Gulcan is an amazingly wonderful woman. We only wanted her to prepare our meals. She gave my daughter the confidence to try her first Turkish words. I went to Gulcan every day to learn a new word and practice the few I know.

Stay here was lovely. The rooms were clean. The pool area calm and relaxing. Drinks were lovely. The only pain point was the restaurant where it became hectic and painful to get a table and eat. I also developed food poisoning on my last day.

The staff was great, went the extra mile to sort out an issue with our room. Thank you to Abdurrahman who always found a table for us and for the Parmesan cheese ( Pasta with shredded mozzarella is a crime).
Thank you to the manager of customer relations who sorted out our room noise issues.

The massive issue we had was the lack of allergens signs next to the food, cookies and desserts. My son has a nut allergy and between having to ask multiple times a day about the ingredients and the little English spoken by some employees, it was a constant struggle .
The toilets by the kids pools need more attention, they were normally out of toilet paper.
But we really enjoyed our stay.
We would definitely consider coming back!

A truly All-inclusive paradise!!

I’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts in places like Spain, Malta, and several Asian countries, but none have come close to the experience I had at IC Hotel Green Palace. Everything about this resort was outstanding—thorough, fast, and seamless in every way.

Let’s start with the \"all-inclusive\" concept. When they say all-inclusive, they truly mean everything—from bottled water and the mini-bar to poolside service, beach amenities, outdoor bars, and restaurants. We didn’t spend a single penny inside the resort, nor did we feel the need to step out for anything.

The way they take care of their guests is simply amazing. From early morning to midnight, food is always available. They offer a regular breakfast, extended breakfast, snack bars, dinner, and even late-night dining. So whether you’re an early riser or a night owl, there’s never any need to rush—you can enjoy everything at your own pace.

The staff deserves a special mention. Incredibly professional and efficient, they ensured there was never a delay in service. Over our five-day stay, I never came across an untidy area—the cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable.

And let’s not forget the facilities: the waterpark, the beautiful beaches, countless pools for all age groups, the spa, Turkish hammam, sauna—everything was included.

I’m definitely returning to IC Hotel Green Palace. This has been the best resort experience I’ve ever had. A must-visit destination—highly, highly recommended!

The hotel area is perfect, surrounded by nature, relaxing. In general, everything was very nice. But I think the food should be diversified a little. The attention, friendliness and service of Mustafa and Zübeyir, the waiters at the lobby bar, were very good. The attention, friendliness and customer satisfaction-oriented, analytical approach of Zafer Bey, one of the guest relations, were satisfactory. Thank you.

I travelled with my 9-year-old, and it was truly an amazing experience! The highlight of our trip was the kids club, which had activities all day long to keep children engaged and entertained. The staff there were beyond wonderful—especially the lady handling check-ins in the morning. She and the rest of the team knew my child by name, which made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. My daughter was so happy with her experience that we are already planning another trip back, this time with my sister and her three kids—all because of the kindness and care of the kids club staff!

Beyond that, the resort itself was fantastic. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall service was exceptional. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make our stay special.

If you’re traveling with kids, I highly recommend this resort! We can’t wait to return!

Hotel building/rooms definitely needs some renovation. Not that they are bad, just not new. Rooms are pretty small as well, but thats what you can check in room description so pretty much expected. Everything else is on very high level especially service and amenities. Animation can be improved in terms how active animators are in involving patrons, but list of activities is pretty extensive. Evening shows are of good quality as well. Overall its very good hotel for families with kids

The facilities, the food and more importantly the staff were amazing. I'd definitely recommend this stay to families with kids.

All of my negative experiences happened with the other guests. I don't know if these rude, queue-jumping, disrespectful people are like that in their own countries and in their own lives. It is a shame. This is obviously has nothing to do with the hotel, well they wouldn't be able to stop some people from booking.

they did not recognise hotels.com gold vip status.
the airport transfer did not show up. food and bev all okay - as expected, but service level lacking, the workers are not educated, hardly speak english, and have no customer focus, they made fun of me when I tried to tell them the parasol was broken, i had to make 3-4 complaints before someone took it seriously and tried to help. Not a 5 star resort, but we kindof knew that so thats fine.

our stay was great but for the room service they don’t provide us with enough water we have to go down so we can drink water plus for the bars there the alcoholic drinks was given to everyone even kids can ask for alcohol and they’ll get it they should be more careful with it. for the buffet the waiters were not so nice you have to keep calling them and they clearly ignore you. for the room cleaning it was great, great beach great pools me and my family had a great time.

This is not a vip property. The property was old the air conditioning in the rooms were not adequate to cool the room. There was extra charges if you wanted different restaurants on property. The concierge charged us 10 euros via taxi to travel 1.8 km. not happy with my stay would never come back.

