One of the best resorts that I have been there. The entertainment team was so amazing they are super kind, energetic and friendly. The bar staff were incredibly professional and respectful. Foods were very delicious and varied. They let us stay and use the facilities even after check out because our flights were late afternoon and it was so convenient for us. Best hosting ever. Highly recommended.
Just it's better to know that this is a family resort and you would see so many kids.

Every thing was good but the most of foods was taste less , the shown in arena was same all was about acrobatic shows which first and last was good because all was same , the staff in pool bar which were supposed to entertain us(from10-12) was’t friendly enough.
Good points was people Working at the restaurant they were friendly and hard working so dose the other workers in hotel, pools was perfect also the water park . There was a small problem in rooms which they weren’t soundproof . As summary royal seginus got 17 out of 20 which was acceptable.

Everything was nice. The activity at night, the pools, the water activity, and the see side. But I just have two issue I wish if they can solve it. The first one I hope if they can review the time of the water falls and make it up to 6:30pm. And the second issue I hope they can provide some snacks at the room like chocolate and chips.

Over all I will come back to the hotel next year.

The biggest problem that we book a standard room and get an handicapped room
Then they do not come to clean the room except once even we call them and call the reciption
A ot of people and the fast food open only for 2 hours
Specially ice cream in hot weather

We like every thing in the hotel. Room, food, entertainment, facilities ! However we missed something that I can't explain it!
But I can say it's the \"Hospitality\"!!
May be it's silly things but it makes the difference between hotels .. like they don't have bath robe as standard in thier rooms and if you want one you have to pay 1 euro per day . It's not about the one euro but it's all about customer satisfaction .. add the one euro on top of the room fee and don't ask for one euro for some thing it should be standard feature in 4 star hotels . Add to this example many other examples like the babycar, fresh juice etc...
But again, to be fair the we enjoyed our holiday thier and I can't ignore the service and the good food in addition to the brilliant entertainment team so I highly recommeed the hotel and hopefully they took my notes in thier consideration

Excellent resort with plenty of activities to do. Spent 5 days there and wished we had booked more. The food is great and there is so many different choices. Dinner was the most packed and it would be difficult to find a clean empty table. The staff were great and helpful. I think people should be able to get their own drinks during meals instead of having to wait for waiter to bring them. The pools are big and spread out all throughout the resort with plenty of room to swim. Kids aqua park and splash pad were amazing. The beach and the bars are close to resort and the shuttle to beach saves you the 5 minute walk. Overall great place and the animation team are wonderful.

Not the best hotel in Lara

Fisrtly i will mention the positive things
1.the food is excellent,very delicious and fresh.
2. The rooms are big and comfortable,very good air conditioner.
3.nice pools and multiple attractions.

Bad things:
1.we wait for our check in one hour because they didn’t find our reservation.
2.we paid extra money to get a room with see view,in fact we got a view of the opposite hotel with 5 cm see view
3.very poor wifi,the average speed is less than 1 mpb.
Conclusion:a good hotel to spend the vacation,but if you have a another choice than choose it

I don't like the food , first of all the breakfast lunch and dinner hours are not good at all , second thing at the pool and the beach you don't have much time to eat , then if you get to eat if your fortunate the food tasts bland and not fresh , food court smells bad also ,,
Overall i liked everything sbout this hotel exept for the food

ich möchte mich hiermit offiziell über meinen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel beschweren.
Ich habe den Urlaub bewusst allein gebucht, um mich zu erholen. Leider war dies in keiner Weise möglich, da mein Aufenthalt von Beginn an äußerst enttäuschend verlief.
Bereits beim Check-in musste ich feststellen, dass während meines Aufenthalts eine sehr große Messe stattfand. Darüber wurde ich im Vorfeld in keiner Weise informiert. Aufgrund der Menschenmengen und der damit verbundenen Unruhe fühlte ich mich unwohl und bat um eine Umbuchung, was jedoch nicht möglich war.
Zusätzlich kam es zu einem sehr unangenehmen Vorfall mit einem Mitarbeiter Ihres Hauses. Als ich ihm eine einfache Frage stellte, wurde ich in einem äußerst lauten und unfreundlichen Ton angeschrien. Ein solches Verhalten empfinde ich als respektlos und absolut inakzeptabel.
Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt betrifft das gastronomische Angebot. Das offene Buffet war stark einseitig und offensichtlich auf die Messebesucher ausgerichtet. Daher wollte ich stattdessen à la carte essen gehen.Dies wurde mir jedoch verweigert – obwohl ich beobachten konnte, dass anderen Paaren das À-la-carte-Essen problemlos ermöglicht wurde. Diese Ungleichbehandlung kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.
Insgesamt erhielt ich während meines Aufenthalts mehrfach leere Versprechungen, die nicht eingehalten wurden. Für mich hat sich dieser Urlaub leider in keiner Weise gelohnt, obwohl ich mich bewusst für Ihr Hotel entschieden hab.

The Personal was fantastisch. All the people work there! Congratulations. I never been in one Hotel that the crews look for our pleasure staying. Specially GOKSEL OZCAN taken care of us every day in the restaurant.
But really I must say everyone that work there has my compliments.

Auswahl beim Essen sind reichend. Aber eine wochelang besonders Hauptgerichte sind fast immer das gleiche.süssigkeiten Buffet ist immer fertige Sachen. Von kuchen bis baklava Sorten. Sonst schön sauber .personal super freundlich. LG

Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Baf war ebenfalls top insbesondere der Dampfbad. Minibar war immer aufgefüllt und gratis. Der Service war top. Nur Meerblick hat leider gefehlt. Man konnte den See zwar sehen aber nicht direkt sondern auf fer Seite. Sonst war alles super.

Fin hotell. Veldig mye støy fra arrangement som holdes ved lobby. Rommene en hører fra naboene når noen snakker. Det er minus med hotellet. Ble flyttet fra Royal Seginus til wings pga hotellet hadde fått 1000 personer til. Or konferanse. Det var veldig dårlig gjort av hotellet når en hadde bestilt hotellet for flere mnd tilbake.

What a good hotel

This hotel is perfect for family vaction., the water park is amazing, the pool area is more than perfect, the hotel rooms are big and modern, the looby is very luxery
The food is very good and tasty and you will never feel hungry
The only point is thr hotel is far from the beach and you will nog feel that you are closed to the sea

Bu otel 5 değil 6 yıldız olmalı.. Çünkü mükemmel..

Otel yemekleri ve genel hizmet kalitesi ile bu otel 5 yıldızdan çok daha fazlasını hak ediyor. Sadece deniz kenarına uzak olması (yürüyerek 7-8 dakika) ve akşam 6'dan sonra deniz kenarındaki içecek barının kapalı olması eleştirilebilir. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.
