Tips for Families with small kids:

I have seen many resorts in Antalya (+ Lara) and I say Concorde is the best one among all of them for families with small kids. And here is why:

Everything in Concorde resort is designed in way that is suitable for families with kids. They have indoor and outdoor play area and a play house you can safely leave kids unattended because they have professional staff caring your little ones. They have concerts and baby disco everynight so there is no worry about kids. Most people here are families with kids so you don't feel unattached to other guests as they are just like you, and all guests\"understand\" you when kids do something wrong. It is really important. For example if your kid drop a fork in Rixxos restaurant, every other guests would look at you like they think your kid is disturbing their peace; but in Concorde all guests and staffs are highly educated and understand difficulty of kids and most have their own here. Btw, the main restaurant has special place for kids with special menu so your little one will enjoy a specially design corner with other kids on chairs and tables which are suitable for them, (other resorts just put a high chair, but Concorde specifically designed Charis tables even buffets and dishes for children).

If you have a kid around 3~ 13 yo, don't miss the Concorde. I had many many experience and this one is the best among all

A FAMILY GUIDE:

I you have a couple of kids, no other resort is comparable to Concorde de luxe.

I want you to know where you are going to. I have seen lots of resorts in Antalya, but concorde is the only real family friendly resort. there lots of real facilities and diversities (v.s. other resorts' fake kids offers) they are truely engage with making what you want. this is a UALL resort that does not hesisate. they provide high quality food, bevrages and even high quality amusement programs for kids in their specialized kids club.

The most interesting part of that is the other guests. you dont see a group of drunk man nearby. they are all just families seeking relax, while they are sure the kids are cared by professional nurses at the kids club.

I want to send warm thanks specially to the staff of reception (Unur) and the restaurant (Memlik & Mehmet) who were really assisstive and did their best to make my family enjoy every second of it.

Kids pool with slides was only open for a hour or two a day, many other facilities weren’t operating. The hotel itself is not as the pictures and name states. It’s a four star at best.

Loved the hotel, staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, large and very comfortable. The pool, gardens and beach were wonderful. Everything felt well looked after and the highlight was the food in the buffet restaurant which was amazing. Over our four day stay there was a huge amount of choice, excellent staff and fresh dishes. Everything we had was of excellent quality. We visited at a fairly quiet time in early March and were lucky with the weather, overall, the hotel is one we would definitely return to.

Very friendly and cooperative staff. There was an issue with noise on the roadside, and they changed our room immediately. It was our anniversary, so they gave us a complimentary dinner & cake at the Italian restaurant, which was excellent and memorable (Da Vinci restaurant). Fatima from Guest Relations and also other staff were very cooperative and friendly. Clean rooms and resort. The food tasted amazing and had lots of variety. Patisserie was great, the coffee and tea were always good, and it was our favourite place to come to. Also had loads of Turkish tea with lemon. Spa and the Turkish hammam were comfortable and perfect in winter. Live music in the lounge was fun. The beach was very clean and well-maintained. Excellent experience overall.

I travel frequently, but I can honestly say the staff at your hotel are among the best I have experienced. Their friendliness, professionalism and genuine willingness to ensure every guest feels happy and well looked after really stood out.

A special mention goes to Fatima, Gökhan, Sami, Mimet, Matt and Saadettin for their exceptional service.

The Italian and Steak House à la carte restaurants were also fantastic and a real highlight of our stay.

I stayed in the resort in December 26th to the 31st and here is my honest review:
Room - could be cleaner, the walls in the bathroom facing the toilet was not the cleanest.
However the cleaners attitude was very nice the lady that cleaned the rooms was very nice.
Food- by far the best I have had- and I have been to a lot of places including Titanic, limak Lara, Adalya etc. I do go to Antalya sometime twice a year for a break.
Spa - now this is where the disappointment kicks in - I was dressed in a burkini, and where this was generally not a problem however another customer had a problem with this and I was told to leave the spa by spa staff. When I complained about this to customer relations they where outstanding in there response, Tulay, the customer relations manager made me feel validated and did everything she could to rectify the mistake to the point that the Spa manager met me and apologised on behalf of the staff at the spa.
In all honesty I would have ticked off this resort from my list of never to visit again, but due to the way Tulay and the Senior managers dealt with my complaint I think I may give another chance and also because the food was excellent.