Onların sayesinde çok daha rahat geçti. Ayrıca IC Cafe çalışanları süperler. Bu sıcakta bu güler yüz muazzam. Otelin yemekleri gayet iyiydi. Çeşit az değil çıkanlar da kötü yemek hiç yok birkaç vasat opsiyon dışında her şey lezzetli. Çocuk oyun alanları çok fazla ve yeterli. Gelelim problemli kısıma otelin kesinlikle bakıma ihtiyacı var. Su parkında 3 alet çalışıyorsa 5 i tam çalışmıyor. Ortak alanlar çok sık temizlenmiyor. Halbuki bu aletler az bakımla şahane eğlenceli olabilir. Yine de kalanlar bile yetti. Çocuk oyun parkında kırık salıncak vardı günlerce bu şekilde durdu. Restoran personelini tam kavrayamadık. Bazıları süper 5 yıldız hizmet veriyor bazıları ise suratımıza bakmıyor. Allahtan Nihat bey elinden geleni yapıyor bu konuda. Ben genel deneyimde bir yıldızı kesinlikle bakımsızlıktan kırdım. Geri kalanı göze batacak şeyler değil

The hotel has everything we expect for a resort holiday, its comfortable but the rooms can use a bit of mordernisation. We enjoyed the stay greatly. Entertainment was good and we love the water parks. Its a shame that we did not stay long enough to enjoy the beach more.

We stayed in the presidential suite, this was very clean and comes with a lot of additional extras than a standard room (washing and ironing clothes, airport transfers, premium alcohol bottles in the room and fresh flowers and fruit platter in the room).
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was extremely impressed with Ozan who did his very best to accommodate all of my requests.
We traveled in the winter off peak season so unfortunately a lot of their services were closed (beach cabanas, one pool was not even filled and the cake and coffee cafe didn’t serve cake)
The hotel does have lovely grounds with a lot of things to do in the summer but in the winter months you can find other hotels in the area that have more services open.
The buffet was tasty but compared to other 5* hotels I have stayed at in Antalya this came across very basic with not as many food options.
This will not be an issue if you stay in the presidential suite as room service is included in the all inclusive. We had our dinner and breakfast in the room which was delicious and nice and private.
They bring more than enough food and we ate like kings and queens.
Overall this hotel is great value for money and a friendly hotel but if you are looking for a more luxury and grand 5* hotel I felt there are better hotels else where.

The hotel was overall good. We liked the food variety. On the flip side the Cooling system / air conditioner of the hotel was closed and the room was quite warm at night. We were informed that in November they close the cooling system. We couldn’t sleep properly but later we were provided a fan. The mini bar refrigerator was also out of order but was eventually repaired the next day.

My recent stay at IC Green Palace was exceptional in many ways, particularly due to the outstanding guest services provided by Natalia. She truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel itself is a stunning property, with well-maintained gardens, beautiful pools, and a prime beachfront location. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering all necessary amenities. Dining options were diverse and top-notch. Not to mention prime alcoholic beverage selection.

What stood out for me as a family traveler was the impressive array of amenities for kids. IC Green Palace offers a fantastic children's program with supervised activities, and even a water park.

In summary, IC Green Palace is a top-notch hotel with exceptional guest services, particularly thanks to Natalia. It's an ideal choice for families, thanks to its fantastic amenities for kids. I highly recommend it for a fantastic and safe family getaway.

We reunited with family at IC Green palace all inclusive resort and between us had 5 rooms, staying for 9 nights. We ALL suffered severe gastroenteritis at different periods which we reported to the hotel and was dismissed with denial and reassurance of their good standards. No help was offered and we sought medication ourselves from outside pharmacy. Hotel said that the heat was the issue but friends in other hotels in Antalya were fine. Sadly this made our stay very unpleasant. Positive of the hotel was the wonderful entertainment provided and excellent wait staff.

We basically paid an expensive rate for an all inclusive hotel, turned out there was no shows, food was average and the a-la-cart restaurants were for extra charge, this maybe the 7 or 8th hotel we try on an all inclusive basis and by far the only bad one, extremely boring stay in an outdated environment, felt like w ether only people in the hotel in the fiat day and the second day were only a couple of football team players, thee gym and it’s equipments were the oldest I’ve seen in my life in a hotel, even the weights were rusty and torn, only a picture can explain that. I still don’t know why a hotel like this would charge more than 330$ for a night, while other 5 stars top rated hotels with all inclusive would charge around 200$

This trip was my first in many years to an all inclusive resort. For the most part it met my expectations. The hotel is very good for children's services/facilities; which was great as we have a 2yr old.
This is very much a 'family' hotel; I wouldn't go if I wasn't travelling with children.
Some things that could be improved:
The room I had was just starting to look a little tired in places.. scuffs and scrapes.
The quality of the inclusive drinks (cocktails) needs some improvement and some bar/lounge staff had not heard of some of the drinks on the menu.
Stop using single use plastic, especially straws! Sure kids love them, but replace with paper ones.
The quality of the food in the main inclusive restaurant is good, but not outstanding. There's no shellfish but there is a very wide variety of dishes of many cuisines available; much is produced fresh during service (no pork in Turkey).
The kids parks.. Great climbing frames but the swings - fix them, they do not swing straight because all fixtures to frames are rusted and worn (which will happen fast with sea air) so starting to become unsafe)

The options for food and drink were very good, would have been better with more vegan options. Only one bar offered alternate milk option.

