Not enough staff at this hotel. Not enough people for service staff, to provide towels, clean dirty tables at the buffet, serve drinks, answer phones, provide cutlery, etc., etc. All the \"a la carte\" restaurants they advertised were actually closed.

The advertised 20% discount at the spa was not actually being offered. The hotel/airport transfers they offered were 50% more expensive than market price

Not a single communications channel worked for us. For example, they were completely unresponsive on their own WhatsApp channel and calling Reception at 5555 (8 times) for a luggage porter led to no response. Our ventilation/HVAC system was not working and we could not get any help to fix it easily, so room on 4th floor would get hot and uncomfortable.

Food was good, rooms were clean, pools awere nice.

Swandor Topkapi Palace exceeded all expectations and delivered an exceptional holiday experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, setting the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic stay.
The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture inspired by the grandeur of a palace, surrounded by immaculately maintained gardens and scenic views. The facilities are truly outstanding—there is something for everyone. The swimming pools are spacious and clean, offering both lively areas and quieter spots to relax. The private beach is equally impressive, with plenty of sunbeds and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for unwinding.
Food was a highlight throughout our stay. The variety and quality across the buffet and à la carte restaurants were excellent, with fresh ingredients, diverse cuisines, and something new to try every day. The bars were well-stocked, and the staff consistently provided quick and friendly service.

Entertainment and activities were also top-notch. Whether it was daytime sports, fitness options, or evening shows, everything was well-organized and enjoyable. The energy of the entertainment team really added to the overall experience without ever feeling overwhelming.
The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing space to recharge. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining high standards throughout.

The Kids club was free and amazing. Kids loved it.

A beautiful and very well maintained resort with a more friendly and welcoming group of staff. At reception, Laura and Emre Consu were so nice providing us with an upgrade to a superior duplex family room. The resort is highly recommended for a fully relaxed family holiday. It’s also possible to visit historical places nearby.

Nice Resort and very family friendly. However if you want to do leave the resort and head out to the local town there is hardly anything around the area to visit. Food was okay but towards the end of my trip it got slightly boring as the resort provide the same food but change the spice and recipes around. Resort facilities and hotel room were very good.

Kış mevsimi hava koşullarına uygun bir otel değil. Yağmur yağdı ve iki gün asansör çalışmadı. İki bebekle 3 kattan elimle bebek arabalarını ve bebekleri indirmek zorunda kaldım. Her yer göl gibi su oldu. Yemek yemeğe gitmek için her defasında ayaklarımız ıslandı. Ayrıca spa bölümündeki görevliler hiç ilgilenmediler. Spa bölümündeki çalışanların Türkçeleri nerdeyse yok. Oda çalışanları ve oda temizliği iyidi.

The indoor pool is very small and poorly heated. You have to walk through an open area between the blocks and enclosed spaces. The food is good. The quality of the drinks is poor. Definitely not a winter hotel, but it could be for summer.

One major issue for us, however, was that the hotel doesn’t heat the pools until the 1st of November. During our stay in mid-October, the pool temperature averaged around 20°C, which was quite cold. For many families visiting from the UK during the half-term break, the warm weather and swimming pools are a big part of the attraction, so this really limited how much guests — especially children — could enjoy swimming.

The hotel confirmed that they heat the pools to around 26°C from November onwards, but I think it’s a mistake not to start this earlier. It seems this policy is common among hotels in the area.

October is an ideal time to visit because the summer months can be far too hot, so it’s disappointing that the pools aren’t heated during this key period for families.

Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay — particularly the fantastic evening entertainment for the kids.

I stayed for 10 days and found the hotel to be impeccably clean. The rooms are a decent size and are cleaned daily. The staff is generally helpful, though there were instances where they came across as rude. The quality of the drinks was disappointing; the alcohol was barely detectable, and the soft drinks like Coke and Fanta were flat.

While there is a wide variety of food options, not all were to my taste, and some dishes felt repetitive. The evening entertainment was enjoyable, but the bands tended to perform the same songs, such as \"Waka Waka\" and \"We Will Rock You,\" which were also played in the nightclub.

I would definitely consider staying here again, but I don't believe it meets the standards of a five-star hotel. That said, it is still worth a visit.

Overall the resort was really good, 8/10. It needs a few improvements to make the experience better.

1- The resort had no regulations or any sort of rules for smokers. Everyone in the resort was smoking inside and out like they were drinking water. Thats a big issue especially since it’s a kids resort as well.

2- They had no restrictions for kids. Parents would bring their 1 year old child to nightclub events and other entertainment events. They need to have more rules in place.

Now the good things about the resort are the food, beach, and pool. The food buffet that was open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was absolutely amazing! 10/10 Food. The beach was beautiful and clean as well. Very nice view and relaxing. 10/10 Beach. And the pool was huge as well and super clean! 10/10 Pool.

The resort is nice but it has a few things that need to be changed. I would recommend it for first time guests.

Nice entertainment. Many activities and good food selection. Drinks at the beach are average or below. Customer Relations need work. The lady at that desk was on her cell phone while talking to us. She looks like in a hurry for us to leave. Her instructions of how to get to the beach were vague. Our phone at the room did not work. She said someone will go to fix it. Nobody came. The QR information at the room did not work either. She said that is common. Employees need more customer service training!

The aqua park and nightly amphitheater shows were top-notch, providing fantastic entertainment. The pools were great, with the smaller one offering a good alternative to the busy main pool. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the beach bar had a wonderful atmosphere, although bug spray is recommended.

The Bad
The disco was a major letdown, with a limited techno music selection and loud music. The room was disappointing, not meeting the standard of a 5-star hotel, with minor issues like a lack of cups in bathroom to rinse mouth. Transportation was also a problem; the hotel was late with luggage collection, and the taxi was cash-only despite being told otherwise. The a la carte restaurant was a poor experience, ruined by a disruptive guest and an unhelpful staff response. Finally, the spa and sauna were in poor condition due to broken tiles and excessive heat. Be aware that communication can be a challenge, as things often get lost in translation.

the room was good size, but the bathroom was far too small and the shower door did not close properly so there was always water coming on to the bathroom floor. kettle in the room was faulty, but this got replace once the fault was pointed out. lots of variety in food!

I have been in Mexico Dominican Republic Jamaica Bahamas and many more vacation destinations but never seen such service taste such good food staff is excellent on task very responsive Entertainment is every day and night for young or older for kids and babies i cant explain the best thing i liked and my family is cleanliness or resort how food is tasty and how is organized every day you can try different things and out of those u do t have time to try everything you are already full. Chefs are excellent cooks i mean like i said i dont have one thing bad to say about this resort

Rooms, food court, bathrooms were clean. The personnels were smily and problem-solvers. There were lots of food options and activities during day and night. The activities were mostly for kids, but we still had a great time and enjoy our vacation.