We had a very great time. Overall customer service was very great. Also the food was very good.

Only point is that there was no air conditioner functioning in the room. When checked with reception, the answer was it's controlled centrally and turned off due to winters. The issue is if someone needs air conditioner they should have the option to turn it on in the room and it should not be centrally controlled.

Other than air conditioner, it was a very great experience.

We had a great time. Excellent facilities. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable.

All inclusive dining was just too good. We enjoyed all the three meals, everyday. Lots of variety and very delicious. The highlight of our experience was the dining.

Overall nice stay, but not a luxury resort.

Room is spacious with nice amenities.
Good night entertainment and numerous eating options for summer concept. Main buffet restaurant has good desserts and a good attempt on indian food corner, however not enough meat options.

Kids club is decent but requires improvement when compared to other resorts. Kids animation team did a decent job, need more varied and exciting activities for older kids. No lunapark and no adventure park.

Patisserie had good service but there was no gourmet chocolates.
Cafe mundo service was good but needs to expand its coffee and non alcoholic options.

On one occasion indoor kids pool was cold, it took 3 different people to take readings to believe what we said.

Wanted to book Asian restaurant but there was no availability over 5 days. Steak restaurant had restriction on kids under 7 so not family friendly. We were given misinformation on dining options. Guest relations tried helping by placing a complimentary reservation in Italian restaurant. We went to our reservation on time but there was no indoor seating reservation for us. We were given option for outdoor dining but they had no outdoor heaters! We were then asked to come back an hour later at 9pm. This was not a viable option as we couldn't delay dinner when with kids. So we went buffet restaurant. So their attempt to make up for first error also had issues!

Cafer in Spa team was very helpful.
Overall a decent resort but unlikely to return.

This was a great stay. Very convenient from airport - 15 min taxi. Good quality and varied enough food for our 1 week stay.

Great options for everyone. Food and service were great. Lots to do.
Even though the hotel was full, it didn’t feel it given lots of space and there was no rush for sun beds etc. very relaxing atmosphere.

Staff very friendly and attentive. Big shout out to the staff including Muhut (sp) of the entertainment team and Mohammed thr pool Server - great service all week!
The a la carte restaurants were fantastic.
We had ab amazing family holiday.

Only suggestions would be to modernise the rooms and increase the number of water slides and heat the main pool in October. Also a dedicated sports bar area would be really welcome too.

The resort was amazing! Everything was great — the food was delicious with plenty of options, and the bars around the resort made the stay even more enjoyable. The only issue was that the cleaning items weren’t replaced the next day, but once we mentioned it to guest relations, everything was handled perfectly. I will definitely choose this resort again!

An all-inclusive holiday in a resort style hotel has always been my worst nightmare, however the whole family was blown away by our stay at Concorde. The hotel, rooms, facilities and grounds are immaculate and high quality. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Special mention for Mustafa who runs Poseidon (the seafood restaurant). Good labelling information on allergens although a few more gluten free alternatives would have been good. The choice of activities, bars and restaurants is superb. The food is great too, with a wide variety of delicious dishes in the main buffet, and excellent a la carte options in the restaurants, most of which charge a supplement in the evenings but are free during the day. The area around the hotel is perfectly safe and clean but comprises mostly tourist shops selling discount designer goods, with nowhere interesting you can really visit on foot. That said, we had a very relaxing holiday with plenty to do to stop us getting bored. I can highly recommend this property for a relaxing and luxurious family holiday.

Compared to a standard 5 star hotel in North America, this hotel would be equivalent to a 3 star hotel. The buffet was busy, the food was mediocre. The wooden deck by the pool areas looked worn. My room had a leak stain on the ceiling. Beds were uncomfortable. Not worth the price or hype in my opinion. I wish I had known- I would never have booked this resort

Well maintained and iconic resort with a large main buffet and lots of smaller food outlets scattered throughout. Particularly liked the beer shack and fried chicken shack! Not cheap (and they accidentally changed me twice although I did get refunded), but worth it for a couple of nights. Healthy food options were plentiful and diverse (although most people still went for the burgers and chips!).

