An absolute blast — Grand Park Lara delivers!

Where do I even start? Grand Park Lara completely knocked it out of the park (pun intended). From the moment we arrived, the energy was fantastic and the whole experience just kept getting better.

The highlight for the little ones? The Cory Club — what a spectacular kids club! It kept the kids thoroughly entertained, which meant the grown-ups could actually relax and enjoy themselves too. A total win-win. The team there clearly has a gift for making kids feel special.

The pools were impressive and immaculately kept, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and really well presented. And the food? A 24-hour multi-choice buffet — yes, you read that right! Whatever you fancied, whenever you fancied it. Absolutely brilliant for families with different tastes and schedules.

If you're looking for a family-friendly hotel that ticks every box, look no further. Grand Park Lara has earned every one of these five stars — and then some. Can't wait to bring the family back!

The hotel staff were really nice most spoke English. The little refrigerator in the room wasnt that cold but the staff sent me ice to the room. Other than that the food was good and there was a lot of variety.

Food was plentiful and available all day.
I also enjoyed the hamman massage which was a new experience for me.
My only criticism is cigarette smoke kept coming through my window throughout the night and when exiting building it was also difficult to avoid second hand smoke.
Great value overall though.

The room had a strong smell pf 'Toilet' on entry & when i contacted guest services they just said it was because of the wind. I asked about changing rooms and was advised it would be the same in all rooms.
That evening when i was chatting to other guests this just wasnt the case and i felt very let down by the hotel and the nonchalant way i was dealt with.

Hospitality staff in the bar were always visible and easy to obtain drinks from, unfortunately this was not the case in the restaurants.

On check in were werent advised about wifi...also it states on the hotel profile they provide an airport shuttle which was the sole reason i booked this hotel and it doesn't.

The bar was well stoked, the room was not cleaned everyday as they would redo the bed with the same bedding, not wipe the floor or brush and not refill water or tea. The staff at the bar was lovely but apart from that no one really spoke or smiled. The guest services called to ask how was my holiday and I requested water which did not arrive. I also asked for some tea to be sent into the room and was told this would arrive and it did not. The bedding had some staining hence why I know it was not changed even once for my stay. They also mention having 24hr food in the tulip but this is not true. The food is average and often no sense of order so everyone is all over the place crowded. The waiters pick certain tables to serve and apart from that don’t ask anything. They charge extra for anything, a phone call etc. This could be an absolute fabulous hotel, the room layouts are lovely, despite it being very noisy at night and with construction in the morning. if small changes were made I would happily consider again. Definitely not worth the amount I paid.

Overall everything is good, and the food is tasty. However, the room cleanliness was poor. The housekeeping staff do not properly clean the floor; they just come in briefly and leave. I mentioned this issue to the management, and I believe stronger control and supervision of cleaning is needed.

Turkey is beautiful, with sunny skies, warm beaches, and endless things to do both in and out of resorts. Sadly, Grand Park Lara fell far short of expectations.

Service & Staff
Service was among the worst I have experienced, and my family travels often. Around 70% of staff were not just unhelpful but dismissive, rude, and at times aggressive. Simple requests were met with irritation or hostility. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like a burden. The beach towel staff in particular were shockingly disrespectful. If management witnessed it, dismissal would have been immediate. Thankfully, spa and cleaning staff were professional and kind, but they were rare exceptions.

Food & Dining
Despite four restaurants, the food was bland, mass-produced, and lacking flavour. Compared to the rich, authentic meals we enjoyed outside the resort, the contrast was clear: the problem lies within the hotel itself.

Family-Friendliness
Though marketed as family-friendly, my children (12 and 8) were constantly told off for playing. Staff shouted at kids for running, kicking a ball, or simply asking questions. The message was clear: children are only partly welcome.

Other Concerns
Cats roamed freely around the hotel, an issue given my wife’s allergy and the lack of control it reflected. Guests we met also said the hotel had “seen better days.”

The Verdict
Halfway through, my kids said, “We do not want to come back.” We agreed. Turkey is breathtaking, but Grand Park Lara was disappointing.

I don’t have enough characters but to sum up, food was terrible and with a cows milk intolerance there was barely anything I could eat.

Personally I’d say it was more like a 3* hotel based off the food alone, no way should this be considered a 4*. They say you get what you paid for but we paid the price of a 4* hotel, so expected better food.

