I had great time at Liberty. Food was excellent, a lots of varieties, staff was very nice trying to make me happy all the time. Special thanks for the managers that resolve my little issue, and to a maid called Nemed??? ( room 7124). Location and amenities are awesome. I would absolutely come back next year!!!

They put us in a very small room even though we booked a standard sea view room. When approaching staff members, they advised that the hotel is fully booked. I felt racism also and felt certain skin coloured guests were favoured. Me and my family felt like background characters and not a single staff acknowledged us or was nice to us.

We had a side sea view, which was lovely from the bed. (8105) however, the issue was there was no air con during the nights so the room was extremely hot. Its turned off in the evenings for the whole hotel. At one point it was 26 degrees in our room at 2am, we lost a bit of sleep over it... whole hotel was very clean and gardens, pool etc perfect, cannot fault the team there, however the bath enamel was missing in parts which made us feel a bit off bathing our 5 month old. The food is great, lots of options perfectly cooked, however we expected better of the restaurants. The turkish was nice, of which you get one visit, we also visited the italian but it was not Italian, not sure about the menu. We then didnt bother with the thai (payable), which is only open on Weds. Aparently the bbq (payable) was open on sunday but we didnt even see this on site, or the fish (payable) restaurant... leads me to the next bit of the hotel doesnt really match its website. It is - good friendly, especially to families, relaxed... but if you are expecting luxury and vibes in every bar it may not be for you! We enjoyed the bars apart from the apollo near the adult silent pool. Some of the staff were great with us and the baby, super friendly and helpful, but some were aloof such as reception. Only other thing is to say that the hotel was also very welcoming to all, diverse with cultures and lots of the staff spoke many languages. Loved that. Also close to the airport.

•Familienfreundlichkeit: Auch mit einem kleinen Baby war der Aufenthalt unkompliziert. Kindersitze sind überall vorhanden und werden nach jeder Benutzung sofort gründlich desinfiziert.

Quite a dated property with reasonable food across the board. There are other hotels in the strip that better in my opinion. Overall an average 4 star hotel for me, which would benefit from a few updates - rooms/slides/service around the pools and entertainment too.

It was a nice resort overall. Very beautiful views of the sea and very kid friendly. Had a lot of activites available for children like waterpark and kids play area. Food was also amazing here. One thing I would say is the rooms itself were not that amazing. As someone that has stayed in all in clusive resorts in other countries, and I had recently came from Kapadoky to here, the room was a little small and nothing fancy as a luxury resort should have. Same goes for the washroom. It was good but fora luxury resort i think the room lacked for me. I would have liked to see a bigger and fancier room for a 5 star resort. Other than the room and washroom, it was a great resort.

Aside from the incredible food which was the best food I've ever had on an all inclusive ( variety and quality is top). The staff is absolutely incredible. They go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with genuine smile. The trainer in the gym (Firat) is incredible. Super nice and helpful. Overall, would highly recommend and this is not a paid ad nor anyone told me to write it like other places. A true genuine review. Would definitely come back here for the incredible staff and treatment and of course the beautiful and well maintained property. Thank you so much for making our honeymoon special

First 6 days out of 8 were good, the only thing we noticed was that the staff were much friendlier with German guests. On our first two nights we had an excellent waiter, then he got moved to far end of restaurant and we nodded in passing. Rest of waiters service poor, left us with no drinks, and when they did they were never refilled. Once it started raining and everyone was inside there wasn’t enough room. Room maid excellent and bar staff excellent and apart from our good waiter the rest were pretty mediocre. Wouldn’t rush back, shame as building and all other staff apart from waiters were excellent. Italian restaurant was superb and waiters there excellent.

This is the worse hotel I've ever stayed at in Antalya. The service was so horrible, the food was disgusting and the staff seemed really agitated all the time. I can not believe this is a 5 star hotel. There was only one restaurant open and if you missed the meal times, you have to wait...It's ridiculous.

It is my seventh time in this hotel , my first experience was in 2014 ,
1) My booking was partial sea view but when checking in I was told that our 2 rooms will be without balcony and I paid €300 more to get the two rooms with balcony side sea view .
2) although food choices are still rich , but it was more better in quality before , and I am experiencing a kind of decrease in quality

This property was very cold in reception, bar and restaurants and we had to keep our coats on as it was very unpleasant. It is definitely not 5 star more like 3 star. I would never recommend this to anyone. The Guest Service Employee was very rude when i asked him about booking a table at the Italian Restaurant and he took great delight in

Fairly easy to book the a la carte restaurants too. I was just disappointed about the view from the room. Was expecting a partial/side sea view as booked but as was placed on the bottom floor could only see grass. And the bath tubs were a bit meh

REVIEW FROM AN AMERICAN:
Summary: Not a luxury resort, but decent, extremely clean, and we had a good time. I wouldn’t stay here again and would opt for a true luxury property in Belek or a different part of the Turkish coast entirely.

Our party: Two friends / girls trip

Arrival: Driving up to the property the surrounding area is old / a bit run down and the property is situated close to the street. Took about 25 min from Antalya airport. There is a security gate that checked our driver. The staff took our bags inside and offered us a cold welcome drink of our choice while taking our passport info. The lobby / front desk does not have the wow factor of a luxury resort, but it’s very clean. It looks like a cruise ship inside. Vertical with many floors but not a wide building. The property is directly on Lara beach.