The staff were great, guest relations were great. The hotel is just tired though, and dated, needs a refurb urgently. The gym is rubbish, half the machines are broken, and aircon hardly works. The restaurants are ok if they're free but 25 euros per head? No, no, no.
The waterpark is rubbish, couple of tiny slides.
We had junior suite with a lovely view every morning of the overflowing bins of the hotel next door and we were apparently in the best suite. Although the room was kept clean, it again is tired, you can see thousands and thousands of people have stayed there before you.
There are loads better hotels in Turkey, this hotel is 4* at best, if your expecting 5* you'll be disappointed as we were.

The resort is fantastic for families with children. There are plenty of activities to keep the little ones entertained throughout the day, and the nightly shows were fun for all ages — a great way to wind down after a busy day.
The staff were friendly and helpful, though many had limited English skills, which sometimes made communication a bit tricky. That said, they always did their best to assist and were very polite.
Where the resort really needs improvement is in decor and cleanliness. The rooms and some public areas felt dated, and a bit more attention to cleanliness would go a long way in improving the overall experience. Because of this, it didn’t quite live up to the 5-star rating it claims — the overall atmosphere just didn’t feel luxurious.
A good choice for families looking for a fun, food-filled vacation with lots to do — but if you’re particular about aesthetics or spotless surroundings, be prepared for a few compromises.

Food and staff were excellent. There were always plenty of tasty options, and service was fast. Especially want to call out the incredible service provided by Eren, Gizem, Tayfun, Cigdem, and Kubra at the pool and lobby bars. Everything was was incredibly clean and well-kept. The reason why I am giving 4 stars is the terrible check in and check out management. No one acknowledges you when you enter, giving them your car (or taking it back) takes forever, and the rooms were not ready while we were trying to check in. Overall, I would go again and would recommend just be prepared to feel like you are at a cheap motel when you check in and check out.

The resort is fabulous overall. The only improvement that I can suggest is that entertainment shows need to be indoors. It was incredible hot and uncomfortable outside. Otherwise we had a fantastic experience. We had an issue with our initial room that was promptly resolved. We got upgraded to an incredible room with a nice view. I would highly recommend this resort and gladly return.

This was our third time staying at the Concorde. This time, we brought about 20 other people with us. The resort was fully booked but it didn’t feel full. Everyone had a great time between the endless meals, high quality liquor, night entertainment, beach, pool, and some of us even went to the disco! So fun! Will definitely make this an annual thing!

This hotel isn’t a 5 star experience. There are certainly positive things to say about this hotel. The food was great, waiting staff that were present were really polite friendly and helpful. The pool area was well maintained, just not enough towels for the number of people. The worst part was the housekeeping. They were awful. The rooms were not cleaned well each day, we would return to the room at 4-5pm to a dirty room. The level of cleanliness was poor in the rooms. Also we were pushed out by the cleaning staff before check out on the last day. They would walk into the room without knocking on the door. Everything outside of the room I would give 4 star, everything related to room and housekeep 1-2 star.

Some things to bear in mind that would have made us consider other properties on the same strip:

Room sound isolation is very poor and outdated, meaning of you are travelling with babies or small kids, you might have music coming in from various events through balcony and noisy neighbours outside.

Hotel has a big amount of sun bed warriors meaning if you are looking for a luxury feel, it quickly abates with tons of families occupying sun chairs without being there for hours.

Can definitely feel a bit chaotic at times as well around the pool area and different venues as hotel aims for a mix of family/kid crowd coupled with adults only, which in the end in my view simply misses the mark on both ends.

Ultimately, be aware of the taxi service provided by the hotel. Despite multiple pleas to order a cab where you can by by card or taxometer, each time they drove us down from hotel to ”taxi manager” who quoted absolutely obscene prices. The fact that they collaborate with such a company is very poor.

We first visited Concorde Deluxe Resort two years ago, and one of the main reasons we chose to return this year was the exceptional service provided by the Guest Relationship Manager, Tulay. Despite encountering a few minor issues during check-in, Tulay handled everything with great professionalism and care, ensuring our second stay was truly outstanding. We will definitely be back again!

we loved the green, the hotel is full with green, I think I did not be in any hotel like this with so many flowers trees and greens.
I loved the staff, they were very friendly and amazing.

It was a great trip and my family came to this hotel from Germany, England, United States, and Iran. The hotel is luxury and offers foods and beverages 24 hours with many varieties. They had nightly shows and entertainment that created so much fun and enjoyable time. They had a very large outside pool with many water activities and music. This place is wonderful for families with children.
