult show. The after 10 disco was everyday empty. I guess people get tired by then.

Shopping bazaar near the hotel maybe bit expansive, but if you just walk about 15min to grand bazaar, sultan bazaar they have good price ,but still have to negotiate the price, start asking half of what they say.

I would definitely come back and stay for longer days.

This is very close to 5*. Rooms were extremely clean and spacious. Staff kept property clean, painted, etc. excellent for allergy guests. I noted they wear a different band and the chef directs them each day to food they can eat. Food was well seasoned and varied each day.The spa is fantastic. I enjoyed the Hammam. I did not like water park hours and meal times were not clearly marked and room service was not inclusive. The drinks are not great and they should offer Turkish wines as well. There are alot of cats that are welcomed on the prosperty. Likely for mice and are fairly clean but off putting for a diner. I would have like to see a local premium soap/ shampoo in rooms. I asked for a taxi and was provided the most expensive on two occasions. It cost me half price coming from the airport than the one they called for me.

The entrance is underwhelming and I was worried that it wasn't a nice property. However, once you go in, the pools and property are beautiful. The buffet is so large and good and has many food options to keep everyone happy. We enjoyed our stay at Limak greatly and would go again. There are many hotels along that road so I'm interested to go back and try other places as well.

Great pools shame about service and food

Rooms were great and we managed to get an upgrade. No complaints.
Pools were fantastic and great layout for kids of different ages however kids seem to be an afterthought for food, entertainment and kids club which is only open 5 hours a day!
Restaurant hours are limited and variety is lacking with little offerings for children. At lunch time only half of the restaurant is open. You either eat at their hours or not at all. The staff look like they really don’t want to be there and some are just rude. Many don’t understand English which is a struggle. If you don’t enjoy swimming then there’s not much to do.
About three watered down non alcoholic drinks offered in flimsy paper cups. Real shame.
Overall there were positives and negatives. Great rooms and pools, average entertainment, ok but limited variety of food (drinks very poor) and service was a let down. In the five days we were there, we weren’t offered a drink by the poolside even once! Oh and bring an iron otherwise you’ll need to pay about 3 euros to have your briefs ironed

Bellhop was the most helpful in terms of service and friendliness; he was reliable and ready with information to our questions and requests, as reception was inconsistent. Reception did get us into our room earlier than check-in, though, which we extremely appreciated. We stayed for one night in a sea view room. Room was nice, view was lovely, but when the wind blowed (all night) something vibrated loudly—it sounded like a loud bee was in the room and woke us up constantly—so we didn’t have the most restful stay. WiFi was terribly unreliable. These small but consistent frustrations would’ve been extra upsetting if we stayed longer.. but for one night, our stay was fine.

I was gping to stay at Delphin Imperial or Titanic Lara, but booked this hotel because of their kids activities. I was so disappointed on getting there and there was really nothing to do.

Some games that were kid-friendly it was mainly adult sitting there.

There is a smell around the hotel itself that is repulsive. The food is just ok, we only stayed here for 3 days, and our first day i really struggled to eat.

Also, no organization here, I keep on going to reception area to ask what activities they have going on for the day, they could have list them on a paper or on their website.

The internet too just slow, take forever to do anything.

For the price we paid, especially since it was holiday season, we didn't get the value.

By the way, I stayed in another resort in Antalya before coming here, for 3days also, and we had an amazing time over there, service was superb.

So, We will definitely not be coming back to Limak Lara or recommend to anyone.

Amazing hotel specially for families with small children. All the hotel Staff were very polite and friendly. Checkin/checkout was quick and smooth.
I really liked their kids club and the two ladies that work there go out of their way to give children a good time. Our children wanted to spend all their time there as they had lots of good activities for them. All this service is provided for free.
The hotel is working very hard to keep the right balance with respect to Covid. All the hotel staff are always wearing face mask. And they encourage guests to wear face mask by handing free masks before entry to the restaurant etc. But they do not bully you to wear the mask all they time.
Plenty of good options with respect to food.
The pool temperature of the outside pools were too cold for my children so we mainly used the indoor pool. My visit was in Early November so perhaps mid summer is better.
Also the hotel reception desk was very helpful when we requested that our party all get rooms close to each other. They changed the allocated rooms to ensure we are all in same floor and very close.

This property has a really nice atmosphere, we stayed in a sea view room with jacuzzi which was absolutely lovely. There was also a spacious balcony with sun loungers. There are a lot of pools and they're really nice. The food and drink was really nice, you are spoilt for choice and the service staff work really hard. The beach is sandy with clear blue water and beautiful views of mountains in the distance.

If I could summarize my stay at this resort/hotel, I would say that it was very disappointing. From the hotel, to the food, to (some) of the staff. I will say that some of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful but others not so much. The main reason we chose this resort over others was because of the water attractions that were available to kids. Unfortunately, both times, we came and the water attractions were closed. We asked the front desk staff what time it closed and we were initially told at 7. The next day, we came at 6 and found it closed. It turns out that it actually closed at 5. My wife went to guest relations to file a complaint that we were given wrong information and she was told (no joke) to go \"check out and book a room somewhere else\". The food was substandard and it felt like you had to fight to get a table in the food areas. The best thing we ended up doing was renting a car so that we could get out and drive on our own. Bottom line is that I would NOT recommend this place to anyone else.

We stayed for a week and were treated as outsiders on our visit to Turkey. The stag was extremely rude and the others guest were rude as well. Definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone. The rooms were really nice and the facility itself was nice. But considering we traveled from North America and paid the same amount as everyone else we were treated poorly. Not by everyone but by most.

Very nice facilities and the food and service were better than average. The biggest issues we had with our stay were 1) the air conditioning was terrible - our room was very uncomfortably hot even with the thermostat down as low as possible and 2) they really should have separate areas for non-smokers and smokers. It was impossible to get away from all the smoke even at the outdoor settings. Also you should know that they charge a small fee (12 euro) for the a la carte restaurants. Most all-inclusive in Turkey do not charge for that. The food was very good, though.

We are family with 9 and 7 years old kids, we arrived there at 2 pm, i understand your policy, but we had a long journey with kids we all wanted to rest and we just got our room at 3:30pm, checking was awful. You cannot find anyone to get information about hotel and activities, i can easily say that 70% of staff are unhappy there. The hotel are very old and it needs seriously maintenance and repairs, as i shown in the pictures. The food is awful too, even though we ate little portion of food we constantly felt bloated! Basically Not for what you paid for