Thinks it's a 4 star hotel but more like a B&B in Skegness. Lots of issues, problems encountered ranging from unsafe / unsuitable power outlets, poor room up keeping, leaking air con to poor food and stray cats / dogs. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at, bar none. Will certainly be escalating and taking action against both the hotel, and Expedia as the travel agent/provider. Stay clear!

I recently returned from an amazing stay at this all-inclusive hotel, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help.

Honest review! This hotel has been an amazing experience since the minute we walked in. From the security at the doors. To the check in point. Treated like a king. Rooms are brilliant. I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms at this hotel. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days, and there was visible dust on most surfaces. Even the bedding didn’t feel fresh, which was unsettling. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, especially at this price point. Definitely not up to par for a comfortable stay.

This was my second visit to grand park lara and in comparison to when i came in 2022 i do feel some areas have dropped in standard eg, quality of food, service within the dining areas, and entertainment. Being a Platinum customer and having stayed in Lara Beach before I felt this experience was awful. The service was just so poor in comparison to the other hotels we have stayed in.Room upgrade was a family room and nothing to shout about with a crap view, I went to ask for a room change and they did not accomodate my request luckily was only here 4 nights otherwise I would have been very upset. The staff were not welcoming and the night staff where we requested a later check out by 30mins had an attitude. Not a hotel I would recommend unfortunately being a regular traveller I together with my husband felt dissappointed.

We stayed at grand Park Lara for seven nights. The kids absolutely enjoyed their holiday. They loved the swimming pool and all the kids entertainment that was available on a daily basis. The food was always available and in lots of different varieties however the food was a little bland as compared to what we normally eat in the UK however we took some Chilli sauces from Home before we went because we were given a bit of notice about this overall it was a fantastic holiday with lots of fun activities for the kids and would definitely recommend for those with family who want a reasonably price holiday in Anyalya to visit grand Park Lara

Our six time s on park Lara and this last Tim really dissapointed us! In most of the things all has gone down. Just a little example We as a freaken t visitor allways got a plate with fruit and a bottle of whine. This time notging! And waiter go and take bread from the costumers plate and put them back on the breakfast table! Consumer shouldn’t take so much at first but I am a costumer don’t want to eat someone asked bread!!

Un buffet avec des plats pleins d’eau sans aucun goût ..,aucun transat de disponible il faut se réveiller à 5 heure du matin pour avoir un transat.
Je vous souhaite une belle fermeture et je n’aimerais vraiment pas être à la place des prochains vacanciers…
J’ai déjà séjourner à l’hôtel Liberty et à l’Hotel Concorde …ce sont des établissements incroyable

I must say it is a beautiful hotel and affordable. It was my birthday and I had received a platter of fruits and wine to my room. Apart from that they didn’t offer anything else to make it remarkable.

Different places to go to relax and be alone. However, I didn’t like the fact there’s not a wide variety of dishes (especially meat wise). I struggle with that.

When I ask for an additional hour for late checkout Because my flight wasn’t until 9pm and pick was 6pm, I had to pay, Where most hotels I’ve been it’s free.

The ironing (pressing) clothes service is ridiculous because there’s no clothes iron provided. I paid £23 (€27) just to iron 3 items, ridiculous I just say.

Overall experience was good and I would visits again but ensure I’m fully equipped with steamer for clothes so forth.

Great place to stay with kids, especially with all inclusive. It was an amazing experience. Toilet did not have toiletries which was originally mentioned on Expedia page which we arranged ourselves. There was no iron in the room or provided on loan so we had to arrange these things. Apart from that the stay was great and we enjoyed a lot. Will definitely book again if we can.

The only negative was that we had a standard room without a balcony (and I really wanted a balcony)…
So many positives though… staff couldn’t do enough for guests, the hotel was incredibly clean and well organised, with lots to do on site. I travelled with my partner and it was great for us, but it would also be ideal for families with kids as they are so well catered for.
Usual niggle about those selfish guests who get up early to place towels on sun beds and then disappear for hours on end. So I guess what I’d like to see implemented is staff monitoring and removing towels if someone is away from the bed for more than 40 mins.

Drinks were great, although the cocktails could be improved… food was good, lots of variety to suit most palates.
I would definitely return if I visit Antalya region again.