The entertainment for children and teens was very good. The a la carte was good, Japanese being very good.

The swimming pools available were very good and the music too. The water slide park was very good, we enjoyed that.

We were in the king deluxe suite and a little after 11pm the music was still very loud on some nights.

The room clean was inconsistent, some instances not much was done. Only change of towels and the box of tissues weren't even replaced but left for us to put in holder. Water bottles weren’t restocked regularly.
Some staff were lovely and gave that personal touch and made it special.

A few broken bits in the room, the bathroom sink tap, the shower tiles were stained brown and one light switch didn’t work.

Otherwise we had a super time. We spent a similar amount at Ikos Aria (5star) in Kos last year and had other perks like, one day car access to explore island, personal guest relation contact, Michelin restaurants and the staff were better at customer service with good understanding of English.

We would like to revisit but not sure of paying that much for what we got.

We stayed 7 days and 6 nights in January. From the moment we entered the hotel, all the staff were incredibly caring and smiling. Sofra restaurant was very good in general. There were quality meals for the first 4 days and it was clear that the materials used were of high quality. However over the last 2 days, Friday and Saturday, I have noticed that the quality of the food has dropped a bit, but it was good, at an above average level. Especially Mr. Ismail at IC Bar and Mr. Hasan, who is responsible for beverage service at the Restaurant, took great care of us. Many pools were closed due to the season, but the open-air aquapark was heated and open. The heating is very good and we entered the pool without any problems when the weather was 10 degrees. Rooms were clean and hygienic, but some days our minibar was not replenished. The number of children in the hotel was very high, many children who came to for the education camp were staying at the hotel, but the staff managed this without any problems against the crowd. Overall, IC Green was a hotel that exceeded my expectations.

The service is what made it memorable. Arrived and during Check-In we’re treated like royalty! Variety of food during meal times. Enjoyed our time there and will return.
The only slight negatives are the location is a little further away from centre & the rooms probably need an update. Also during December beach was closed.

Good one

Generally it is a good hotel. Great lobby, I really enjoyed it, impressive environment, good food and I loved the timing of restaurant and bars.

But the main building and rooms are old-fashioned, if the main building will be reconstructed and the entertainment team will be more active in the future I will be consider it on top 3 in Antalya area,

Right now I rate it as a good hotel not a great one.

Worst stay ever , Inside room was chocking my kid slept Ian very dirty bed sheet we discovered in the next day it was not changed and full of urinate, my bed was supposed to be kind as requested but they provide two bed attached to each other , fridge wasn’t working , AC was too bad , many incidents in my stay. But the out side facilities were amazing and have perfect setup for the kids and adults.

Very nice property, all arrangements were very nice. Food quality was great with lots of options. Food and drinks were available throughout the day. It could have been great if we didn’t need to change our room. Because ac was not cooling. Staff tried to fix it and then changed room. But you don’t want to do that when you are there for holiday and relaxing. But overall very nice place to stay.

Clearly not a 5 star hotel… not worth paying more than $300 per night. The entertainment in general and particularly for kids was first class though. The food was excellent and the staff super friendly and always wearing their masks.

Every thing. The staff was very cooperative and attentive. Food taste was very good. The customer relations department was very prompt on responding to the queries and concerns.
Every thing was perfect. I only regret that due to cold weather all pools and slides were not open. However, the open pools were properly heated.

Filthy and no covid prevention measures in place. People roaming around indoors without masks even im the buffet area, literally bumping into you and breathing/coughing/sneezing right in your face with no mask. Zero social distancing. They literally jam up right against you while you get your food. Staff do not wear their masks or just cover only their mouths. At check in the manager was not wearing his mask at all. Later the woman in room 419 was coughing incessantly, a dry cough for hours on end. All inclusive in this cases means COVID INCLUDED with your stay.

Perfect location, first line from the sea. Staff is so nice. Rooms are little old, needs remodeling, but actually OK. They need to change towels in rooms for sure, very old.

There were too many children making a lot of noise. It was difficult to enjoy ourselves in dining and lobby area with all that noise and kids running around. They should have another area for people without children.

We stayed here for 7 days every things was great, nice beach, good and friendly staffs but the rooms are little bit dated and food selection was limited maybe for Covid-19 reasons also, lack of entertainment only play piano no live music or singing... Overall is good hotel.