Rooms: Major let down for a supposed “5 star / luxury” property. The “large” room was very small and the quality on par with an old Hampton Inn - rooms are in serious need of upgrades. Bed was comfortable but there was only a thin sheet on the bed but not duvet. Luckily when we asked for duvets they were provided. Both the room and bathroom was extremely clean.

Food: Major dining hall is free but on property restaurants are NOT included and require a reservation, which was surprising for an all-inclusive and a let down. However the main dining hall (both indoor and outdoor seating) serves a great variety of food and more desserts than you can imagine.

We spent a week at this amazing hotel in August. Our experience has been great! I must mention the exceptional staff of this hotel first, kudos to them and they are an asset to the hotel and credit also to management! Every single member of staff has been helpful and friendly! We found all areas of the hotel to be very clean. The layout is such that doesn’t feel too crowded. Food options and variety were great and there are many choices for lunch/ snack when you are near the pool or by the beach. Turkish al la carte restaurant was amazing! Multiple bars spread out through the gardens depending on what you are looking for. Highlight has been the Lukka bar for the quiet evenings and late night tipple and chat! Overall one of the best all inclusive hotels we have stayed in!

Pros: Very clean, relaxed resort with excellent food and great service

Cons: We had booked and paid for a family room for 4 as pictured on the website (1 large bed and 2 single beds). On arrival at 11 pm,we were shown to a room that had 1 big bed and then what can only be described as an attached storage room which had a rollaway bed and a sofa bed with one fluorescent light in the middle. No bedside tables/lamps/ clothes storage etc. It was basically a storage room and nothing like the advertised picture of the supposed family room we had booked! Awful. I argued the case with the front desk until 2am and was told there were absolutely NO other rooms in the hotel free.
We spent a very uncomfortable night. The next morning, having asked to see the manager, we were immediately moved to a lovely room! Lo and behold, there seemed to be rooms free after all!
Although the management did kindly listen to our complaints and made amends by moving us, I have to say the start of the holiday was stressful without needing to be as I was just asking for what I had booked and paid for, not more. During our stay, we met 2 other families where the same thing had happened to them!
I think the room allocations people do try to fob you off with rooms that they cannot sell to see if you will swallow it. Shame as I would think twice about booking again - I just don't want to have the hassle of going through an argument, meetings with management and a room change on holiday!

A Fabulous holiday at Lara Liberty Hotel Resort in Atalaya Turkey.
We visited the hotel on June 20th, 2024, and stayed for ten nights. Our group was made up of seven people who had various expectations on the food availability as five were vegetarians and two were non-veg.
The hotel facilities were exceptional; our rooms were very spacious and comfortable, as were various restaurants, pools, spa, reception areas, and other outdoor relaxation places including the beach. There was no shortage of sunbeds, and one did not need to go early to reserve them as they were plenty.
The choice of restaurants included the main buffet restaurant which had a huge selection of food choices including a vegetarian corner and several food stations catering for barbecues, stir fry and pasta, and too many to list. The poolside restaurant catered for pizzas, burgers, and grills. There was also a Thai and Italian Restaurant. The food in all the restaurants was fabulous and more than satisfactory for the vegetarian members of our group.
I would highly commend the staff, all of whom really made our stay a very pleasant experience. To mention a couple of stars were the Customer Relations Officer - Mustapha Olug, who added a personal touch in assisting to resolve our needs. Definitely not what I expect from all inclusive resort. We were going to be charged for water because room service didn’t fill minibar with it.I went to get coffee at the bar and they wouldn’t serve me because I was 6 minutes early to opening even though the guy was just standing there not doing anything. There was no entertainment that showed any Turkish culture. It was all discos and dance parties. The water slide attendant didn’t know what the rules were. He would make some boys take their shirts off to ride and some kids not. No Pool side service at all. You want food and drinks your need to go get it yourself. That was a nightmare considering I have 3 small children and a disabled husband. Overall it was an ok vacation but we would not go back

The resort was ok. My complaint is that I was quoted one price and when I arrived I was charged a much higher price. It’s was devious and deceitful about how this was done and this problem has lingered during my entire visit and overshadowed my stay there. I would not recommend this resort to other people. It’s very upsetting to cheated in this fashion.

The à la carte restaurant cost €15 if you were staying less than 7 nights, which was still a pretty good deal. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

I did not receive a room upgrade because I had already booked a superior room. I did receive a bottle of wine and fruit bouquet. My sister had a birthday and they sent a birthday wish, with fruit bouquet.

Loved this property! Great food, amenities and service! Close to bus stop and shopping mall.

Did I mention I loved this property? Would love to go back when it's warm, to sample the outside pools.

I have never experienced anything like the staff and service at Liberty. Turkish hospitality is the best in the world. The Turkish restaurant provided a wonderful dinner, and the main buffet style restaurant offered a lot of delicious meals. The service by the staff was very friendly and engaging during our 4 night stay, and the property was very clean. The one potential drawback for visitors is that the guests are mostly elderly (80 percent seemed in their 60s or older). But if you want a nice, laidback atmosphere with comfortable (but not extraordinary) rooms this hotel is great for you.

Wow, it was great,
Entertaining, Staff, Drinks,…
I have some recommendations to them too, First, the rooms are so close to each other, keeping privacy is a bit challenging, They should upgrade the Air Conditioner system and It is good to provide more comfortable bed.
I want to thank personally to all of the great staff, As far as I remember I name them
